Better not again... Or never again. I ordered a Pizza Frutti di Mare, and the pizza maker put whole mussels on it, shell and all. Before that, he partially smashed the shells and scattered them over the pizza, then added a generous amount of cheese for an extra surprise.
If common sense fails him with such a simple dish, I don't even want to know how the other dishes are prepared.
But the worst part is that I didn't get a replacement pizza or a refund.

Service unterirdisch. Kein Gruß, weder beim Kommen noch Gehen, Speisekarte mussten wir selbst holen, ebenso das fehlende Besteck. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um.
Das Essen war OK, allerdings wären größere Teller praktikabler.
Wir werden das Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

Delivery never takes more than 20 minutes. The food is hot. The burgers are delicious.
I get along very well with the owner; he's very friendly.
I ordered food there for the second time today. Once tortellini with Bolognese sauce, and once a pizza. Honestly, it wasn't good for the money. The tortellini with Bolognese sauce was mediocre, and the pizza was a total disappointment. It wasn't sliced, was cold, and wasn't crispy!
I won't order from here again, given the service.
I ordered via Lieferando at 12:30 PM for delivery at 7:45 PM. At 8:15 PM, they finally got around to calling to tell me the food was in the oven. I told them that was just awful, since there were customers sitting there waiting for their food. The woman on the phone then became very loud and vulgar and threatened to report me for saying "awful" (she even muttered something on my voicemail). After that, the owner called me and told me some tall tales about Lieferando's point-of-sale system and insulted me again. What a great way to treat customers! Never again! There are other great pizza delivery services in Augsburg that actually deliver on time.
I've never experienced anything like this before: two completely incompetent employees who couldn't even redeem two vouchers, give the correct change, and refused to include the receipt. I've never seen anything like it, and I'll never go to a store like that again. I advise everyone to stay away!
