Lost a lot!! They used to be better. New employees work as if they were sleeping... Today we wanted 2x Küneffe then the blonde employee came and said she can only bring us 1x Küneffe so that we can eat for two. The wishes are not perceived. There's also no sign of cleanliness. Dirty dishes, tables. The health department will have to stop by there.

They bring expensive stuff but not the one you have ordered

The food is not good ,the service is horrible, the order is late . I won't go back there for sure ! Any other place is better than that one ! I don't know how this restaurant is still working! I hope that they will close it as soon as possible and start another business. They can try with ice creams or selling candies ,they'll be more successful! Anyway if you go there ,prepare to pay much for nothing ! 😉

Today we ordered 2 doner kebabs with rice and a box of fries. After 15 minutes we got 1 box of fries and a box of rice. We said what our order was, the boy simply put the rice box in the plate with a small portion of sauce and gave it back. We had to order kebab again. And the food didn't taste good. Rice was overcooked, very little sauce, no salad. This time just one point.

It's so unhygienic cutlery the glasses are disgusting. Unfortunately I couldn't eat anything. The service didn't come at all, we had to get up and get menu cards ourselves.

Inhumane and shameless. Ordered pide with cheese and pieces of meat, was only served pide with pieces of meat and of course in the end was charged for the more expensive one. In addition, the meat was not cooked through, when I spoke to him the answer was: That's normal, otherwise the bread would become too crispy (burn). We came there often, but that was it.

I rarely go there anyway, but I went there again today because we were walking in the city. Ordered pide and köfte ekmek. Pide dough was half raw and 3 köfte in a large bread over 10€. I won't say more

Was there spontaneously today. Had a pleasure kebab. At first I thought it was going to be something dripping with fat and thought it wouldn't taste that good. The food arrived shortly after I ordered. I was excited. You could tell that the food was lovingly prepared and all in all it was really good. 👍

Doner kebab was completely tasteless, completely devoid of spices. Steak meat is advertised outside, but inside the kebab is only made with turkey. Table wasn't clean, menu was sticky. We ran out of tea, but when we asked for it, it came and was tasty. Never again.

That was the worst food I have ever eaten so I will definitely never go to this store again and we didn't get what we ordered either. Then another meal came and when you got the menu, you couldn't even take a little time to choose the right meal. This black-haired woman came immediately after 2 minutes. The restaurant offered a disappointing experience. The atmosphere was dreary and uncomfortable, the food tasted bland and was obviously not freshly prepared. The service left a lot to be desired. Overall, a big disappointment that I can't recommend.

1.5 hours until the mediocre food arrives. An entire order was even completely messed up and the staff only started preparing it after I reminded them after an hour. There are plenty of other good Turkish restaurants nearby, stay away!

The pide was really tasty, the service was nice

So I always eat here and I'm actually very happy, but today I'm really disappointed. I usually always order a breakfast platter for 2 people. This time the vegetables (kizartmak) were really, really cold and some of them tasted like the fridge, you know what I mean because they were stored there. Despite all the love, serving cold food to customers is very weak.

Discovered it while walking as a transient and was drawn in by the ambience. I haven't regretted my (gut) decision... :-) Nice atmosphere, very friendly AND competent staff, delicious food and reasonable prices. Everything fits here for me.

Today I ordered a köfte plate. Conclusion: stay away, the cheapest meat, just fatty with tendons. Salad has a disgusting aftertaste, lentil soup that doesn't have any seasoning just tastes like water. If you can't even cook the simplest dishes, I don't understand why you open a restaurant. Hygiene is zero. Cutlery sticky, stains on the tables, children's chair just disgusting. The store is absolutely not recommended. The store would have to be disinfected from top to bottom. I would recommend reducing the menu and concentrating on certain dishes, rather offering little in the way of quality.

Hello everyone or as it is called in Turkish salamm alaikum After my visit to this exotic Far Eastern restaurant yesterday, I now want to exercise my right to freedom of expression. I will address individual points in this review: 1: Location 2: Staff 3: Food At the end of this summary I will summarize everything again and give a conclusion. 1. The Esspoint is close to the train station, but this is not only positive, because you are often approached by people without a permanent address, which is not nice because you wanted to end your evening relaxed. From the outside it's pretty yucky, I'll talk about the inside later. A monitor doesn't work and the equipment is rather poor and boring. You get the feeling like you're at the funeral home. The open baking area alone is somewhat appealing because you can see how your food is being prepared, but some of the workers look very pained. I don't know how hygienic it is there, because when I was there the thinner waiter wearing skinny jeans vomited and then collapsed crying in the arm of an employee. It can happen, but he just continued working afterwards. Whether this complies with German hygiene regulations is a mystery to me. 2. The slightly older man at the kebab skewer at the entrance is the only friendly one in this shop. He greeted me very friendly and almost charming ;). The rest of the staff was pretty so-so. The boy with the very tight skinny jeans only paid us half-hearted attention, and it felt like decades passed before we got the menu. (This was also the one who had to vomit afterwards.) While we told him our order, he seemed very unfocused and rushed, which was very unpleasant. Another employee couldn't help but stare at my pubescent 15-year-old daughter. That's really unheard of. The staff has Turkish conversations all over the store, which I find annoying as a German. 3. The offer is relatively small, the selection leaves a lot to be desired compared to others. However, I decided on a kebab plate, my son a kebab box, my husband a mantle plate and my daughter a 1.20 cheese pide. Me and my son received exactly the same portion, although there is a very big difference in price according to the menu. The mantitle plate was far too spicy for a German palate; the spiciness sent my husband to Istanbul. You can guess three times who had to listen to the flatulence all night long. Before we had specifically said not spicy!! The culinary nightmare, however, was the pide. My daughter had been struggling with severe nausea all night long, so we had to drive to the nearest emergency pharmacy at 2 a.m. to get the highest dose of Vomex. The only advantage of the food is that it is relatively affordable compared to other takeaways. Now let's come to the overall rating: Some of the friendly staff (older gentlemen) do at least a little bit of good. The skinny jeans waiter should ask himself if he made the right career choice, very hectic and unprofessional. His hectic pace not only affects the rest of the staff but also the poor customers. The gawker should also restrain himself. The middle-aged to slightly older women are ok, but they should refrain from having private conversations in front of customers in the future, it seems unprofessional. This is an unreasonable expectation, especially for the Turkish community at IMBISS. Of course, Eating is OK always gives suggestions for improvement. My personal advice: STAY AWAY FROM THE MANTI AND THE PIDE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND A PAINFUL NIGHT!!!!! Prices are somewhat reasonable for this meal. We were here today because we happened to walk past it and became curious. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the smell of delicious food immediately hits your nose. The service is very attentive and friendly. We decided on 2 kebab plates (1x turkey, 1x veal). The portions were large and the plates were beautifully presented. It also tasted very good. We will definitely come back to try other dishes that looked very interesting

Ich war am Wochenende zum frühstücken dort. Wir waren zu dritt und haben für 2 Personen bestellt weil wir uns gedacht haben es reicht weil wenn wir für 3 bestellen der Rest dann weggeschmissen wird und das wäre viel zu Schade. Wir meinten zu der Kellnerin das sie für 1 Person extra Tee buchen soll und Sie meinte es kostet 1,50€ war für uns okey. Im Nachhinein kam ein anderer Herr der dort beschäftigt ist und meinte das es so nicht geht das wir zu dritt da sitzen und nur für 2 bestellt haben das für eine extra Person 6,90€ oder so gezahlt werden muss. Stand auch auf dem Menü was wir übersehen haben aber uns hätte die Kellnerin drauf hinweisen können was Sie aber nicht tat. (Unser Tisch war für 2 Personen gedeckt O-Saft, Simit) Wir haben erst mal sehr lange diskutiert und der Herr meinte diesmal gehts aufs Haus nach dem Frühstück wollten wir zahlen. Die Rechnung kam für drei Personen da es uns nicht ums geld ging haben für 3 gezahlt aber was wir nicht verstanden haben service für 2 rechnung für 3. Daraufhin als wir meinten wir kommen nicht mehr weil das frühstück war nicht besonders hat nicht geschmeckt gibts bessere Restaurants + und sie waren unfreundlich. Es kam eine Frau und entschuldigte sich bei uns wegen dem ganzen Vofall aber versuchte im Nachhinein die Schuld auf uns zuschirben wo wir dann nur meinten wieso Sie Ihren Fehler bzw den Fehler von der Kellnerin nicht einsieht und es nur für 2 Personen bedeckt war statt 3 + wir dennoch für 3 gezahlt haben. Die Diskussionen führten weiter und wir sind raus gegangen eine Frau auf der Straße bekam das mit und meinte auch dass Sie die Mitarbeiter und alle unfreundlich findet und Sie auch seit dem nicht mehr bei Ihnen essen geht. Ich wärde es euch nicht empfehlen es lohnt sich nicht, da gehe ich lieber wo anders hin werde freundlich und herzlich aufgenommen ist mir lieber.

Sehr schönes und sauber Restaurant. Preise sind sehr gut. An Zutaten wird nicht gespart 😀.

Das war wirklich unterirdisch. Bestellt hatte ich einen Dönerteller mit extra Zwiebeln, Zaziki und Majo. Dazu eine große Spezi. Hingestellt bekommen, habe ich einen großen Teller mit trockenen Döner Fleisch, Pommes, einem Stück alten Brot und eine lauwarme Flasche Mezzo Mix. Zu einem Dönerteller gehört Salat, die bestellten Zwiebeln waren auch nicht drauf, genauso wenig wie die Majo. Das Fleisch war wirklich kein Genuss. Das war einer der schlechtesten Dönerteller, die ich jemals in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Wofür ich jetzt genau 17,10 € bezahlt habe, ist mir schleierhaft. Zusatz: das Besteck war auch noch dreckig.

Ben böyle bir rezillik görmedim. Bugün annem ve bebeğim ile yemek yemeye gittik. Eşimde bize katılacaktı. Şimdiye kadar kaç kere gelmiştik hep her zaman istediğimiz yere oturuyorduk. Kimse yer göstermiyordu. Bu sefer Rasim denilen adam (en büyük yetkili oymuş) bir elemanını gönderip bizi oturduğumuz yerimizden kaldırttı. Başka masaya oturmamızı istediler. Oturduktan sonra garson bize menüyü getirdi bizde neden istediğimiz yere oturamadığımzı sorduk. Garson orası gelen aileler için dedi. Sonrasında bizde aile olarak geldik madem biz oturamıyoruz oradaki iki bey nasıl oturuyor diye sorduk. Garson “ne yapayım abla Rasim ne derse onu yapıyorum” dedi. İki dakika sonra geldi “abla canınız sağ olsun gelin oturun” dedi ve masayı temizletti. Sonrasında biz oturduk. O esnada Rasim bey gelip “siz neden buraya oturdunuz ben size başka masa verdim burası iki kişilik yer değil ve zaten bebek arabanız yolu kapatıyor” dedi. Bizde garsonun bizi buraya oturttuğunu adam mı oynattıklarını sorduk. Üstelik bebek arabamızda yer kapatmıyordu. Rahatlıkla geçilebilirdi. Ordan kalk oraya otur sonra tekrar kalk oraya otur yok olmadı bir daha kalk diğer yere otur. Hal böyle olunca bizde iştah bırakmadılar kalkıp gittik. Yaptığı saygısızlık yetmezmiş gibi çıkarken sırıtıp alaycı bir tavırla iyi günler demesi büyük terbiyesizlik. Ardından biz çıkarken peşimizden çıkıp özür dileyeceğine tartışmaya devam ediyor. Müşteri sizin misafirinizdir baş tacınızdır askeriniz değil. Misafire böyle davranılmaz. Üstelik dükkanda yeterince boş masa varken. Kaç kere geldik o adamı ilk defa gördük. Ne yazık ki bu olay olurken Neşe ablaya rastlayamadık. Eminim ki o olsaydı böyle olmazdı. Güya patron Rasim beymiş. Olmadığını öğrendik ve gereken şikayetlerimizi yapacağız. Saygısızlığa tahammülümüz yok. Umarım münihteki Patronda bu memnuniyetsiz kalan diğer müşterileri görür. Biz şikayetimizi zaten ileteceğiz. Gitmeyin arkadaşlar. Küçük dağları ben yarattım tavrında olan insanlara prim vermeyin.

This was probably the worst food I had all year so far. Oversalted fries, an extra Euro for a small pack of ketchup and mayo, the vegetables were old, semi-cold, and mushy. Top this with an unfriendly waitstaff that, depending on the menu item, wants a number or a name and gets really angry if you give them a name when they expect a number and vice versa, and you have this absolute unit of a chain eatery. Might as well go McDonalds.

Für das geld sehr wenig Angeboten İskender hatte ich wahr sehr schlecht Muß mann bedienung bitten den Tisch zum Aufräumen wahren unfreundliche Bedingungen İch werde keine empfehlen

Mir wurde auf einen 50-Euro-Schein nur auf 10 Euro herausgegeben. Es wurde abgestritten, dass es 50 Euro waren. Ich wollte nicht streiten und bin gegangen. Nie wieder!

Wir waren hier heute spontan auf gut Glück frühstücken. Im Internet oder auf der aushängenden Karte an der Eingangstür ist leider über Frühstück nichts zu finden. Ich wusste aber von Bekannten und aus div. Instagram stories, dass es dort Frühstück gab. Für 27,50 Euro gibt es eine große Platte für 2 Personen mit allerhand Zutaten. Je 2 Gläser Çay zum selbst dosieren und 1 Glas Orangensaft pro Person waren inklusive. Für Sucuk im Rührei wurden 2 Euro Aufpreis verlangt. Das Fladenbrot wird vor Ort frisch zubereitet. Dieses und der Simit wurden deshalb noch warm an den Tisch gebracht. Der Service kam flink mit der Karte und um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wir haben leider nicht alles geschafft. Auch wenn es auf den 1. Blick wenig aussieht, ist es doch zuviel 😀 Alles in allem einfach gut und lecker. Ich hätte mir nur ein paar Scheiben mehr Wurst gewünscht. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder.

Fünf Sterne ⭐ sind definitiv verdient! Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants umfängt einen ein unbeschreiblicher Duft🥙 aus der türkischen Küche. Das Essen wurde äußerst zügig serviert und es war köstlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich,✌️ fragten stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden und waren sehr gesprächig. Die Atmosphäre im Laden vermittelte das Gefühl, als wäre man direkt in Istanbul. Mein Fazit: Bei Hunger werde ich definitiv hierher zurückkehren. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen, selbst einen Blick zu riskieren. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das man nicht verpassen sollte!😄

Also ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen.Von der wirklich Netten Bedienung bis zum Angestellten am Grill alles ok.Sogar der Chef war da und nett.Konnte sogar ganz nett mit ein paar Leuten dort reden und das als Deutscher.Essen war gut und die Auswahl war riesig und sehr türkisch original.Ich komm wieder mit meiner Freundin.Achja und sauber war's dort auch überall im Lokal und in den Toiletten auch bei vollem Betrieb. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen aber das müssen seltsame Menschen sein oder die werden von der Konkurrenz bezahlt.Jetzt stinkt es mir das ich so oft am laden vorbei gegangen bin.lg Andreas

Nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Waren Stammkunden, doch Qualität hat stark nach gelassen. Service ebenso.. Man muss sehr lange warten, das Essen bzw Fleisch ist trocken und ungenießbar. Auf Nachfrage ob man bitte ein neues haben kann wird nur gesagt nein geht nicht nächstes mal. Das nenne ich guten Kundenservice.. Nie wieder.. Nicht zu empfehlen

Bis wir Bestellung aufgeben konnten hast es ca. 45 min gedauert. Essen hat geschmeckt. Service und Bestellung eine reine Katastrophe.

Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt und es war ein Haar darin, für das sich niemand entschuldigt hat. Dann wurde mir angeblich innerhalb von zwei Minuten ein neues Essen gebracht, das aber auch nicht geschmeckt hat.

Bester Dönerladen indem ich je wahr. Der Döner dort ist echt gut. Brot knusprig und Fleisch saftig. Der köfte ist auch mega. Nettes Personal, alles da. Ich kann nichts gegen den einwenden.

Döner hier nicht zu empfehlen!! Sehr enttäuschend, es gibt fast keinen guten Döner in der Gegend. Brot war schlecht aufgeschnitten und die ganze Soße ist rausgelaufen. Geschmack von Fleisch (Kalb) und Soße war fade und nicht schmackhaft. Größe war ok, aber mir gings nach dem Döner den ganzen Tag nicht so gut, meine Frau hat ihn gar nicht ganz runtergekriegt... 7 € für so was schlechtes! Dann lieber zum Masters of Kebab, da kostets ähnlich, aber es schmeckt überragend. Hat nur leider Sonntags nicht offen.

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen,. Service:sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gehen sie mit Kunden um.

Wir mussten uns die Karte selber holen weil keiner kam! Dann mussten wir jemand herrufen, um die Bestellung aufzugeben! Zuerst kam dann das Essen und dann beim nachfragen die Getränke(war eine Flasche Cola und Ayran im Becher)! Meine Frau wollte zur Pide ein Teller und Besteck, leider kam nichts! Die Hackfleisch-Pide kann ich nicht empfehlen! Zum zahlen bin ich dann rein, weil es kommt keiner! Schade

Waren frühstücken und alles war Top und super frisch. Nette Bedienung und sehr faire Preise. Würde ich jedem empfehlen.
