We had several drinks here yesterday outside on the terrace, and the service was decent. Because the cocktails were so good, we went back today. What a disaster the service was! After a 20-minute wait, someone finally came to take our order, even though we had gone inside to order ourselves. After half an hour, we wanted to order our second drink, but there was no one to be seen. We finally went back inside and ordered the next one. This time too, it took a very long time for the drink to be brought. We were actually about to pay because we were tired of waiting, but then he suddenly showed up with the drinks. What a disaster! Response to Mr. Peter Pane's comment: Dear Mr. Peter Pane, What specific details would you like? The complaint couldn't be better described than above. If you read all the bad reviews from the past two years, we don't understand why you don't understand, and more importantly, why you don't do anything about it. We do have a tip for you: hire proactive and enthusiastic staff :-)

A Deutsche Bahn delay?! Then come here for a lemonade or a thirst quencher. Quiet and relaxed. I didn't eat here, just drank!

We stopped here for a lemonade because our train was delayed again. The guys were very nice and friendly, served us quickly, and the lemonade tasted great.

Milo, who served us, was always quick – menu, drinks, food, payment – we never really had to wait. Unfortunately, we had a completely different experience at other restaurants during the same week (though admittedly, it wasn't busy here either when we were there). The drinks and food were great here too, as we've come to expect from other Peter Pan restaurants. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Augsburg.

Today wasn't my first time eating here. The burgers are always top-quality and delicious. I was actually very surprised by the service, which was very courteous and understanding. Our super-friendly waitress, Milo, took care of us beyond our expectations. We'd be happy to come back. 🌈 P.S.: Unfortunately, the restrooms aren't always hygienic and clean, so we're deducting one star for the ambiance.

The restaurant has a good location and its concept is reminiscent of Pizza Hut. You're greeted at the entrance, shown to your table, and seated in a pleasant atmosphere, even if the seats aren't that comfortable and are placed too close together (you can hear other customers' conversations). The restrooms are clean, and fairy tales are read from the speakers in the ceiling (great for kids). It would be nice if the quality of the food were as good. Unfortunately, the place turns out to be a simple fast-food joint, like Burger King, which used to be located there, but it's way overpriced! For two burgers with sweet potato fries and a drink, you'll easily pay €50 or more! The burgers have imaginative names, but behind them is a frozen bun thawed from the packaging (not fresh from the bakery) and presumably microwaved meat. Here's a question for management: IS THE MEAT COOKED FRESHLY? A concrete example: A Double Smash Burger with an extra slice of "fresh," Irish grass-fed smashed beef is simply a double cheeseburger. The burger meat is cooked dry and thoroughly, guaranteed to have been microwaved. I expect a restaurant to cook the burger meat fresh, which creates a juicy meat juice. The only juicy thing there is the price.

The welcome from the manager, Maria, was very friendly, and the service from Nika was so warm. The non-alcoholic Flamingo Spritzer was just the thing to cheer us up and went perfectly with the salad. Update: We were at Peter Pane again. I had the Nacho Macho and it was delicious: 300g of meat spread across two patties. Lots of cheese, nachos, and a bit of chili. The price was also a hefty €19.90, plus an overload of fries in cheese and beef and onion chutney. Absolutely delicious. The service was good and attentive. The ambiance is a bit dated in places. It was a fantastic stay. We'd love to come back, thank you. 😃

The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect for the ambiance, the service, and the quality of the food. The selection of vegan dishes is diverse. The restrooms are also specially designed and make you feel at home.

I think the Peter Pane restaurant is very nice and the food tastes great! 😊 I do have one wish, though: I was there alone, and for people with disabilities, it's sometimes difficult to afford a meal like that because we don't have that much money. That's why I'd like a special menu for people with disabilities. If you show your disability card, you could, for example, get a burger, a drink, and fries for half price. Maybe there are even funding opportunities for this – for example, through Aktion Mensch. This way, the restaurant could demonstrate its commitment to inclusion while receiving support. I would definitely go to Peter Pane much more often if they had a menu like that! This review was written with the help of ChatGPT because I have a disability.

I came here for a burger for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food arrived much too late, and the fries weren't fresh at all—they seemed old, almost as if they were from the day before. We even had to ask for a replacement. The cocktails were also a disappointment: they had no taste at all and weren't even stirred properly—that's definitely not how you make cocktails. The staff were also very pushy, which made the visit even more unpleasant. The only positive thing was the location—really aesthetically pleasing and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to warrant a return.

We go there every now and then. Delicious vegan selection, but the falafel patty at the Truffle Fairy was unfortunately very dry, which made the truffles seem less appealing. The mushrooms, however, were absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, there were only a few on the burger. Apart from the Truffle Fairy, all the vegan burgers here have impressed us so far :) Service is always excellent, friendly, and fast. The food is usually super fast too. When we were there yesterday, it took a little longer for the first time, but the place was also busy, so that's understandable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Tables are sufficiently spaced apart so you can have a good conversation. The lunch menu is really good value for money, so it's worth coming before 5 p.m. :) The place is also very large, so we always get a seat even without a reservation.

The shop itself is very tastefully decorated – modern, cozy, and with attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive – exactly what you'd want.
