Unfortunately, this location can't call itself "fast food"... Again and again, no matter what time of day or night, you have to wait a long time for the food in the drive-in. If you're lucky you'll still get warm food, apart from that it takes months The ice cream/shake machine is probably being repaired... The employees are “always trying hard”... The logistics definitely need to be worked on...

The best KFC I've seen so far, very friendly, competent staff who prepared our hangover breakfast very quickly. The ambience is Oldscool as if time has stood still. Another big plus point when waiting for the order was that free drinks were served. I will visit the store again on my next visit to Augsburg. 5/5 stars.

Phew Deibel, today we ordered for 4 people, 2 pasta, 2 pizza. Fried noodles both tasted of ancient banished fat. The duck was dry and roasted to death, super dark. The two people with the pizzas were also less than enthusiastic, one looked at least somewhat like a pizza, the other looked more like a Dürüm with toppings. Maybe stop by Uncle Hung's in Gersthofen and learn how good food is, especially since the price is the same. Never again... I asked the guy i want vegetarian durum he said no, then i asked if he i can order falafel which is vegetarian he told me that he have to get it from back it will take time, then again i asked him for vegetarian margarita pizza he said that i would have to wait for long time. I don’t know what was his problem but he was definitely unhappy to serve vegetarian food. Very unfriendly behaviour, won’t recommend to my worst enemy

Very nice chef, moderate drink prices, delicious pinsas, the lasagna was ok, unfortunately no desserts. Upon request, if you let us know in advance, a dessert can be prepared at any time. Great location, right on the motorway lake. Possibility to sit on the terrace.

Unfortunately, the quality of service and food has declined dramatically in recent years. The taste is reminiscent of ready-made sauces. Very rude and unfriendly boss, we can only agree with the other negative reviews here. We avoid the restaurant.

Ordered via UBER EATS. Delivery 1.5 hours 2x phone calls to the restaurant. At the end there were two acceptable burgers, but they were cold. Because of "Sorry, too busy. They will be freshly prepared immediately and driven straight to me". I'll never order here again. Every Macci is better and cheaper. And that's saying something.
