Shoemaker stick to your lasts. We were there for brunch today. After 30 minutes of searching for a parking space, we decided to call. After consulting with an employee of the restaurant, it was placed in any parking space in the underground car park. The employees were super friendly, hard-working and helpful. The food, if there was any, was excellent. Kudos to the kitchen. But unfortunately that was it. As quickly as the platters and platters appeared at the buffet, everything was empty. It was produced later, but there were so many guests that we hardly got anything. Maybe we'll take a look in the evening. There are no photos, I don't take photos of empty plates.

My partner and I really enjoyed eating here, but we haven't been there for a while. We went there for dinner today for his birthday and regretted it relatively quickly. My partner ordered a fillet steak medium, but got it rare and lukewarm. When asked to put the fillet on the grill again, this was done, but only briefly fried on the sides, burnt on the outside, still rare and bloody on the inside. He then left half the steak behind because there was nothing left to save anyway. I ordered a cheeseburger without coleslaw salad, I got the cheeseburger without tomato, onion etc., there was only a patty with a blob of ketchup on it and the cheese was already foil-like and transparent, when asked they said they weren't sure because I didn't want coleslaw, didn't understand the connection, but fine, I got a plate with toppings afterwards. The sweet potato fries were soggy. The service person did her best and was friendly, but someone else came to collect the money, and when we paid we were asked whether we wanted the change? We would have rounded this up anyway, but with two half-full plates asking if we wanted the money back, even though she didn't even serve us, was very cheeky. We have no problem investing more money in good food, but today was a complete disappointment. Too bad.

Unfortunately, this has absolutely nothing to do with their slogan “best steaks”. Loveless mass processing is better. What I've been asking myself the whole time: If you have an open kitchen, you're actually proud of what you do, of your craft. Instead, you see how carelessly frozen patties are put on the grill (for the burgers), how small plastic bags are taken out of the water bath in which the vegetables are warmed up, food is carelessly placed on the plate, no herb butter with the steaks. But the highlight was when you pulled hair out of both dishes and, thanks to the open kitchen, you could see who it was from. Then I lose my appetite. All in all, I would also give 0 stars. Never again!

The food was great and the side dishes were offered to be refilled. The only thing we didn't like was the service. Sometimes we couldn't be found or when we called other waitresses to order something else, we weren't allowed to do that because it only works with this one waiter, which isn't a bad thing, but it would have been nice to at least let our waiter know. Unfortunately there is no good communication between each other.
