We had dinner here once this year and everything was great. That's why we came back with our visit from France. I drove 100 km for this. This time everything was wrong apart from the wine. The buffet was probably left over from lunch (not appetizing, raw beans, a lot of them dried). The meat on the skewers was grilled too much (everything beef, steaks was completely grilled). It's a shame. Only the melon and the crème caramel were good. The grilled pineapple was also rotten (totally grilled and dry). The staff overwhelmed and inattentive. All in all a very bad evening and one we were so looking forward to. That's really a pity.

Eating flat is a really good idea. Buffet as a side dish to bring yourself is also ok. But not that fresh. Dessert is also available at the buffet. You can enjoy it once.

Great steakhouse with special service. First of all: we have never ordered a la carte here, so I can't say anything about that. The all-you-can-eat “buffet” is something very special. It's called Rodizio and I recommend it to everyone (meat lovers). There is a (admittedly not very varied but) delicious, small side dish and dessert buffet. The meat is brought to the table on skewers and sliced ​​directly onto the plate. A great experience when one delicacy is brought out after another and you can try over ten types of delicate meat. We were there again after our civil wedding. It used to be better. Staff was very unmotivated and not at all attentive, as I would have liked. Especially when you're sitting there in your wedding dress and suit...eating was okay. Music only played annoying radio music, it doesn't create a nice ambience. I got a dirty glass, no apology from the waiter... very disappointed.. we probably won't come back again.

It was great once - now not anymore. Steak was ok. We had baked potatoes as side - awful! As desert we had a chocolate cake with eggshells in it as add-on; will never return / will never recommend;

We went for the first time on a Friday evening and had the All You Can Eat. Roast beef could have been sliced ​​thinner, as it was served it was a bit tough. The staff who offered the Rodizio were very friendly and came by very often. We found the buffet to be mediocre, rather bland and quite greasy. Dessert wasn't refilled when we wanted to get it - but to be honest we made do with the grilled pineapple and didn't check again to see if it had been refilled. Service staff (drinks/payment) didn't work at all, we were given drinks at the beginning, after it was empty we were left stranded for over an hour. You would only have received attention during this time if you had personally gone to the staff and pointed out the drink request We were able to attract attention after the specified time, but also proactively and not because someone actively asked. We also had to try several times to get noticed for the bill. Otherwise it was pretty loud and cramped, you had to be very careful not to bump into anyone when you left the place. It was nice that the birthday children got a recorded song and a dessert, but after this happened at least 6 times, it was also annoying because the conversation between each other was constantly interrupted. My girlfriend also apparently couldn't tolerate something and had severe stomach pain. Overall, we would have expected more for the money. Maybe there will be another chance, but then a la carte.

We had steaks from the menu. (No buffet) They were brilliant. Prices for side dishes are steep. Service was chaotic. Poor allocation of waiters to the areas.

Maybe the place is better during the week. We were there on Valentine's Day and found a completely overwhelmed staff. First of all, we waited almost 40 minutes for a waiter. During this time we were successfully ignored. It was very crowded, you can tell that quantity trumps quality here. Even though the waiters tried very hard afterwards, you noticed that it was just too much. Here you should either bring in more staff or simply do without a few tables. We've always wanted to visit this restaurant, we've done so now, but we definitely won't be coming back.

Really outstanding! The buffet also offers more selection compared to the branch in Munich. My only criticism is that the cortadores walk from table to table with the same tongs and so all customers use the same tongs. This works better in Munich because one or more tongs are provided at each table. Otherwise we had a very nice evening and would love to come back!

We went to the family rodizio in the Churrascaria on Sunday. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. The service is attentive and friendly. The selection at Rodizio is very diverse, both in the side dish buffet and in terms of meat (which is served continuously). The meat is not skimpy and the quality and degree of doneness are also right. The price-performance ratio is very good, we would like to come back!

We had dinner there with 18 people. It was really very nice. The food was very tasty, the atmosphere was great and the service was generally very friendly, although at some point they just left the drinks at the table even though we didn't order them, or they came twice. That was a bit of a shame because a waiter was a bit annoyed when we asked him about it. Otherwise had a very pleasant evening.

Überraschenderweise: ein ausgesprochen netter und stimmiger Abend, den ich in Augsburg nicht erwartet hätte. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, obwohl ja sonst die Preise in der Gastro in den Himmel (eher dem Gegenteil) geklettert sind; das Fleisch meistens in ausgezeichneter Qualität; die Beilagen durchaus vielseitig und schmackhaft. Wenn man unbedingt meckern möchte: das Salatbüffet - wohl auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet - wäre ausbaufähig; das Personal: sehr ausreichend und allermeistens gut aufgelegt. Vor allem die ausländischen Mitarbeiter sind richtig gute Gastgeber, mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und jederzeit bereit Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das ist bei einer "all you can eat"Gastro sehr wichtig. Ein netter Gimmick ist das Feiern des Geburtstags, dieser wird mit einem Tusch angekündigt, ein kleines Feuerwerk mit einem Schokokuchen, Vanilleeis, Sahne, Obstgarnitur für das Geburtstagskind auf Kosten des Hauses serviert und den Applaus der anderen Gäste gibt es noch dazu. Die Preise sind absolut adäquat, man kann das Lokal nur empfehllen und sich vornehmen bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder vorbei zu schauen.

War hatten uns aus dem Schrank bei ausreichend Auswahl das US Prime Beef Ribeye ausgewählt, welches phantastisches Fleisch und perfekt gegrill war. Auch an den Beilagen war nichts auszusetzen, Wein und Bier waren uns etwas zu warm, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sehr zuvorkommend haben wir die Service-Mitarbeiter empfunden, die einen kleinen Fehler der Küche großzügig mit einem kostenlosen Dessert kompensiert haben. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn auch die Preise im recht gehobenen Sektor angesiedelt sind. Das Ambiente im Kellergewölbe ist etwas Besonderes und hat uns super gefallen. ⁰

Gutes Steakhaus. Es gibt ein reichliches Buffet, dabei sind es: Fleisch, Salate und Nachspeise, Preis 32 Euro oder man bestellt von der Karte. Bis jetzt habe ich immer das Buffet genommen, aber dieses Mal habe ich eine Suppe und ein 500 gr Steak, Rib Eye bestellt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Zwiebelsuppe hat mich an die Suppe in Paris erinnert, sie war sehr lecker. Fleisch war auch sehr gut. Weinkarte ist nicht groß. Es gibt Parkplätze, sie sind aber schnell belegt, weil das Lokal gut besucht ist.

Ich habe gestern hier meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Location ist der Hammer, coole Einrichtung und relativ viel Platz. Das Essen ist super lecker. Also nur zu empfehlen. Das Rodizio ist relativ teuer aber es lohnt sich af jeden Fall!

Mir war es ein bisschen zu groß und daher sehr laut.Die Beilagen waren ok.Ich hätte mir zu diesem doch sehr tollem Ambiente und leckerem Fleisch etwas Ausgefallenes/Besonderes dazu gewünscht, allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.Ich kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

So schön dieses Lokal auch ist. Das Rodizio hat leider nachgelassen. Viele Spieße sind „durch“ und die Intervalle der Gaucho sehr rar. Das Beilagenbuffett ist leider sehr ölig. Egal ob Salate, Gemüse oder Kartoffeln. Der Reis ist hart gewesen (also entweder zu wenig Wasser oder schon übergart) vor 2 Jahren war die Qualität der Lebensmittel besser gewesen. Wir waren immer wieder zum Rodizio essen da, aber leider ist es immer schlechter geworden.

Wir Ware heute mit der Weihnachtsfeier der Firma hier und waren alle durchweg begeistert. Der Service war schnell und jederzeit aufmerksam. Die Fleischspieße kamen schnell und abwechslungsreich und lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Unsere Reservierungsanfrage wurde nicht beantwortet und nachdem wir dann doch auf gut Glück (nach unfreundlicher und unpassender Bemerkung) einen Platz bekommen haben, merkte man schnell dass das gesamte Service Personal einfach nur unfreundlich und unaufmerksam war. Ich musste zwei mal nach der Rechnung bitten und auch ein einfaches „Danke“ und „bitte“ war fehl am Platz. Die Qualität des Fleisches war sehr schlecht und das Buffet eher dürftig und lieblos gestaltet. Preis Leistung passte einfach nicht. Da half auch das recht ansprechende Ambiente nicht die Lust zu wecken hier nochmal essen zu gehen.

Leider hatten wir einen Abend erwischt wo es ziemlich voll war. Aber wir ergatterten einen letzten 2erTisch. Wir wählten für uns beide das Rodizio aus. Leute, das ist absolut der Hammer. Hier gab es 7 oder 8 verschiedene Fleischsorten vom Grill direkt vom Spieß am Tisch abgeschnitten. Es gab u. A . Entrecote, Tafelspitz, Lamm, Hühnerherzen, Chickendrums, Spareribs und Chorizos, geräuchertes Kassler usw. Gemüse und Beilagen vom Buffet. Dessert ebenso. Das Personal sehr freundlich und extrem flink. Gerne immer wieder. Ich freu mich schon auf ein nächstes Mal.

Wir waren die Tage zur Weihnachtsfeier im Lokal. Das Essen (Rodicio) hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, das Fleisch war nahezu perfekt zubereitet und die Beilagen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Leider kam der Service selten vorbei, sodass man immer wieder schauen musste und die Bedienung mit dem Rodicio herbei winken musste. So gut wie das Essen war, so schlecht war der Service, in jeder Beziehung. Es hat unheimlich lange gedauert (da geht richtig viel Umsatz verloren), es wurden Getränke vergessen, trotz mehrmaligen reklamieren wieder vergessen. Ein teurer Wein wurde nicht dekantiert, eine 2. Flasche Wein, wurde an den Tisch gebracht aber lange Zeit nicht geöffnet. Die Qualität der Cocktails entsprachen eher eine Beach Bar mit Massenabfertigung. Mir ist klar, dass es schwierig ist gutes Personal zu bekommen, aber die Chef´s sollten sich zumindest bemühen und nicht genervt wirken. Fazit: Wenn ich wieder richtig Bock auf Fleisch habe, dann gehe ich dahin, aber zum Feiern mit Gästen sicher nicht, da ist mir der Service nicht gut genug, damit sich meine Gäste wohlfühlen können.

Meine Rezension richtet sich lediglich an den "Service". Ich bin beim Eingang gestern Abend gestürzt. Kam rein und bin direkt zum Kellner. Habe ihm mitgeteilt, dass ich gestürzt bin und schmerzen habe und dass es am Eingang sehr glatt ist. Seine Antwort wörtwörtlich: "Und? Was soll ich da machen?" Ich sagte: "Streuen"? Seine Antwort: "Nee, mein Chef sagt, wir zahlen genug für den Hausmeister" und ging davon.... Toll! wirklich super wie ihr mit euren Kunden umgeht und wie euch ein Sturz vor der Türe interessiert... Schade!!

Die Spieße sind ein Erlebnis. Die Tanzeinlagen, für Frauen nicht so sehr. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht so viel Beilagen am Anfang holen, sonstreicht der Hunger nicht mehr für das Fleisch 😉😉
