Today's day trip took us to you. Friends—the food was delicious. Highly recommended! Accommodating and very friendly. Children are welcome here. They receive attention and loving service.

Unfortunately, I have to say that it's not like it used to be. The service is stressed, and the food isn't as good as it used to be. The pide isn't really edible. The minced meat wasn't fresh. So, it wasn't that bad; I used to love going to this restaurant, but it's taken a turn for the worse.

I didn't really like it; we weren't greeted properly. The one waiter who took our order didn't speak to us. Therefore, he brought the wrong drink and twice a double portion of Adana, even though we wanted single portions. The food was okay, although mine was a bit too greasy. The other waiters were quite nice. But for €100 for 5 people, you can eat better.

Best Iskender I've ever eaten, I would recommend it to everyone💯💯

Around 3 p.m., my husband, my baby, and I drove 30 minutes to eat Iskender here. The treatment was horrible: no "welcome," no "hello," no smile from the waiter. The table was dirty and not cleaned. Even though he knew the plate was hot, he placed it right past my daughter instead of behind her stroller. She touched the hot plate, burned her hand, and cried loudly in pain. No apology, no inquiry as to whether she was okay. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never come here again—it wasn't worth my money.

The wait staff welcomed us warmly and took good care of us, but I wouldn't serve Ayran with a foamy head or Iskender where the sauce is burnt on the edge of the plate to my guests. The restaurant is mid-range in terms of price, but the quality of the doner, Adana, and Iskender we had that day left a lot to be desired overall (both in terms of taste and portion size). The bread wasn't preheated, the Adana skewer was very thin (but tasty), and the doner meat was relatively bland. The bread and meat from the Iskender were quite tasty, but the whole thing was unfortunately spoiled by the cheap tomato paste sauce. On the plus side, they served a small salad with the Iskender. It was very hot inside, so we sat outside. It's a bit noisy on the street, of course, but that didn't bother us. We were disappointed that there were two smokers at the next table. Statements regarding the origin of the meat (keyword: halal/helal) were rather brief. A restaurant with a prayer room and a policy of avoiding Coca-Cola products, which is important for Muslims, should provide much more specific information and advertise this aggressively. Attentive Muslims also avoid Pepsi products, by the way—perhaps a point that can be addressed in the future. We're from out of town anyway, so we probably won't be back in Augsburg anytime soon, but even as a local, I would first look for alternatives.

Delicious food and always friendly service. The Turkish dishes are freshly prepared and taste authentic. For me, even the trip from Munich is worth it every time.

I eat there very often and always the same thing. However, my meal this time wasn't as good as usual. I told the waiter that the taste was different this time and ended up not having to pay for my meal! It wasn't my intention, but I really appreciate the gesture. Thank you.

Wonderful service and great hospitality – highly recommended! We recently went to the Erciyes restaurant on Ulmer Straße with our dog and had a truly exceptionally positive experience. Since dogs aren't normally allowed indoors, we initially sat outside. I had already finished my salad and my companion was just finishing his appetizer when it suddenly started to rain heavily. We quickly sought shelter under a parasol. An attentive waiter immediately came with an umbrella, cleared our food, and kindly asked us to come inside. I pointed to our dog, and to our surprise and great delight, the waiter said, "No problem, you can bring the dog in." Once inside, we were served new dishes without asking – I got a fresh salad, my companion a new appetizer, and we even got fresh bread. We were very impressed by the generosity, the warmth of the staff, and the flexibility of the entire team. The food was, as always, delicious and freshly prepared, but what made this visit special was the genuine hospitality. If you're looking for a restaurant with genuine heart, authentic cuisine, and great service, Erciyes is the place to be. Thank you so much, we'd love to come back.

We tried the tandoori kebab and pide, which tasted as good as if it were from Anatolia. It's over 100 km away, but we'll definitely go there again soon. The service was also very nice...

I felt like I was back in my hometown of Kayseri. Cıvıklı is unbeatable, with pides that taste and are prepared just like in Turkey. I'd go back anytime. The staff is very accommodating and caters to special requests.

From the food to the service, it's truly unbeatable. We were passing through. I'm near Munich. There's no other restaurant with this level of food quality. We tried pide, Adana kebab, and tandoori. All the dishes were incredibly delicious. I 100% recommend it.

The food was delicious, nothing to complain about, but you shouldn't skimp on the rice! The rice was gone after just three spoonfuls, as the portion was very small.

There were four of us there and overall we were very satisfied. The Adana with yogurt tasted great. The food came almost at the same time, just with a little delay, but that wasn't a big deal. What was particularly nice was that there were fries on the house! Künefe and Ayran were absolutely recommended, a clear 10/10. The service was friendly and attentive. A small minus point: you have to look for a parking space in the surrounding streets. Overall 4 stars – we would love to come back!

The experience I just had at this Restaurant was a real disappointment. I found a fruit fly in my Iskender plate and it completely ruined my appetite. I was too uncomfortable to finish my plate. While paying, I conveyed the situation to two different employees and told them that this was unhygienic. But I received neither a response nor an apology. They are absolutely closed to criticism. I never recommend this restaurant and will not visit again.

Hey, I'm from Stuttgart. During my time there I ate soup and breakfast, everything was great, the staff are very friendly, the restaurant is clean, I would like to eat again if I am in the region for an evening.

Everything is perfect, staff, good food, good prices, affordable. It is one of the most decent places in Augsburg. I think it is the only place where you can feel comfortable with your family.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. The Tavuk Şiş (chicken skewers) were undercooked, half raw and also arrived cold. The Ezme was also disappointing in taste. The İskender, which was traditionally supposed to consist of Yaprak kebab, was made here from minced meat - also unconvincing. I wanted to order a salad with walnuts, similar to the famous Nusret salad, but although it was on the menu, it was not available. The restaurant itself also seemed unkempt and dusty, which made the atmosphere very unpleasant. Finally, I ordered Künefe, but it was extremely dry and was floating in sugar syrup without being able to steep properly. Unfortunately, the wait staff didn't make any effort to get feedback or make sure everything was OK. Overall, in my opinion, this restaurant has only built a name, but does not offer any quality in terms of taste. There are definitely much better Turkish restaurants that impress both in terms of cuisine and ambience.

The Adana Kebab was raw and dry inside. I had to wait a very long time for my food, as if it was a warning to leave rather than eat here. Unfortunately I didn't listen to the warning and now I've had severe stomach pain for three days. I will definitely never eat here again.

We sat down and waited for the condition, as no one came so long I got up to ask if we could have the menu please. After a long search for staff, the employee came to meet me. I then asked him very politely if we could have the menu! Then he tells me in a very loud and impudent tone that I should sit down immediately because he would come! Firstly, sir, I am not a small child! Secondly, please don't let your frustration out on the guests because with my money I can go eat somewhere else. Which is what we did! We got up and left! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there or if the gentleman no longer works there. Never experienced anything so unprofessional and unfriendly! The dear boss may have to pay a little more attention to his staff because otherwise they will lose even more guests! And I have to say we found another restaurant and were served great. The traditionally prepared Turkish food here is generally good and tasty. The homemade and fresh Ayran is also recommended. 😋👍 I've eaten there several times now and unfortunately it happened several times that there was no longer any kebab meat. Too bad. But it is probably very popular and is already sold out for dinner. Price-performance ratio is good, although some dishes seem a bit expensive to me. Service and ambience was definitely okay.

It used to be one of the best kebabs... not anymore... The bread, even if freshly baked, is not made properly...the dough with the sauce turns into dumplings that are difficult to eat. In addition, the veal is very, very dry. We can be forgiven for receiving one of eight dishes 20 minutes late in the full shop. We weren't charged for that either.

Erciyes Rest with family from Munich in October. We went and ordered meat doner and Adana kebab. I have never liked meat doner, so I don't want to comment and disrespect both the blessing and those who contributed. I will say Adana kebab, it was a great taste, thank you to my master, I didn't ask for the second portion because of my embarrassment of going as a guest. I definitely recommend Adana kebab. Bon appetit to those who will try it.

As always, the restaurant offers delicious oriental dishes - the food was fantastic! Unfortunately, what bothered us this time was that another customer was demanding a lot of the entire staff. This led to a few problems: a dish was almost forgotten, which meant we had to wait a long time, and drinks were charged twice, but this was resolved in the end. It was noticeable that we and other guests received less attention, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. Nevertheless, the food there is absolutely recommended!

I generally don't like pita outside of Turkey, but this pita was the best pita I have eaten in Europe. I ate 1.5 pitas and thought I wouldn't be full even with 1.5, but they have very filling plates and wonderful ayran. I definitely recommend you to come to this restaurant if you come here. It is a very nice place, with clean toilets and a mosque.

Attention! You may be poisoned... Erciyes Restaurant was a place where I liked the food and especially the meat doner. However, today we came across a kebab kebab that was extremely oily and smelled of burnt oil, and three friends ate it. Since we have eaten meat doner from here before, the decrease in the size of the doner caught my attention a little, but the size is not that important. Because we were so hungry, we ate the doner kebab and had a hard time getting home. An intense headache, that constant burning oil smell in your throat, weakness and feeling of vomiting... Because they saw us as calm and quiet, they did not hesitate to sell the dirty doner kebab from yesterday, or maybe even before. This means that human health can be made so cheap. I did not like this beautiful place at all.

Great quality Doner Kebab in the Iskender Kebab. The combination of yoghurt with the Doner and tomato sauce on top was really amazing. The baklava with ice cream and fresh pistachios was also very good and was a great combination with the traditional tea which was served on the house. Totally recommend.

By far the best doner kebab I've had in Germany in years. It is exactly the same as the döner kebab in Turkey. There is neither fat nor cartilage in it.

We went to Ausburg in May 2024 for a friend's daughter's wedding. Then I had the opportunity to explore this place. They make great Turkish kebabs and pitas. Breakfast is prepared very carefully and with products that suit our taste. Having an open air section is an important advantage. Mr. Mahmut, the owner of the restaurant, is a very naive, polite and gentleman. He personally deals with customers. I definitely recommend you to try the Develi Cıvıklı here. The price and performance balance is very good. If I were to go to Ausburg again, I wouldn't look for another place, I would just go to Erciyes Restaurant.

Although some employees are friendly, some are very rude. We asked about the difference between ‘Kuşbaşılı Kaşarlı’ and ‘Cıvıklı’. The employee looked at us annoyed and said there was no difference. If there is no difference, then why are the prices different and why are they listed in different menus? Maybe the employee was having a bad day, I don't know, but that was my impression.

Couldn't even take a bite. Never again. Cheese pide was very dry and tasteless like a margarita pizza without tomato sauce.

Very nice restaurant. Prices are minimally increased. My Tandır tasted wonderful 9/10. The pides were also very tasty 8.5/10. Personally, I didn't think the kebab meat was that good. Just like the 2 sauces that are served with the kebab plate 7/10.
