As always, the restaurant offers delicious oriental dishes - the food was fantastic! Unfortunately, what bothered us this time was that another customer was demanding a lot of the entire staff. This led to a few problems: a dish was almost forgotten, which meant we had to wait a long time, and drinks were charged twice, but this was resolved in the end. It was noticeable that we and other guests received less attention, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. Nevertheless, the food there is absolutely recommended!

It was a place we always loved to go to, but on Wednesday we paid 86 Euros for 3 pitas, 3 ayran and 1 meatball. OK, the prices are already above normal, but it will never happen again... We experienced the same thing at breakfast, we thought it might be human nature, but the way he treated us was truly shameful.

I generally don't like pita outside of Turkey, but this pita was the best pita I have eaten in Europe. I ate 1.5 pitas and thought I wouldn't be full even with 1.5, but they have very filling plates and wonderful ayran. I definitely recommend you to come to this restaurant if you come here. It is a very nice place, with clean toilets and a mosque.

Attention! You may be poisoned... Erciyes Restaurant was a place where I liked the food and especially the meat doner. However, today we came across a kebab kebab that was extremely oily and smelled of burnt oil, and three friends ate it. Since we have eaten meat doner from here before, the decrease in the size of the doner caught my attention a little, but the size is not that important. Because we were so hungry, we ate the doner kebab and had a hard time getting home. An intense headache, that constant burning oil smell in your throat, weakness and feeling of vomiting... Because they saw us as calm and quiet, they did not hesitate to sell the dirty doner kebab from yesterday, or maybe even before. This means that human health can be made so cheap. I did not like this beautiful place at all.

Great quality Doner Kebab in the Iskender Kebab. The combination of yoghurt with the Doner and tomato sauce on top was really amazing. The baklava with ice cream and fresh pistachios was also very good and was a great combination with the traditional tea which was served on the house. Totally recommend.

By far the best doner kebab I've had in Germany in years. It is exactly the same as the döner kebab in Turkey. There is neither fat nor cartilage in it.

We went to Ausburg in May 2024 for a friend's daughter's wedding. Then I had the opportunity to explore this place. They make great Turkish kebabs and pitas. Breakfast is prepared very carefully and with products that suit our taste. Having an open air section is an important advantage. Mr. Mahmut, the owner of the restaurant, is a very naive, polite and gentleman. He personally deals with customers. I definitely recommend you to try the Develi Cıvıklı here. The price and performance balance is very good. If I were to go to Ausburg again, I wouldn't look for another place, I would just go to Erciyes Restaurant.

Guests come into the restaurant with a dog and carry the dog in their hands and walk from table to table. Super unhygienic. Do you do the same thing in Kayseri?

Although some employees are friendly, some are very rude. We asked about the difference between ‘Kuşbaşılı Kaşarlı’ and ‘Cıvıklı’. The employee looked at us annoyed and said there was no difference. If there is no difference, then why are the prices different and why are they listed in different menus? Maybe the employee was having a bad day, I don't know, but that was my impression.

The food was super delicious! We always like to go there when we are in Augsburg. The service was also all super nice. Highly recommended!

A few years ago we really enjoyed going to the restaurant but now the place is just a disappointment. The food no longer tastes good, the portions have been reduced significantly and the prices have increased significantly. The waiters never do what you want.

We are there because of the positive recessions, unfortunately very disappointing. Staff very unfriendly my minced meat pide was supposed to be from veal but it had a pungent smell from lamb. Couldn't even take a bite. Never again. Cheese pide was very dry and tasteless like a margarita pizza without tomato sauce.

The minced meat pide is simply great. When we are in Augsburg we like to go there to eat.

Very nice restaurant. Prices are minimally increased. My Tandır tasted wonderful 9/10. The pides were also very tasty 8.5/10. Personally, I didn't think the kebab meat was that good. Just like the 2 sauces that are served with the kebab plate 7/10.

There is a bidet faucet, which I missed a lot during my 20-day trip to Europe, and I was devastated without it. Apart from that, the concept is the same as the middle-upper kenap restaurants in Turkey, the food is good, my friends ate Iskender, I tasted it, it might be my favorite doner kebab in Germany.

Had a very strange experience in this restaurant. In the early afternoon, a group of 5 Muslim women came to the restaurant, which had otherwise finished serving 4 other guests with a migrant background. The group of women were served immediately and highly efficiently, and probably also in a friendly manner. As an older white man at the table next door, I was completely ignored, even though the employees had walked past me several times. After about 30 minutes of waiting, after the table next door had already comfortably eaten part of the main course, I left the restaurant without comment and received excellent and friendly service in a Persian restaurant nearby. I wouldn't want to go to Iftar again 1. Too full 2. Seevice too slow.. etc. but we were there for my mom's birthday on Sunday April 21st, 2024. The food was served hot. We had nothing to complain about.

Service wasn't good. When I asked when a table outside would be free, I just said: "I don't know, go in" with a dismissive gesture of the hand towards the inside, even though a table had given up the bill a minute before. We had ordered 4 dishes, one was forgotten and we had to wait another 10 minutes. Also unusual for a Turkish restaurant was that there wasn't a bit of bread and meze beforehand. The çay at the end was only available upon request and you had to get it yourself inside. The food (chicken skewer, iskender and adana) was not well seasoned and not enough for the high price. 2 hours later 2 of them got stomach pains. Only the chicken skewer was tender and tasty. Unfortunately, the additional fries we ordered weren't cooked through either. The ability to sit outside (if there is space) is the only plus point We won't go there anymore.

I don't recommend anyone else to eat here. Especially not on Ramadan. My reserved table was given to other guests even though I was there much earlier than the actual time of my reservation. The statement was that I was way too late and didn't place an order by phone in advance. So that means if you're willing to sit there and wait 40-50 minutes before your actual reservation, then you're very welcome. Otherwise you won't get a seat if you have reserved. It's also very cramped and uncomfortable inside the restaurant. The atmosphere doesn't feel good as it is very crowded. The service is very unfriendly and doesn't take any requests into consideration.

We visited the Turkish restaurant Erciyes. However, it is recommended to make reservations on weekends. At around 7 p.m. the restaurant was full and several guests were waiting in the forecourt until a table became available again. That speaks for the house. The food was ok, the service was very friendly, but the restaurant had a sterile and cold atmosphere. Starter and main course arrived almost at the same time (within two minutes). There is no alcohol in the restaurant. The lamb was a bit dry. When we ate we were brought the bill, I can't say whether that was a misunderstanding or intentional. Maybe you wanted to re-occupy a table again? It was worth the experience, but I won't go back again.

Food doesn't taste good, portions are small, service is not friendly. It's a shame, I know Turkish food differently.

Pides and Adana kebab were very nice Ayran and kunefe are very bad The service is very slow and the waiters do not enjoy their job, it is obvious. We were there for dinner this evening. 14.november.2023 The presentation is terrible, they don't even offer tea. We ate the food and regretted it. #Haram shame on the owner and whoever works there. My wife wanted a portion of mixed grill. 1 meatball, 1 chop, 1 in Adana. 25€. Go to Uludağ restaurant and eat it. The grill comes full on a plate. In Munich, the Golden Slice grilled variety comes full on a plate. They put two or three pieces of meat on the plate, filled more bread than meat, and only 1 tablespoon of rice to make the plate look full is a disgrace. We paid 50€ and bought 1 tripe soup at the exit. They gave us soup in a glass like a coffee cup. Damn that's forbidden. May God satisfy their eyes. Nobody makes money from garbage. The customer should leave with peace of mind, even if the one who offers it properly is worth 100€. Anyway, not even a single tea is offered. When we asked for the bill, we got up, went to the cash register and paid. I thought I'd at least ask out of the corner of my mouth, as if you didn't have any tea. Of course we have tea, I can give it to you if you want. I said no need, we are already up now. The employees are clueless. Let's see what they say about this place. It infuriated me that they gave us the packaged soup in a glass like a coffee cup!!! I will never come here again and I wouldn't recommend it. Really disrespectful what is offered here, food no longer tastes like it used to, 1 spoonful of rice on the plate, half empty. What are you paying for? I gave them a second chance but nothing has changed. Unfortunately, a catastrophe. I ordered a kebab plate, of course served very cold, as if it were from yesterday. The tomato sauce on it didn't look fresh and of course it was served cold. For me it's never again and that day we were over 20 customers ALL had the same opinion. There's no chance anymore.

Das Essen hat sich echt verschlechtert habe einen Iskender gehabt leider war es nichts Fleisch Qualität wirklich Null schade eigentlich.

Servis son derece kötü aile olarak 4 kişi aynı oturdugumuz masada ve aynı anda siparişlerimizi vermemmize ragmen. Siparişler teker teker ve 10 ar dakika arayla geldi malesef servis konusunda sınıfta kaldı.

Ich war heute mit meiner Mama frühstücken, wir hatten serpme für 2 Personen Es war Mega lecker und was ich besonders gut fand, es wurde überhaupt nicht gegeizt mit Käse, Gemüse, Brot etc. Leider haben wir nicht alles geschafft aber ich war voll zufrieden Das Ambiente is auch Mega schön und die ruhige traditionelle Musik im Hintergrund gibt einem wirklich das idyllische Gefühl in der Türkei zu sein Gerne wieder :)

Augsburg da şimdiye kadar gittigim en iyi iki Türk Restaurantìndan biri.. Pide ve ekmek konusunda gerçekten çok iyiler .Başka yerlerdeki gibi bayat yada döner ekmegi vermiyorlar.. Son derece hijyenik ve calisinlar gerçekten cok iyiler...

Das Essen hat lang gedauert und kam erst nach 40 Minuten an. Das Essen hat gar nicht geschmeckt. Der Döner war trocken und hatte keine Soße. Das Fleisch hat nach Schafsfleisch gerochen. Der Adana war roh und hat auch gestunken. Nur der Tee, der auch gratis war, war in Ordnung. Nicht empfehlenswert!

So wie ihr im Foto sieht mein ganzes Gesicht brennt und ist richtig angeschwollen und rot geworden. Habe gesagt mein pide soll ohne Peperoni sein weil ich eine allergie habe, wurde nicht berücksichtigt und habe die pide mit Peperoni bekommen hatte es nicht bemerkt und hab gegessen nach 2 bissen hatt es angefangen an meinem Gesicht zu brennen und wie gesagt ist angeschwollen über mehrere Stunden obwohl ich dannnach auch meine medikamente einge Habe war alles wirkungslos musste ins Krankenhaus da habe ich 2 Infusionen bekommen. Finde das sehr frech und auch rücksichtslos dass ich so leiden muss und mehrere Stunden den schmerz habe .

Habe gestern Kuzu Tandır gegessen war leider nicht was ich mir vorgestellt habe! Es ist nur Fleisch keine Tomaten kein knoblauch keine Paprika.und das für den Preis finde ich überteuert.

Ne zaman yolumuz Augsburg‘a düşse yemek için tercih ettiğimiz tek restaurant Erciyes diyebilirim,yemeklerin lezzeti, porsiyonların büyüklüğü fiyatların makulluğu ve güleryüzle müşteriyi karşılanmalarını sevdiğimiz bu güzel mekanı tavsiye ediyorum ‚herşey için teşekkür ederiz .😇( Pideler tercihimdir, ortaya 1 porsiyon alıp denemenizi ısrarla tavsiye ederim 😉)

Sehr schlecht ich hab 40 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet und komme nicht mal aus Augsburg, der Nachhauseweg ist auch noch mitzuberechnen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück Toller Service

Das Essen hat mehr als 40 Minuten gedauert und nach zwei nachfragen haben die uns dann als Entschädigung kostenlose baklava gegeben, was auch nach nichts geschmeckt hat ( ich denke es war abgelaufen). Nur Cola war okay.

Waren zur Mittagspause dort und bis das essen auf dem Tisch war hat es eine Ewigkeit gedauert! Das Fleisch war billiges TK Dönerfleisch. Als Entschädigung hab es ein Stück Baklava, das war OK!
