Such bad service. When you order sushi something completely different comes from what you ordered. The staff is so unfriendly. You should really think about changing the staff. I wouldn't recommend going there

Incredibly delicious sushi, great ambience and excellent service

Everything perfect and great! Food excellent. Price performance is also great. Also requests for changes etc. The service staff suggested and implemented it quickly and without much fanfare without any problems. The atmosphere is also nice and cozy. A perfect evening for me and my husband. We come from Munich and would love to come back for dinner! 😊👍🏻

Super delicious food, great cocktails and absolutely friendly service. The place is really nicely decorated. We were there at 6:00 p.m. without a reservation, got a wonderful table and were overall completely satisfied. Unreservedly recommended.

Thanks to the fine dine box voucher we came to the restaurant and the food was really very good! There is a point deduction in the service because on Saturday evening only one person took orders and collected them and in terms of the ambience the tables are a bit too close together for me personally. Will definitely come back

Very pleasantly furnished, the food is really incredibly good. Personally, I have never had such good Asian food in Augsburg. And no, I'm not a fan of the service there and that's why I'm writing a good review, as is sometimes the case, but I've been there twice so far and I'm really impressed. The portions are quite large so I would be very hungry. The service is also very attentive and friendly. 10 out of 10 really.

There were four of us here today and we've all had much better Asian food - in Augsburg and in Asia anyway. I can't understand the enthusiasm for this restaurant either. I am also surprised by the quality feature “everything freshly prepared” in previous reviews. Surely that should be a given in a restaurant in this price range?

Coco tastes best when you eat locally. I ate in the restaurant once and had it delivered 3 times. And unfortunately I have to say that this is the last time I wanted to have Coco deliver. It just doesn't taste as good as when you eat there. These missing points are: - crunchy rolls are no longer crispy - the food is no longer warm - there is no nice “salad decoration” like in a restaurant 😔 I actually think it’s very ingenious - Delivery takes forever, the food just doesn't taste like it does when it's freshly prepared. It's a real shame 😢 So for my “Asian tongue” Coco tastes quite good to me 😋 Hands up for the kitchen team!!! 👏🏽👏🏽 Next time ONLY eat in the restaurant!!!😊

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. The drinks are good and the service is too. We weren't happy with the food. Had two main courses, no sushi. The sauce was thin and didn't taste good, like it was from the day before. The meat was very mixed. They charge extra for rice as a side dish, and for almost 20 euros per dish, the quantity and quality delivered is simply not enough for my taste.

Waren ohne Reservierung um 19 Uhr im Coco. Trotzdem noch im hübschen Garten einen Tisch bekommen. Von aussen wirkt das Lokal unscheinbar, ist innen aber ansprechend eingerichtet, modern mit witzigen Details. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und rasch. Sie schlug vor unsere verschiedenen bestellten Sushi auf einer grossen Platte anzurichten. Getränke kamen kurz darauf. Und dann die Überraschung: eine spektakuläre Sushiplatte mit Trockeneis. Und schmeckte auch ebenso toll! Die Bedienung fragte auch mehrfach, ob wir noch Getränke brauchten, war sehr aufmerksam, obwohl der Garten sehr gut besetzt war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I want to give you three stars. Five stars for the food on site and one star for the food delivered via delivery. I'm sorry. But I just missed the feeling of freshness. The lettuce was already brown around the edges and the salmon already looked dry on the surface. At that price I expect something different.

A nice place to eat with family or friends. Every time I eat there the food is delicious. The children were very impressed with the "effects" with the dry ice. I recommend!

I was expecting more. The food was OK, fairly average tasting for the price point. Wasn't impressed, but the alcohol free cocktails were fab! Loved the vibe of the place but won't be back, too expensive for an average meal.

An attempt was made to make the reception cheeky - which went absolutely wrong. Ordering from the service was difficult and many things had to be repeated and checked on the menu. Despite reciting numbers and names, a number was transposed when typing - which was an absolute disgrace: an attempt was made to pass the error on to us. Afterwards we were brought the right food “as a gesture of goodwill”. It was an obvious number cruncher. It can happen, it wasn't bad, but you should be able to admit the mistake. It was a shame because the food (the kitchen) is good.

The food was delicious and adequate in the pricing. The service was very friendly and quick. They also notice you quickly if you have an additional wish.

Recommended place for sushi in Augsburg, nicely decorated (there is a wall full of maneki-neko). We went on a weekday without reservation and there was enough space. The service was good and the presentation of the plates, was the best.  In case you don't decide for something specific, you can always receive a recommendation from the waiter.

Mega great place, we'll definitely be back. The wait was a bit long, but when we saw the great dishes we understood why. The food is so incredibly beautifully presented and beautifully decorated.🥰🥰 I also really liked the ambience, there was a whole wall full of lucky cats and also one full of moss. Everything was furnished in a very great style, and there was no lack of decoration. The service was happy to advise us and was super friendly. 🥰♥️As a vegan or vegetarian you will find enough choice there and as a meat lover as well. We were badly ripped off and wanted a plate for 32 euros so that we could eat for two and then split the price. He came with a bill of over 80 euros for a record that wasn't even worth 80 euros. He counted 32 euros for 2 people and wanted 32 euros each from us. The platter would be a joke for 32 euros because the sushi mix for 18 euros has just as much more sushi in it than if you only ordered 32 euros for 1 person. There would only be 10 pieces of sushi in there. In addition, the waiter with glasses was really rude and disrespectful and didn't even communicate with us, he just left during the conversation and said yes, you're just out of luck. We felt like dogs. It's a shame it was actually our favorite sushi restaurant but that wasn't the first time we were treated rudely there. You won't see us again. Were actually there once every week… The waiter was really rude The waitress didn't even speak to us and ignored us. We had a larger platter at Golden Rice for 34 euros, which was only booked once for 2 people for 34 euros. ! impudence.

The sushi looked very good and was served very, very quickly, but I have eaten much better. It wasn't that intense in taste. I had actually ordered sushi with asparagus in tempura. When it was served without tempura, it was said that it was apparently no longer made that way because it didn't taste good, but it hadn't been changed on the menu yet. I ask myself why you can inform the customer beforehand? Otherwise I probably would have chosen something else. Then I ordered coconut soup with dumplings. This was served to me without dumplings and then brought back when I asked. The taste was good, but after a few spoonfuls it just got too salty for me. It also costs €6. There was a small tomato in it, just a touch of enoki, a shrimp and the 2 dumplings. Cleanliness should definitely improve. Otherwise, as a customer you will wonder whether the kitchen looks the same. All in all it was ok. But we won't come anymore.

Delicious food and very friendly service. The ambience at Côcô is unusual and inviting. I really liked the selection of dishes. There were also some vegan dishes.

The food is quite delicious. But the quantity is not justified for the relatively high price! Afterwards we went somewhere else to get something to fill us up.

Good Asian restaurant, tiger prawns and tuna were very tasty, LEMON chicken was ok. Only the teriyaki sauce on the tuna was a little too much or too concentrated, which meant the fish sank a little.

Die Ente war gut....der Reis wohl aus dem Kocher gekratzt .Salat schon welk um zusammen gefallen,sah unappetitlich aus.Die Soße hatte einen seifigen Geschmack.Teuer bezahlt.Muss man nicht haben.Eine Wiederholung wird es nicht geben.

Had dinner here with family for the first time today and loved it! The sushi was outstanding! I have rarely eaten such delicious sushi and the other dishes tasted great too! There were seven people and everyone, without exception, was more than satisfied. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was appealing. Toilets very clean. Were here at lunchtime. I would definitely like to eat here again on one of my next visits to Augsburg.

Pretty hidden, only found thanks to Google. My sushi (with salmon) was apparently very tasty. Which is very safe for the starters (summer roll and avocado in tempura). I had the tofu curry which was good. Unfortunately, the sushi menu is only available in vegetarian form. The prices are already high. The atmosphere is modern.

It’s not worth for the price comparing other susi options here in Augsburg. Ambient was good but not a wow effect. This 1 rating is not because i had any bad experience or something rather it’s mainly because of value for money.

Families with children can easily go here during the day. Very nice staff. Now if only they had ramen...

The service is very friendly and the sushi is great! Always fresh and delicious. There is also a nice selection for me as a vegetarian. My current favorite is “Golden Buddha”. You can easily reserve a table online. Bon appetit!

Very tasty food. It's cozy, but the tables could be bigger. There's music while you eat. Drinks are also super tasty. The store is worth recommending.

We made reservation for 12 people and it was only prepared for 10 people. When it was brought up, all they said was that there wasn't any more space. We have moved together

The best point: the food! We had a choice of several starters and various sushi. Everything tasted very good, the ingredients seemed fresh, was served nicely and overall was just a great taste experience. As a drink I had a homemade lemonade, which was also very tasty. Service was also very good: friendly, quick, no errors/mixups. It was quite full (completely understandable for a Saturday evening), but not too loud or unpleasant due to the layout of the room. In terms of price, you have to budget around €30/person (at least if you're hungry). This is to be expected with sushi and is very good value for money.

Extremely tasty and cozy but unfortunately we waited over 1.5 hours for our food. The staff was still very friendly and always on duty. My impression was that too many tables were given away to guests for the number of employees.

We spontaneously reserved a table for two people on Saturday evening. When we arrived there, we were escorted into the winter garden, which was very pleasantly warm with radiant heaters. The two homemade lemonades were both very good. Also the “finger food” as a starter. The main course was fried duck with udon noodles. Only recommended! It was a huge portion which was also incredibly tasty. We'd love to come back! Best regards Tim

Service war nicht sehr gut, man musste sehr lange warten. Nach dem eine Bedienung in der Nähe war, hab ich gefragt ob ich mein Essen und die Getränke auch bei Ihr bestellen kann. Vorspeise und Hauptgericht kamen zusammen an. Das Hähnchen Sushi waren nicht durch gebraten und haben es reklamiert und wir mussten ein andres Gericht wählen. Das gleiche Gericht haben wir nicht mehr bekommen. Fand ich sehr Schade.

We were there on February 4th and paid by card as normal. Then the woman comes and says “it didn’t work, please wait before I check”. In the end we paid again for the same service! Nobody has refunded the money yet!! The ad comes, I find something like that unacceptable!!!

We have been to COCO several times, as always the food is really good, tasty, well prepared and the prices are reasonable. What unfortunately doesn't work is the winter garden when the outside temperature is below zero. The upper heaters do their best, but the floor cannot be warmed up. Your feet are extremely cold and there were blankets on some seats. Most of the guests sat in jackets and hats. This doesn't do justice to the actually good restaurant so you should consider this approach. Avoid the winter garden when booking! The service is also sometimes very rushed and not quite as good as it used to be.

Ich wage es zu behaupten, dass hier das beste Sushi & Fusion in ganz Augsburg serviert wird. Im Restaurant waren wir bis dato leider noch nicht, aber der Lieferservice ist LEGENDÄR!!!! Zum Geburtstag Take Away bestellt, da Corona….. Zur absoluten Überraschung, ohne auch nur eine Anmerkung diesbezüglich zu machen, wurde ein Dessert, als Geburtstagsgeschenk geliefert. Mega Marketing und DANKE für die Freundlichkeit. Wir fühlen uns sehr dankbar für die Wertschätzung. Die bestellten Leckerbissen , waren wie immer und ausnahmslos pünktlich, frisch und soooooo lecker. So wie wir es lieben. Der Bestellprozess ist easy und man kann bei jeder Bestellung nochmal nachschauen, was letztes Mal bestellt wurde, falls man dasselbe nochmal bestellen möchte.

Ich war mit meinen 3 besten Freundinnen hier zum Abendessen verabredet. Wir hatten uns gefreut ein neues Restaurant auszuprobieren doch leider lief der Abend nicht so schön wie geplant. Als wir ankamen bestellten wir die Vorspeise und im gleichen Zug den Hauptgang mit dazu. Als die Edamamen ankamen baten wir höflich um Salz, die Bedienung meinte sie bringt es uns gleich. Leider mussten wir sie nach 10 min erneut erinnern und sie sagte in einem genervten Tonfall sie bringe es mit dem anderen Essen zusammen. Dies hat weitere 15 min gedauert. Die 2 Freundinnen erhielten mit dem Salz zusammen bereits ihren Hauptgang. Die anderen 2 Freundinnen haben nachdem sie nach 25 min immer noch nicht Ihren Hauptgang erhalten haben freundlich nachgefragt wo dieser bleibt. Die Bedingung wirkte bereits sehr genervt von uns und meinte sie schaut direkt in der Küche nach. Das war nicht der Fall, sie kassierte vorerst noch weitere Tische ab, bevor sie dann erst nach 15 min in die Küche ging. Als dann endlich mal der Hauptgang kam waren die anderen beiden schon lange fertig mit Ihrem Essen. Dieser Service war wirklich unter aller Sau. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen zu zahlen und kein Trinkgeld zu geben. Die Stimmung der Bedienung ging wortwörtlich den Bach runter. Als wir auch noch drum baten das übrig gebliebene Essen einzupacken war sie sichtlich genervt. Anstatt direkt in die Küche zu gehen, nahm sie den Teller mit dem Sushi und machte eine Weltreise durch das ganze Lokal um dort Bestellungen aufzunehmen und dann anschließend nach 20 min in die Küche zu gehen. Nachdem wir nach den Kassenzetteln fragten kam sie nervlich schon an ihre Grenzen. Da der Preis bei einem Gericht unverschämt hoch war fragten wir nochmal nett nach, wie sich der Preis zusammensetzt. Das kam leider nicht so gut an und der Tonfall war mittlerweile so unverschämt dass sich die anderen Leute im Raum bereits umdrehten. Uns war die Situation dann zu dumm dass wir gesagt haben wir gehen. Dieses Lokal würde ich keinem empfehlen.

Hammer Essen kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich freu mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht vorhanden Lange Wartezeit aufs Essen Kleine Portionen zu teureren Preisen als ordentliche Portionen in vergleichbaren Restaurants. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, allerdings nicht herausragender als bei vergleichbare Asiaten in der Umgebung

Nachdem wir unser Essen nach guten 1,5 Stunden immer noch nicht hatten, haben wir Nachgefragt. Daraufhin meinte man nur es gäbe einen Küchenstau und es dauert noch, ohne Entschuldigung oder einer kleinen Entschädigung für die lange Wartezeit. Falls es wirklich eine Stau gab, hätte man von sich aus dies ansprechen müssen. Das Restaurant war zwar gut besucht, aber andere Tische die zu einer ähnlichen Zeit bestellt hatten, bekamen ihr Essen viel früher. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Essen vergessen wurde. Als unser Essen dann endlich kam probierten mein Freund eine der Rollen mit Hähnchenfleisch. Leider war das Hähnchen noch halb roh, wo durch er jetzt Bauchschmerzen hat. Sein Freund hatte die gleiche Rolle, und seine war noch roher. Zum Glück hat er diese erst gar nicht probiert. Dies hätte beim schneiden schon auffallen müssen und hätte die Küche erst gar nicht verlassen dürfen. Als wir nachfragten sagte man uns lediglich, dass das so gehört. Und das nach einer so langen Wartezeit. Uns wurde keine neue Rolle oder eine Alternative angeboten. Beim Zahlen mussten wir die Rollen komplett bezahlen. Guter Service sieht definitiv anders aus.
