Tasty Burger and Pizza in Augsburg

The delivery was significantly late, and the food was correspondingly disappointing. The pizza was cold, dry, and tasteless. The dough was tough, barely seasoned, and generally very uninspired. The burger was equally underwhelming: dry meat, a soggy bun, and no real flavor. It's clear that neither quality nor freshness is a priority here.

This is the worst pizza in the world; the health department should pay a visit.

*0/10 - A total disaster!* I have to say, this was one of the worst meals I've ever had! The pizza was like a piece of rubber, the toppings were sparse, and the crust was rock hard. The cheese was overcooked and had a strange taste. And the chicken wings? Forget it! They were as dry as the Sahara and tasted of nothing. No flavor whatsoever, no crispiness. It was as if they had just been boiled in water. The portions were also very small; I expected to get more for the price. And the prices weren't exactly cheap either. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here. 0/10, not even the dogs would eat it!

I have never eaten anything so disgusting. The pizza arrived after two hours. The top was completely burnt, while the inside of the dough was still raw. The taste was simply revolting and inedible – I could barely eat a bite. This kind of thing should be banned in Germany, because it has absolutely nothing to do with quality or food standards. I'm certain of one thing: Never again. An absolute disaster.

That was definitely an experience I wouldn't want to repeat anytime soon. The pizza took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. I was repeatedly assured it would arrive within the next 20 minutes. When it finally did arrive, it was unfortunately inedible. The crust was undercooked, the top was half burnt, and it was also far too salty. I called, and the person on the phone said they were working alone. They also told me to be patient. Unfortunately, I have no other positive things to add.

The food was okay, but I wouldn't order from here again. For a restaurant called "Tasty Burger," I definitely expected a tasty burger—but it was cold, and the noodles were questionable. The delivery from Augsburg-Oberhausen to Gersthofen took almost two hours. That's unacceptable. When I inquired about the delivery time, they said the driver was leaving right away—but it took 40 minutes. I should have canceled my order.

Very bad; if you pay by card they make you wait 1:30-2:00, the food arrived cold and there was no drink included.

Wow. The delivery arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Great! BUT: I've never actually measured a pizza before. When you order and pay for a 32cm pizza, but only a 27cm one arrives, you almost have to raise legal questions. We can't objectively judge the quality, but taste-wise, it seems like a case for the health department. We had to order from somewhere else.

It took two hours for the food to arrive. It was cold, greasy, and tasteless, not to mention the inedible dessert. I will never recommend it to anyone again!

Still don’t want to refund my money, even though I already paid and waited until 2:20 in the night. This is unacceptable and a total disrespect to the customer! There is no country in the world with such a terrible delivery and service like here — this is below zero level!

We ordered and were not satisfied. The bill was 116 euros and the delivery was absolutely disastrous. I ordered 3 large pizzas. The base was a disaster. Very thin. The apple strudel with sauce. Everything was dirty from the sauce. The pizza margarita was burnt and looked like nothing. It had no cheese on it. A disaster, simply for the price. I would not recommend this pizzeria. It doesn't deserve a star.

Ordered once and never again!! I was delivered the wrong pizza. When I asked, the delivery person promised me a new one. On the second call, they said the pizza would be here soon and that I should come out the door. But nothing came. On the third call, they just said, "I don't know anything about it, you didn't speak to me on the phone." So I was simply kept waiting for hours, and the delivery person never intended to deliver the correct pizza.

Ordered via Lieferando: The food was so disgusting. The only thing that was okay were the chicken fillets, but once you've eaten there, they're a wonder of the world. The fries: you either get soggy or hard ones, and they're cold (in the picture, you can see something green on one of the fries that feels like boogers). The burgers were simply no, I can't describe the taste. The mayo we got tasted sour. Now for the best part: We waited almost 2 hours, even though it had been standing for 45 minutes, and it initially took 30-55 minutes. We actually wanted to cancel and get our money back, but when we called, they said, oh my god, 5 minutes. I've never eaten anything like that in my life. We didn't finish anything! WOW

Ordered for delivery: Two out of three burgers were burnt on top of the bun? It took three minutes to remake it. The lettuce on the burgers wasn't just old, it was simply spoiled—brown and soggy. I'll never order from here again.

Why do people do that? I ordered pizzas and nachos with cheese today. The delivery was quick, but then I got a nasty surprise: the pizzas were burnt, the nachos were cold, and everything was just little leftover pieces with cheese and some kind of sauce on top (not what I ordered) so you couldn't see what was underneath... If you don't feel like it, just don't bother!

Inconspicuous shop but very easy to find, when you walk in you notice that this shop is designed for delivery or take away/collection. I had a burger recommended and then put it together together (ingredients, how many grams of meat and which sauce). Very good meat, great combination, very good taste. Very friendly and a reasonable price, when I have BaB (in the mood for a burger) again and am in town I will go to Tasty Burger and Pizza again

Ordered via UBER EATS. Delivery 1.5 hours 2x phone calls to the restaurant. At the end there were two acceptable burgers, but they were cold. Because of "Sorry, too busy. They will be freshly prepared immediately and driven straight to me". I'll never order here again. Every Macci is better and cheaper. And that's saying something.

Unfortunately I can only give one star here, the food was very tasty, but unfortunately it took far too long for delivery, or rather 1.5 hours is an absolute no go, I received no compensation and no apology from the driver, unfortunately I did too I didn't get the pizza I wanted because apparently the ingredients were no longer in stock, that was the first and last time and I can also relate to that. Just ordered there again today. Delivery person is super friendly on the phone and asks the right questions if he can't find the address due to transmission errors on the order page. The food is delicious and the meat is top notch. Super tolerable and very pleasant taste. 5/5 always happy

I waited 2.5 hours for a pizza, even though I only live a maximum of 10 minutes away. I had to keep calling myself and asking what was going on... Very sad to leave your customers alone so cluelessly. In any case, the pizza came without a “sorry”, not even a small cola or anything like that as compensation😂😂😂 Ridiculous.

Half an hour after the agreed delivery time, no order. Called and said "all hell was breaking loose" and the order would take at least half an hour. Have canceled the order. Didn't get the money paid back. Called and still nothing happened, they were referred to Lieferando as they cannot issue a refund without a receipt. When the Lieferando order is recorded as having been delivered by the supplier, there is nothing you can do about it on the website. Send proof to Tastyburger for Lieferando. Called back. Nothing used. Lieferando actually reached us by phone. He called the Tastyburger and was brushed off (according to his own statement when he called back). By the way, the order was for a birthday dinner, and since it wasn't delivered, we had to cook it quickly. That's exactly what we wanted to avoid. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately we waited almost 2 hours. We were informed about this by Werder, nor have we heard any small compensation or an apology. According to Lieferando, the food should be there after 40 minutes. Then my lasagna arrived almost completely cold. Mozzarella sticks were in the oven for far too long. I won't order here again!

Leider habe ich bei Tasty Burger and Pizza bisher keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Insgesamt habe ich bereits drei Mal eine falsche Lieferung erhalten. Bei zwei Bestellungen wurde mir anstelle des gewünschten Rösti Burgers ein Burger mit Röstitaler geliefert. Der Rösti Burger sollte laut Menü jedoch nur Röstzwiebeln enthalten und keinen Röstitaler, wie z.B. der Rösti Lover Burger. Darüber hinaus gab es eine weitere Bestellung, bei der ein kompletter Burger vergessen wurde. Nachdem ich dies Telefonisch mitgeteilt hatte, wurde der Burger nachgeliefert, jedoch ohne das versprochene Getränk. Es war ärgerlich, dass das Unternehmen seine Zusagen nicht eingehalten hat und ich somit nicht das vollständige Menü genießen konnte. Die wiederholten Fehler bei den Lieferungen und das Versäumnis, die angekündigten Extras zu liefern, haben mein Vertrauen in Tasty Burger and Pizza stark erschüttert. Als Kunde erwarte ich eine zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige Erfahrung, die hier leider nicht erfüllt wurde. Ich hoffe, dass Tasty Burger and Pizza ihre Servicequalität verbessert und sicherstellt, dass solche Fehler in Zukunft vermieden werden. Für mich persönlich ist es jedoch schwierig, diesen Lieferanten weiterzuempfehlen, da ich Zweifel an ihrer Zuverlässigkeit habe.

Heute war ich mit meiner Holden Maid auf der Couch gelegen. Wir wollten uns Burgerz bestellen so stießen wir auf tasty burgers. nach 2 stunden kamen die burger die nach Döner schmeckten an. Beilagen waren lecker. jute beutel und chicken wingus.

schlimmste Lieferung aller Zeiten. Unser Essen ist nach fast 3 Stunden immer noch nicht angekommen. Über das Essen Ansich kann ich deshalb leider nichts sagen. Essen wird laut Inhaber auch nicht an der genannten Adresse zubereitet. Nachtrag: Essen kommt nach mehreren Telefonaten und 3 Stunden an. Es wurden die falschen Nudeln geliefert und sie schmecken nach nichts. Burger und Pizza waren okay. 0 von 10 Sternen

Positiv Bei Abholung war der Burger innerhalb von 5 Minuten fertig Negativ die ausgewiesenen Preise seien nicht aktuell und es werden beim bezahlen andere Preise aufgerufen. Durchfall am nächsten Tag

Haben gerade über Lieferando das Sparmenü 1 bestellt mit 1 XL Burger, einem L Burger, einem Cheeseburger und 3 x Pommes und 2 Apfel-Kirsch Holunder Getränken. Sehr überzeugt! Also ich esse oft Burger und ich würde behaupten es ist der beste in der Stadt. Selten so gut gegessen! Alles war warm, essen kam 30 Minuten zu früh also perfekt. Fahrer war nett. Rundum zufrieden. Werden wieder bestellen zu 100%!

Sehr leckere Burger viel Auswahl und richtig gute Pommes. Lieferzeit wird auch immer eingehalten, sogar auch ab und zu mal früher als angegeben. Empfehlenswert!

Unverschämt! Haben 2,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet! Nach 1,5 Stunden haben wir angerufen und es hieß es wird gerade rausgeschickt und wir bekommen eine Cola als Entschädigung. Eine Stunde später bekamen wir durchnässte Pizzen und Lapprige Burger von einem unfreundlichen Fahrer. Die bestellten Soßen wurden nicht geliefert und die versprochene Cola ebenfalls nicht! Frechheit!

Heute das erste Mal bei Tasty Burger and Pizza bestellt. Ich habe einen Hot Black Angus Burger (Scharf) und einen Double Cheeseburger bestellt. Beide Burger haben MEGA geschmeckt. Da ich gerne Scharf esse, und mir ohne Aufpreis (Super) angeboten wurde, extra Jalapenio darauf zu bekommen, habe ich erstmal vorsichtig mit ja, aber nicht zuviel geantwortet. Es wäre definitiv mehr gegangen. Freue mich auf das nächste Mal, mit etwas mehr Jalapenio. Sehr zu empfehlen. Geht hin, und lasst es euch schmecken. Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt.

Wir haben bei Lieferando bestellt. Wirt hatten Burger, keine Pizza. Das essen heißt wie in bekannten bekannten Fastfoodketten. Leider ist es mehr als nur schlechter als das. Da kriegt man auch nur zammgeschmissene Burger, Pommes laberig, wobei das oft bei Lieferungen der Fall ist, das wollte ich für andere erwähnt haben, lasse ich in die Sternebewertung aber nicht miteinfließen. Preisleistung grenzwertig, da ich beim MC oder BK weniger für besseren Geschmack und liebevollere Zubereitung bekomme. Leute! Wenn ihr so einen Laden aufmacht, macht es doch nicht schlechter, sondern besser als die, Mensch! Und die Pizza schmeckt auch in anderen Läden gut... Hebt euch ab und macht mehr selbst, kauft keine pfui-deifel-Remoulade, wo jede vom Discounter bessser schmeckt und keine fertig Patties...achtet auf braune Stellen beim Salat, das war unschön! Kauft zumindest nicht so unterdurchscnittlich schlechte Fertigware. Auch der Backfisch war nicht als solches zu erkennen, weder im Geschmack noch vom Aussehen. Legt das Zeug auf Zewa bevor ihr es fetttriefend auf Burgerbuns legt. Einfach schade und unverständlich. Dazu kam noch die sehr lange Lieferzeit, aber auch das ist man gewohnt von Lieferdiensten und fließt nicht mit ein.

Nettes Personal! Essen war richtig lecker und keine lange Wartezeit! Ich empfehle es weiter.

Die Bürger haben sehr Lecker geschmeckt salat war frisch die Pizza war göttlich und vor allem die Nudeln die waren vom Italiener höchstpersönlich gemacht Würde ich nur weiterempfehlen.
