Unglaublich netter und sehr zuvorkommender Service! Wir hatten Vorspeisen, eine Sushiplatte für alle und Nachspeisen, alles in wirklich außergewöhnlich guter Qualität! Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für den schönen Abend! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir sind nun innerhalb 3 Jahren das 5. Mal im CoCo's gewesen. Der letzte Besuch lag 1 Jahr her und das Restaurant hat sichtlich abgebaut in der Qualität, Freundlichkeit und Service. Der Service anfänglich war unfreundlich und auf die höfliche Anfrage auf einen Terrassenplatz wurde strikt abgelehnt obwohl reserviert und erwähnt wurde, dass ein Geburtstagskind anwesend war. Die Speisen waren lecker aber nicht über den Standard. Die Geburtstagsüberraschung mit dem Soufflee war sehr fade und ohne Musik. Allgemein war der Abend in Ordnung aber noch einmal werden wir CoCo's leider nicht mehr besuchen.

Alles war köstlich und superfrisch. Die Preise waren angemessen, obwohl sie überall etwas gestiegen sind. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell. Das Restaurant ist innen sehr gepflegt und bietet eine gemütliche Terrasse für wärmere Abende.

Unsere Speisen (Chuka Wakame, Dragon Roll und Sashimi Moriawase) schmeckten hervorragend und der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein rundum gelungener Besuch in der Kapuzinergasse. Das Essen war nicht nur optisch ein Genuss, sondern auch geschmacklich absolut überzeugend. Besonders die liebevolle Anrichtung der Speisen, etwa das frische Obst und das grüne Eis in den kleinen Schälchen, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Espresso war genau richtig und bildete den perfekten Abschluss. Ich komme definitiv bald wieder.

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das Ambiente im CoCo ist modern, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Alles war sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der Service: Die Bedienungen waren freundlich, aufmerksam und flott unterwegs, ohne dabei hektisch zu wirken. Das Essen war richtig lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Portionen haben eine angenehme Größe – man wird satt, ohne dass es zu viel ist. Genau die richtige Mischung aus Qualität und Quantität. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber und ordentlich, was für uns immer ein gutes Zeichen für einen insgesamt gepflegten Betrieb ist. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gute Qualität, toller Service und ein schönes Ambiente zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das CoCo definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben zum Abholen bestellt, unsere Tüte ist leider auf dem Rückweg gerissen und das Curry auf der Straße gelandet. Ich bin nochmal zurück und habe ihnen Bilder gezeigt. Es wurde uns sofort ein neues Curry gemacht. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service und das so leckere Essen! Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr delikates Essen 🥰. Mit sehr frischen Zutaten lecker und frisch zubereitet. Echt gute Qualität zum fairen Preis. Nettes Ambiente. Über den Service kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da ich nur etwa 10 Minuten auf meine Vorbestellung warten musste obwohl ich fast eine halbe Stunde zu früh dran war.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen zu viert + Kinderwagen + Hund. Ging alles problemlos. Angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundliche Bedienung und super leckere Gerichte. Äußerst empfehlenswert.

Super leckeres Mittagsmenü für 9,90 Euro. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Menüs (Sushi, Fleisch und Veggie) inkl. Limo/Wasser. Es ist toll angerichtet und schmeckt super lecker. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente einladend. Man kann auch draußen sitzen.

Das COCO ist ein Lokal mit absolut angenehmen Ambiente und wunderbaren Gerichten. Nicht nur Sushi Liebhaber finden dort ein tolles Essen Jederzeit wieder

Der Service ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am frühen Abend werktags ist auch nicht so viel los. Die Hintergrundmusik ist etwas laut. Viele vegetarische Hauptgerichte gibt es nicht auf der Karte. In dem vegetarischen Curry war auch Brokkoli enthalten, obwohl nicht gekennzeichnet. Auf jedem Gericht sind Salat Bouquets, die doch eher sehr bitter schmecken. Als ich meine Homemade Lemonade fast ausgetrunken hatte, habe ich bemerkt, dass ich leider eine tote Ameise im Glas hatte, das war nicht so schön.

Wir waren hier schon mehrfach mit unterschiedlich großen Gruppen zum Essen. Speisen immer lecker, Service sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Sushi gerne mag.

Das Sushi wurde frisch vor den Augen der Kunden zubereitet, was direkt Vertrauen schafft. Die Rollen waren sauber geschnitten und optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Der Fisch wirkte frisch und hatte keinen unangenehmen Geruch, was ein wichtiges Qualitätsmerkmal ist. Geschmacklich wirklich gut, besonders die Kombinationen mit Lachs und Avocado. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher, aber dafür bekommt man Qualität. Für besondere Anlässe oder wenn man sich etwas gönnen will, definitiv eine gute Wahl

Essen und service waren gut, allerdings haben wir über eine Stunde und 15min auf unser Essen (Sushiplatte) gewartet und es ist auch kein Kellner gekommen, um bescheid zu sagen oder zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Insgesamt war es vor ein paar Jahren besser und nun leider nur noch ziemlich teuer.

Sehr gutes Essen in kalter Umgebung. Wir hatten extra reserviert aber als wir pünktlich ankamen hieß es, dass drinnen nichts mehr frei ist. Wir mussten uns also leider "draußen" auf die Terrasse setzen die zu einem Wintergarten umgebaut war. Hier gab es Heizstrahler und Decken. Es war dennoch leider sehr sehr kalt. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr bemüht. Wir haben auch einen Tee bekommen. Dennoch war das Ambiente nicht so toll. Wohingegen das Essen eine 10/10 war. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Sushi. Ob wir trotzdem wieder kommen würden wissen wir nicht. Im Winter vermutlich nicht...

Schon beim Ankommen merkt man: Das Team ist unglaublich freundlich. Der Service ist aufmerksam und herzlich. Besonders der Mann mit dem Hut und dem Dutt hat den Abend richtig besonders gemacht – super sympathisch, humorvoll und einfach sehr angenehm im Umgang. Zwischendurch hat er sogar ein bisschen Philosophie mit uns geteilt. Und falls nötig, spricht er auch Englisch, was wirklich praktisch ist. Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Tempura und die Dumplings – wirklich sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Über Lieferando bestellt, Bestellung kam nach über 1:15h kalt an. Der weg aus dem Restaurant dauert zu mir 7 min. mit dem Auto. Bestellen kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Wir mussten etwas länger warten. Was uns aber nicht störte. Uns wurde die Wartezeit durch eine gratis Vorspeise und ein gratis Getränk verkürzt. Wir waren völlig überrascht und begeistert vom Service. Lediglich der Lärmpegel wurde durch laute Musik erheblich angehoben und die Unterhaltung fiel dadurch etwas schwerer.

My daughter and I were absolutely thrilled!! The ceviche was fantastic! And the sushi was incredibly delicious. A great atmosphere and super friendly staff who still manage to smile even when the place is packed and there are corporate events. A huge compliment to them. The only thing I could mention is that the website doesn't quite capture the atmosphere as well as it actually is. That's a bit of a shame, because the restaurant has a really great ambiance.

We ordered online from Coco Sushi and were absolutely thrilled! The presentation of the order was super cool and high-quality, and everything tasted fantastic. We especially recommend the party platter – perfect if you want to enjoy a relaxed, quiet evening at home with a group of people. Their delivery service was also very nice, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Definitely a wonderful place to order for home delivery. Highly recommended! 🍣🙌

Food was delicious, staff friendly, service good. A bit hectic and very crowded – hence one star deduction.

There were five of us at the restaurant with a reservation. The place was very busy, and naturally, the noise level reflected that. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order. Well, that gave us plenty of time to pick out our food. Then the appetizers arrived, but we still didn't have our drinks. And then we had to wait another hour for our main course. The wait wasn't worth it; the food was tasty. But it was absolutely nothing special. It doesn't stand out at all from other upscale Asian restaurants in the area. We won't be back. You notice the poor service as soon as you walk in. No one greets you. That should be the bare minimum in a place like this.

The food was very good, I just didn't understand the glass noodles. Were they for decoration or part of the meal? They looked nice, but were completely tasteless, no sauce or any other seasoning. The rest of the food was delicious. We were a little cold, but we didn't want to eat in our jackets. I think there was a small heater in one corner, but I can't say whether it was on. The decor itself is very appealing; you feel comfortable. The service staff was very, very friendly and competent; we felt welcome and would gladly come back.

We arrived without a reservation and were given a lovely table. It was our first time here, and we were absolutely delighted with the decor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, and the friendly staff. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and what can I say? So fresh and delicious!! The prices are a bit higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. We are completely satisfied, thank you! ❤️

Our visit on a Saturday evening was unfortunately disappointing. First, we had to wait 80 minutes for our food. The staff offered no apology for this considerable wait. The portions weren't particularly large, and the quality of the food (sushi) didn't meet our expectations – it was more reminiscent of supermarket convenience food, which is unacceptable given the prices. In addition, the music was too loud, making normal conversation at the table difficult. Due to the long wait, the mediocre quality, and the truly poor service, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

CÔCÔ - Sushi & Asia Fusion in Augsburg offers an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere, inviting you to relax and enjoy yourself. The decor is modern and harmonious, making you feel immediately at home. The service was excellent – ​​friendly, attentive, and always there, without being intrusive. You can tell that great importance is placed on hospitality. The sushi was absolutely outstanding: fresh, varied, and perfectly prepared. I have never eaten such good sushi and was thrilled by the taste and quality. For all sushi lovers, CÔCÔ is a clear recommendation. The restaurant impresses with its culinary excellence and a harmonious overall package.

Unfortunately, there is no parking on-site. We had a voucher, which was accepted without hesitation. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The food selection is extensive and the prices are a bit on the high side. The food took a while to arrive, but it was very nicely presented. I didn't really like it, but my companions thought it was very good. The lime and peppermint leaves in my aperitif didn't look particularly fresh. My Hugo still tasted very good.

We ordered there today, and I'd rather not give it a single star. Delivery took almost two hours, and when the food arrived, the sushi was lukewarm and everything else that was supposed to be warm was cold. And it didn't taste particularly good either. We ordered for €100, so you'd expect the food to be at least halfway decent! Absolutely not recommended!

We ordered sushi for €90 but only received one small bag worth around €30. €60 of food was missing. The driver had already left and later claimed he gave us two bags, which is simply not true. This is unacceptable – either gross incompetence or dishonesty. For such a high price, we expected professionalism, but instead we were left hungry and frustrated. Definitely would not recommend ordering here.

We've eaten and ordered from Coco many times. It used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience this weekend. We ordered food for delivery. When we opened our order, we found that both containers of curry were almost empty! It was shocking. (See pictures) We called to speak to a manager, but were told there was no manager on duty. My husband was finally connected. We asked for this error to be corrected and for additional curry to be brought to us. We were told to send photos of our food, as if we were lying. After sending the photos, we waited without hearing from them. Finally, we wrote again, asking for a response, and received a very short reply. When the new curry was brought to us, the new container was again less than half full. What an insult. €16 for that? A mouthful of curry? When we last bought from there in June, the containers were full. I wrote to the employee, who told me that this was the case and that it always was. We felt this was handled with little professionalism and care.

Had to wait an hour for our food, in a nearly empty restaurant, because they were making mobile orders. If you can’t run both a restaurant and a food delivery business, drop one of them.

We had the sushi platter for three people and black sticky rice for dessert. Everything tasted very good, but the quantity left something to be desired. Just about okay for two people.

The rating is low for what, unfortunately, is most important: the food. The gyozs taste like supermarket ones, and the nigiri would be good if they had less sweet sauce. The sticky rice, however, is excellent. The service is quick and courteous. The location and position in the city are beautiful. Be careful with Google Maps, which will take you to the parallel street on foot.

The lunch menu is excellent value for money. Very tasty sushi and a delicious soda included. I'd love to keep it that way! :) The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, there were payment issues – if we hadn't noticed the higher bill, we would have paid significantly more than we ordered. After noting it and correcting it, unfortunately, there was no apology. Overall, though, it was good and we will be back. Addendum: We tried the lunch menu again and unfortunately, none of us were full this time. As you can see in the second picture, less sushi was served than on our last visit. It's a shame... the taste is still good.

Outstanding appetizers (the ceviche is to die for), great sushi in a beautiful setting—we'll definitely be back—thank you for a wonderful experience. Update 2025: The restaurant remains an experience; the appetizers are truly magnificent and even a touch more sophisticated than the sushi. The service is very friendly; at full capacity, it can take a while, but that's okay—in the beautiful setting, you can easily linger a little longer. Be sure to make a reservation in the evening.

Good food, very comfortable place. The vegetarian menu to share was very basic, but you can tell the difference with the special rolls: they are much better, but perhaps a little overpriced.
