Great ambience. Food ok but partly cold so we went back. Service underground. Drinks last 20 minutes. No glasses, no cutlery when eating and so on... orders are only taken from part of the table, etc. I won't be back, especially since the prices are already high

Es war teilweise etwas laut durch die Gruppen im Gastraum. Ein Gericht war recht salzig, der Küchenchef war selbst wohl nicht da?! In Summe hatten wie einen gelungenen Abend. Dankeschön!

Nice restaurant in itself, but the burgers didn't impress us in terms of taste, as we had gotten much more delicious burgers at another restaurant nearby for the same price. In addition, the chicken fingers were a bit dry and the cheese sauce that came with it wasn't very strong in taste either. But I have to say that the service reacted nicely and understandingly to our criticism and compensated for the problem, which I think is a very good thing.

Very spacious and good for celebrations

We've been enjoying coming to the restaurant for years, the garlic prawns as a starter and then a rib-eye steak afterwards are the best ;) Our regular service always makes our visit a lovely evening where you feel good. Our son already feels at home there 😂 Thank you very much J.....a ;)

Schönes Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung aber: Essen ambitioniert und nicht ganz billig, in der Ausführung aber allenfalls mittelmässig. Maronensuppe mit vielen Maronenbröseln drin, dafür vom Trüffelöl geschmacklich völlig überdeckt- hier wäre weniger vielleicht mehr. Übersichtliches Filet Mignon- zu dünn geschnitten- dadurch deutlich Mediumwell statt medium. Als Beilage wurde einfach eine Hand voll Maroni auf den Teller gelegt. Hier ehrlich: entweder „fancy“- dann macht Euch die Mühe und macht ein Maronen-Kartoffelpüree ( hier aber richtigen Maronenreis verwenden!) oder lasse es einfach- Kartoffelspalten oder Bratkartoffeln sind auch ok! Sonst lange Wartezeiten bei den Getränken, ständig wurde etwas gebracht, was keiner bestellt hatte, beim Abräumen „kann ich bitte mal den Teller haben“ usw…. Hier ist vom Gesamtpaket viel viel Luft nach oben.

Were there with 14 men. It's all ok. From steak to hamburgers to delicious spare ribs, everyone was happy with their food. Service was quite accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier im Schlachthof Restaurant mit ca. 45 Personen, und wir kommen 2025 wieder! Von der Planung angefangen, bis zum Ende alles wirklich perfekt. Tolle Location, sehr gemütlich, das Essen hervorragend, die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Hervorheben möchte ich Jasmina, die stets zur Stelle war und alles im Griff hatte! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Danke für den tollen Abend :-)

The helicopter view was simply missing.

We have on December 7th. married in the Schlachthof Restaurant. From the very beginning, Jazmina advised and supported us as an “event/wedding planner” on behalf of the restaurant. She was flexible, always open and very, very likeable. The location was really well prepared on the 7th. We decided on a simple, cozy set-up and took care of the decoration ourselves. The brown brick building, inside and out, harmonized perfectly as a winter location and our guests were more than pleased. We chose the Route66 buffet, which the restaurant is known for. And it didn't disappoint at the wedding either. It was tasty and varied (meat, fish, vegetables) as well as well presented and here too the guests were more than satisfied. It was a great wedding, the team in service and in the kitchen with/behind Jazmina was very friendly, very hard-working and uncomplicated. Jazmina, our contact person, was always available during the wedding and open to all of our wishes. It was perfect and we and our guests fell into bed more than happy afterwards. Many thanks to Jazmina and the entire Schlachthof team for this unforgettable afternoon/evening and night :-)

There is a Route 66 Buffet every first Saturday of the month. We were able to enjoy this. The reservation etc. went smoothly. Parking spaces were plentiful. The buffet was plentiful and constantly refreshed. Especially the meat and the burgers and hot dogs that you could serve yourself were excellent in terms of taste. The service was always on point and very accommodating. All around a very harmonious experience. The fact that the American flag was used as a tablecloth might bother a patriotic American, but fortunately that's not me.

We had great burgers, along with corn on the cob and an onion ring that was the real thing, with onions in it. Everything delicious at a good price, can only recommend from the bottom of my heart.

Very good food in a cozy atmosphere. The exceptional friendliness of the service staff (especially Jazmina) in this restaurant is a rarity that is rarely found these days. Here someone really puts their heart and soul into the job and does everything they can to ensure that the guests have a wonderful evening. Price-performance ratio is completely okay, as the quality is really high and the steak cooking levels have always been on point. Highly recommended! We'll be back soon.

Hello, we had dinner with friends in the Schlachthof Restaurant (not the Kälberhalle). We all thought the food was great and delicious. Our waitress that evening (restaurant manager) was very, very nice. That's what you want. We've made a reservation for next time. Gladly again.

It's always very cozy and the food is really delicious. Jasmina looked after us in a caring and good-humoured manner and kept asking questions. It's nice when people enjoy their work. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Auswahl inzwischen auch wieder ausreichend groß. Was wir aber immer wieder außerordentlich genießen, ist der perfekte Service. Freundlich, zugewandt, auch zusätzliche Wünsche werden erfüllt - man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl, willkommen und aufgehoben.

Der Schlachthof überzeugt mit solider Fleischqualität und angenehmem, rustikalem Ambiente. Die Cocktails sind lecker. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein guter Ort für ein entspanntes Essen mit Freunden in Augsburg.

Yesterday we went to route 66 to eat there, the food was ok, the service was scheduled, it took too long for the drinks!! on the internet it says 38 euros for women, she got 39 euros, if that happens with 200 guests, cheers meal... that works Not, I always look at the bill, I can only recommend it

Very good restaurant with great staff!

The food was nothing special, rather not good. Phli steak was just white bread and meat with no taste. Potato skins were cold no taste. Ribeye steak did not look like a ribeye.

We have eaten here repeatedly over the last few years. Unfortunately, this was a complete failure for the first time. The service was overwhelmed despite the restaurant not being full. We only got our drinks after over 30 minutes. The fries and burger were lukewarm to cold.

Good, but also a bit noisy ambience due to the rooms. Very attentive and helpful team. Always with a nice smile and a kind word. The food was served quickly. Unfortunately, the mac 'n cheese wasn't convincing at all. Watery cheese sauce with no significant taste. Steak was served to the level of doneness ordered.

Ich würde das Essen als gut bezeichnen, mehr nicht. Bei der Vorspeise hat das Dressing über dem Rucola gefehlt und auch die Pinienkerne, die auf der Speisekarte standen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Homemade Limonade war super und auch die Bedienung super nett und aufmerksam.

Service und Ambiente super.Das Fleisch muss aber einfach wärmer serviert werden, Beilagen top.

We can highly recommend the Schlachthof Restaurant. It was transformed into a beautiful location for our wedding that fully met all of our expectations. Everything went smoothly from start to finish - every detail was carefully coordinated, our wishes were taken into account, and even last-minute changes were responded to flexibly. The food was excellent and the service first class. Both we and our guests were completely thrilled.

Die Speisekarte im neune Stil ist unübersichtlich. Folgt unnützig einem neuen Trend. Das Angebot ist sehr burgerlastig geworden. Bissl Fleisch findet man aber auch noch. Sonst ist es aber sehr lecker. Ich habe Speckbohnen, für mein Steak, auf der Karte vermisst.

I was in the beer garden on Saturday August 17th, 2024. Terrible. The food was served like this (unfortunately I didn't take a picture, no one will believe me). Schnitzel with cheese spaetzle, the schnitzel was ok but the spaetzle was served in a metal (canteen bowl) that was in the plate. So sry but for around €25 I really expect something different. I will never go there again, the first and last time.

Were there as a family. Staff seemed understaffed and hectic. Food was mediocre but expensive (city...). However, the milkshakes were great.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht ein sehr schöner und geschmackvoller Abend für uns! Und durften für den leider erkrankten Neffen sogar noch einen Burger mitnehmen. Von nebenan klangen Salsaklänge in den lauschigen Biergarten, freundliche Menschen Allüberall versorgten uns mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Das BBQ-Büffet ist gigantisch, Platz lassen für den vielfältigen Nachtisch!!! Eine praktische Empfehlung für einen stressfreien tollen Abend: rechtzeitig kommen wegen eines Parkplatzes - oder gleich mit Alternativen. Daumen hoch für ein tolles Restaurant und sein Team!

Wie bisher immer war der Service perfekt, das Essen gut, das Ambiente angenehm. Ich bekomme dort jedes Mal jeden Wunsch erfüllt und fühle mich sehr wohl.

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Servicekräfte sehr nett. Wir hatten einen Tisch draußen. Als es plötzlich anfängt, stark zu regnen und alle nach innen stürmten, blieben die Kellner ruhig und haben das Chaos sehr gut gemeistert.

Very friendly service. Great atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Four of us ordered the 2kg Holy Trinity platter. The meat was perfectly fried. A recommendation for everyone are the baby back ribs. Would come back to eat here at any time.

The service is still the best. To be honest, everything else is more bad than good. Atmosphere is like in a train station hall. Quality of the fillet is underground. The meat has no taste and is completely tough. You would expect it to be different in the slaughterhouse. Unfortunately, Spritz is not only disappointing, but rather a rip-off. Just ice cream. Hardly any liquid. Price performance doesn't fit here at all. Sorry.

Food was delicious, had the meat platter for 2 people with beef brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs and a tiny portion of fries. We sat outside and the service was very slow, even though there were only 4 other tables occupied besides ours. Even just bringing cutlery upon request after the food was already there took a very long time.
