Etem Kasap & Grill in Augsburg

First of all, we had to wait outside in the cold for almost an hour because all the seats were full - they don't work with reservations, that's what they said when I called two days in advance and wanted to make a reservation When we finally got inside the wrong order was brought to us. We made it clear that this wasn't our order, but the employee just reacted annoyed and simply put the order down anyway. So that it didn't escalate any further, we just ate it. When we paid, the actual order was settled, which, mind you, was €4 more expensive and if I hadn't noticed that, we would have had to pay for the more expensive burger, which we never got. In addition to everything, there is only one toilet for all genders - it was so disgusting that I walked out after just one step. For the first time in my life I didn't tip and I was so annoyed that I'm sitting here writing a bad review.

First we arrived and had to wait outside because the store was full. I completely understand, because Saturday evening. According to the gentleman, 15 minutes waiting time. I specifically asked and said it would definitely be 30 minutes, but according to him, 100% not. But we waited 40 minutes. We got 3 steaks all MEDIUM. It came out at 2 rare and then after a complaint the meat was taken back and just thrown back into the grill. And what came of it? The steaks were of course well done and dry. They came with a lot of hope, but they won't come anymore. Too bad! Still nice employees.

Etem Butchers & Grill has really great meat and a good selection. The service is friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food tastes really good. I can definitely recommend it!

Very satisfied! I come here regularly for lunch. The service is quick and is happy to offer tea. A small point of improvement would be that the quality of the burgers and fries would be more consistent. It often happened that the burgers were crispy one day, but on other days they were soft, as if they had only been on the stove for a short time. The same goes for the fries. Overall, a clear recommendation!

The meat is of very high quality and the burgers are really good. It's often really crowded. Ordering is not recommended as citizens usually arrive cold and are made early but picked up late.

We've been there more than 10 times now. Food is very good, super tasty meat. This time we called and wanted to make a reservation, the employee said that we couldn't make a reservation and that we should come by, there was still enough space. Ok - we drove there for an extra hour as a group of 4. When we got there there was already a line outside - we still registered that we would wait outside. After 30 minutes, another group simply walked in and were seated directly at the table. We thought that 3 groups had been waiting outside for half an hour - but they still ignored it. We left and won't come back.
