Great as a meat lover but as a vegetarian you can just have salad/soup...fries not crispy at all and the garlic bread is just fatty.

If you want to have lunch for a lot of money and after you've sat down no one comes to take your order and you're ultimately forced to leave the restaurant to eat somewhere else, that's definitely not a recommendation for the restaurant.

I suppose that did not work! First we waited for the seating to be assigned, standing around unnoticed like Piqué 7, then we waited a long time for the menu. Unfortunately we couldn't place the order for the 80 euro steak, probably no staff in the restaurant. Hungry, thirsty and angry, we went elsewhere.

We have been to this steakhouse several times. It was always very tasty. BUT today everything was just bad. The very slow (nice) service. The side dishes that were supposed to be replenished again and again didn't come...or came very late...There was a hair on my daughter's steak (disgusting)..The worst thing of all was the would-be shift manager...He apologized with a lot of reserve and first promised to give us a dessert on the house for everyone...but then he supposedly forgot his own words and could actually only give dessert to 2 people. What was incredibly cheeky was that he laughed and gossiped about us behind the counter with his colleagues... Bottomless... outrageous... never again... I will personally complain about this evening's would-be shift manager...

Super tasty food, I've never had such a tender steak. The hot stone on which the steak was served was also wonderful. The side dishes, the different types of butter, everything was perfect. The service was also excellent and extremely nice. There are only positive things to say about everything. We'd love to come back.

The highlight is of course the grill stone on which the dishes are served. The only drawback: the cocktails are a bit small for the price. Otherwise a clear recommendation. Leider hat gar nichts gepasst. Wir mussten 30 Minuten auf unseren Aperitif und das bestellte Brot warten. Noch davor stand der Kellner bereits mit meinem Hauptgang da. Wir haben diesen zurückgehen lassen und erstmal nach unseren Getränken und der Vorspeise gebeten. Nach dem Aperitif bestellten wir eine Flasche Wein. Nach 20 Minuten fragten wir erneut bei der Bedienung nach der Flasche. Die Antwort: Es gäbe aktuell keine sauberen Gläser mehr. Wir müssten noch warten. Nach dem gegessenen Hauptgang haben wir die Flasche dann natürlich abbestellt. Die Qualität des Fleisches war den Preis nicht wert. Großer Fettanteil.

One of the best meat restaurants in Augsburg. Great concept and ambience. They're in there often and they're always great. For children there is also a children's steak on the stone. This was our second time in this restaurant. The atmosphere is special but very nice. The service was very engaging at the beginning but once we had our food the service decreased significantly. We didn't order any coffee or dessert because the waiters no longer noticed us. We then paid and went somewhere else to have dessert. The service employees probably have special tasks because you can't order a drink or side dish from everyone... and if the restaurant is full, it can take a long time until you find the right service employee.

My first visit to an ABACCOS'S Steakhouse and I am simply thrilled. The fact that the steaks are served only lightly grilled and you grill them yourself on a hot stone is simply brilliant. A great experience and every bite of meat is super warm. So you can take your time for a 300 g steak without the meat getting cold. The service staff and everything else was also great and convinced!

Wir waren zu viert am Dienstag Abend hier essen. Die Fries waren bei allen kalt und bis dann neue kamen waren die Steaks schon gegessen. Die Steaks selber waren alle relativ fad (Ribeye und Filets). Bei dem Preis hätte man schon etwas mehr erwartet. Service war sehr freundlich, das mit den Pommes wurde aber nicht mal entschuldigt. War sicher das letzte mal

But fries, salads, corn, sauces were very tasty. Unfortunately, there were only two waiters and one bartender on duty for the entire area. The waiters were very friendly and did their best, but unfortunately there weren't enough customers given the number of customers. Therefore an impulse to the management/team leadership.

Reservations are mandatory, even though it is very large, every table was occupied. The service is attentive and also gives good tips. The meat quality is excellent. Because you cook the meat to your own liking on the hot stone to the desired cooking point (it comes to the table seared but rare on the inside), there can be no complaints. You get house fries (as much as you want) and 3 sauces with the steaks. The men in the group were very happy that you can always order the fries free of charge. The 3 sauces consist of a chimichurri, a horseradish sauce and a barbecue sauce. None of us needed the horseradish but the barbecue tasted very good. The garlic bread is highly recommended, as is the garlic butter and onion sauce, which you can order additionally. If anything, there is one drawback: because the steaks are grilled at the tables, there is a development of smoke and odors that the (if applicable?) exhaust ventilation devices cannot cope with. So afterwards you smell it from head to toe. If you then plan to do something afterwards, that's inconvenient. But the fun is worth it.

At first impression, the guest room appears chic, modern and inviting. Only when the restaurant fills up does it become clear that the large dining room without niches has its disadvantages. It gets very loud the more guests are present, as the entire guest room is a large area. Two thirds of the steaks are prepared at the table. The steak is served on a hot stone, which means you can leave the meat on the stone until the desired doneness is achieved. However, this also means a significant amount of smoke and grease splatters around the table. After the visit I smelled like a steak from a hot stone. The meat - an Argentinian rib eye - was not outstanding in terms of taste, but the side dishes - such as sweet potato fries and gratin - were very good. The waitress was service-oriented but her behavior was not appreciative towards us. This was noticeable in many little things, primarily body language and communication. If all these little things don't bother you, I recommend Abacco, but it doesn't bother me.

The food is good. Service rather bad! We were charged for two things that were not brought. When we ordered the sweet potatoes we had to wait 10 minutes if we didn't want to eat the meat without a side dish. Not necessarily recommended for this price range…

Our first visit and definitely not the last. I would almost say that we had one of the friendliest waiters here in Augsburg. Thank you for that, but I also told you that personally. The ambience was very nice, a bit dark, but just enough to be pleasant. It shouldn't be darker. The tables are a bit close to each other, but in my opinion that's bearable ;-) The food was great. The steakhouse is something unusual. You can finish your steak on a hot stone as you wish. I think it's a bit expensive for the steaks on offer. Fries are included in the price. Honestly, seeing and trying it once is enough for me. A table reservation is highly advisable otherwise you could be unlucky. Unfortunately, I don't think the price-performance ratio is right. But make up your own mind. I'm just giving my impressions here.
