I really enjoyed ordering there, mostly Pittsburgh pizza. Unfortunately, today there was a funny-smelling cheese on it, and I couldn't eat it. Too bad, it was probably the last time.

The last! Quatro Formagi and Quatro Stagioni ordered with an extra cheese crust were delivered 2 disasters. The edge of the cheese is completely burnt, the base is soggy and the topping is a joke. Upload two photos - form your own opinion. Personally, I can only advise against Tontini, it should actually be checked by the trade inspection office.

Warning: vegan information incorrect! We used to order from there quite often until we discovered that the items weren't vegan as advertised. After we noticed, we called them, and they admitted it (cream, non-vegan tofu, etc.), and we got our money back. I don't have any information on whether this has improved since then.

We ordered through Lieferando, the "Pizza Carbonara 2 for 1" offer. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was bad – in the sense: something was off about it. It had a pungent, sour smell and tasted exactly that. The other pizza, however, was fine, as always. After we called to complain, we were given a more than rude response: "That couldn't be right, everything is always fresh, and if we had a problem, we'd have to come by ourselves." Which car, please? If we order through Lieferando, it's only logical that we can't pick it up ourselves. All we got was a lack of understanding, a lack of cooperation – and in the end, they just hung up. It's a shame. Mistakes can happen, but then you should own up to them and make amends. After all, that doesn't hurt anyone.

I ordered a calzone, which was filled with unidentifiable ingredients, but there was plenty of it, and the dough wasn't cooked through...it was a bit disgusting. I felt really bad about paying €17.50 just for the calzone. The waitress seemed a bit grumpy and overwhelmed...maybe I should change jobs?!

I've been waiting for two hours, they say the driver rang the bell, but no one did. The driver just "knocked." Unfortunately, you can't hear the knocking when the TV is on and the door is closed. Among other things, they say they called, but no call was received. It's a shame. This is the second time something like this has happened with this company; never again! No apology or compensation received.

I ordered online. It took a little longer than Lieferando said, but when I called, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived piping hot and was very, very tasty. I highly recommend it (but only with patience). The wait is completely worth it for the food.
