The Philly burger is amazing. Best burger in Augsburg, every bite is a pleasure and really juicy medium fried. The composition is perfect. The fries were also perfect, crispy and salty. Service was very nice and attentive. There is a good mood there. Unfortunately, sitting on wooden high chairs is uncomfortable and my leg even fell asleep. It's very cramped and undecorated and you smell grease everywhere afterwards because the kitchen is open and the hood obviously isn't enough. But you can overlook that with the delicious food.

Hey but sorry I won't recommend here. Food was so so. I have over 30 Waited a minute for a vegan burger and sweet potato fries. I arrived ahead of a group of 6 people. She got her food first!??? Then my burger came lukewarm. I've seen them finish several orders first and then send everything out at once. Is that important? 3/5 stars

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Augsburg waren wir an einem Abend im beißer burger zum Abendessen. Da das Lokal nicht allzu viele Plätze hat, haben wir uns einen Tisch reserviert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und wir entschieden uns für einen BBQ-Doppelburger mit Süßkartoffelpommes bzw. einen beißer Burger mit Cole Slaw. Alles schmeckte sehr gut und das Fleisch war gut medium. Der Preis war der Qualität angebracht, von daher würden wir das Lokal auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Great atmosphere in itself. Unfortunately, we waited a long time of 35 minutes and then got a cold burger that wasn't grilled as requested.

These burgers and the restaurant experience come pretty close to perfection: - Homemade buns away from cardboard - juicy patties grilled medium with great meat quality - A variety of burgers with great sauces, something for everyone - Fries that are in no way inferior to this, unfortunately you rarely have such an intense aroma of potatoes - friendly, attentive and prompt service If you make the wheat beer brand and the policy of cashing in when the store is only 2/3 full a little more unconservative, you can give it a 5 star 😉.

I was in the burger shop for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and it was only on a recommendation. I had the burger with mushrooms and additional avocado and fries. It was just under 21 euros, I paid in advance, biggest mistake. When I took a bite, I felt really sick. I absolutely can't understand the hype surrounding the burger shop. Catastrophe, meat crumbles because it isn't even properly formed into a patty shape, absolutely no seasoning, originally tastes like half raw fried mince. The meat quality, well. I let it go back and got a fresh one, just same again. I left it there. The service was great, the service was great and the ambience was great too, but that doesn't mean much if the food doesn't taste good. A delicious experience. The burgers are prepared with care. There is also a comprehensive selection of different types of burgers. The team is young and very friendly. The restaurant is a bit small but quiet. Definitely try it.

I was with two service staff (blonde, possibly Leo and brown-haired, possibly Josi). The service was more than courteous and satisfactory. My friends and I felt very comfortable. The music contributed to a good atmosphere. Luckily we were attracted by the fragrant smell of the burgers because the Instagram account wouldn't have convinced us. Very good burgers and fries, homemade linoade (or at least partially prepared). Very friendly staff. Generally comfortable - if it weren't for the fact that I always get fed up there. Ventilation is definitely inadequate for the kitchen to be open and the windows/tables to fog up.

In our search for the best burger, my brother and I came across Beißer Burger. We went there with high expectations. The small, nice shop invites you in a friendly manner, but is more of a quickly converted shared apartment than a restaurant. The narrow room design quickly becomes noisy due to the conversations of other guests and there is a lack of space. But now to the food: The chili cheese fries were the best I've ever had. Fresh cheese sauce with minced meat and jalapeños. The burgers were juicy and big. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating.

For me the best burger in Augsburg! Smaller but nice, well-designed restaurant. (Not many seats in the store so make sure to reserve in advance) I had the smash burger with the chilli cheese fries, which I can absolutely recommend, very juicy burger. The Chilli Cheese Fries are spicy, but I wouldn't say super hot. Really perfect with the minced meat on top. Absolutely recommended if you want to eat a good burger in Augsburg!

One of the best burgers in Augsburg. Although it is sometimes really difficult to get a seat, there is also the option of eating the food in the 11er opposite. The emphasis is on bread and meat, not any fancy toppings. That is a good thing! Unfortunately a bit expensive for the portion. At least the side dish could be bigger.

Beißer Burger ist a great burger place. Friendly staff, delicious burgers (offering both thicker burgers, as well as the ever-growing-in-popularity smash burgers. The fries were wonderful, crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Very friendly and competent staff. The space is not the biggest, so finding a seat may be difficult if you are looking to dine-in. If I lived here, I would definitely come here often :)

Heute markierte unseren erstmaligen Besuch bei Beißer Burger, wo wir drei köstliche Burger genossen haben: den herausragenden Beef Burger Special (Smash Burger), den geschmackvollen Beef Burger Chilli und den verlockenden Beef Burger Philly – alle begleitet von Pommes. Diese Burger erwiesen sich als einige der leckersten, die ich seit langem hatte, mit Saftigkeit und außergewöhnlichem Geschmack. Der Special Smash stach als die beste Wahl hervor, gefolgt vom köstlichen Philly und dem zufriedenstellenden Chilli. Bemerkenswert war auch, dass selbst die Burgerbrötchen lecker waren und die Frische der Zutaten unterstrichen. Das einzige, was nicht mithalten konnte, waren die Pommes, die lediglich gewöhnlich waren und jeglichen herausragenden Pfiff vermissen ließen. Irgendwie nicht überzeugend.. Mein Hackfleisch sollte medium sein, war aber einfach echt gar nicht durch. Und mein cole slaw schwamm in Mayonnaise. Würde jetzt nicht wieder hingehen... sorry.

Gehört immer noch zu den besten Burgern in Augsburg.

Wir haben heute, Freitag 9.11. zwischen 19:30 & 20:30 Uhr 7 Mal angerufen und extrem lange klingeln lassen, abgenommen hat niemand. Anschließend ist mein Mann hingefahren um das Essen vor Ort zu bestellen. Wartezeit war angesetzt auf 25 Minuten. Nach 30 Minuten stand das Essen bereits an der Theke zur Abholung und keine der beiden Servicekräfte hat sich dafür verantwortlich gefühlt. Erst auf Nachfrage nach 40 Minuten ob das Essen nicht ihm gehöre wurde es mit einem leisen Sorry angetan. Das Essen war kalt, versalzen, Burger, Pommes und Onionrings leider auch dann nicht mehr genießbar. Wir sind beide sehr unzufrieden und haben eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht heute.

Kleiner Laden mit sehr netten Leuten und leckeren Burgern. Man muss ein bisschen Geduld mitbringen. Laden wird schnell voll, Plätze teilweise bisschen unbequem und Klamotten stinken danach nach Essen. Aber rentiert sich - tolle Auswahl an vegetarischen/veganen Burgern. Sonderwünsche werden entgegen genommen. Von Mo-Do sind Mittags Pommes inklusive!!! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Die Burger sind der Wahnsinn. Der gezeigte Burger ist augenscheinlich das Flagschiff des Burger-Restaurants und ist echt gelungen. Das Burger-Bun ist perfekt und die Komposition lecker abgestimmt. Super finden wir, dass das Fleisch super schmackhaft ist, was wohl vom frischen Wolfen im Shop kommt. Für den Beißer-Burger und Chilli-Cheese-Fritten musst du richtig Hunger mitbringen. Aber die Kombination aus Burger und Chilli-Cheese-Fritten können wir nur ans Herz legen. Das Ambiente bekommt nur 3 Sterne, weil es im ganzen Laden eben nach Burger-Bude riecht. Ja naja, die Zubereitung dauert für die Dauer einer Mittagspause fast etwas zu lang, ansonsten alles bestens. Die Leute sind nett, das Lokal ist angenehm gestaltet, aber recht kompakt. Die Burger und die Fritten sind auf jeden Fall außergewöhnlich gut.

Ich war jetzt schon zum Zweiten mal hier essen und kann sagen, dass es beide Male zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit war. Das Personal war sehr zufrieden und zuvorkommend. Der Burger war sehr lecker und die Pommes waren super knusprig. Das Lokal hat eine schöne Inneneinrichtung und gutes Ambiente. Besonders das Lunch Angebot (Mo-Do bis 17:00), bei dem man eine Pommes gratis bekommt ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Dieses Restaurant gehört zu den besten Burgerläden der Stadt

Hammer Burger 😍 Meiner Meinung nach die besten Burger in Augsburg mit großem Abstand. Top Zutaten und immer perfekt Medium. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich wie man sich das wünscht. Das Restaurant selbst ist klein aber sehr gemütlich und immer sauber. Man sollte zu Stosszeiten aber auf jeden Fall reservieren. Ich komme hier regelmäßig zum Essen und wurde noch nie enttäuscht 😋

For me the best burger. Anywhere I go I always compare to beißer burger and no other could reach it until now. Fries are really incredible if you eat them fresh, they are always seasoned well and crunchy. You get a (selfmade I think) dip additionally to ketchup and mayo and you really taste the freshness of every ingredient in my opinion. Never disappionted. But you should make reservations due to very limited space inside.

It was a random plan to travel to Augsburg for a movie. We were looking for a good place to eat and we decided to check out Beißer burger and we were not at all disappointed. It has an elegant ambience, with nice and helpful people. For drinks we ordered one affogato and Nutella milk shake, they were okayish. But the burgers we ordered, brioche beef chilli burger and veggie chickpea burger. These were the best burgers we ever had. The patties were hot, crispy and flavourful and the veggies were fresh. The burger was light yet filling. I totally recommend this place. Worth checking out!!

Die Bürger sind gut, aber auch nicht super besonders. Leider waren nicht mehr alle Beilagen da und am Tag des Besuches schon ausverkauft, was sehr schade war. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente sehr klein und der Laden etwas versteckt. Wer hier essen will, sollte vorher lieber einen Tisch bestellen, da das Ambiente regelmäßig gut besucht ist.😄

Local muy sencillo en el que se disfruta en la terraza, ya que estás en una calle peatonal y así puedes concluir un paseo por el centro de la ciudad. Probamos la BBQ y la Philly, siendo la primera bastante normal, la Philly tenía algo muy especial y un sabor bastante bueno. Siendo yo fan de las smash, es un buen recordatorio de lo que una buena hamburguesa debe ser. Recomendable ir entre lunes y jueves para no pagar por las patatas, que estaban espectaculares. Recomendado y directamente a mi lista de lugares favoritos.

Früher war ich von Beißer Burger begeistert. Mein neuester Besuch hat mich aber enttäuscht. Die Burger haben alle sehr ähnlich geschmeckt und die Pommes waren mir persönlich etwas zu dünn und kross. Vor allem die Portionen haben mich schockiert: Für 4€ erhält man Pommes in der Größe einer kleinen Portion der amerikanischen Fastfoodbuden. Das ist massiv überzogen, sie kosten nun halb so viel wie der Hamburger! Weil die Portionen so klein waren haben wir zu zweit nochmal einen Burger nachbestellen müssen, das passiert uns sonst nie. Preislich landet man dann mit je einem Getränk, 3 Burgern und 2 Beilagen bei 50€. Für handwerklich bescheidene Erzeugnisse zu viel. Personal ist nett, manchmal etwas überfordert. Apropos: Es gibt nicht viel Platz und vor allem gegen Abend oder am Wochenende kann man es ohne Reservierung vergessen, hier noch vorbeizukommen. Innen riecht es im Gästebereich leider stark nach Gegrilltem und Frittiertem - ein Problem seit jeher.
