Ist unfassbar lecker. Viel Auswahl und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Die Location ist auch schön weil es so ruhig ist. Es könnten ein paar mehr Nachspeisen angeboten werden meiner Meinung aber sonst perfekt

Das Lokal liegt in einer ruhigen Einkaufsstraße, wir saßen vor dem Lokal, war ganz okay, ein paar pflanzen 🪴 oder Büsche würden das noch gemütlicher machen. Leider gibt es kein Weißbier,dann musste ein Fitz Cola auch reichen.Dafür ist das Essen echt Mega, der Burger 🍔 war schon sehr gut gemacht, natürlich frisch und die Zugabe für 1€ Pommes 🍟 sehr lecker 😋 wir waren super zufrieden, gerne wieder👈👍

Der Burger war sehr lecker, die Pommes auch ;-) War heute 22.07.26, wieder drin und es war einfach nur lecker! Pommes hätten etwas mehr sein können, Portion ist schon klein. Die Bedienung war Super freundlich.

Super Essen hat nur etwas lange gedauert bis der Burger serviert wurde. Sonst sehr freundliches Personal.

Waren jetzt zu den Sommernächten hier, kleiner Laden, ein Platz haben wir draußen bekommen, freundliche Bedienung, es wird gefragt ob alles okay ist, das ist super. Cheeseburger und BBQ Burger waren okay, Fleisch ist lecker, das Brot knusprig, die Pommes für €4,50 sind aber kein Highlight, da fehlt wirklich der Pfiff.

Ich habe heute Beißer Burger in Augsburg mit meinem Sohn besucht. Ich hatte viel Gutes gehört und wollte es testen. Leider war das Erlebte nicht so positiv. Als wir das kleine Ladengeschäft um ca. 17:15 Uhr betraten, war niemand hinter der Theke. Zwei Köche waren durch die offene Durchreiche zu sehen, vertieft in ein Gespräch, ohne uns zu beachten. Nach etwa fünf Minuten kam die Bedienung (nennen wir sie Bedienung 1). Sie grüßte uns nicht, sondern fragte nur: "Wollt ihr zum Mitnehmen oder hier essen?" Wir wollten vor Ort essen, bestellten die Getränke und setzten uns nach draußen. Außer uns waren nur fünf weitere Gäste da, es war absolut ruhig. Um 17:25 brachte Bedienung 1 unsere Getränke und nahm unsere Bestellung auf. Das "Lunch-Angebot" (1,- Euro Pommes pro Burger) konnte man uns nicht mehr anbieten. Wir bestellen zwei Burger und eine Pommes. Um 17:45 setzten sich vier weitere Gäste neben uns. Eine andere Bedienung (Bedienung 2) kam und nahm die Bestellung am Nebentisch auf. Um 18:00 Uhr kamen die Burger. Aber - nicht unsere, sondern die des Nebentischs! Ich fragte Bedienung 2 nach dem Stand unserer Bestellung. Sie wollte nachfragen, eine Rückmeldung kam jedoch keine. Um 18:05 brachte Bedienung 1 unsere Burger, fragte nur knapp "Der Philly-Burger?" und kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Auf meine Nachfrage nach dem Grund der Verzögerung gab sie zu: "Ich hab vergessen, es in die Kasse zu tippen." Ich schlug vor, eine zweite Portion Pommes als Wiedergutmachung zu bekommen. Ihre Antwort: "Das kann ich nicht entscheiden!" Dann ging sie, ohne sich weiter zu äußern. Enttäuschend war weniger der Fehler selbst als die Art der Kommunikation - oder besser: die Null-Kommunikation. Der Burger selbst war ebenfalls keine Freude: ein fader, lieblos zusammengesetzter Burger mit hastig gebratenem, triefend nassem Patty (eher ein zu kleiner Fleischklops als eine ordentliche Patty-Scheibe), wodurch der Bun sofort durchweichte und zerfiel. Der Käse kaum spürbar, das Salatblatt überdimensioniert und dominanter als alles andere auf dem Burger. Servietten gab es weder am Tisch noch wurden sie gebracht – ich musste mit triefenden Händen vom Tisch aufstehen und selbst im Laden danach fragen. Bedienung 1 stand am Tresen, ohne zu reagieren; Bedienung 2 reichte mir welche. Als wir fertig mit Essen waren, sagten wir Bedienung 2 dass wir zahlen wollten. Sie kam wieder, ich zückte mein Karte zum Bezahlen und sie - stellte eine zweite Portion Pommes auf den Tisch?!? “Wenn Sie noch etwas für den Nachhauseweg haben wollen…" Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es jedoch zu spät - wir waren fertig mit Essen. Wir zahlten knapp 40 Euro für zwei Kaltgetränke, zwei Burger und eine Portion Pommes und gingen, ohne die zweite Portion anzurühren. Was mich am meisten ärgert: Irgendwann muss Bedienung 1 aufgefallen sein, dass sie unsere Bestellung vertrödelt hat. Das wäre der richtige Moment gewesen, uns kurz zu informieren oder etwas für die zusätzliche Wartezeit anzubieten. Auch über meinen Wunsch nach einer Entschädigung muss intern gesprochen worden sein, doch eine Rückmeldung dazu blieb aus. Beim Verlassen hörte ich noch eine männliche Stimme aus dem Laden: "Waren die das?“ Vermutlich der Chef. Ja, "die da" waren es. Die, die Beißer Burger nicht mehr besuchen werden, weil Service und Qualität nicht zum aufgerufenen Preis passen. An Bedienung 1: Fehler können passieren, das ist absolut kein Problem. Zum Problem wird es erst, wenn man es nicht schafft, mit Gästen ordentlich zu kommunizieren. Und meint, es würde genügen „Essen an einen Tisch zu bringen“. Urteil: Bedienung 1 Null Sterne. Bedienung 2 einen Stern. Die Burger bekommen wohlwollende 3 Sterne - weil sie, wenn mit ausreichend Zeit gegart, garantiert besser gewesen wären und mehr Aromas gehabt hätten. Ambiente leider nur 2 Sterne, da Durchgangsverkehr von Anwohnern. Das Preis-Leistung passt nicht. So gibt es insgesamt nur 2 Sterne. Wie heisst es? Keine zweite Chance für einen ersten Eindruck. Wir werden Beißer Burger daher nicht wieder besuchen. Denn es gibt deutlich bessere Burger-Bratereien in Augsburg.

Die Burger waren gut . Etwas klein von der Größe . Was Enttäuschend gewesen ist - die Pommes (4.50 euro für gefühlt Handvoll ) . Ist ja nicht so das es irgendwie premium teile waren . Also für die Bewertungen laut google war das eher mau . Sorry

Richtig leckere Burger bei gutem Service. Aber diese "Teller" sind ein Graus. Wer macht da denn Löcher rein.. der Fleischsaft vom Bürger ist einfach raus gelaufen und der Tisch war komplett voll ..

Burger schmecken hervorragend, Chili cheese Pommes habe ich noch nie mit so viel Soße gefunden und Preise auch total in Ordnung. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Die wissen was "Medium" bedeutet. Super lecker. Das Mittagsangebot ist fair. Die onion rings rocken auch.

Na ja, besonders war das nicht. Burger zu machen ist eine schwierige Kunst, denn gefühlt werden sie überall verkauft. Der vegetarische Burger war gut, der klassische okay. Wenigstens nicht zu teuer. Das Ambiente mit seiner gewollt hippen Abgewohntheit ist eher fad. Und nun ja. Ein normaler Teller oder wenigstens ein größeres Krankenhausblech wäre schon schön. Wenigstens Ketchup gab es genug. Wir wurden nett und freundlich bedient, das war okay. Insgesamt verstehe ich den Hype nicht.

Ich wurde herzlich empfangen, kurzer smalltalk war auch dabei. Die Bedienung ist Sehr nett. Die Ausstattung ist einfach gehalten aber freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder hier her zum Essen.

Das ist definitiv der beste Burger in Augsburg. Frisches Patty, medium gebraten mit toller Sauce. Unsere Favoriten: Brieberry und Beißer. …im übrigen auch mit die besten Burger, die ich kenne.

Wunderbarer, kleiner Burgerladen - Burger und Pommes waren frisch und haben prima geschmeckt. Ein junges, freundliches und engagiertes Team rundet den Besuch ab. Weiter so!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder ;o)

Sehr leckere Burger, vor allem auch die vegetarischen/veganen Patties kein hochverarbeitetes Fake-Fleisch, sondern Pilz- bzw. Kichererbsen-Zucchini-Patty, dazu sehr leckere Sauce und Deko. Mit der Lunch-Aktion Fritten für 1€ dazu sehr fair, leckere Limo/Eistee dazu, wunderbar!

We went without a reservation; it's a small place in winter, but the staff is very friendly and the burgers are made with high-quality ingredients. The BBQ is highly recommended, the chili was nicely spicy, and the smash was delicious even without looking too good.

Two major criticisms are that you leave here completely stuffed, but still have a damn craving for another burger and fries. And it's always deservedly packed… Just kidding. I've ordered burgers at over 50 restaurants and haven't found any better than the ones you get here. If you like classic burgers – cheeseburgers with fries – enjoy!

Very good burgers. There are a few outliers in the reviews. These are people who prefer convenience food because everything is so nicely "standardized" and "seasoned," and they certainly don't realize that it's convenience food. Because of people like this, there are very few restaurants left that don't serve convenience food. Just go to McDonald's if you don't know anything, but don't give restaurants a bad rating out of your own ignorance.

We visited Beißer Burger in Augsburg again today and had a fantastic experience. We had the Classic Burger and the Chili Burger; both were delicious, freshly prepared, and tasted just right. The Chili Burger had just the right amount of spice without being over the top. We were really pleasantly surprised this time by the onion rings: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the sauce went perfectly with them. The service was also excellent. The employee was super friendly, attentive, and made a lot of effort. All in all: delicious food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. For us, one of the best burger joints in Augsburg.

Standard burgers like the Cheeseburger are really tasty, but the Smash Burger 2.0 can't keep up in terms of quality. It's very small, the bun is soggy, and it's even more expensive than the Cheeseburger. I wanted to try something new, but I'll definitely go for a classic next time.

We were looking forward to delicious burgers. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed: - A wait of over 30 minutes (we were probably forgotten) because the group that arrived 10 minutes after us had their food first. - The BerryBurger was actually very tasty and looked great. But I specifically ordered it without onions, and unfortunately, it had onions on it. - The SmashBurger is "a heap of misery" compared to the other burgers. It's very small, no fresh lettuce, no tomato, and unfortunately just a standard burger bun. I would have paid at most half for it, but not €12.50. - The Cowlslaw tasted OK, but unfortunately not worth €4.50 either.

The best burger in town :-) Whether vegetarian or normal - everyone gets their money's worth here! Anyone who comes by here definitely has to try the Portobello Burger with sweet potato fries :-) absolute recommendation! The location is also convincing, in a small, sweet alley, protected from the hustle and bustle of the city. We always enjoy coming back.

Very good vegetarian burger. The fries were particularly impressive. Some of the best fries I've eaten so far. Unfortunately, homemade ice tea differs little from conventional ice tea brands. Salt and ketchup are freely available and mayo is then added to the fries.

We've been wanting to eat a burger here for a long time because of the great reviews... today it was time: 2 chilli burgers, a cheese and a BBC burger including fries. What can I (we) say: awesome burgers and the best fries ever!! The fries alone are the best we have eaten outside of home. MEGA, we'll be back! Keep it up!

The burger takes a borderline long time, for a place that specializes in burgers. The dining room gets the exhaust air from the kitchen, so I had to wash all of my clothes. The burger itself is flawless, made to my liking (done) and the price is also reasonable.

The food was good and we didn't have to wait long. The service was also super friendly. But unfortunately I find it very bad how you smell after the visit! The kitchen is open and you definitely have to shower twice afterwards and wash all your clothes, which I find very unpleasant.

This place is located in the Altstadt in a very nice and calm location. I ordered their Halloumi burger along with sweet potato fries. The fries were delicious however, I expected a bit more from the burger. It was good but not wow. The service was nice and the people were friendly. Excellent burger! The meat was fried very well and medium rare. Rarely have I had such a delicious burger. The chili cheese fries were the best I've eaten so far. Despite the cheese, the fries were not completely soggy but were consistently crispy and firm to the bite. The own iced tea wasn't bad either. Very good simple!
