The food is excellent and very reasonably priced, whether it's a burger (sometimes even without a side dish to fill you up), a salad (varied and fresh), or dessert (e.g., delicious frozen yogurt options). Nice atmosphere, lively but always within easy reach of a conversation. And the staff: very friendly and attentive. The manager, Maria, sets a good example and shows how important it is to her that guests feel comfortable and have a good time. We'd love to come back!

Just the right place to refuel after a long train ride: Located right next to the main train station, with great food (I personally liked that they also served burgers without bread). Nika (the restaurant staff) was friendly, attentive, and professional.

All in all, it was excellent. We were even able to change seats upon request. Special requests were handled perfectly, and we even received a small gift from the bar. We'd be happy to go back. The food was excellent.

Delicious vegan burgers and friendly service

The selection is large, especially vegan and vegetarian options, and there are set menus for every time of day that can save you a bit of money. Everything came quickly and tasted great. Service was friendly and even pointed out when a special offer/set menu was available for your combination. About the ambiance: we caught a quiet evening, so it was pleasantly peaceful. The decor is simply beautiful and makes it cozy in a modern way.

The homemade iced teas were delicious. The burgers themselves were also tasty, although I found the Smash Burger a bit dry. The fries were good. Service was very friendly. They made the most of the outdoor ambiance that a main train station can offer. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with delicious food.

Milo was great at helping me with my order. Since I have a few allergies, I wasn't sure what to order. Milo was so kind and helped me choose, so it wasn't too difficult. 15 minutes later, the food was ready and served. A banger!!!

Milo, who served us, was always quick – menu, drinks, food, payment – we never really had to wait. Unfortunately, we had a completely different experience at other restaurants during the same week (though admittedly, it wasn't busy here either when we were there). The drinks and food were great here too, as we've come to expect from other Peter Pan restaurants. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Augsburg.

The restaurant has a good location and its concept is reminiscent of Pizza Hut. You're greeted at the entrance, shown to your table, and seated in a pleasant atmosphere, even if the seats aren't that comfortable and are placed too close together (you can hear other customers' conversations). The restrooms are clean, and fairy tales are read from the speakers in the ceiling (great for kids). It would be nice if the quality of the food were as good. Unfortunately, the place turns out to be a simple fast-food joint, like Burger King, which used to be located there, but it's way overpriced! For two burgers with sweet potato fries and a drink, you'll easily pay €50 or more! The burgers have imaginative names, but behind them is a frozen bun thawed from the packaging (not fresh from the bakery) and presumably microwaved meat. Here's a question for management: IS THE MEAT COOKED FRESHLY? A concrete example: A Double Smash Burger with an extra slice of "fresh," Irish grass-fed smashed beef is simply a double cheeseburger. The burger meat is cooked dry and thoroughly, guaranteed to have been microwaved. I expect a restaurant to cook the burger meat fresh, which creates a juicy meat juice. The only juicy thing there is the price.

Update: We were at Peter Pane again. I had the Nacho Macho and it was delicious: 300g of meat spread across two patties. Lots of cheese, nachos, and a bit of chili. The price was also a hefty €19.90, plus an overload of fries in cheese and beef and onion chutney. Absolutely delicious. The service was good and attentive. The ambiance is a bit dated in places. It was a fantastic stay. We'd love to come back, thank you. 😃

I think the Peter Pane restaurant is very nice and the food tastes great! 😊 I do have one wish, though: I was there alone, and for people with disabilities, it's sometimes difficult to afford a meal like that because we don't have that much money. That's why I'd like a special menu for people with disabilities. If you show your disability card, you could, for example, get a burger, a drink, and fries for half price. Maybe there are even funding opportunities for this – for example, through Aktion Mensch. This way, the restaurant could demonstrate its commitment to inclusion while receiving support. I came here for a burger for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food arrived much too late, and the fries weren't fresh at all—they seemed old, almost as if they were from the day before. We even had to ask for a replacement. The cocktails were also a disappointment: they had no taste at all and weren't even stirred properly—that's definitely not how you make cocktails. The staff were also very pushy, which made the visit even more unpleasant. The only positive thing was the location—really aesthetically pleasing and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to warrant a return.
