The service was always friendly and the concept was still cool, but unfortunately after it became more and more of a chain the meat patties became thinner and of lower quality, which many people online and friends also said, the price is extremely high, the Burger Day special price has reached the normal burger price from 3 years ago and there are no sides anymore - the argument here was that some people wouldn't eat it. So you don't charge an extra €4 for what would otherwise be a free side order with an already much more expensive burger, or you ask if you want a side order? It really has become incredibly expensive. The chip chips that came free with every burger and a large sour cream dip are also gone. That's really sad for such a big company. I'm asking for an improvement here! I and many others I know unfortunately don't want to come anymore, even though we were weekly regulars since it opened until 2 years ago! And inflation etc. has long since gone down, in fact it's been better for a few weeks than before the inflation. Even inflation doesn't justify such exorbitant burger prices and the extra €4 for fries. That's a total price increase of almost 100%, current burger price + extra side order. I also agree with another long review that the portions have gotten so much smaller, where there used to be a whole plate full of free side dishes, you now get a couple of fries. Even the really great look is no longer just a look, but really very shabby in places, as evidenced by wobbly chairs etc. and the menus are sometimes very worn and some things are sticky. It's such a shame, the ambiance gives the impression that "everything is cool and relaxed" here, but the facts are worse, smaller, more expensive when it comes to the food - and that for a company your size. Small restaurants can do things differently. If there is any improvement, I will of course change this review. Portion size pictures and menu pictures from 4.5 years ago and from today I will add what I have made over time so that everyone can decide for themselves and can also see transparently the coming days. I am really asking for intensive improvements here, I mean I hope you understand that many people have noticed this, as you can already see from the reviews. Now it is up to you whether you want to maintain the reputation and value the feedback and change something accordingly, or not! In future, your response will show how much value you place on it and what kind of restaurant you want to be! I really hope that this is taken as constructive criticism, as it is intended, and that it is discussed intensively internally. That is why I took the trouble to write the whole thing here, as I miss the old Bob's very much.
