Pizza Tontini Augsburg in Augsburg

I ordered something, and the delivery note said it would arrive in 1 hour and 11 minutes. It's been 3 hours now, and the food was supposed to have just arrived, but we didn't accept it because it was cold. Then you call them, and they say they don't have time to talk. Their excuse is that they're currently serving someone, they have a customer, but I'm not a customer myself, or something like that. It's ridiculous; these employees shouldn't be working there if they can't deal with people.

Unser Essen war furchtbar. Ohne Worte. Nie wieder würde ich da irgendetwas bestellen oder Essen. Hätte mein Geld auch einfach in den Müll werfen können. Frechheit einfach. Der Lieferant war aber sehr nett und schnell er kann ja auch nichts dafür. Ich hatte ihm online Trinkgeld gegeben und habe dann erfahren das er das nicht bekommt einfach nur traurig

-5 Sterne! Lieferung hat 2 Stunden gedauert. Nach 1 Stunde ruft der Fahrer an und fragt nochmal nach der Adresse. Wir wohnen ca 2 Minuten entfernt. Fahrer hat kein Wechselgeld dabei. Essen hat nicht besonders gut geschmeckt und war teurer als bei denen angegeben. Kaum bis gar keine Soße auf der Pizza, aber dafür ganz viel Käse. Erste mal bestellt und auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal! Nicht zu empfehlen!
