The salad totally dried out and the meat only retained cartilage in the form of minced meat! Unfortunately I had to throw it all away. Of course, I reported the whole thing to the store by phone, but I of course rejected the answer that he would send out something new. I can do without the specialist spit, etc. I was about to show the store!
And finally one more thing, I gave the delivery person 20 euros and he wanted to leave again, then I pointed out to him that I would still get 4 euros from him, the tip was already included! I wish them something but definitely nothing good! The shop should be closed immediately!
Better not anymore... Or never again.
Ordered Pizza Frutti di Mare and the pizza maker put whole mussels on it, including the shell, but before that the shell was partially smashed and distributed on the pizza and then cheese was added on top so that you still had a surprise.
If common sense fails when it comes to such a simple dish, I don't want to know how the other dishes are prepared.
But the worst thing is that I didn't get a replacement pizza or my money back

Imbiss zum Mitnehmen trifft es besser.
Man wartet 1 ganze Stunde auf seine Bestellung, während Lieferando etc. und die Kunden vom Take away bevorzugt bedient wurden.
Zwei Essen kamen auf einem Teller, Besteck fehlt - Servicekraft überfordert.
Toiletten gehören gereinigt….

I would also recommend taking a photo. We are sure that we entered our license plate correctly (twice), but we still received a payment request from the parking lot.
In terms of location, this would actually be the best beer garden in Augsburg. Unfortunately, there isn't much on offer in terms of quality. The so-called Aperol Spritz is mixed using an original Aperol bottle. But it tastes like a juice and champagne spritz. That's pretty bold. I hope for new tenants or a rethinking of the existing tenants.

After 75 minutes of waiting, the driver arrived at my house and called me by phone. He would be here now I can come out, he is standing in front of the entrance gate. When I point out to him that the gate has a door and he should please bring the order I ordered to be delivered to my front door. As I know from a delivery service, he came in through the front door.
I ordered two burgers, a cola and a tomato mozzarella salad. Handed everything over to me and when I looked at the tomato mozzarella salad I noticed that there were only tomatoes and sprinkled mozzarella for a pizza.
When I left the bike saying that I would not accept the salad and that he should please cancel the order, he called his boss, with whom I discussed on the phone not to accept the delivery for the mozzarella salad.
He said he was sorry and that it wouldn't be a problem. He would transfer the money back to me immediately via Lieferando or PayPal.
To date I have not received the €9.50. It was neither credited to me via Lieferando nor via PayPal. My letters to Lieferando and PayPal were not answered either.
Screw the €9.50. But it's audacious. When I think about cheating every customer who is dissatisfied with an order and refuses to accept it out of ten euros, I also end up with a hefty sum. My sole purpose in this recession is to describe the incident and let other buyers know about my experiences.
I am very disappointed with this delivery service and will not use it again.
