I was there for the second time yesterday. On my first visit I had steak and wasn't very impressed (due to my pregnancy I had to order it very thoroughly). The second visit was yesterday. This time I ordered a burger. It was super tasty. In addition, the waitresses were very nice. There are also high chairs for children. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

The food here is simply amazing, I had my first Adana here and it was just awesome. When I took the first bite, I shed an internal tear because, as I said, it was simply unbelievable. I will definitely come here again and try the other dishes. I recommend the Adana skewer. Just love for the store

The boys are doing a good job. Burger is great. The Sucuk burger looks really good. The classic Etem tasted good. Ambiance is great. I like that you can't make a reservation and save yourself the stress of calling. Employees are friendly and take good care of you.

It's designed like a snack bar but charges restaurant prices. All dishes come with fries, if you want vegetables with your steak you have to pay extra and you don't get your fries with it. I was charged €12 more even though I ordered 200 grams of meat, no receipt, nothing, I checked the prices at home. I ordered my meat medim, it was done, but luckily not tough. For these prices and the service you can eat better somewhere else!!! Outrageous!!!

If you don't come, it's your own fault. The best burger I have eaten in Augsburg, no burger chain can come close. Service 1a, always polite, especially Najib served us very courteously. It was the first time I ate real baklava, but all the kebab stalls can do it with their supermarket baklava. Become your best guest!

Went to Etem for lunch today. The relatively small and simple shop is also busy at lunchtime. I had the lamb skewers with fries and extra grilled vegetables. Plus 2 drinks, which you take yourself from the refrigerators. The fries were ok, but nothing special. On the other hand, the meat (lamb salmon) was simply great. Since it was quite thin, it unfortunately went through quickly, but that didn't affect the taste or quality. The grilled vegetables (consisting of zucchini, eggplant and peppers) were also seasoned somewhat puristically, but still very delicate. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Conclusion: A small and fine shop that does its core business very well.

The friend who took over the business after Etem left has built a very nice place. A decent workplace where you can taste raw and cooked meat and products. There is plenty of variety. The staff speaks Turkish. Prices are reasonable. There is tea.

So I'm coming to you by recommendation. Ordered €30 stake but the meat ended up being completely raw. Burger was good though. Therefore 3 stars.

Went to Etem Kasap for the first time with my family of four. Unfortunately there was no service. The gentlemen behind the counter didn't come to the table. So we had to order at the counter. You have to get your own drinks in bottles and find a bottle opener. The four burgers tasted reasonably good, even if the patty was very small. Unfortunately when I paid at the counter I was charged for 5 burgers. When asked, there was no apology. One gentleman just said that this can happen. Never again!

War mit meiner Familie zu viert zum ersten Mal bei Etem Kasap. Bedienung war leider keine da. Die Herren hinter der Theke kamen nicht an den Tisch. Daher mussten wir an der Theke bestellen. Getränke muss man sich in Flaschen selbst holen und einen Flaschenöffner suchen. Die vier Burger schmeckten einigermaßen gut, auch wenn das Patty sehr klein war. Leider wurden mir beim Bezahlen an der Theke 5 Burger berechnet. Beim Nachfragen gab es keine Entschuldigung. Ein Herr meinte nur, dass dies schon mal passieren kann. Nie wieder!

I took advantage of the lunch special (half price burger). Was super tasty. Nice atmosphere.

Overall a disappointment, there is a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to service. We ordered six different dishes + one starter. 1. The starter came together with the main courses. 2. TWICE the orders had to be changed AFTER the fact because the ingredients were no longer available. 3. One of the Adana dishes (we had three, so we could easily compare) was so salty that it was almost impossible to eat. When this was pointed out to the waitress, they dismissed it and neither offered any compensation nor took any care at all. The price didn't change, even though the plate was almost completely reduced. 4. With the rump steak, the cooking level ordered was not adhered to, but all steaks were simply prepared uniformly, even though this was pointed out several times. 5. The remaining dishes tasted okay. (Steak + turkey steak were still ordered) All in all, it can be said that the service leaves a lot to be desired and only three of the six orders resulted in satisfaction. It's a shame, we imagined it would be better.
