In my opinion, the restaurant has lost significantly. At the beginning, not only the service but also the cuisine was excellent. I had a steak and ordered it medium rare. The result was well done. The service employee apologized for the kitchen's mistake and regretted the mishap. The service overall was also excellent. However, it is disappointing when a very high-priced restaurant that calls itself a steak factory fails because of a steak. Overall, the basement is certainly worth seeing, but not suitable for communication. It is sometimes difficult to have a conversation together because the acoustics mean that the conversations of the people sitting on the other side of the room are perceived very intensively. The result is a nice restaurant, but no longer of the quality that it once had and definitely no longer the price-performance ratio.

Like last time, super delicious food 👌🏻👌🏻 I really like the service there, you just feel comfortable there. The service staff are all friendly and nice and they also respond to requests. I can only recommend everyone to go there. However, you shouldn't be a vegetarian/vegan 😁 the rump steak and the truffle mayo are my highlight 👍🏻 I would give more stars if that were possible. We always come there on special occasions.

Ein mal wieder gelungener Abend! Wir kommen einfach gerne hierher,wenn wir Steak essen möchten. Diesmal waren wir aber auch von der Nachspeise geflasht: Creme caramel mit Mangoeis.Vorzüglich! Das Eis wird lt.Nachfrage selbst hergestellt.Auch das Sauerrahmeis war ein Traum. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

We were here for dinner and had salmon as our main course. The dish was pleasantly simple and consisted of a perfectly grilled fish and delicious potatoes on the side. We also tried the non-alcoholic cocktails, which are highly recommended. Just like the mixed starters and desserts.

Overall, our experience at Steakmanufaktur Augsburg was very positive. Even the table reservation was uncomplicated and even on a busy weekend there was no problem finding a place. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly and shown straight to our table. Despite the high number of visitors, there was a pleasant atmosphere. The ambience was stylish and the volume was moderate, allowing for relaxed conversation. The menu offered a rich and special selection of dishes, both in German and English. The variety of meat specialties was particularly impressive, ranging from beef fillet to exclusive Kobe beef. Our starters – carpaccio from the U.S. Beef and shrimp in a chili-tomato-garlic broth with fresh bread – exactly what we liked. The combination of flavors was exceptional and highly recommended. A small point of criticism was the long waiting time of almost 40 minutes between the starter and the main course. However, the service representative was extremely courteous and apologized several times for the delay. Unfortunately, when my main course – the beef fillet – was finally served, it was cold. I was immediately offered to put it back in the kitchen. However, as my husband had already received his meal, this meant we couldn't eat together. After 15 minutes I received a freshly prepared fillet back. The taste was convincing, although the pieces were a bit too big for sliced ​​meat. My husband's rib-eye steak, on the other hand, was perfectly cooked and the sauces served with it harmonized perfectly with the meat. As a small compensation, we were offered dessert on the house. The lukewarm chocolate cake had the perfect consistency - wonderfully runny on the inside. Conclusion: Despite the small inconveniences, we are happy to come back. The service was very attentive and friendly. The first-class selection of meat options and side dishes was particularly impressive. Overall, a recommended address for steak lovers!

Zuvorkommendes und emphatisches Personal, eine Karte voller guter Weine, und die Speisekarte vielfältig und erlesen. Für alle diese gehobenen und erlesenen Fakten, ein Preisgefüge was völlig in Ordnung geht. Es gibt sie noch, traumhafte Gastronomie.

For starters we had the starter platter for two - lovely variations, simply terrific. Everything that was on it was fantastic. For the main course we had the trio of Kobe beef, flank steak and fillet, I had the potato risotto with it - amazing. The steaks are as requested - simply perfect. For dessert there was the crème brulee and the desert variation - a perfect ending. We'd love to come back - it was a wonderful evening. The prices are absolutely justified.

The ambience and service were absolutely top. Side dishes were quite expensive but worth every cent. The meat was absolutely amazing, but it's a shame that the steak factory had to cheat the customers on the amount of a plate that cost €110. There should be 350g of meat. It was at most 250g. I can estimate this very well, even taking into account that the meat shrinks during cooking. Eating steak is my passion, the steak factory managed to give this a bitter note.

Great cocktails but that's about it unfortunately. Turned into a much longer dinner than expected. After having finished our appetizers we wondered why everyone around us was getting their food but we weren't. Luckily we were having a great time so didn't even notice an hour had went by. It turned out our order wasn't put in. The server apologized several times and was quite embarrassed. But unfortunately the food wasn't worth the wait. Therefore first and last time.

Food was ok ......service catastrophe I ordered a drink 3 times before I got it ...food was as good as cold .......price performance is not very overpriced for what you get it didn't taste bad but we have eaten much better for much less money.....cocktails for 12€ and you only get a small wine glass that's not possible ......we also waited 15 minutes for the bill .....I wouldn't go there again ..... The ambience is sensational...but it was well attended and therefore quite loud..... In the end we were 2 adults and 1 child and had standard dishes (no fillet steak or anything similar), 1 drink each and also 1 cocktail for me... we ended up paying 118€ I find it very rude.....

Just 5 stars! We go to the steak factory very often because everything is just right there - the quality of the food, service and prices. Our request to reserve a baby-friendly area was also fulfilled to our complete satisfaction, despite the restaurant being full on a Saturday evening! The entire staff, especially Marco, impresses with their politeness, attentiveness and nice conversations with the guests. Keep it up!

Meat is not served here, but meat is celebrated here. With steaks, whether rump, fillet, rib-eye or other cuts, there is a lot that can be done wrong. This restaurant, however, does everything right. The cooking levels are perfect, whether well-done, medium or medium-rare. The meat is of extremely good quality and the side dishes are also great. In this day and age you have to stand out from the crowd and the steak manufacturer clearly does that, regardless of whether it's the ambience, the service or the food, I give it a clear 5*. A really very nice location. Very attentive and good staff. But for me the food couldn't keep up. Among other things, we had lamb - completely cooked, fried to death. The octopus salad would have been good if the octopus hadn't been drowned in the tomato-heavy sauce. Just grill it nice and hot, briefly and place it next to the salad. A few squeezes of a real fresh lemon and some sea salt on top - done. And so at every meal there were 1 or 2 things that should be done differently. Then the food would go even better with the surroundings.

The atmosphere is typically steakhouse cozy. The staff was nice, friendly and on the ball. The food was good and the prices were on the higher side. Not overpriced at all. Personally, I don't think the menu is optimal.

The prices are, at least in my opinion, high. But definitely justified for the quality of the food. It was really tasty. I deducted a star from the service because we had to ask for the children's menu, even though there were obviously two small children present and a high chair had been reserved. The ambience is really nice.

Excellent, even if you don't use the Koberind. Great service, very friendly and attentive staff and we were lucky to have lots of great and cheerful guests. But that may also correspond to the law of attraction. If you want to eat well, the Steakmanufaktur is definitely a suitable place in Augsburg. When we're back in town we'll definitely be visiting again! 130 euros for two people is certainly not a bargain, but you can eat much worse elsewhere for more money. Keep going strong!

Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated.

The four of us had brunch today. At the steak factory you would expect that steak would be served in some form. In terms of price, however, it would probably have to be made "even" more expensive if you know the quality standard of the steak manufacturer. The selection is wide, but what was really missing was water. Orange juice, multivitamin juice and coffee are available. What I wished was that the orange juice had been freshly squeezed. Unfortunately, this was a normal one bought at a low price. There is therefore a small deduction for drinks. However, what is really a disturbing factor and hence the 3-star rating: The coffee was seriously charged extra per person/cup. The price of just under 40 euros is really high compared to brunch at the Armoury, and there is also a great selection there. However, since this brunch is more exclusive and has a really extravagant selection, it is clear that the price has to be higher. But the fact that the coffee was charged extra is really a disgrace. Especially since this is absolutely not obvious. You get your own coffee from a thermos flask in the anteroom of the actual buffet. There is no sign for the separate calculation there. If so, then in my opinion the coffee should only have been served to the customer's order. But at that price, a normal filter coffee should be included!

Wir waren am 20.11 zum zweiten Mal in der Steakmanufaktur und waren wie auch schon beim ersten Besuch total begeistert. Die Location ist sehr schön, das Team professionell und die Steaks von hervorragender Qualität. Die kompetente Beratung von Tihomir am Reifeschrank hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das anschließende Tranchieren am Tisch war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Überraschung zum Geburtstag eines Kollegen war ein voller Erfolg. So konnten wir auch die Desserts zum Abschluss genießen.

Top restaurant, top service, top quality. You get what you pay for. Of course, cheap is different, but given the food on offer, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine for me. Highly attentive (but by no means intrusive) service from waiter Tahomir. Somewhat difficult to find, but there are enough parking spaces in the underground car park. Overall, a very positive experience that makes you want to repeat it and is therefore a clear recommendation for every meat lover.

Waren am Freitag den 16.11.2024 mit 6. Personen in der Steakmanufaktur und können leider die sehr auffälligen Überbewertungen nicht uneingeschränkt teilen. Es geht schon los mit dem Parkplatz der erst ab 19 Uhr in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung stand, man lernt hier unfreiwillig das Hochfeld kennen, indem man mal 3 Runden durch die Wohngebiete fährt. Dadurch das wir bereits um 18:30 den Tisch reserviert hatten, sind wir von einem perfekten Abend ausgegangen. Die Getränkeaufnahme erfolgte zeitnah und wurde auch relativ schnell ausgeführt, war ja noch nichts los, die Essensaufnahme klappte ebenfalls makellos. Was beim Servieren der Speisen allerdings passierte, sollte in dieser Preis Kategorie nicht passieren! Bei mir kam zuerst die Pellkartoffel, bei meinem Freund gegenüber das Steak, nach ca. 8 Min kam mein Steak (Black Angus 280Gramm / 36,40 € ohne Beilagen) und seine Beilage die Fritten, weitere 5 Min. später mein gemischter Salat. Beide Speisen waren nur noch lauwarm, mein Steak fast kalt und hatte nur noch sehr wenig mit Medium durch die lange Standzeit zu tun und war außerdem äußerst flachsig, wo ich bei angeblich 280 Gramm Ausgangsgewicht noch gefühlt 180 Gramm Rumpsteak auf dem Teller hatte. Der Salat war ebenfalls nicht frisch zubereitet und optisch schon 8 Stunden in der Kühltheke mit etwas Dressing aufgepeppt worden. Leider konnte der Service auch nicht in vollem Umfang Punkten, wir vermissten den Blickkontakt zum Gast der bei solcher gehobenen Gastronomie üblich ist und wir so zumindest auch aus anderen Lokalen kennen. Hervorzuheben sind die Räumlichkeiten, das Ambiente mit den hohen Gewölbedecken und die Akustik waren gut, so dass zumindest eine gute Unterhaltung möglich war. Die anderen Gerichte waren in die Kategorie ausreichend einzustufen, wir zumindest kennen bessere Lokalitäten in und um Augsburg. Als kleiner Trost, noch schlechter war es nur bei Alfred Schuhbeck, wo wir über 1200 € ausgegeben hatten und rundherum enttäuscht – abgezockt wurden.

Wonderful first visit for brunch! It was my first time in this restaurant and I can only say: it was a thoroughly successful visit! The food was simply fantastic - a large selection of delicious dishes that really impressed both visually and in terms of taste. The quality of the food was excellent, you could really tell that the work was done with love and the best ingredients. In addition to the wonderful food, the staff should also be positively highlighted. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. No matter whether it was a matter of a plate being empty or a request for a refill, the response was quick and everything was always refilled immediately. You felt really well looked after. The location itself was also very cozy and inviting. It was the perfect place to have a good time with good food. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this brunch!

Der Brunch sollte eine kurze Flucht aus Renovierungsarbeiten sein und wurde ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Aufmerksam geworden durch eine Annonce in der AZ hatten wir uns 2 Wochen vorher zum Brunch angemeldet. Anmeldung einfach, incl. Erinnerung am Vortag. Restaurant gut zu finden, ausreichend Tiefgaragenplätze vorhanden. Allerdings ist hier die Einfahrt etwas schwer zu finden. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kasernengebäude. Ein Backsteinbau, der liebevoll restauriert wurde und einen mit einer warmen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre empfängt. So wie das Team, das an diesem Morgen 130 Gäste umsorgte. Immer freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen ein Genuss. Spiegelei auf Bestellung (ohne Mehrkosten), knuspriger Speck, leckeres Bircher Müsli, frischer Obstsalat, ungewöhnlich aber lecker:Sushi und Thunfischtatar, neben Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Semmeln,…..ein riesiges Nachspeisenbuffet, appetitlich in kleinen Portionen oder Gläsern angerichtet. Als warme Mahlzeit Rinderbraten, so weich und lecker…knackiges Gemüse, Gnocchi Caprese, Tafelspitz,… Kaffee war einmal zu bezahlen und dann Refill, Säfte und ein Glas kalter Prosecco inbegriffen. Schade nur, dass sich auch hier immer Menschen finden, die über kurze Wartezeiten meckern (es rennt ja nicht jeder am Buffet entlang!) und sich dann die Teller vollhäufen und die Hälfte abräumen lassen, da dann doch nicht alles reingepresst werden kann! Wir kommen gerne wieder, hoffe, dass sich der Brunch hält (wenigstens einmal im Monat) und würden auch mehr bezahlen für diese Qualität! Danke für einen wunderschönen Sonntagmorgen!
