The food didn't look appetizing, and the breasts and chicken wings looked like they'd been thrown straight from the fryer oil into the bucket. The staff also seemed unfriendly.
I heard they serve the legendary Euringer bee sting cake there.
Unfortunately, it was so dry and hard that it must have been a bit old.

I ordered via Lieferando at 12:30 PM for delivery at 7:45 PM. At 8:15 PM, they finally got around to calling to tell me the food was in the oven. I told them that was just awful, since there were customers sitting there waiting for their food. The woman on the phone then became very loud and vulgar and threatened to report me for saying "awful" (she even muttered something on my voicemail). After that, the owner called me and told me some tall tales about Lieferando's point-of-sale system and insulted me again. What a great way to treat customers! Never again! There are other great pizza delivery services in Augsburg that actually deliver on time.

We ordered through Lieferando.
When you order pasta, there's a special box for, say, baked cheese, which costs an extra €1.50. This box wasn't clicked because my wife can't tolerate cheese.
Of course, the pasta arrived with cheese.
Annoyed, I called Papa's Pizza, and the manager happened to be on the phone.
He said it wasn't cheese, but Parmesan. He meant well.
I thanked him and explained to him that my wife can't tolerate it.
"You can just remove the cheese with a spoon; I didn't make any mistakes. You could have added a note saying you didn't want cheese," the manager said.
If I don't click on an extra box with extra cheese, why should I also write a note saying I don't want cheese on the dish?
After a lengthy discussion on the phone, he wanted to prepare and deliver the dish again, but the train had already left the station for me. The pasta ended up in the trash.
I would have preferred a more competent and customer-oriented manager. This was anything but competent and friendly.
It's a shame that they drive away long-standing customers like this.

The Bolognese with minced meat was very rancid and was unfortunately thrown away.
The order wasn't received until 90 minutes later. Garbage!
We ordered there for the first time and were thrilled. Here, extra cheese really means extra cheese! The taste was excellent, including the Indian dish (it's understandable that it doesn't taste exactly like an Indian restaurant, but it's still very good). The driver was very friendly, and everything was delivered hot. We were particularly surprised to see that the accompanying menu included a small selection of vegan dishes, which we hadn't expected.
There's not enough seating in the restaurant, and the large dining room is closed. It's cold downstairs, and there's not enough room for everyone. They yelled at me and kicked me out. It's a disgrace; these people don't want to work.
