Great service, fast service, and super delicious. I can only recommend it.

We visited the restaurant for the first time today and think we'll be back quite often. The atmosphere was good, with great taste. The welcome from the manager, Maria, was very friendly, and the service from Nika was so warm. The non-alcoholic Flamingo Spritzer was just the thing to cheer us up and went perfectly with the salad. Thank you for such a great atmosphere, and see you soon )))

Update: We were at Peter Pane again. I had the Nacho Macho and it was delicious: 300g of meat spread across two patties. Lots of cheese, nachos, and a bit of chili. The price was also a hefty €19.90, plus an overload of fries in cheese and beef and onion chutney. Absolutely delicious. The service was good and attentive. The ambiance is a bit dated in places. It was a fantastic stay. We'd love to come back, thank you. 😃

The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect for the ambiance, the service, and the quality of the food. The selection of vegan dishes is diverse. The restrooms are also specially designed and make you feel at home.

I think the Peter Pane restaurant is very nice and the food tastes great! 😊 I do have one wish, though: I was there alone, and for people with disabilities, it's sometimes difficult to afford a meal like that because we don't have that much money. That's why I'd like a special menu for people with disabilities. If you show your disability card, you could, for example, get a burger, a drink, and fries for half price. Maybe there are even funding opportunities for this – for example, through Aktion Mensch. This way, the restaurant could demonstrate its commitment to inclusion while receiving support. I would definitely go to Peter Pane much more often if they had a menu like that! This review was written with the help of ChatGPT because I have a disability.

We ate great food, once vegetarian and once normal, everything tasted great, unfortunately our train came very early and the nice service packed up our food. So everything was great, food was great & service was great. We'll come again.

I came here for a burger for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food arrived much too late, and the fries weren't fresh at all—they seemed old, almost as if they were from the day before. We even had to ask for a replacement. The cocktails were also a disappointment: they had no taste at all and weren't even stirred properly—that's definitely not how you make cocktails. The staff were also very pushy, which made the visit even more unpleasant. The only positive thing was the location—really aesthetically pleasing and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to warrant a return.

Almost an hour of waiting for a hamburger that was much less appetizing than the one on the menu, too few staff who were completely overwhelmed, a deafening noise, very uncomfortable seats... A truly painful moment!

We go there every now and then. Delicious vegan selection, but the falafel patty at the Truffle Fairy was unfortunately very dry, which made the truffles seem less appealing. The mushrooms, however, were absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, there were only a few on the burger. Apart from the Truffle Fairy, all the vegan burgers here have impressed us so far :) Service is always excellent, friendly, and fast. The food is usually super fast too. When we were there yesterday, it took a little longer for the first time, but the place was also busy, so that's understandable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Tables are sufficiently spaced apart so you can have a good conversation. The lunch menu is really good value for money, so it's worth coming before 5 p.m. :) The place is also very large, so we always get a seat even without a reservation.

My girlfriend and I had the burger box for two (veggie or chicken) – and were absolutely thrilled! The burgers, fries, and onion rings were not only freshly prepared, but also tasted great. The sauce, in particular, was a real highlight – super tasty and perfectly balanced. The price is absolutely fair for the quality. The shop itself is very tastefully decorated – modern, cozy, and with attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive – exactly what you'd want. Overall, a really good experience – we'll definitely be back.

We were looking forward to a relaxing visit to PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar Helius Augsburg, but were unfortunately disappointed. The wait for our food was over 40 minutes, which is far too long for a burger restaurant. When the food was finally served, the quality and preparation did not meet our expectations: The fries were significantly too salty, which greatly diminished the enjoyment. Furthermore, the burger meat was cooked all the way through and not medium-rare, as we had requested. This resulted in the burger being dry and not very juicy. On the positive side, we note the friendly service, who always made every effort to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, this could not compensate for the problems in the kitchen. Overall, we consider the value for money unacceptable under these circumstances. We hope that the quality and efficiency of the kitchen will be improved in the future, otherwise we will refrain from visiting again.

Highly recommended! I had "The Legend" and my wife had the Maco Nacho. Both burgers were amazing. We also had a mixed fries plate, which was amazing in terms of quantity. Service 1+

The chicken tenders were very good, with honey mustard sauce, wonderful! The staff actually approached us regularly, but without being pushy; they were charming. It's unbearable now. Just six months ago, this was one of my favorite restaurants. Today, the food is far too greasy, almost 25% more expensive than just last month, and the servers are rude.
