I ordered, unfortunately a menu arrived completely without fries. The driver was no longer interested. It's annoying when you pay for something and then don't even get it.

We recently ate at Meets Falafel in Augsburg and overall we really enjoyed it! The food was fresh and tasty, the portions just right. A small drawback was the waiting time - it could have been a little shorter, but the service was really top. The waiter was super friendly and attentive, just a correct guy! All in all a great experience, we would love to come back.

The restaurant offers good service, even when it's busy. The staff is friendly and clearly strives to always keep customer satisfaction in mind. Unfortunately, the quality of the food could not support these positive impressions. Unfortunately, the fries were soft and tasted disappointing. The burger was OK, but the patty didn't meet the expectations of a "smashed" burger, it was just as thick as a standard burger and lacked the typical roasting. Overall, a restaurant with good service, but there is room for improvement in the quality of the food.

I always enjoy ordering here and have eaten there a few times now. The employees on site and the boss are super nice and helpful. The food is phenomenal. Burgers are freshly prepared and the falafel are the best I've eaten in my life. If you don't go here, you're missing out! Please stay like this 🙏🏻

I love this store! “Burger meets Falafel” uniquely combines the flavors of the Middle East with the modern art of the smash burger. The variety of Arabic starters is impressive - the Muttabel and Muhammara in particular are real highlights that I warmly recommend to everyone. They combine traditional flavors with a modern freshness that really stands out. The burgers? Simply unbeatable! For me personally, this is the best burger in all of southern Germany. The juicy, perfectly grilled smash patties harmonize wonderfully with the exceptional side dishes and sauces. Every bite is a flavor explosion where the freshness and quality of the ingredients are immediately apparent. But it's not just the food that's impressive - the service is also first-class. Friendly, attentive and always trying to make you feel comfortable. Every visit here is a completely successful experience. A 10/10, without a doubt!

Here they switched to a smashburger concept, but without adapting the burgers. The patty was not "mashed" as expected, but was just as thick as a standard burger and had no toasting. I used to enjoy eating here, but since the concept change I can no longer recommend the place

I had a very positive experience here. Had the Tijuana burger and it was great. Fries were also good and perfectly seasoned. But I didn't like the falafel. Too dry. There is free ketchup and mayo at the table. Service was good and there was enough space. The price was right Technically, the parking lot is a construction site around it, but it's not bad.

We are not satisfied with the quality. Fries soft and tasteless, falafel like from Aldi, tahini sauce too sour. Burgers ok.

The burger menu is reasonably priced. I've been eating burgers more often lately and found the food to be okay, but not particularly outstanding. The potato wedges didn't seem to be freshly made and lacked any seasoning or salt. Overall, the food wasn't bad, but I've had tastier burgers and wedges.

Had dinner there yesterday. Portions are large, prices are okay. However, the food wasn't great, especially the bread from the burger was totally dry and bland. Things used to be better. Yesterday I didn't feel well after eating and had stomach cramps. We won't come again again.

The fries and wedges were baked in rancid fat and didn't taste good. The burgers were ok. The delivery arrived after 40 minutes.

We ordered via Lieferando and had it delivered to our home. Burgers were very good, buns were a bit soggy from the sauce, but still delicious. Delivery was also super fast even though we live in a village outside of Augsburg. Driver was nice too. We would be happy to order again. See you soon

I had a cheeseburger with a double patty and extra cheese with fries and blackcurrant spritzer. I was there for the second time today (April 9, 2024) and I am still pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. The food was 5 out of 5. Ambiance is a matter of taste. Service as always, as usual. Which I think is really good, for the money you pay and the portion you get, it's simply brilliant. Keep it up 👍.

It's nice what they've done with the old Wittelsbach inn. I really like the atmosphere. The starter was very tasty. The burger variations are interesting and tasty, crispy buns, grilled taste. Open kitchen, nice staff. Nuggets seem homemade.

In itself it's a nice shop, pretty quick service and short waiting times. The taste is great, but it can't be that we out of 8 people had to throw up and have diarrhea several times the next 6 days... the many 5 star reviews should almost have been bought.

The burger and the potato wedges were very tasty, as was the hummus and plenty of it too. Preparation very quick, staff very friendly. I'll be back. Can I definitely recommend. Top

Everything is just perfect! Not a single delivery service manages to pack so much love into the food delivered. "Just" ordered this time - next time I'll eat there, can't wait. About the taste: The burger (Beirut Burger) is highly recommended - very lavishly topped and the taste is a dream - the braised onions go really well with halloumi. Fries perfect - not limp and wet, but crisp and golden. The starter (cacik) is also extremely tasty and comes with bread. Conclusion: Had an extremely dirty and stressful Monday today - until the food came. I'm going to sleep really well today - thank you!

Ich bewerte sonst nie, diesmal muss ich aber. Wir haben Burger und Mutabel bestellt. Selten bekommt man gute Burger wenn sie geliefert werden, unsere waren perfekt. Außerdem war der Mann vom Lieferdienst wahrscheinlich der freundlichste den ich je erlebt habe. Werde auf jeden fall wieder bestellen oder ins Restaurant gehen.

This was a great place, I arrived in Augsburg on a Sunday for two weeks of training locally. This was one of the only places open on the night and the staff members were very friendly. The food was very nice aswell. Would definitely recommend🙂

Ich habe hier früher immer bestellt. Da ich Uber one habe und mir service wichtig ist, bestelle ich nur über Uber. Leider hat der Besitzer offenbar beschlossen Uber zu meiden (AUF KOSTEN DER GÄSTE MIT SERVICE-ANSPRUCH) und den Laden von Uber genommen. Ich hasse es, dass ich hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss, aber ohne Uber ist das gute Essen nunmehr nutzlos... Ich hoffe das ändert sich wieder, dann ändert sich natürlich auch die review Edit: Die Antwort ist weder "modern hipp" noch "cool"... das ist einfach nur respektlos! Wenn Beiträge nicht verstanden werden, sagt das mehr über euch aus als über mich. Natürlich meine ich Uber Eats, was denn sonst? Zudem habe ich Kontakte zu Uber und ihr habt euren Laden von Uber genommen weil euch die Gebühren zu hoch sind. Wahrscheinlich denkt ihr, ihr seit bereits bekannt genug und spart euch das Geld mithilfe von zweit- und drittklassischen Lieferservices. (Leider geht das halt Kurzzeitig auch in einem Areal, welchen keinen Anspruch an Service hat) Mir sagt das auf jeden Fall genug über euch aus...(die Annahme, dass somit noch woanders gespart wird liegt nun auf der Hand) PS: Wenn man nicht mal weiss, was Uber one ist, sollte man eventuell nicht implizieren, wer sich "auskennt" und wer nicht ;)

Das Essen ist immer frisch und der Geschmack einzigartig! Ganz klar: Hier her muss man essen gehen 👍🏻 Edit: Der Inhaber hat das Restaurant von “Uber eats” genommen. (Warum ist unklar, ich vermute Gebühren) Ab dem Punkt ist es leider für mich gestorben. (“Uber Eats” ist die einzige Platform mit Kundendienst und hohem Standard) Es ist traurig zu sehen, dass das offenbar hier nichts bedeutet! Ich hoffe ihr kommt zur Einsicht, bis dahin ein NEIN

Besuche diesen Laden seit ca 6 Jahren und wurde nie enttäuscht! Kenne kein besseres Restaurant! Macht weiter so! :) ( besucht das Restaurant während Ramadan - kann es nur empfehlen!!)

12/10, einfach die süßeste und herzensliebsten Menschen!!! Essen war auch noch schmackofatz :) und der Service war sowieso 1a plus mit Sternchen und Sticker <3 viel liebe an das Familienunternehmen und ganz besonders an 86(!)jährigen Baba (der viel jünger aussieht!) ist auf jedenfall einen Besuch für einen schönen Abend wert!!
