Für mich ist das China Restaurant JANGTSE die erste Adresse für chinesisches Essen – große Auswahl, gutes Essen und ein angenehmes Ambiente. So herzlich und freundlich wird man sonst nirgendwo empfangen – hier scheint die Freundlichkeit erfunden worden zu sein.“

Das All You Can Eat Buffet war sehr schön angerichtet und es gab eine große Auswahl an der Fleisch- und Meeresfrüchte Theke für die frische Zubereitung im Wok. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis war mehr als fair, da auch die Getränke inkludiert waren im Preis.

Sehr sauber und die Leute sind sehr höflich.

Ich war dreimal dort und werde nicht wieder hingehen. Das Essen ist sehr begrenzt, da ich schon in anderen Restaurants dieser Kette war. In Ingolstadt ist die Auswahl beispielsweise doppelt so groß. Wir waren am 7. März dort, um den 8. März und einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Wir haben unser Auto geparkt und unser Kennzeichen am Parkautomaten des Restaurants registriert. Eine Mitarbeiterin fragte: „Haben Sie das Auto registriert?“ Ich bejahte. Sie registrierte es erneut. Drei Wochen später erhielt ich einen Strafzettel über 54,80 €. Ich ging zum Restaurant, aber man weigerte sich, mir zu helfen. Man konnte mir nicht helfen. Ich schrieb an die Firma Loyal Parking und erklärte alles. Die Antwort lautete: „Wir wollen keine Fehler ausbügeln, zahlen Sie einfach, da die Zeit nun mit Zinsen verstrichen ist.“ 59,65 €. Und ich habe von den Mitarbeitern erfahren, dass ich nicht der Einzige bin. Lohnt es sich also, dort hinzugehen?

Wirklich gutes Essen und ein hervorragender Ort für Familien. Es gibt verschiedene Buffetoptionen, und wir waren dort, als das All-you-can-eat- und drink-Angebot (außer alkoholischen Getränken) etwa 30 Euro pro Person kostete. Trotzdem gab es eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Fleischsorten, Meeresfrüchten und Fisch, Süßspeisen, Obst usw.

Ich hatte gestern einen schönen Besuch dort. Das essen ist gut und der Service ist auchgezeichnet, danke an unsere nette und kompetente Bedienung Amy.

Waren überrascht, reine Selbstbedienung vom Buffet

Leider können wir die Guten Bewertungen nicht teilen. Waren am Samstag dort. Das Essen was man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann und gebraten wurde war sehr frisch und reichlich. Die fertigen Sachen teilweise nur lauwarm nicht heiß. Das Rindfleisch vom Buffet hatte einen ganz eigenartigen Geschmack gab ich nicht weiter gegessen. Am Dessert standen überall Kinder die alles angegrapscht haben und Eis sah auch sehr unhygienisch aus. Nein Danke. Schade ums Geld. Nicht unser Niveau.

Wir waren am 14. Februar 2026 mit einer Gruppe im Urlaub. Alles wäre gut verlaufen, hätten nicht zwei von uns fünf Strafzettel bekommen, obwohl alle ihre Parkzeit verlängert hatten. Die Strafe betrug 57,60 € pro Auto. Loyal Parking verschickt lediglich ein Schreiben mit sofort überhöhten Gebühren, akzeptiert keine Entschuldigungen und stellt keine Bescheinigungen über Schuld oder Unschuld aus. Laut vieler Bewertungen ist dies kein Einzelfall und sollte die Aufmerksamkeit der Aufsichtsbehörden auf sich ziehen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig, und Getränke sind inklusive. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten unermüdlich und sind stets bemüht, die Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es für die Inkonsequenz seitens der Parkplatzfirma, die überhöhten Strafen und den damit verbundenen Kundenverlust.

War das erste Mal dort zum Essen, Das esen und Getränke Wal ist sehr gut.Das Menü für ca 20eu empfehlenswert.man kann Getränke nachschenken wie man Durst hat .das Essen Auswahl riesig.ein guten Wal .

Alles ist in Ordnung, aber ich kann hier 20 Minuten lang nicht weggehen, weil ich die Rechnung nicht bekommen kann.

Schönes Ambientes, der Service war sehr gut und das Essen war noch besser. Vor allem, das man das Essen frisch, sich zubereiten lassen kann, an dem Grill. Immer werde gerne. Weiter so

Das chinesische Buffet war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an frischen, authentisch gewürzten Speisen und alles liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders überzeugt haben mich die knusprige Ente, das aromatische Curry und das vielfältige Sushi-Angebot. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre angenehm und einladend. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die asiatische Küche in bester Qualität genießen möchten!

Letzte Zeit alles fehlt bei Essen und Getränke, neue Bedienung katastrophe (unfreundlich)

Sehr leckeres Essen und Trinken, aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Buffet sehr viel Auswahl, wo auch immer rasch aufgefüllt wird. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt

War vor einem Tag (Montag) zum ersten Mal dort in Begleitung. Preislich hat alles gestimmt auch die große Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken ist toll. Bei Einrichtung und Ambiente kann man nicht meckern man konnte sich locker unterhalten würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Einzige, was unvorteilhaft ist, ist die Position des Lokals also das Viertel beim Herausgehen habe ich mich erschreckt als ein Obdachloser oder ein Junkie direkt unten am Eingang stand (regungslos) und wie eine Statue/Wachsfigur aussah aber da kann das Lokal nichts dafür ist halt so...😂

Im Gegensatz zu Márkó György bin ich mit dem Restaurant sehr zufrieden, was bei mir, da ich recht kritisch bin, schon etwas heißt. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, der Service ist hervorragend und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist unschlagbar günstig, maximal 30 € pro Person inklusive Getränke. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Auswahl riesig. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der gut essen möchte.

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort und bin absolut begeistert. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit mir wurde alles mit einem Lächeln erklärt, sowohl zum Essen als auch zu den Getränken. Service 11 von 10 Punkten! Die Essensauswahl ist fantastisch: alles frisch, liebevoll und wunderschön angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert hier auf Qualität gelegt wird. Ich kann es wirklich jedem nur empfehlen fast schon ein Muss, hierherzukommen!

Wir waren heute zu viert beim Essen und sind gegen 16 Uhr 45 ins Lokal gekommem.Beim bezahlen sollten wir dann pro Person 29,90 Euro bezahlen,obwohl es geheissen hat,bis 17 Uhr 23,90 Euro.Das finde ich Nicht richtig.Man hätte uns beim reingehen sagen sollen,dass ab 17 Uhr das Essen 29,90 Euro kostet.Jetzt mal rate ich jedem, dieses Lokal zu meiden,denn mit diesen Werbeaktionen hält ich dich da niemand.! ! ! ! Vg

I came back for a meal after a long time, and everything was great! I was greeted at the entrance and immediately asked about my car in case of parking fees. The restrooms were clean… Keep it up!

On December 7th, 2025, we had a birthday party at your parking lot, and everything was great. However, your parking service claims we didn't extend our parking time, even though we were the first guests at 11:30 and were the first to extend our parking: We left at 2:20 PM, so we were under 300 minutes. Loyal Parking GmbH has now sent us a fine of €53 and continues to claim that we didn't extend our parking time. We used the machine, and the friendly receptionist also noted our license plate number. This is bad for business. I recommend that visitors record a video of themselves entering their license plate number. Therefore, I'm deducting one star. I'm really sorry, otherwise everything was great.

Excellent food, excellent service, a buffet for €30 including drinks, a wide selection, freshly prepared dishes – it doesn't get any better! Negative fake reviews are incomprehensible. And a restaurant isn't unfriendly to children just because the parents are failing at raising them.

Food, staff, ambiance all good – but the parking lot was a total rip-off!!! After entering the restaurant, I entered my car details at the terminal and received confirmation of 6 (!) hours of free parking (on the screen). Two weeks later, I received a payment demand from the parking operator, "Loyal Parking," for over 50 (!) euros for allegedly exceeding the permitted parking time (without extending it at the restaurant, see above) by 30 minutes!!! All my objections were unsuccessful, as I ultimately couldn't prove that I had entered my details correctly, since the terminal didn't provide a confirmation/receipt! The restaurant offered no help or support whatsoever! They will never see me again! Beware: anywhere you see "Loyal Parking," there are threats…just look it up online!

The selection isn't great, and the food isn't particularly tasty. Even though it's close to home, I won't go there again.

The rudest staff in Augsburg! Absolutely unfriendly to children!!! The staff used to be very nice and friendly. There was also a slightly older lady who was always wonderful, but unfortunately, I haven't seen her there since. Now there's a new one with a men's haircut and red hair. My son threw his drinking glass on the floor, which I didn't even notice, and a table next to us picked it up. I thanked them, but I didn't see the two or three drops of milk on the floor; otherwise, I would have wiped it up! She started muttering to herself! I was totally shocked and felt uncomfortable for almost the entire time!! And on top of that, I got nasty looks! My God, they're children! And they asked me if my son was really under three so they would pay, even though he hardly ate anything from the buffet! I wouldn't recommend it! Quite the opposite! Run, people!!!

The atmosphere is like a bus station. Mass processing of poor quality. The buffet area is chaotic. At least, that's how it looks. We won't be coming back.

We ate there on October 13th – the food was prepared without any care, the grilled meat was as tough as leather, and much of it was overcooked. The taste was truly disappointing. Even worse was the handling of the parking system: Although the license plate number was correctly entered at the restaurant (I saw it myself), we later received a penalty notice from a private parking company. The restaurant completely denies any responsibility, even though they are responsible for the entry devices. According to other guests, the terminal was even broken that day. When I inquired, there was no attempt at accommodation or assistance whatsoever. Such behavior is absolutely unfriendly to customers. In addition, the restrooms are in a very unhygienic state – run-down and neglected, which only adds to the overall impression. In short: bad food, bad service, a complete lack of accountability, and questionable cleanliness. I strongly advise against eating here – it is neither a recommendable place in terms of food nor organization.

On a spontaneous visit one Sunday evening, we found a good selection of free tables, which were offered to us by a friendly server! The buffet is plentiful, offering a variety of appetizers, main courses, delicious desserts, a chocolate fountain, and even the option to have your choice of raw meat, fish, vegetables, etc., prepared to order. You can select your items individually and have them freshly prepared with vegetables and spices. These items are then placed at the cooking station with a numbered table clip and later served at your table. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available in separate refrigerators, allowing you to choose and mix your own drinks, such as spritzers. The quality of the food presented at the buffet, particularly the fish, seafood, and meat, is excellent! The only slightly confusing thing is that the boxes for the table clips still bear the name of the previous restaurant, "Eight Treasures." Perhaps it was simply a name change, but this shouldn't deter you from trying the culinary delights of this restaurant! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available in separate refrigerators, allowing you to mix and match your favorites. Highly recommended! The atmosphere is inviting, the service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and deliciously seasoned! A little Asian escape from the daily grind! I'll definitely be back!

The "GOLDEN RICE" restaurant near the Jakobertor has very high-quality, delicious food! Very friendly and patient staff. They cater to your individual needs. A quiet and cozy atmosphere. I ate there with my boyfriend on my day off and was completely satisfied. Definitely 5 stars!

You have to get all your own food and drinks. They only take used cutlery from the table. Spend a little more money and go to Toyako.

Very friendly and excellent service. The food was also very well-seasoned and the buffet was delicious.

Favorite buffet! The staff are always very friendly. Except for the ice cream area (but that's due to the many parents who let their children randomly tinker around on their own), it's very clean! If you have a problem with children running around, you won't be happy here anyway. I'll never understand why offspring aren't taught how to behave in a restaurant from the very beginning. Children should be children, no question, but everything has its time and place. Well, this isn't about raising children, but rather the restaurant: The refilling at the buffet usually works really well. I can especially recommend the time slot where you customize your plate with fresh ingredients and have it prepared. Our family loves this variety. We enjoy this "eating in peace" and trying lots of different things. Highly recommended!

I don't understand these negative reviews. I've eaten here with my family many times. The food is always very fresh and always hot. If something's missing, it's always refilled immediately. The staff is super friendly. As for parking, we've never had to pay a fine. You can register at the front of the restaurant entrance and enter your car number. If you don't do that, it's your own fault. There are just some people who can't be pleased with anything; they find fault with everything. These people would be best off staying home and cooking for themselves.

Ich kann diese negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Ich war schon mehrmals hier essen mit meiner Familie unter anderem auch heute zu meinem Geburtstag. Wir hatten noch nie danach Bauchschmerzen .Das Essen ist immer super auch alles frisch und immer heiß wird auch immer sofort nachgefüllt wenn etwas fehlt. Ich habe hier noch nie weder Ameisen noch Mäuse gesichtet. Und beim Buffet schon überhaupt nicht.Und was das Parken betrifft hatten wir noch nie Strafe zahlen müssen man kann sich im Restaurant anmelden vorne beim Eingang und Autonummer eingeben somit ist man abgesichert. Wer das nicht tut selber schuld. Diese Leute die hier so negativ bewerten sollten am besten zu Hause bleiben und selbst kochen. Es gibt halt Menschen die haben an allem etwas auszusetzen die sind mit nichts zufrieden.

No worse or better than any other all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant. But the worst part comes later. Even though I had registered at the restaurant, I received a €53 parking bill from Loyal Parking. According to the restaurant, I must have made a mistake in the data entry. Thanks for the rip-off – even if the restaurant can't help it, they have to fight back. Until things change, I won't be coming back and can't recommend the restaurant.

The restaurant is excellent, the offer is really large. The food is excellent. I'm sorry they don't have a terrace for us smokers so you have to go outside and it's really hot in the summer. I think the place should be air-conditioned. But as far as the food and service are concerned, it's excellent.

We've been there twice now for the buffet. We'd especially like to praise the lovely lady serving. So friendly and accommodating – truly pleasant. The food selection is extensive. Even vegetarians can get their fill. In addition to the usual drinks (Coke, Mezzo Mix, Sprite), there are juices, wines (red and white), beers, and even cocktails. The only zero-alcohol drink is Coke Zero or water. So far, the restaurant has never been crowded, the food is prepared very quickly, and it's delicious. You should definitely take your time. We'll be coming here more often.

The best Asian buffet so far! Very friendly staff, great selection of ready-made dishes but also a very large buffet to put together your own dishes. Soft drinks are included in the price plus up to 3 beers/wine The “yaw” (overloading the plates, which are then returned half full) of other guests is also charged an additional 5 euros! Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit möchte ich eine Beschwerde hinsichtlich eines Vorfalls im Restaurant Jangsze einreichen. Am genannten Abend entdeckte ich Ameisen im Bereich der Eistruhe. Den Vorfall habe ich zu drei verschiedenen Zeitpunkten (20:05 Uhr, 20:32 Uhr und 21:18 Uhr) dokumentiert. Es war deutlich zu erkennen, dass sich die Situation im Verlauf des Abends nicht verbesserte. Während zu Beginn nur eine Ameise sichtbar war, konnten später – insbesondere um 21:18 Uhr – mindestens sechs auf dem Buffet krabbelnde Ameisen beobachtet und per Video aufgezeichnet werden. Wir erkundigten uns bei einer Mitarbeiterin, ob der Geschäftsführer anwesend sei. Zunächst wurde uns bestätigt, dass er vor Ort sei. Kurz darauf kam eine andere Bedienung hinzu, die erklärte, der Geschäftsführer befinde sich derzeit in China und sei nicht erreichbar. Genau diese Mitarbeiterin nahm unsere Beschwerde entgegen, reagierte jedoch unangemessen, indem sie uns fragte, warum wir dies nicht bereits früher angesprochen hätten. Eine solche Reaktion erscheint in einem gastronomischen Betrieb unangemessen, da es zu den Aufgaben des Personals gehört, auf hygienische Mängel aufmerksam zu achten und entsprechend zu handeln. Darüber hinaus wurde uns als Erklärung mitgeteilt, es handle sich möglicherweise um ein „jahreszeitlich bedingtes“ Problem. Solche Aussagen wirken im Kontext eines hygienischen Missstandes in einem Restaurant deplatziert und unprofessionell. Während ich der Mitarbeiterin mein Feedback schilderte, unterbrach sie unser Gespräch und wandte sich kommentarlos einem anderen Tisch mit Gästen zu. Nach einer Wartezeit von etwa fünf bis zehn Minuten kehrte sie zurück und erklärte, wir könnten den Vorfall dem Gesundheitsamt melden und online bewerten – es sei ihr jedoch „egal“. Zudem wurden wir aufgefordert, den vollen Betrag in Höhe von 28,90 € pro Person (wir waren zu dritt) zu bezahlen und das Restaurant zu verlassen. Als ich der Mitarbeiterin mit 30€ in Bar sachgemäß bezahlte, gab sie mir fälschlicherweise zu viel Wechselgeld zurück, was ich jedoch sofort ablehnte und richtigstellte. Zum Abschluss wiesen wir noch auf eine Toilette hin, die deutlich verunreinigt war, insbesondere durch Spucke im Toilettensitz bereich. Auch hierauf reagierte die Mitarbeiterin lediglich mit der Bemerkung, dies sei „nichts Außergewöhnliches“. Ich teilte der Mitarbeiterin mit, dass ich den gesamten Vorgang weiterleiten werde. Ihren Namen nannte sie mir trotz Nachfrage nicht. Um die betreffende Person dennoch einordnen zu können, beschreibe ich sie wie folgt: vermutlich asiatischer Herkunft, etwa 1,60 m bis 1,70 m groß, rötlich gefärbtes Haar mit sichtbarem dunklerem Haaransatz, geschätztes Alter zwischen 35 und 45 Jahren. Ich bitte um Prüfung dieses Vorfalls und um entsprechende Maßnahmen.

A little unsettled by the reviews, we still went to the all you can eat buffet there this evening and... pleasantly surprised! Parking time (if you can enter your license plate number without errors) up to 300 minutes, Food was fresh and with a wide selection, Drinks included and service was friendly and quick. In summary: We would love to come back and can neither confirm nor understand some of the bad reviews.

So I was going here with my family because I was too lazy to drive until Mering, where u could find the best Chinese buffet from all Augsburg and @. Here I was going at 18:30 with 1h after they opened ,and a lot of plates with different meals they were already empty, no problem with that, my question is why the didn't refuling it back?I have to go and ask? That's not nice, it was the last time. I'd rather go and drive 25min until Mering... where I have more plates from which I can choose...it is very expensive for a family of 4

Incident from Sunday April 13th, 2025 Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to file a complaint regarding an incident at the Jangsze restaurant (an “all you can eat” buffet in the Oberhausen district of Augsburg, right next to Rewe). That evening I discovered ants in the ice chest area. I documented the incident at three different times (8:05 p.m., 8:32 p.m. and 9:18 p.m.). It was clear that the situation did not improve over the course of the evening. While initially only one ant was visible, later - especially at 9:18 p.m. - at least six ants crawling on the buffet were observed and recorded on video. We asked an employee whether the managing director was present. First we were confirmed that he was on site. Shortly afterwards, another waitress arrived and explained that the manager was currently in China and could not be reached. This very employee took our complaint but responded inappropriately by asking us why we hadn't addressed this earlier. Such a reaction seems inappropriate in a catering establishment, as one of the staff's tasks is to pay attention to hygienic deficiencies and act accordingly. In addition, the explanation given to us was that it may be a “seasonal” issue. Such statements seem out of place and unprofessional in the context of poor hygiene in a restaurant. While I was describing my feedback to the employee, she interrupted our conversation and turned to another table with guests without comment. After a wait of about five to ten minutes, she returned and explained that we could report the incident to the health department and evaluate it online - but she "didn't care." We were also asked to pay the full amount of €28.90 per person (there were three of us) and to leave the restaurant. When I paid the employee correctly with €30 in cash, she mistakenly gave me too much change, which I immediately rejected and corrected. Finally, we pointed out a toilet that was clearly dirty, particularly due to (spit) in the toilet seat. The employee only responded to this with the comment that this was “nothing out of the ordinary”. I informed the employee that I would forward the entire process. Despite asking, she didn't tell me her name. In order to be able to classify the person in question, I will describe them as follows: probably of Asian origin, around 1.60 m to 1.70 m tall, reddish colored hair with a visible darker hairline, estimated age between 35 and 45 years. The last time I visited this place I was disappointed. Why are there no parking spaces for your customers? Why are there fines after visiting your restaurant. The parking machine does not work on Sundays. And I get a very big fine. That shouldn't happen. You should have a parking space for your customers. You should be shut down. It's a big disappointment to visit you. I don't recommend you come to this restaurant and park your car. Thank you for a ruined evening on March 30, 2025.

We had a family celebration here and all of our guests were satisfied

All customers of this restaurant: Please check carefully when entering your license plate number for the parking time extension. In the event of errors, a penalty of 53 euros applies. I would also recommend taking a photo. We are sure that we entered our license plate correctly (twice), but we still received a payment request from the parking lot.

Better buffet than most Asian restaurants. The drinks are also included.
