Service ist zu schlecht und zu spät

Die Grillplatte und die Pide haben uns hervorragend geschmeckt – alles war frisch, lecker und gut gewürzt. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Ambiente war angenehm und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Erciyes Pide Grillhaus in Augsburg weiterempfehlen.

Normalerweise lieben wir diesen Laden, aber heute war unser Besuch leider eine große Enttäuschung. Angefangen bei der Bedienung bis hin zum Essen hat einfach nichts gepasst. Das Essen wurde kalt serviert. Unsere Vorspeisen wurden zunächst komplett vergessen. Erst nachdem wir den Kellner mit der Glatze darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, brachte er sie – allerdings ohne das dazugehörige Brot. Leider hatten wir schon beim vorletzten Besuch dieselbe Erfahrung mit diesem Kellner. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass er mit dem Service überfordert ist, da uns ähnliche Fehler bereits damals passiert sind. Schade, denn wir kommen eigentlich sehr gerne hierher und waren bisher immer zufrieden. Umso enttäuschender war dieses Erlebnis.

Seit 10-15 Minuten ist niemand gekommen, um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen; es war niemand zu sehen.

Besuche ich gerne. Genügend Tische wie drinnen, wie auch draußen. Freundliches Personal. Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Das war mein Lieblingsfrühstückslokal, und ich weiß genau, was die da servieren. Es war aus Resten gemacht… Ich weiß, was drin war, und es fehlte so viel, und trotzdem haben sie den vollen Preis verlangt… Es hat mir einfach nicht geschmeckt, und weder ich noch jemand aus meinem Umfeld wird jemals wieder hingehen. Mein Rat: Wenn ihr da nicht mehr essen wollt, geht einfach nicht mehr hin… 👍

Sehr gutes türkisches Restaurant. Das Essen hat wirklich überzeugt, geschmacklich richtig stark und man merkt, dass auf Qualität geachtet wird. Besonders positiv sind mir die Mitarbeiter aufgefallen – alle sehr freundlich, respektvoll und aufmerksam. Dazu ist der Laden sauber und gepflegt, was für mich immer ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Für mich definitiv eines der besten türkischen Restaurants in Augsburg. Klare Empfehlung.

Das Menü ist zwar etwas klein, aber das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Der Service war hervorragend und die Atmosphäre angenehm und gemütlich. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort, und das Personal war sehr freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv war, dass Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird. Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze für das Restaurant. Insgesamt aber definitiv einen Besuch wert!

7 leute waren wir dort ,wir haben gewartet, über 1 stunde , der shef muss unbedingt was machen ,es ist schade man wartet einfach zu lange, und kein brot ,mal keine besteckt ,kein salat ,falsche bestellung ,einfach alles katasrophe, schade...

Ihr Pide (türkisches Fladenbrot) und ihre Kuttelsuppe sind gut. Der Döner (türkischer Kebab) ist unglaublich geschmacklos.

Wir sind 85 km gefahren, um das beste türkische Restaurant zu finden. Das hier ist das beste, das ich finden konnte. Bis ich etwas Besseres finde, bleibt es erstmal dabei. Das Essen ist köstlich. Es verdient 5 Sterne.

Geschmacklich richtig gut, wirklich lecker. Leider sind die Getränke Winzig 0,2 Liter teilweise oder nur 0,33 Liter, das ist zu klein! 0,5 Liter ist der Standard! Preislich für die Region etwas zu teuer. Ambiente ist sehr angenehm ruhig und sauber. Positiv ist, dass man sich selbst so viele Chais holen kann wie man möchte.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und hat uns überzeugt. Leider konnte der Service da nicht ganz mithalten. Mehrmals wurde uns das falsche Essen gebracht, und das Personal wirkte dabei häufig genervt. Zudem mussten wir sehr lange warten, bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass Gäste, die nach uns kamen, vor uns bedient wurden. Insgesamt also tolles Essen, aber deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf beim Service. Die Erfahrung haben wir heute nicht das erste mal gemacht, sondern beim letzten Mal auch schon.

Auf Empfehlung kamen wir hierher. Bitte spart euch das Geld. Service ist schlecht. Pide war ganz gut, aber die Fleischplatte war schlecht. Extrem lange Wartezeiten. Dann kam die Bestellung auch noch falsch an. Nachdem wir 2 mal darauf hingewiesen haben, kam dann die Antwort, dass es keine Pommes mehr gäbe. An einem Samstag um 17 Uhr gibt es anscheinend keine Pommes mehr. Komme nicht nochmal hier her.

Wir aßen Iskender und Pide. Der Iskender war nicht gut; er ist nicht mit dem in der Türkei vergleichbar. Das Pide war eher ein mit Fleisch gefülltes Brot, aber es war in Ordnung. Insgesamt finde ich es schwierig, gute türkische Restaurants in der Gegend um München zu finden.

Wir haben im Erciyes Restaurant den 60. Geburtstag meines Vaters gefeiert. Das Team war sehr freundlich, der Service super und das Essen richtig lecker. Besonders schön: Nach dem Essen hat ein Mitarbeiter unsere mitgebrachte Torte an den Tisch gebracht – sogar mit Tortenfontänen - das war soo schööön 😍. Ein unvergesslicher Moment! Danke Erciyes!

Essen war gut Service war auch gut Umgebung war sehr schön aber ich habe ein iskender bestellt beim iskender war viel zu wenig Brot das war leider ein Minus Punkt beim bestellen würde ich empfehlen extra Brot dazu zu sagen aber sonst top die anderen Gerichte waren auch top

Ich hatte Lust auf Künefe (eine türkische Süßspeise), also habe ich mir schnell welches geholt und es zu Hause gegessen – es war köstlich. Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Glück und Erfolg! Wir lieben auch die Grillgerichte; sie sind wirklich ausgezeichnet.

Das war das beste Restaurant, das ich in Deutschland besucht habe. Atmosphäre, Essen und Personal waren hervorragend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Deutschland bin, und kann das Künefe wärmstens empfehlen.

I've been going to this restaurant for years. It used to be great, but now it's disappointing. The last few times it's been getting worse. But it hasn't been this bad for a long time. I ordered a dürüm with tomatoes and onions. The meat was very soggy, and I'm still looking for tomatoes and onions. It used to be a top spot. That was the last time.

Today, we came from Würzburg with my friend and we had dinner. I ordered Adana kebab and my friend ordered chicken shish. Believe me, as a chef, I said I had heartburn until I got home. Both of them were old and rancid.

We were outside on Thursday at 12 noon, and no one came to serve us. They preferred to eat inside themselves! After 10 minutes, no one came in because we thought we were supposed to order inside. The food was good quality, but everything was lacking seasoning. Even the doner kebab had a yogurt sauce with no garlic and a pure tomato sauce with no seasoning at all! The salad tasted very watery. The pide were quite good and had a very crispy base.

Beautiful, modern ambiance with diverse seating areas. An example of some of the dishes we tried. Adana Dürum was lackluster: too much flatbread, stale lettuce, tomato, coarse pieces of butcher's onion, the thinnest skewer of meat, no cucumber, no parsley, etc. Tasteless and, as a result, very expensive. Portions are large, filling, but there's no other way to enjoy it. Tables not wiped, toilets dirty. Long wait to order. Laminated, dirty menu. And there's no free tea at the end; other snack bars do that much better. In conclusion: it is and remains a snack bar with seating, which is expensive and of mediocre quality. Not recommended.

As a long-time regular customer, I silently watched the declining quality over many visits, always hoping that the store would return to its former glory. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened. The store is now a mere shadow of its former self and not recommended.

I've been to a lot of restaurants. Here we always ordered a grill platter for two, but it was for three people. That was enough. The food tasted very good, and all the different types of meat tasted just as they should. The Adana wasn't oversalted like many others. My girlfriend and I were also very happy.

Unfortunately, I have to say that it's not like it used to be. The service is stressed, and the food isn't as good as it used to be. The pide isn't really edible. The minced meat wasn't fresh. So, it wasn't that bad; I used to love going to this restaurant, but it's taken a turn for the worse.

I didn't really like it; we weren't greeted properly. The one waiter who took our order didn't speak to us. Therefore, he brought the wrong drink and twice a double portion of Adana, even though we wanted single portions. The food was okay, although mine was a bit too greasy. The other waiters were quite nice. But for €100 for 5 people, you can eat better.

Best Iskender I've ever eaten, I would recommend it to everyone💯💯

Around 3 p.m., my husband, my baby, and I drove 30 minutes to eat Iskender here. The treatment was horrible: no "welcome," no "hello," no smile from the waiter. The table was dirty and not cleaned. Even though he knew the plate was hot, he placed it right past my daughter instead of behind her stroller. She touched the hot plate, burned her hand, and cried loudly in pain. No apology, no inquiry as to whether she was okay. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never come here again—it wasn't worth my money.

The wait staff welcomed us warmly and took good care of us, but I wouldn't serve Ayran with a foamy head or Iskender where the sauce is burnt on the edge of the plate to my guests. The restaurant is mid-range in terms of price, but the quality of the doner, Adana, and Iskender we had that day left a lot to be desired overall (both in terms of taste and portion size). The bread wasn't preheated, the Adana skewer was very thin (but tasty), and the doner meat was relatively bland. The bread and meat from the Iskender were quite tasty, but the whole thing was unfortunately spoiled by the cheap tomato paste sauce. On the plus side, they served a small salad with the Iskender. It was very hot inside, so we sat outside. It's a bit noisy on the street, of course, but that didn't bother us. We were disappointed that there were two smokers at the next table. Statements regarding the origin of the meat (keyword: halal/helal) were rather brief. A restaurant with a prayer room and a policy of avoiding Coca-Cola products, which is important for Muslims, should provide much more specific information and advertise this aggressively. Attentive Muslims also avoid Pepsi products, by the way—perhaps a point that can be addressed in the future. We're from out of town anyway, so we probably won't be back in Augsburg anytime soon, but even as a local, I would first look for alternatives.

Wonderful service and great hospitality – highly recommended! We recently went to the Erciyes restaurant on Ulmer Straße with our dog and had a truly exceptionally positive experience. Since dogs aren't normally allowed indoors, we initially sat outside. I had already finished my salad and my companion was just finishing his appetizer when it suddenly started to rain heavily. We quickly sought shelter under a parasol. An attentive waiter immediately came with an umbrella, cleared our food, and kindly asked us to come inside. I pointed to our dog, and to our surprise and great delight, the waiter said, "No problem, you can bring the dog in." Once inside, we were served new dishes without asking – I got a fresh salad, my companion a new appetizer, and we even got fresh bread. We were very impressed by the generosity, the warmth of the staff, and the flexibility of the entire team. The food was, as always, delicious and freshly prepared, but what made this visit special was the genuine hospitality. If you're looking for a restaurant with genuine heart, authentic cuisine, and great service, Erciyes is the place to be. Thank you so much, we'd love to come back.

From the food to the service, it's truly unbeatable. We were passing through. I'm near Munich. There's no other restaurant with this level of food quality. We tried pide, Adana kebab, and tandoori. All the dishes were incredibly delicious. I 100% recommend it.

There were four of us there and overall we were very satisfied. The Adana with yogurt tasted great. The food came almost at the same time, just with a little delay, but that wasn't a big deal. What was particularly nice was that there were fries on the house! Künefe and Ayran were absolutely recommended, a clear 10/10. The service was friendly and attentive. A small minus point: you have to look for a parking space in the surrounding streets. Overall 4 stars – we would love to come back!
