Schon interessant, wie viel Arroganz sich ein Arthousekinobetreiber offenbar leisten kann bzw. will. Umgang mit Kundschaft und Kritik absolut unprofessionell. Wenn es an persönlicher Reife fehlt, ist das der falsche Job. Schade für das tolle Kino.

The food is no longer what it used to be. The cleanliness in the restaurant and the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Ultimately, this also costs a lot of money that would be better spent in a real restaurant.

Our orders were prepared very quickly, and the food tasted like any McDonald's. I deducted one star because the tables were all dirty/sticky.

Completely wrong. I had no idea about cooking, grilled spare ribs in old fat, and there was hardly any mention of salads. There are no trained chefs at the stove. Good food looks different. One star, not worth it.

Ordered online. 2 hour waiting time. When I called, it was explained that there were currently delays. I understand! I thought a drink as compensation was great. I didn't get it. The driver accidentally gave it to another customer. OK…. No matter, food is here! Child gets food! …. Well, nothing came of it! It was cold and not edible! Very, very sad!!!! My patience and understanding have reached a limit! I paid €23.50 for that!!!!! 8:42 p.m.! I'm sick and my child doesn't have anything warm to eat! 🤯😤

I always get my pizza there with extra cheese and extra tomato sauce..pizza is always juicy and the dough base is crispy…

The owner just hung up! I just wanted to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with 3 toppings. I didn't want these 3 ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each with one ingredient. It was explained to me that I had to order something like this over the phone; it couldn't be done online. And they promptly ask for 25, then 20€. Justification: it creates more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or put on the pizza individually, the man on the phone started complaining, said "then order it online" and simply hung up (I could still hear him talking about me loudly complained, he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from where I lived closest and then something like that! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't do it. I didn't use my tone wrong, I asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like that.

So with the low prices you really can't say anything bad! Pizza was super tasty, dough was fresh.

Toiletten sauber, innen OK Ferienmäßig überfüllt, Außenanlagen versifft, verschissen und ekelhaft. Vorsicht vor "Taschendieben" ist geboten, wurde durch einen dicken Mann angerempelt, war in Begleitung eines langen hageren Mannes, türkischer Herkunft, konnte es verhindern, durch Geistesgegenwart und Schnelligkeit, Geldbeutel war schon in seiner Hand habs mir zururückgeholt(...) Fazit: einfach weiterfahren, wenn es geht, zum verweilen lädt die Raststätte nicht ein.

Food is inedible. If you're in the mood for disgusting lasagne or raw schnitzel rolls, you've come to the right place 👍. The staff is nice but unfortunately this doesn't make the food any more enjoyable.
