The food was good, but it didn't completely blow me away. The sauces were very standard, as were the side dishes. The meat was of good quality. The service was very friendly and attentive, but the tone was rather harsh. The ambiance is very nice, but it's quite loud in the front area.

The restaurant is friendly, cozy, and bright. The service was perfect and on the mark, funny, and accommodating—simply excellent. We had appetizers that we all enjoyed. The wine pairing with the steak was excellent. Everyone had a different steak, and each one was cooked to perfection. The meat was top-quality, and the chef knows how to make proper steaks. Dessert was the crowning glory: a real chocolate mousse...to die for. Top value for money in any case.

Nice ambiance, but also a bit crowded, and therefore quite crowded. We had surf and turf. The food was good, but not outstanding, and at just under €60 per portion, it was far too expensive for a medium-sized steak and a large prawn plus a potato gratin. The service was good and friendly.

I reserved a table here for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. We got a wonderful table by the "fireplace," complete with a candle and a beautifully folded napkin. Very attentive! We received excellent service from the very beginning; our waiter, Yassin, was very attentive, friendly, and in a good mood. The food was fantastic and worth every penny. We would definitely go here again for a special occasion or a fancy dinner.

First time there and can only recommend the steakhouse. The meat is of the highest quality, and the preparation is also top-notch. The staff are very attentive, and the ambiance upstairs was perfect. We'd love to come back.

On Saturday, the service was overwhelmed. The server was apparently new and disorganized. The meat wasn't grilled to perfection, and the roast beef with onions was tough. The wine didn't arrive until after the meal. .

A friendly welcome and advice were provided. The flies were successfully chased away by burning coffee grounds, a great and very effective trick. The appetizers, pounded carpaccio and salmon marinated in beetroot, were delicious and very refreshing. The surf 'n turf was a delight. My wife had the mixed salad with shrimp and chicken, which was also very good.

The Steakmanufaktur in Augsburg is one of the places to go when it comes to high-quality meat. Once again, we were not disappointed by the quality of the meat. Only the shrimp appetizer seemed a bit too garlicky to me. Their core competency definitely lies in the meat. The terrace is beautifully situated with a great view of a small park, but as a non-smoker, it's not pleasant to be surrounded by smoking.

We visited the Steakmanufaktur in Augsburg on our wedding anniversary and were warmly welcomed upon entry and even personally congratulated. This small, thoughtful moment made the evening special. The service was consistently prompt and professional. Many friendly waiters were always on hand without being intrusive. Despite the restaurant being very busy (and on a Tuesday!), the food arrived surprisingly quickly. For our starter, we had steak tartare with quail eggs, an absolute highlight in terms of taste: fresh, finely balanced, and beautifully presented. The main courses were every bit as good: juicy, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. The prices are on the high side, but seem absolutely fair considering the quality of the ingredients, preparation, and service. If you value excellent meat, attentive service, and an all-round harmonious ambiance, this is the place for you.

The meat [dry-aged rib eye] was so tender that the fat practically melted in your mouth. The price is a bit high, of course, but it's definitely worth it. The two of us went to the Steakmanufaktur in Augsburg and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was outstanding – both the quality of the meat and its preparation were absolutely convincing. The service was also excellent: attentive, friendly, and competent, without being intrusive. You should be aware, however, that the price is on the higher end. With appetizers, main courses, drinks, and perhaps a dessert, a meal for two can easily cost around €200. For that price, you naturally expect a certain level of quality – and this is largely met – but the value for money is still a matter of taste. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant experience – ideal for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself.

The steaks are very good, and the service is quick and attentive. The only downsides are the seating is a bit cramped, and the vaulted cellar quickly creates a train station atmosphere.

The service was always extremely friendly and very accommodating during our stay. The food came very quickly and I was already completely impressed with the starters. Ja, wahrscheinlich das bestes Essen seit langem (für mich als Person, die Fleisch gerne als Highlight isst). Grundsätzlich: Bedienung, Service, Aufgeschlossenheit des Personals - alles absolut top! Das Essen - also das Hauptthema: Personen, die gerne Fleisch als Highlight essen, werden hierbei verwöhnt, wie es kaum anders möglich ist. Als Personen die ganz sicher keine Schwerverdiener sind, muss man schon festhalten, dass der Spaß für drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder bei einer etwas aufgemöbelten Durchschnittsauswahl gut die 200 Euro übersteigen kann. Aber auch als reflektierte Geldverplanungsmaschine muss ich für mich festhalten: hinsichtlich einer Person, die Fleisch auf den Punkt gegaart haben möchte und die Beilagen in eine perfekte Kombination gebracht bekommen möchte, ist hier kaum Basis um zu jammern. Jeder Leihe oder Halbprofi wird hier im Bereich Fleischkonsum an die Hand genommen und auf die die fleischfarbende Wolke seines Filets (oder was auch immer dieser vorzüglichen Auswahl) genommen, um eine neue Genussebene zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für dieses Speiseerlebnis. Ich muss kurz festhalten, dass meine Frau, die auf vegetarische Gerichte zurückgriff eher weniger angetan war. Aber ich kann das kaum hierbei einfließen lassen, da sich dieses Restaurant wirklich qualitativ sehr auf Fleich eingestellt hat. Die Getränke, sei es das regionale Bier oder die Liköre zum Schluss waren eine gute angepasste Auswahl. Auch das Kinderessen war qualitativ besser, als es normal zu erwarten ist.

The positive impression begins with the reservation over the phone. The young lady who answers my call is very friendly and accommodating when it comes to choosing a seat. The male server is also very friendly and competent in her advice. A basil aperitif, very fresh and delicious. Shrimp in tomato and garlic oil, perfect. The quality of the product is impressive, but unfortunately, the plates aren't preheated enough, so the food cools down quickly. Furthermore, our main courses were served before we'd even swallowed the last bite of the appetizer. The dessert was very good! And the ambiance outside is simply wonderful. Why, given the already high prices, they charge €4.50 for a tiny pot of (delicious) sauce is – from a customer's perspective – not entirely understandable. Nevertheless, a very pleasant evening.

Absolutely perfect! We occasionally dined at the Steakmanufaktur and got married there in June 2025. It was absolutely fantastic for us from start to finish. Communication with Angelika beforehand was very easy and straightforward. Our wishes were taken into account, and everything possible was made possible. On the day itself, the service was excellent and very attentive, and the food tastes fantastic anyway. They also didn't charge the usual excessive wedding surcharges, as we left by the time normal opening hours began. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful day.

It was a Tuesday, and it was busy, even though the beer garden wasn't open due to the chill. We'll definitely be back. We enjoy going out to eat like this. A very good steakhouse. We were there with 11 people, and everyone was really happy with their food. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, we had reserved a table and had to sit inside for a bachelor party.

2025: Everything was perfect again on our current visit. Service was excellent as always. This time we had the appetizer platter, various steaks, saddle of lamb, and dessert. Everything was very good. I don't have photos of everything, just the lamb and sorbet with Crémant. 2023: We were here again for the first time in a long time. We had beef tartare, rump steak, saddle of lamb, and dessert, all delicious and cooked to perfection. The service staff, and especially Marco, are, as always, super nice and accommodating. 2018: Very nice restaurant, super friendly staff, and delicious steaks.

Beautifully decorated restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had two salmon and two onion roast beefs for main courses. The salmon was accidentally served incorrectly at the table (different degrees of doneness). Since everyone knew each other well, it wasn't a problem, and we swapped plates even though we'd already eaten a bit. That can happen sometimes, but otherwise it wouldn't have been so good. The roast beef, including gravy, onions, and a side salad, was very good. The accompanying cheese spaetzle, however, was disappointing. The spaetzle were ready-made, and the supposed cheese was unfortunately part of a rather mushy consistency—it could have been much better and would have been appropriate for the price. All in all, though, we had a lovely evening.

In my opinion, the restaurant has lost significantly. At the beginning, not only the service but also the cuisine was excellent. I had a steak and ordered it medium rare. The result was well done. The service employee apologized for the kitchen's mistake and regretted the mishap. The service overall was also excellent. However, it is disappointing when a very high-priced restaurant that calls itself a steak factory fails because of a steak. Overall, the basement is certainly worth seeing, but not suitable for communication. It is sometimes difficult to have a conversation together because the acoustics mean that the conversations of the people sitting on the other side of the room are perceived very intensively. The result is a nice restaurant, but no longer of the quality that it once had and definitely no longer the price-performance ratio.

We were here for dinner and had salmon as our main course. The dish was pleasantly simple and consisted of a perfectly grilled fish and delicious potatoes on the side. We also tried the non-alcoholic cocktails, which are highly recommended. Just like the mixed starters and desserts.

Overall, our experience at Steakmanufaktur Augsburg was very positive. Even the table reservation was uncomplicated and even on a busy weekend there was no problem finding a place. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly and shown straight to our table. Despite the high number of visitors, there was a pleasant atmosphere. The ambience was stylish and the volume was moderate, allowing for relaxed conversation. The menu offered a rich and special selection of dishes, both in German and English. The variety of meat specialties was particularly impressive, ranging from beef fillet to exclusive Kobe beef. Our starters – carpaccio from the U.S. Beef and shrimp in a chili-tomato-garlic broth with fresh bread – exactly what we liked. The combination of flavors was exceptional and highly recommended. A small point of criticism was the long waiting time of almost 40 minutes between the starter and the main course. However, the service representative was extremely courteous and apologized several times for the delay. Unfortunately, when my main course – the beef fillet – was finally served, it was cold. I was immediately offered to put it back in the kitchen. However, as my husband had already received his meal, this meant we couldn't eat together. After 15 minutes I received a freshly prepared fillet back. The taste was convincing, although the pieces were a bit too big for sliced ​​meat. My husband's rib-eye steak, on the other hand, was perfectly cooked and the sauces served with it harmonized perfectly with the meat. As a small compensation, we were offered dessert on the house. The lukewarm chocolate cake had the perfect consistency - wonderfully runny on the inside. Conclusion: Despite the small inconveniences, we are happy to come back. The service was very attentive and friendly. The first-class selection of meat options and side dishes was particularly impressive. Overall, a recommended address for steak lovers!
