Number One Burger & Pizza in Augsburg

Better not again... Or never again. I ordered a Pizza Frutti di Mare, and the pizza maker put whole mussels on it, shell and all. Before that, he partially smashed the shells and scattered them over the pizza, then added a generous amount of cheese for an extra surprise. If common sense fails him with such a simple dish, I don't even want to know how the other dishes are prepared. But the worst part is that I didn't get a replacement pizza or a refund.

Not everything we ordered and paid for was delivered. We were missing fries... I find that unacceptable.

Ordered via Lieferando. The food arrived an hour later than the confirmed time. Accordingly, the pizza boxes were already quite soggy, and the food was only lukewarm. The pizza dough was quite dry for me personally... But the portions were good, the dexterity was very tasty, and the sauces could have been a bit more generous. Due to the delivery time, there probably won't be a repeat order...

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Delivery took over 1.5 hours, even though we ordered on a weekday at lunchtime. As a result, the pizza was barely warm and not particularly tasty. It's a shame. But we definitely won't order from here again.

Disaster. The food arrived an hour later, even though it was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. The food was cold. The quality was very poor; the Big Mac tastes much better. Furthermore, when I called to complain, I was told that it was impossible for the food to be cold because it was prepared 15 minutes earlier. I do not recommend it. I will never order from this restaurant again and will discourage everyone from doing so. Disaster!!!

The burger was OK, the fries were unsalted, tough, and cold. On top of that, everything was packed incorrectly in the bags, so I got the wrong burger. There was also no chili cheese sauce for the fries. At least the Sprite was cold...

Two hours and the food is still nowhere in sight. No matter how good it tastes, never again!!!

Heute haben Wir 2 Burgermenüs bestellt😊 nach Hause geliefert. Es war ne schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher Fahrer. Und die Burger haben echt gut geschmeckt👍👍👍 Bloß Pizza was wir beim 2 mal bestellt haben war leeeeeicht KROSS😔

Leider nicht empfehlenswert, Lieferzeit eine Stunde. Das Essen nur noch gerade warm da durch die Pommes nicht genießbar. Zum Fingerfood wurden die Soßen nicht abgefragt, dadurch alle Soßen bekommen was wir nicht wollten. Die Adresse und der Name auch nicht richtig nach gefragt ging nachher alles über das Telefon von Fahrer. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen und werde hier auch nichts mehr bestellen. Geschmacklich gut mit der richtigen Temperatur und passender Lieferzeit wären es 4 Sterne gewesen
