A great steakhouse! Employees are all super friendly. Everyone will find something on the menu. The food came quickly and you get “instruction” on how to finish grilling your steak on the hot stone. Price performance is absolutely right here. We'll definitely be back!

The food tastes excellent. The service was sometimes overwhelmed because they had to refill hot stones everywhere. You have to expect that you will have to wash your clothes completely afterwards. Everything smells extremely like meat and roasting. I would leave the jacket in the car next time. Despite everything, it's worth an experience!

Super tasty steak, a totally interesting concept!

You grill your own steak on a hot stone. If the stone gets too cold, you can simply ask for a new one. The side dishes only cost one time, once you have ordered them you can reorder them as often as you want, free of charge. The meat is of very high quality and you can taste it, no comparison to supermarket steaks. Highly recommended.

Were here for a company party with 30 people. Everything was great, we had a menu, the quality of the meat (rump steak on the hot stone) was great, tender like butter and even after three Farmfries supplements, our table lady was still super friendly😉. Prices are okay too. A small minus: the toilets were not clean and the cloakroom was overcrowded. No room for jackets.

“Probably the best steak in Augsburg” as a slogan made us curious Unfortunately we were absolutely disappointed. It's actually one of the worst steakhouses in Augsburg that we've been to so far. The meat had absolutely no taste (we had fillet, rump and sirloin steak), the side dishes such as grilled vegetables, potatoes and corn on the cob were just bland without any taste. You won't find the taste experience that you would expect given the prices here. The ambience is okay, but extremely loud, so you have to shout at each other at the table. Another negative point was the extremely poor air quality. Everyone gets their own piece of meat to fry on the hot stone, which creates steam, fat and smoke in the air. At times the air was so acrid that we had to cough. Not to mention the smelly clothes that ended up straight in the laundry. The service wasn't good either.

If there had been another waiter/waiter there, she could have certainly made more sales with us. We were registered as a business lunch. The last euro doesn't matter. With such service, I peed on my own leg. Food was excellent. Salad top and the meat can't be beaten. Maybe we'll have better luck with the service next time, gladly again.

The interior of the ABACCOS STEAKHOUSE is truly breathtaking - very chic and stylishly designed, so that you immediately feel at home. The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. As for the food, my experience was mixed. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with my starter because I had imagined lamb's lettuce instead of the salad that was served - I personally would have liked that better. The meat on the hot stone was really excellent! The quality and preparation were convincing. A highlight for me was the Garlic Bread – I love garlic bread and wish it was offered in more restaurants. It's always a pleasure!

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Steakrestaurants - ok dafür muss man hier selbst braten! Super Fleischqualität und leckere Beilagen. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Der Service hat sich im Vergleich zum ersten Mal als wir da waren sehr verbessert. Das Fleisch hat eine super Qualität und durch das selbst braten kann jeder den Gargrad selbstbestimmten. Die Beilagen sich auch sehr lecker und die Tatsache dass man die Beilagen kostenlos Nachbestellen kann ist ebenfalls eine gute Sache.

Das Fleisch ist von herausragender Qualität, jedoch sind aufgrund des mangelnden Services die Nachlieferung der heißen Steine zu langsam gewesen. Die Tom Kha Gai-Suppe war flockig. Die "Erdöpfel"-Suppe sehr gut. Mangelnder Service: Das Restaurant war nahezu ausgebucht, was an einem Sonntagabend durchaus für große Beliebtheit spricht. Aber unser durchaus guter Kellner war für für viel zu viele Tische zuständig, so dass er sich gar nicht ausreichend kümmern konnte. Um zu bezahlen, musste ich nach geschätzt 20 Minuten an die Theke gehen, um dort von Barmann mit den Worten "Ich bin der Barmann, gehen Sie zu einem mit dem weißen Kittel" abgewiesen zu werden. . 4 Personen bei wenig Getränken 327,30 Euro. irgendetwas stimmt da leider nicht. Schade.

I know the restaurant from before when it was still called Fischerstube. In contrast to back then, today you should book your place in advance. The food is delicious. Since it is served on the hot stone, you are guaranteed to enjoy a great steak right up to the last bite. The selection of meat is exceptional, at least for Augsburg. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant and a few around it.

There were 4 of us here today. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. Waited 40 minutes for the starter. 35min for main course. The stones were already cold when they arrived. The meat was tough and rubbery. Price performance definitely no longer applies here. Not recommended anymore.

We have been to ABACCO'S many times, but unfortunately the quality and service has decreased so much that I will no longer come here in the future. I used to be a real fan of the store, it's a shame...

Die Auswahl an Steaks ist genau richtig und das Konzept überzeugt komplett. Man bekommt einen heißen Stein, auf dem man sein Fleisch selbst bis zur richtigen Garstufe drauf lassen kann. Dadurch hat man immer ein heißes Stück Fleisch und kann sich Zeit lassen beim Essen. Die Beilagen werden immer wieder kostenlos aufgefüllt. Ich finde es super, dass man eine kleine Beilage bekommt, sodass man es eigentlich immer schafft auf zu Essen bzw. satt wird - egal wie groß oder klein der Hunger ist. Bei unserem letzten Besuch hat der Service unsere Bestellung mit der des Nachbartisches durcheinander gebracht, sodass nicht jeder sein Essen gleichzeitig bekommen hat. Wir haben ALLE als Entschädigung das Dessert gratis bekommen (auch die, die ihr Essen zuerst hatten uns nicht warten mussten). Fande ich sehr gut und aufmerksam. Bei unseren anderen Besuchen hat immer alles gepasst und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder :)

I applied to this restaurant, did a 3-hour trial work, and never received any follow-up about whether I was accepted or rejected. After a few months, I applied again and was invited to come in, bringing all my documents with me. When I arrived, I was told that there was a mistake and they were rejecting me. It’s frustrating and unprofessional that I wasn’t informed earlier, especially after spending my time coming in for nothing. At least send an email letting applicants know they weren’t chosen instead of wasting their time. Extremely disappointing experience.

Unfortunately it wasn't as good as last time, the grilled vegetables didn't come, even though the man grilled the steak himself on the hot plate, it took a long time until it was at the table.

Keller didn't know his drinks or his menu and he should have looked at the device he was going to use to take the order first. Meat quality was good. Since every table roasts its own meat and the ventilation is too weak, the whole restaurant stinks. Price performance is definitely not justified.

It's a splendid place! Basically the waiter, after ordering, brings you a "plate" with two stones: one cold and one hot. The steak is on the cold one and they give it to you almost raw, you can then cook it however you want (rare, medium rare and so on)! The food is excellent, the place too, and the waiters are all helpful. The food arrives very quickly precisely because they almost don't cook it. I would like to give it 5 stars and praise.

We were there for dinner on December 20th with 8 people. The food and the quality of the food are 1a. Steaks were very tasty as were the side dishes we ordered. The home-made fries would have taken a little longer. Unfortunately, the service (at our table) was a bit disappointing. 35 minutes until we got drinks, another 30 minutes later we were able to order the food starting from the starter to the main course. Waiting time for the meal was 50 minutes! A repeat order was even forgotten. The restaurant was certainly very busy, but other tables that came after us were served much faster and also had their food before us. The ambience itself was very nice, but the large room had a background of noise that made it almost impossible to have a conversation with the other person. Very nice restaurant, The waiter was reserved and friendly, made you feel welcome and gave useful tips. That's exactly how I imagine it. The food was super good. You sear the outside of the meat with a hot stone and then finish cooking it on the stone as you like. That was an experience. The waiter was attentive and offered new hot stones to cook on his own. Top. I also think the prices are OK for a steakhouse. (the portions are larger than usual in a steakhouse) We will definitely be back :-)

The beauty of the restaurant ends in the toilets. Although the restaurant is not that old, the toilets really need to be renovated. No disinfectant for the toilet seat or hands. No automated dispensers. The cabin door is so broken that it's almost impossible to close. The toilet lids are in such bad condition that they need to be replaced. Even though it was around 6 p.m., both toilets were so dirty that you lost your appetite. Try to do something about the smell with scented sticks. However, the fragrance sticks were not changed as often as the fragrance. Therefore the wooden sticks are already rotting. I was really very shocked!

When it comes to steaks, there is something for everyone, even in terms of price. Starters and desserts are quite expensive considering the quantity. At peak times the background noise is almost unbearable. Completely inappropriate background music also contributes to this. So, going out for a leisurely meal in the evening is not the case here. But it was still packed - I don't need it anymore.

Food was super tasty, the waitress had forgotten our garlic bread, which we then told the branch manager (because he asked if everything was ok). He apologized several times, although it wasn't that important to us - we were just amazed at the great quality of the meat. Ultimately, the gesture of apology was two espressos at the end. A very successful evening, courteous staff, in no way over-excited or played nice. We will be back and highly recommended!

Went to this castle this evening, 5 people - paid 231 EUR. First of all, the good - cold outside, warm inside with a slight hint of grease burn. What wasn't right - poor service, concept of mini raclette without cheese (hot stone) impossible to achieve an acceptable result. What else can I say 20 minutes? From ordering to drinks, 15 minutes from drinks to ordering food. Starters only came after we asked, 45 minutes later. Courage the words, there was probably a communication problem. Another 20 minutes later a partial success of 4 out of 5 meals, and the 5th came 10 minutes later, but two of the hot stones were already so cold that you couldn't do anything with the meat, so I ordered a new stone and that came too I actually asked 10 minutes later. Overall, this visit was the worst I have experienced since the Corona pandemic. Here you can clearly see the shortage of skilled workers, as gigolos were recruited as service workers here. I can justify the theory because at the tables where young women were sitting, the service staff stopped by every 4 minutes to offer Schäfers and himself and his services, but everyone did other tables were not even noticed. How about the tour itself going undercover into your restaurants to see the misery there. Maybe you can change something so that the price and the desired statement also match the performance. I have already seen better service and a better price/performance ratio in Frittenbuden than in this castle. This wrong transfer doesn't earn another euro from me!

When you come from the RV park and see the restaurant from the back, you don't necessarily expect such a good restaurant. The menu is good and the idea of ​​the hot stone is good, the quality of the meat is great and has an excellent taste. The sustainability of the breeding is described in the card, we are only missing the labels, in our opinion they are very important in times of green washing. A highlight at the end was the wine knowledge of the very friendly and polite waiter. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the smell of the wines. The second Lugana wine was very convincing and I think it's a shame that I didn't write down the name. Maybe he still remembers our visit yesterday. The restaurant is highly recommended and the high ratings in the reviews are absolutely justified.

Attentive, pleasant service, probably trained internally. I had to wait 15 minutes for the third portion of fries. Ketchup costs an extra 90 cents per serving. Breaking down the invoice is not necessarily possible. Toilets are very clean, some a bit tight. Still, all in all - I'd rather eat somewhere else again.
