Unfortunately, the quality has declined more and more in recent years. The food was still good and we liked to order again and again, even if less frequently. But this time was the last time! Delivery has often been enormously delayed and complaints have been dismissed. Last night the delivery person contacted us more than an hour and a half after placing the order and said we shouldn't be angry, he would be there shortly. 10 minutes later - over 2 hours after the order was placed - the food was with us. He cited alleged roadblocks and traffic as the reason for the delay... Even on Halloween night - especially on a route with mainly country roads that should take 25 minutes - there can hardly be enough commotion to justify a 1 hour delay in delivery. We know that the local probably only has limited influence on the delivery person/driver. The fact that the curry then arrived only lukewarm and noticeably spilled, because the welding (without external influence?) was open to almost 5cm in two places, finally ruined the remaining joy of the meal. Maybe we'll eat there again after the recent renovation... But we won't be ordering anymore.

1. The food does NOT taste good, most of it is frozen/poor quality. Lots of carbohydrates to fill you up quickly, e.g. potatoes, lots of fried food on top of the treadmill, lots of rice, little meat/fish on the sushi to save money. Not as much choice as you would think as many things don't taste good. 2. Service is ok, nothing special. 3. Ambiance in the middle of City Gallery where people walk past everywhere, uncomfortable. 4. PRICE 19 EURO FOR 35 MINUTES of sitting, impudence

It always used to be great. Ordered from bringbutler today and received order confirmation. After 3 hours there was still no food. After calling several times, I finally reached someone who was so unfriendly. Apparently he never received an order. Whether we were wrong and ordered from Asia city. But we didn't do that because Ishiban was always our first choice. So much to support the restaurants so that they can be preserved. It's your own fault if they go bankrupt. And treat regular customers like that. And yelling on the phone. Nothing to hear about compensation or remorse. Someone who can't even cancel the Bringbutler service properly won't be able to keep their stores for long... Order somewhere else now...
