Highly recommended. Very good food and super friendly staff. We love eating there.

The location and service were appealing, but now comes the BUT. I'm familiar with rodizio from Cologne, with various types of meat, like kangaroo, etc., and also of high quality. What we were offered here, however, was a disaster. The cut meat (pork, beef, chicken, sausages—great, you can get it everywhere) was charred, tough, and had no flavor at all. For about €35 per person, that's completely out of proportion. I left the restaurant frustrated, disappointed, and hungry. And worse, we had another guest with us, to whom we had previously raved about it. That was really embarrassing.

Last night I visited this restaurant for the first time. There were four of us and we had reserved our table online in advance via the website – it was uncomplicated and quick. First of all, I would like to say that I agree with many of the reviews posted so far, and I partly agree with them. On the subject: The ambiance is very nice and reflects a modern industrial style with typical Argentinian/Brazilian elements. Simple but very elegant! The food, or rather the kitchen team, does an excellent job, which is evident in every single plate, and the quality of the food – especially the meat – is top-notch! The shortcoming, which many reviews have already mentioned, is unfortunately partly the service. Firstly, you quickly get the impression that the staff generally handles the service in a somewhat gloomy and listless manner. The sequence of dishes (starter -> main course) was so fast that we had barely finished the starter when less than five minutes later the main course was on the table. In an upscale setting of this caliber, one can expect more consideration for the needs of each customer, and a quick inquiry as to whether the next course is ready is inevitable. Dessert was usually ordered some time after the main course, which gave us some time to catch our breath and digest. The dessert, like all the dishes, was simply top-notch and very delicious! The rodizio is highly recommended, especially when the waiters come to the table with the juicy skewers of meat fresh and finely slice them. There's a large selection of all kinds of meat and you can help yourself to as much as you like from the salad buffet. CONCLUSION: A very elegant, upscale restaurant where you can enjoy a good piece of top-quality meat. The "grumpy" waiters might not suit everyone's taste, but I think they are generally friendly and helpful, and this is probably because this is something ingrained in the Argentinian nature?! A quick thorough cleaning twice a year, especially regarding the lamps, wouldn't hurt, and chipped plates should be disposed of or replaced in this class of restaurant. Nevertheless, we will definitely try the big rodizio again and enjoy another wonderful stay at this fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended despite the minor flaws! :-)

Habe den Stake-Burger bestellt…Der beste Burger in meinem Leben,ich wurde nicht bezahlt oder so.Nein,dass ich meine eigene Meinung Die Pommes supeeeeeer gewürzt🤤 Auf dem Burger war kein Petti (oder wie man das schreibt) sondern Fleischstreifen. -Salat war extrem lecker -Eigentlich gibt es nichts an dem Burger das keine 1000000/10 ist Empfehlenswert muss ich sagen. (keine Ahnung ob irgendjemand sich das hier durchliest oder so,trotzdem danke fürs lesen…)

We visited the Churrascaria in Augsburg and were absolutely thrilled! The food was simply fantastic – perfectly grilled meat, juicy, flavorful, and a wide selection. The side dishes were also fresh, lovingly prepared, and perfectly complemented the overall experience. What really made the visit special, though, was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The employees were warm, helpful, and always with a smile – you immediately notice that hospitality is lived here. A real highlight for meat lovers and connoisseurs! We'll definitely be back – thank you for this wonderful evening!

This was my second time here and I was impressed by the first, and I can only say wow! The service was top-notch! The food was top-notch! I'll be back for a third time. Anyone who wants to enjoy meat and delicious drinks is in the right place here.

We had a great time at the churrascaria! The rodizio is very varied and offers a wide selection of tasty and juicy meats. The service is very friendly, and they come by often. The side dish buffet is delicious and leaves nothing to be desired. I highly recommend the homemade lemonade. All in all, a successful visit, and we'll definitely be back!

A dining experience, especially when there are musical performances… and if you like rodizio, you can’t go wrong.

What a nice concept for meat lovers! This restaurant offers a huge variety of meat and meatcuts covering all tastes, for example pork, beef, veal and chicken. The presentation is very interesting: waitresses come to your table carrying a big skewer, each time with a different piece of meat that you get to cut a part of and enjoy. They also have a bar filled with salads and side dishes, like for example the corn puree which was amazing. The dessert was okay, fruits were fresh but not very wide in variety. The overall price was expensive but you get to eat as much meat as you want. The sides trick you into getting full haha! The only manko in my opinion is that most of what I tasted was very salty, i ended up drinking alot of water by the end of the night.

It was my birthday and I invited my sons to dinner. I didn't find the ambiance appealing. I didn't think the buffet was particularly exciting either. One waitress, who tried hard, was friendly. Probably too few staff. Certain dishes, like fries and fried potatoes, were refilled too late. Salads too. The meat was okay. I chose this restaurant based on the reviews. I won't be visiting the restaurant again.

I went to Rodizio with my family to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately there were difficulties at the beginning. The restaurant reserved the wrong time for us and initially blamed us for the incorrect reservation until we were able to show the owner the reservation confirmation. Up to this point we were treated extremely unfriendly by the staff and were then shown to a free table. The staff responded with insults and snaps. The food was generally delicious. Some meats were a little too salty and tough for my taste, but some were also very tasty. The staff who offered the skewers were very friendly. I would recommend the restaurant because of the food, but the staff was so put off that I wouldn't visit the restaurant again.

Enjoyed the wonderful buffet with friends today. Very good, appetizing and absolutely sufficient. The meat is brought fresh to the table. Great idea. The ambience due to the special furnishings is worth seeing. Just a tiny little hint. The great big lamps need to be cleaned.

Nice, modern restaurant. Always well attended, but the volume is still very pleasant. Rodizio is a cool event, but sometimes quite salty. The salad and dessert buffet could also offer a little more variety. Overall, definitely recommended, even for larger groups.

We had the Rodizzio, super tasty if the service hadn't successfully ignored us. Ultimately we were full from the side dishes and about 2-3 thin slices of meat. We won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately, the service has left a lot to be desired lately. Our reservation has been messed up several times. Waiters sometimes inattentive and orders are not served. But Magda is the best!

So we were there on New Year's Eve 2 years ago and everything was fine. Fast ordering, service, payment. And the quality with the corresponding selection was very good. This New Year's Eve I was honestly disappointed. You notice the lack of staff. We had to wait half an hour just to order, the drinks we ordered only arrived after we asked several times (you're just thirsty because you've already waited another 20 minutes). The Rodizio we ordered was rather poor, 2 skewers for a full shop. You actually only saw 80% of the skewers go back into the kitchen. The selection of skewers was also very limited. There was 1 turkey, 1 rib, 1 chicken when they were empty and there was a permanent lamb/pork neck that hardly anyone wanted. Beef/steak came a little more often, but during the 2 1/2 hour stay we actually ate more side dishes than meat. The beef was too salty for my taste or I was just unlucky with the pieces. 1 piece completely pink and 1 piece completely crust. Once I had bacon which was really tasty, but the selection was very limited for the last time. There used to be liver, offal, chicken hearts, etc. There were up to 5 skewers running around at once. That evening I just thought to myself that they make the customers wait a long time so that they stuff themselves with side dishes because meat is more expensive and side dishes are cheap. Ordering drinks was also very difficult throughout the evening, the waitresses cleared a few things away from the tables, you asked for drinks to order and one was supposed to come straight away. The same lasted 20 minutes and the drinks afterwards another 20 minutes. When the shop became empty around 10 p.m., some things went better, but just grilled pineapple skewers aren't the real deal either. Payment at the end was still poor because we waited another half hour to pay because we just wanted to leave. The samba show was good as expected and lasted for a while. The toilets were very clean, I just didn't understand the pin. Every person has to press the same numbers, which in my opinion has absolutely nothing to do with hygiene. I hope next time will be better again.

Great location, the food was really excellent. The store was packed, so it's tolerable that the waitresses took a little longer. We also really liked the entertainment in the form of dancers and the music.

Really everything was TOP. The food was very tasty and the buffet was very nicely presented. Everything tasted very good too. Only the toilets in the basement are not that nice.

The food was delicious, even if some of the meat was a bit dry... I thought the buffet was delicious... Unfortunately it was very full and very loud, in my opinion the tables were much too close, there was hardly any room to walk around... The service was well, there were service staff who were very grumpy... one service staff was the only one who asked if everything was okay (when we wanted to pay) otherwise no one showed up... if you wanted to order drinks, you had to wait forever, so unfortunately we didn't order anything else. What a shame actually!!

Wir waren das 2. Mal Weihnachten dort und trotz telefonischer Reservierung wurde nicht mitgeteilt das es nur Rodizio gab, keine Karte. Anderen Gästen ging es genauso. Spieße kamen nur sehr schleppend, teilweise 10 bis 15 min Wartezeit, außer bei befreundeten Gästen. Man wird schon durchs warten satt. Fleisch war teilweise übersalzen und Beilagen sehr mager und nicht einladend. Es waren auch nicht mehr viele Gäste da, nicht mal halb voll das Steakhouse. Hat sich anscheinend rumgesprochen. Wir besuchen das Restaurant nicht mehr.

Fantastic steak and great ambience! As a restaurateur with 15 years of experience, I am rarely as impressed by a visit to a restaurant as I am here at Churrascaria. The two service men Oli and Josef are really good at it - they have mastered their craft down to the smallest detail. The steak was perfect, the quality was excellent, and the ambience invites you to enjoy the evening to the fullest. It's almost a shame that I didn't have these two on my radar until now - otherwise I would have poached them for my own team long ago! You can tell straight away: Professionals with passion work here, and they seem to have talent and passion for gastronomy in their genes. Big praise and clear recommendation! I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, Rodizio is not recommended, the meat is partly dry and mushy, partly extremely salty. It took a very long time for the waitresses to come to the table, so you were already full because of the waiting time, even though not all the skewers had arrived yet. When asked what kind of meat it would be, there were hardly any to sometimes absurd answers (“Määäääääh” for lamb), service staff had poor German skills, almost everyone seemed bored and unfriendly, the side dish buffet wasn’t all that big. The atmosphere is very nice, but I definitely won't come back.

Super tasty meat and good side dishes

Food was great. However, the service initially left a lot to be desired. We had made a reservation for 6:30 p.m. for 15 people. Unfortunately, the reservation was botched and the error was blamed on us, although we were able to refute this based on the email history. Just admit a mistake and it wouldn't have been a thing. We then got a call at 8 p.m. with the information about a free table after we treated ourselves to a few drinks in the neighboring cup. To be fair, the first round of drinks was on the house and the staff were all very friendly. The buffet and a la carte dishes were all great.

Review 12/2024 - fast service, attentive staff (from taking the order to serving the meals) - diversified rodizio options with staff rotating in cramped spaces between tables/chairs and people traffic in-between - going back&forth from table to salad bar is uncomfortable, especially when you have to squeeze between furniture and people to get to your table - questionable wheelchair access to get to the elevator for bathroom and get out of the restaurant (when the only way is between salad bar and tables) - vegetarian options meals costs almost the same as ordering food with meat (overall increased prices over the time for the same menu options) - extremely hot inside (especially during rush hours in the evenings&weekends), with no possibility of fresh air/ opening windows or ventilation - bathrooms&elevator, each separate PIN code (numbers written on a piece of paper, on the only door open where is more breathable) - insufficient space&place to hang outside clothes (even harder with winter jackets)

The restaurant is very modern and has a great atmosphere, the food also has a very good taste, but it was VERY salty, the meat and everything in the salad bar, and because there were no green vegetables, there was no way to avoid the salty to liberate taste. I'm someone who eats saltier food than normal, but today was a bit too much. The service could be better, a few employees even seemed a bit annoyed, but others were very friendly. Everywhere was a good experience, but unfortunately I wouldn't visit again.

We were here with friends and each ordered the classic Rodizio menu. The selection of meat skewers was okay and the quality of the meat made a good impression in terms of taste. However, the side dish buffet can be expanded; a larger selection of salads in particular would be desirable. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, which leaves a positive impression. The service, however, needs improvement. Even before you could get any side dishes, the first service staff came and offered meat skewers. At the beginning the skewers came so quickly one after the other that it was hard to keep up. Some of the waitresses also seemed unmotivated and sometimes annoyed. An important hygiene tip: a pair of tongs is passed from guest to guest for each skewer, which has already been touched by numerous hands. This is comparable to peanut shells on a bar that even unwashed hands can reach into. A more hygienic solution, such as separate tongs for each guest, would be strongly recommended. Reordering drinks was difficult as the service was hardly visible afterwards. The toilet situation is also unfortunate: access requires a pin that is only temporarily attached to a door to the stairwell. There was no explanation, which can easily lead to confusion. When paying, we had to ask several times for the bill and were repeatedly told that someone would come soon. After about 15 minutes the boss appeared with several receipts, carelessly placed ours on the table and handed out more to other guests. Only then did she begin to carry out the accounts table by table. However, there was no friendly interaction or an inquiry as to whether everything was OK. Overall the visit was disappointing, mainly due to the disorganized service.

We were there for Rodizio dinner today and the two of us sat at a small table in the corner. The waiters very often ignored us with their meat skewers. The side dish buffet was always empty except for fries. After my third attempt I lost the desire to get a side dish. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. Too bad

I often went to eat there. I have to say it tastes very good. The choice of side dishes is very plentiful. The grilled pineapple is especially delicious. Unfortunately not last time. Still recommended. Especially on Sundays you can save 20% at Rhodizio.

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but it's a real shame if I have to say something like that because I'm Brazilian myself. But what kind of service is that? I was there yesterday to celebrate my birthday. The guys were super nice and kept asking what meat we wanted - after all, we paid for the Rodízio. But a lady works there, blonde (Brazilian) who ignored us the whole evening. She kept serving the table next to us and just walked past us with the meat. We didn't get anything for over 15 minutes until I complained to the shift manager. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. You should first learn how to operate it correctly. First of all: there is nothing wrong with the food. We all had the buffet and were instructed on how to work it properly; the meat and side dishes were fresh, hot, extremely seasoned and all around good. I can particularly recommend the grilled pineapple - I only know it from here and it tastes unique. But what we all missed was the service. Clearing away used plates for the side dishes worked perfectly and INCREDIBLY quickly! But it took quite a while for our food and drinks to be taken after we arrived and over the next three hours we were only offered drinks once, or we asked directly in front of empty glasses; We would all have ordered at least one, probably even two more drinks per person and then perhaps we would have stayed longer. We also didn't know by heart what meat was offered and what else was circulating (the meat is brought to the table, which is really great). So everyone took the same thing several times and sometimes couldn't try anything else because they were still busy with the previous one. I would have liked to try the turkey, but I had the lamb twice. The chairs outside didn't seem particularly sturdy - but they held up. 😅 It was clean everywhere, I just didn't see the toilets (probably didn't drink enough 😉). We parked on the street, there should always be some space. So the bottom line is that everything is good and the less good stuff isn't bad at all. We felt really comfortable and spent a great evening together here. Therefore, I fully recommend it and we will definitely come back. 😊

We had dinner here once this year and everything was great. That's why we came back with our visit from France. I drove 100 km for this. This time everything was wrong apart from the wine. The buffet was probably left over from lunch (not appetizing, raw beans, a lot of them dried). The meat on the skewers was grilled too much (everything beef, steaks was completely grilled). It's a shame. Only the melon and the crème caramel were good. The grilled pineapple was also rotten (totally grilled and dry). The staff overwhelmed and inattentive. All in all a very bad evening and one we were so looking forward to. That's really a pity.

Eating flat is a really good idea. Buffet as a side dish to bring yourself is also ok. But not that fresh. Dessert is also available at the buffet. You can enjoy it once.

Great steakhouse with special service. First of all: we have never ordered a la carte here, so I can't say anything about that. The all-you-can-eat “buffet” is something very special. It's called Rodizio and I recommend it to everyone (meat lovers). There is a (admittedly not very varied but) delicious, small side dish and dessert buffet. The meat is brought to the table on skewers and sliced ​​directly onto the plate. A great experience when one delicacy is brought out after another and you can try over ten types of delicate meat. Our tips: small pieces of meat (!!) and pineapple (!!!)

We were there again after our civil wedding. It used to be better. Staff was very unmotivated and not at all attentive, as I would have liked. Especially when you're sitting there in your wedding dress and suit...eating was okay. Music only played annoying radio music, it doesn't create a nice ambience. I got a dirty glass, no apology from the waiter... very disappointed.. we probably won't come back again.
