I really enjoyed ordering there, mostly Pittsburgh pizza. Unfortunately, today there was a funny-smelling cheese on it, and I couldn't eat it. Too bad, it was probably the last time.

The last straw! I ordered Quatro Formagi and Quatro Stagioni with extra cheese crust, but they arrived as two disasters. The cheese crust was completely burnt, the base was soggy, and the topping was a joke. I'm uploading two photos—form your own opinion. I personally can only advise against Tontini; they should really be inspected by the trade supervisory office.

I ordered something, and the delivery note said it would arrive in 1 hour and 11 minutes. It's been 3 hours now, and the food was supposed to have just arrived, but we didn't accept it because it was cold. Then you call them, and they say they don't have time to talk. Their excuse is that they're currently serving someone, they have a customer, but I'm not a customer myself, or something like that. It's ridiculous; these employees shouldn't be working there if they can't deal with people.

Auf dem Kreuz 29I ordered online. It took a little longer than Lieferando said, but when I called, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived piping hot and was very, very tasty. I highly recommend it (but only with patience). The wait is completely worth it for the food.

Pfärrle 10, Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany, 86152 I ordered food there for the second time today. Once tortellini with Bolognese sauce, and once a pizza. Honestly, it wasn't good for the money. The tortellini with Bolognese sauce was mediocre, and the pizza was a total disappointment. It wasn't sliced, was cold, and wasn't crispy! I won't order from here again, given the service.
