Meat is not served here, but meat is celebrated here. With steaks, whether rump, fillet, rib-eye or other cuts, there is a lot that can be done wrong. This restaurant, however, does everything right. The cooking levels are perfect, whether well-done, medium or medium-rare. The meat is of extremely good quality and the side dishes are also great. In this day and age you have to stand out from the crowd and the steak manufacturer clearly does that, regardless of whether it's the ambience, the service or the food, I give it a clear 5*. A really very nice location. Very attentive and good staff. But for me the food couldn't keep up. Among other things, we had lamb - completely cooked, fried to death. The octopus salad would have been good if the octopus hadn't been drowned in the tomato-heavy sauce. Just grill it nice and hot, briefly and place it next to the salad. A few squeezes of a real fresh lemon and some sea salt on top - done. And so at every meal there were 1 or 2 things that should be done differently. Then the food would go even better with the surroundings.

The prices are, at least in my opinion, high. But definitely justified for the quality of the food. It was really tasty. I deducted a star from the service because we had to ask for the children's menu, even though there were obviously two small children present and a high chair had been reserved. The ambience is really nice.

The atmosphere is typically steakhouse cozy. The staff was nice, friendly and on the ball. The food was good and the prices were on the higher side. Not overpriced at all. Personally, I don't think the menu is optimal.

Excellent, even if you don't use the Koberind. Great service, very friendly and attentive staff and we were lucky to have lots of great and cheerful guests. But that may also correspond to the law of attraction. If you want to eat well, the Steakmanufaktur is definitely a suitable place in Augsburg. When we're back in town we'll definitely be visiting again! 130 euros for two people is certainly not a bargain, but you can eat much worse elsewhere for more money. Keep going strong!

The steaks perfect, friendly service, good selection of wine.

Very well-kept atmosphere and friendly, courteous staff. The food was consistently very good and after this brunch we will stop in in the evening and try the large selection of steaks.

The four of us had brunch today. At the steak factory you would expect that steak would be served in some form. In terms of price, however, it would probably have to be made "even" more expensive if you know the quality standard of the steak manufacturer. The selection is wide, but what was really missing was water. Orange juice, multivitamin juice and coffee are available. What I wished was that the orange juice had been freshly squeezed. Unfortunately, this was a normal one bought at a low price. There is therefore a small deduction for drinks. However, what is really a disturbing factor and hence the 3-star rating: The coffee was seriously charged extra per person/cup. The price of just under 40 euros is really high compared to brunch at the Armoury, and there is also a great selection there. However, since this brunch is more exclusive and has a really extravagant selection, it is clear that the price has to be higher. But the fact that the coffee was charged extra is really a disgrace. Especially since this is absolutely not obvious. You get your own coffee from a thermos flask in the anteroom of the actual buffet. There is no sign for the separate calculation there. If so, then in my opinion the coffee should only have been served to the customer's order. But at that price, a normal filter coffee should be included!

Incredibly beautiful here. The vaulted ceiling, the furnishings and the overall ambience are very beautiful. The food was also very good. Nothing for every day. But something special that you can treat yourself to. It can sometimes cost a little more. Also great advice on the different types of steak meat. That's already top level. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Wir waren am 20.11 zum zweiten Mal in der Steakmanufaktur und waren wie auch schon beim ersten Besuch total begeistert. Die Location ist sehr schön, das Team professionell und die Steaks von hervorragender Qualität. Die kompetente Beratung von Tihomir am Reifeschrank hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das anschließende Tranchieren am Tisch war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Überraschung zum Geburtstag eines Kollegen war ein voller Erfolg. So konnten wir auch die Desserts zum Abschluss genießen.

Top restaurant, top service, top quality. You get what you pay for. Of course, cheap is different, but given the food on offer, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine for me. Highly attentive (but by no means intrusive) service from waiter Tahomir. Somewhat difficult to find, but there are enough parking spaces in the underground car park. Overall, a very positive experience that makes you want to repeat it and is therefore a clear recommendation for every meat lover.

Waren am Freitag den 16.11.2024 mit 6. Personen in der Steakmanufaktur und können leider die sehr auffälligen Überbewertungen nicht uneingeschränkt teilen. Es geht schon los mit dem Parkplatz der erst ab 19 Uhr in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung stand, man lernt hier unfreiwillig das Hochfeld kennen, indem man mal 3 Runden durch die Wohngebiete fährt. Dadurch das wir bereits um 18:30 den Tisch reserviert hatten, sind wir von einem perfekten Abend ausgegangen. Die Getränkeaufnahme erfolgte zeitnah und wurde auch relativ schnell ausgeführt, war ja noch nichts los, die Essensaufnahme klappte ebenfalls makellos. Was beim Servieren der Speisen allerdings passierte, sollte in dieser Preis Kategorie nicht passieren! Bei mir kam zuerst die Pellkartoffel, bei meinem Freund gegenüber das Steak, nach ca. 8 Min kam mein Steak (Black Angus 280Gramm / 36,40 € ohne Beilagen) und seine Beilage die Fritten, weitere 5 Min. später mein gemischter Salat. Beide Speisen waren nur noch lauwarm, mein Steak fast kalt und hatte nur noch sehr wenig mit Medium durch die lange Standzeit zu tun und war außerdem äußerst flachsig, wo ich bei angeblich 280 Gramm Ausgangsgewicht noch gefühlt 180 Gramm Rumpsteak auf dem Teller hatte. Der Salat war ebenfalls nicht frisch zubereitet und optisch schon 8 Stunden in der Kühltheke mit etwas Dressing aufgepeppt worden. Leider konnte der Service auch nicht in vollem Umfang Punkten, wir vermissten den Blickkontakt zum Gast der bei solcher gehobenen Gastronomie üblich ist und wir so zumindest auch aus anderen Lokalen kennen. Hervorzuheben sind die Räumlichkeiten, das Ambiente mit den hohen Gewölbedecken und die Akustik waren gut, so dass zumindest eine gute Unterhaltung möglich war. Die anderen Gerichte waren in die Kategorie ausreichend einzustufen, wir zumindest kennen bessere Lokalitäten in und um Augsburg. Als kleiner Trost, noch schlechter war es nur bei Alfred Schuhbeck, wo wir über 1200 € ausgegeben hatten und rundherum enttäuscht – abgezockt wurden.

Today we had brunch at the steak factory. The food is very good and very varied. The service is great and clears up very quickly. However, we have one point of criticism: the selection and quality of the baked goods does not match the steak manufacturer's upscale cuisine. These are baked goods, unfortunately the pretzels weren't even crispy. Like the bread, you should get the pretzels and rolls from Wolf. :)

Wonderful first visit for brunch! It was my first time in this restaurant and I can only say: it was a thoroughly successful visit! The food was simply fantastic - a large selection of delicious dishes that really impressed both visually and in terms of taste. The quality of the food was excellent, you could really tell that the work was done with love and the best ingredients. In addition to the wonderful food, the staff should also be positively highlighted. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. No matter whether it was a matter of a plate being empty or a request for a refill, the response was quick and everything was always refilled immediately. You felt really well looked after. The location itself was also very cozy and inviting. It was the perfect place to have a good time with good food. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this brunch!

Der Brunch sollte eine kurze Flucht aus Renovierungsarbeiten sein und wurde ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Aufmerksam geworden durch eine Annonce in der AZ hatten wir uns 2 Wochen vorher zum Brunch angemeldet. Anmeldung einfach, incl. Erinnerung am Vortag. Restaurant gut zu finden, ausreichend Tiefgaragenplätze vorhanden. Allerdings ist hier die Einfahrt etwas schwer zu finden. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kasernengebäude. Ein Backsteinbau, der liebevoll restauriert wurde und einen mit einer warmen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre empfängt. So wie das Team, das an diesem Morgen 130 Gäste umsorgte. Immer freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen ein Genuss. Spiegelei auf Bestellung (ohne Mehrkosten), knuspriger Speck, leckeres Bircher Müsli, frischer Obstsalat, ungewöhnlich aber lecker:Sushi und Thunfischtatar, neben Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Semmeln,…..ein riesiges Nachspeisenbuffet, appetitlich in kleinen Portionen oder Gläsern angerichtet. Als warme Mahlzeit Rinderbraten, so weich und lecker…knackiges Gemüse, Gnocchi Caprese, Tafelspitz,… Kaffee war einmal zu bezahlen und dann Refill, Säfte und ein Glas kalter Prosecco inbegriffen. Schade nur, dass sich auch hier immer Menschen finden, die über kurze Wartezeiten meckern (es rennt ja nicht jeder am Buffet entlang!) und sich dann die Teller vollhäufen und die Hälfte abräumen lassen, da dann doch nicht alles reingepresst werden kann! Wir kommen gerne wieder, hoffe, dass sich der Brunch hält (wenigstens einmal im Monat) und würden auch mehr bezahlen für diese Qualität! Danke für einen wunderschönen Sonntagmorgen!

We would like to thank the steak manufacturer for the great brunch. It was always very well replenished. Small delicacies, such as salmon on a small potato crust, and a very large selection of cheese. Warm food, the meatballs or Burgundy roast is a dream. And my highlight was the fruit salad, fresh fruits... no frozen goods. The service was super nice and very attentive. Included is the glass of Prosecco and 2 different juices. Extras such as a coffee mug for €3.50 once, then you can drink as much as you can manage. Water and other drinks must be paid extra. It should be noted that this is high-quality food... no packaged or wholesale sausage.

Poorly organized, long queues, the scrambled eggs were cold until you got to your seat... 90% of the signs with the product name were missing...Coffee is charged extra, for lunch there was roast beef with sauce which was of good quality but there was nothing else It's just ravioli with mushroom sauce... I've had better experiences elsewhere. But you can learn and get better... We won't do it anymore unless it costs 35 euros plus drinks

Unfortunately, our brunch experience was absolutely disappointing and definitely not worth the €25 price tag. The buffet was more like a 3 star hotel breakfast and not what you would have expected from this restaurant. There was hardly anything homemade, and most of it seemed to consist of ready-made products - sausage, cheese, muesli and even the sweet dishes (macarons, small cakes) were obviously not fresh. The bread was small baked rolls and pretzels. The sushi was inedible and the vegetarian options were limited to shriveled potatoes and plain vegetables. The “juice bar” consisted of two juices, and you even had to pay extra for filter coffee and water. The dishes weren't labeled, so you didn't even know what they were. To get to the buffet you had to wait in line for about 15 minutes each time - not a relaxing brunch experience overall. What was even more disappointing was that there was hardly any response to complaints from us and other guests. The staff simply said that they were still in the testing phase and would pass on our feedback. However, from a customer perspective, it is inappropriate to pay for something that has not yet been thought through. So it seemed more like the leftovers from the weekend were meant to be used up at brunch. The staff was nice, but also seemed very annoyed by all the complaints - understandable, but then you have to respond and compensate the customers. Since we have often visited the restaurant for dinner and have always been satisfied, this experience was particularly disappointing. This urgently needs to be improved - or best of all: leave it alone so as not to scare away good customers.

There is no good relationship between price and performance here! Green beans with bacon: Well seasoned - price performance is good here! Bernaise sauce: Didn't taste like anything Sour cream: Highlight of the evening - very sad. All in all a poor performance in my opinion - I won't be coming back!

We were here for brunch on October 27th, 2024 and I have to say that the service was great throughout... the buffet was regularly replenished and there was enough warm food... even if the Burgundy roast was out, there were enough warm alternatives available... we'll be back... we were here at the introductory price for 24.90 euros, which is of course an extremely cheap price, currently the brunch is available for 36.90 euros... as much coffee as you want for 3.50 euros... Fried eggs on order including Prosecco in advance and juices included in the price all the time... Quality of the food was also very good... the cream of mushroom soup was very good... everything was included and the service was on point. Dessert was tiramisu in a glass... great... alongside all the other dessert alternatives, with brownies, macarons, etc

We were there for brunch! Considering it was only the third time, it was very good, even if we unfortunately couldn't try everything! Nevertheless, the price/performance ratio was good. 25 euros is really okay for the buffet, which showed some gaps even though there were still a good 2.5 hours available. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. You hardly noticed the stress because of the conditions and I don't mean that in a negative way! The atmosphere in the vault is great. We found it very positive that when checking out the guests were asked how they found everything and suggestions for improvement were noted with interest. We will definitely visit the restaurant for steak as well, as that seems to be one of its main competences. In any case, thank you for a successful Sunday morning.

The food and service was excellent. Unfortunately not the toilet. Maybe check again before the guests come. It says on the internet that parking spaces in the underground garage are available from 5 p.m. However, signs on site are only available from 7 p.m. A bit confusing, otherwise really good. Shoemaker stick to your lasts. We were there for brunch today. After 30 minutes of searching for a parking space, we decided to call. After consulting with an employee of the restaurant, it was placed in any parking space in the underground car park. The employees were super friendly, hard-working and helpful. The food, if there was any, was excellent. Kudos to the kitchen. But unfortunately that was it. As quickly as the platters and platters appeared at the buffet, everything was empty. It was produced later, but there were so many guests that we hardly got anything. Maybe we'll take a look in the evening. There are no photos, I don't take photos of empty plates.

Even making an appointment at 5 p.m. was super pleasant. The same nice lady then took us to our table. With 2 children in mind we were accommodated in a small adjoining room. Not even having gotten rid of the jackets, there were already crayons and coloring pictures on the table. The starter was beef tartare, which didn't suit my taste, but my wife's even more so. For the main course there were 2x Rip Eye medium rare. Wow, exactly to the point and more than a poem, the only mistake was that I only used 250g instead of the 350g. The fries for our little daughter were of course brought before our meal so that we could eat in peace later. There's nothing to add about the service and speed, it's crazy how they work hand in hand here. No waiting times at all. For dessert there was a cinnamon parfait for the daughter and dad and then the lovely evening was over. Conclusion: yes, just a steakhouse, but definitely in a class of its own. Also suitable for families with small children. Gluten-free also possible.

Following a recommendation, we decided to visit the steak factory yesterday and didn't regret it at all. The ripening cabinets at the entrance also look great. Here we were able to choose exactly our piece. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the flank steak *rare* on the recommendation of the cellar. The potato risotto, what can I say, brilliant. Atmosphere great, waiters super friendly and the food top quality. Result - afterwards we were completely happy.

The three of us were in the steak factory for the first time on October 8th, 2024 We loved everything! Great food, super friendly staff, great ambience. The reservation the day before was exceptionally friendly.

A very nice atmosphere, excellent service. Rib-eye steak was very tasty. Unfortunately, baked potatoes weren't my thing. A little too hard. Desert variation looks really fantastic, the price is pretty exorbitant, unfortunately the taste didn't convince me.

It was my first visit and to be honest the restaurant didn't blow me away, especially in terms of the price/performance ratio. Dear Mr Assai, PLEASE switch from paper to cloth napkins! Great atmosphere with nice staff. Very nicely decorated restaurant, simple but very inviting. The main course was excellent, all pieces of meat were cooked to the desired degree of doneness. That's how it has to be! The side dishes and sauces were also very tasty. I can highly recommend this restaurant to all meat fans! Only the starter tartare was a bit poorly seasoned, which I found a bit of a shame. The price of the restaurant is logically a little higher. But it also has delicious food for those on a smaller budget.

Unfortunately, inattentive service, we didn't think the price-performance ratio was right, the portion was too small, and the expectations of us and our guests were not met. We wouldn't eat there again and wouldn't recommend it. Too bad.

Amazing food! Amazing Service! I’ve been reading a lot of good things about this restaurant for quite some time now. So for my husband’s birthday, I reserved a table for two. They asked if it was for a special occasion so I said it was for my husband’s birthday. I didn't expect anything after that. When we arrived at the restaurant the staff went to greet my husband happy birthday and later surprised him with a cake and a sparkling candle! For our main course, we both ordered rump steak. It already came with a herbed butter and garlic bread. We then added their house fries with sour cream dip and baked potato. Everything was so delicious and we hope we can come back there again to eat even without a special occasion! In between the meals and after dinner the staff checked on us and how we liked our food. I highly commend their attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest service to their customers!

Yes, the food was well-intentioned but the service was a maximum of 0 stars. Loud shouting and arguments from the kitchen and totally unfriendly service. Never say goodbye again

We went to the steak factory because of the Finedine Box. From the starter to the main course and dessert, everything was very fine and of a very high standard. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and professionalism of the service staff. We'll definitely be back (even without a box 😉).

I have been here several times and wanted to share my experiences. As soon as you arrive, the steak factory gives you a warm feeling that makes you feel comfortable, everything is clean, very stylishly furnished and fits the theme. The service is always helpful, friendly and competent at the same time. You will receive direct advice if you have a question about a drink or especially about meat. I can choose the piece myself before roasting, my favorite so far is the US Prime Ribeye (from the aging cabinet). Cooking point, cut and presentation are all A. All in all, I can't think of a negative point and it's worth a visit every time!

On the way to Italy we dined at the steak factory in Augsburg. A very special restaurant inside and out. It was a very nice evening with a wonderful atmosphere and exquisite food. The steak was incredible, the sides were delicious!!! An absolute culinary delight. Thank you!

Really leaves nothing to be desired. Admittedly - not for those on a tight budget, but still affordable if you know your limits. Staff absolutely great, waiting times and service unbeatable. Quality of the food - incomparable. All around - six out of for stars.

The atmosphere is very nice, but we had to wait about 40 minutes for our drinks. And it took almost 1 1/2 hours for the meal. The steak file was ok.

The ambience and service were excellent, but unfortunately the steaks were too oily and partly burnt. I had the misfortune of receiving a really miserable, oily/burnt Kobe there. Other visits also have a similar conclusion: very good except for the steaks, but that's just not enough.
