Great service, delicious food, nice people 😁

I've been living here for six months. Irene is very accommodating; unfortunately, there are always people who take advantage of it. I'm satisfied, though; she's always ready to help if I have any questions or need assistance.

Very nice staff, nice and clean rooms, inexpensive per night per person and the food is very good.

The Fassl burger is definitely recommended and worth a visit! The French fries are also legendary - the degree of frying: On Point! You meet nice people who still have their hearts in the right place. Interesting conversations planned! We will be back.

I cannot recommend this guesthouse in Augsburg-Oberhausen, despite the tram connection right outside the door. My accommodation No. 1 was on the 1st floor and was very spartanly furnished, the wardrobe was broken, shelves were loose, a television cable was lying loose on the floor in the room, the furnishings include a refrigerator, a large bed, no other seating, it There was only poor ceiling lighting in the living room, but no bedside lamp, this was supposedly stolen and not replaced, there was a large wall mirror on the refrigerator!, poor lighting in the bathroom too, no lighting above the sink, also broken, the shower was strong Signs of wear on the corners, tiles in the floor partly defective, danger of tripping! The front door to the guesthouse's separate entrance didn't close properly and was most likely not locked at night. If you don't close it tightly behind you, it won't work! It wasn't repaired, even though it was announced. The breakfast offering was not satisfactory, I was given jam that had been available since 2017!!! had expired. The scrambled eggs tasted like old cooking oil. The furniture in the dining room was also getting old and looked uncomfortable. Despite the cheap price of €30/night, €25 every additional night, I will never come here again. Absolutely not recommended!🤨😖😤

Nette Bedienung, Hamburger über Groupon bestellt und sie waren echt günstig. Man konnte sie essen jedoch waren sie nicht nach meinem Geschmack.

Zum Absacker am Samstagabend mit Freunden auf nen Burger zur Irene. Super lecker. Super freundlicher Service.

Man sollte sich von der Umgebung nicht täuschen lassen . Super toller Bürger . Gerne wieder .
