Better not again... Or never again. I ordered a Pizza Frutti di Mare, and the pizza maker put whole mussels on it, shell and all. Before that, he partially smashed the shells and scattered them over the pizza, then added a generous amount of cheese for an extra surprise. If common sense fails him with such a simple dish, I don't even want to know how the other dishes are prepared. But the worst part is that I didn't get a replacement pizza or a refund.

If you're 45 minutes past the stated delivery time, simply be honest and say, "I'll be there at such and such a time," and that's it, but don't make any empty promises.

I ordered via Lieferando at 12:30 PM for delivery at 7:45 PM. At 8:15 PM, they finally got around to calling to tell me the food was in the oven. I told them that was just awful, since there were customers sitting there waiting for their food. The woman on the phone then became very loud and vulgar and threatened to report me for saying "awful" (she even muttered something on my voicemail). After that, the owner called me and told me some tall tales about Lieferando's point-of-sale system and insulted me again. What a great way to treat customers! Never again! There are other great pizza delivery services in Augsburg that actually deliver on time.

I advise everyone against ordering or buying food there. Lidl pizza tastes far better. The Bolognese with minced meat was very rancid and was unfortunately thrown away. The order wasn't received until 90 minutes later. Garbage!

We ordered, and the bruschetta arrived on a pizza, which was burnt. The pizza calzone was thrown together without cheese. The other pizzas weren't very tasty either. When I receive polite phone calls and then aggressive behavior about it being a holiday and everyone ordering, and the boss tells me I'm sitting on the sofa while he's working, and that he doesn't care what I say because he's the boss, I don't find that acceptable and want to inform others about it.

Lo conoscevo ci sono stato altre volte Personale molto gentile paelano anche italiano stanze pulite colazione buona e abbondante si trova a due passi dai Fuggerei in 5/10 minuti si arriva in centro Sicuramente la prossima volta che torno ad Augsburg ci ritorno

Der Service ist echt grottig: Keine Begrüßung, ewig niemand am Tisch, die Speisekarte und das Besteck haben wir uns selber von anderen Tischen geholt. Die Herren hinter der Theke, von denen man nicht erkennen kann, wer hier arbeitet und wer nur zu Besuch da ist, haben uns ziemlich ignoriert. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl, als Frau nicht willkommen zu sein.. 🤷‍♀️ Das Essen war okay..aber im Gesamtpaket muss ich dort nicht mehr gewesen sen!

I have nothing bad to say. Delivery never takes more than 20 minutes. The food is hot. The burgers are delicious. I get along very well with the owner; he's very friendly.

I ordered food there for the second time today. Once tortellini with Bolognese sauce, and once a pizza. Honestly, it wasn't good for the money. The tortellini with Bolognese sauce was mediocre, and the pizza was a total disappointment. It wasn't sliced, was cold, and wasn't crispy! I won't order from here again, given the service.

It's been there forever, it's simply part of Augsburg. Beautiful location, well-maintained. We just need some good weather. At the moment, the house – see picture – has collapsed so badly that the bike and pedestrian path from the city moat is blocked – no chance of squeezing through. Hopefully it will be fixed soon... even if it doesn't look like it.
