The bread of the hamburger was super. Nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend to come here and have a good time with friends! Remember to get the sweets to share in 2, it is worthy! Very close to the Bahnhof and 10 minutes away from city centre!

Quite a few options for burgers, cocktails and desserts, the burger buns and the lava cake were esp great. Atmosphere is chill and cozy, and staff kind and accommodating. The bathrooms were also clean and fancy. :)

Had dinner in Augsburg with 6 people, the waiting time for the food was very long at 65 minutes... delicious, but waiting over an hour for the food - that could certainly be better..

I was there for the first time today with my 2 children and I have to say never again, sry. First of all, the food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly, but the portions were a bit too high for the price. But I was aware that I would pay a little more there (location, ambience, name). But what I didn't realize was that if I reserve a table with 2 children for 7:15 p.m. and order at 7:30 p.m., I won't get my food until 9:00 p.m. My meal wouldn't have been that bad, but the kitchen can't see it. Children's menu when ordering and which has some priority, like in many other places. I was very upset, so with a 1 1/2 hour wait for 2 kids menu consists of 5 nuggets and maybe 15 fries and I only had sweet potato fries. Incredible.

Nice citizen hype shop where the citizens can choose rolls. No matter whether brioch, sourdough rolls or multigrain. €1.90 for a dip isn't cheap, but ketchup and mayo are included and are on the table. Friendly service, very cozy atmosphere and creative burger creations. Nice range of drinks.

Good burgers and wonderful fries.

I recently went to Peter Pane and really enjoyed it! The burgers are great - juicy, fresh and there is a lot of choice, also for veggies and vegans. My sweet potato fries were super crispy and the service was super friendly. All in all a cool atmosphere, cozy and modern. Definitely coming back!

Spontaneous visit to Peter Pane. Very relaxed atmosphere, super good burger and very tasty cocktail and the best thing by far was the service: incredibly attentive and friendly, I have rarely experienced that, I am very satisfied and will definitely come back 🙌

The food was very good. We were able to put together our burgers individually, from the ingredients to the sauces to the bun. Waiting time only 15-20 minutes. That was really quick. Ambience is good, but I prefer seats with backrests. They weren't available everywhere there. There were also problems with payment at neighboring tables. This meant we had to wait longer for our dessert. The neighboring table was also just cleared, but not wiped down. There would have been time for this as the restaurant was only "1/3" full and there was enough staff on site. But that's only on the sidelines. Complaining at a high level. I also thought the price was OK. The three of us paid significantly more.

It was a little busier so it took a little longer for the food to arrive. But my burger was lukewarm and the sweet potato fries were somehow crispy but like mashed potatoes on the inside, totally soggy. My wife's normal fries were similar and the kids' food came almost 10 minutes later than ours. The taste was impeccable, and you couldn't fault the friendliness of the staff either. Tip to the management, uniform clothing for the staff would look a lot more impressive than private ones.... Rather expensive in price.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience there. As is typical for Peter Pane, the food was mediocre and a bit too cold. Unfortunately, when we paid with a voucher, our waitress didn't give us back the card with the remaining amount. Since we hadn't received an invoice, it wasn't until we got home that I noticed that there should have been almost €10 left on this credit card. During a phone call afterwards, they denied any guilt and supposedly couldn't find the order in the system, which shouldn't have been the case since I had given our order as well as the table number and time as well as the name of our waitress. After a lot of back and forth, as a gesture of goodwill, I was promised a €5 voucher that was valid for less than a year. Of course I had to pick it up myself, and then I had to put up with a stupid comment when I picked it up. The whole thing was a shame and it was handled very unprofessionally, so Peter Pane saw me for the last time in Augsburg. A simple apology or admitting a mistake wouldn't have been so difficult.

So here is an assessment from my point of view!: Me and a colleague waited almost 60 minutes for the food, the food is rather little! It tastes good, but is really expensive (a drink and a meal 30€ + (60min wait for the food) Very nice atmosphere in itself, but poor offer (pictures do not correspond to the actual food (quantity!)

We were just about to eat something there. Sat at the table for 20 minutes and was ignored. It was quite well attended, but of course there can be waiting times. Nevertheless, you could come to the table for a moment and say, I'll be there for you in a moment. That wasn't the case... Shortly before getting up, a waiter arrived and said if we wanted the menu. When I explained the situation to him, all he said was "have a nice evening" and no apology. Another waitress saw us getting up, I also explained the situation to her and she apologized twice, saying she hadn't seen us. However, she looked directly at our table once and brought food to the next table and we were overlooked! Another waiter turned on the lighting from the parasol and didn't serve either! Maybe you will only be served based on sympathy... Customer-friendly is something else! So I can't judge the food and ambience. Of course I won't be coming back there again...

The food was very tasty and the selection of burgers and additional toppings were good. The food came quickly as did the drinks. The selection was also very diverse and delicious. What I particularly liked is that the house drinks are prepared within the customer's field of vision. The decor of the store was very nice and not over the top. All in all, this store deserves more than just 5 stars. The prices are also family-friendly. So a clear recommendation for anyone who likes burgers.

Unfortunately, the taste has deteriorated considerably. The vegetarian pattie in particular was inedible. Unfortunately, we didn't like the sweet potato fries at all (very soft), they used to be much crispier. Another point of criticism: children's burgers only in conjunction with a menu - which is not possible for smaller children. The well-intentioned painting basket itself is also great, but unfortunately it can't be used if all the wooden pencils have broken off... Service was friendly, there was nothing to complain about, but it was still our last visit for us.

Young man in service, grumpy, unfriendly, doesn't thank you for the tip, doesn't say hello... I forget about eating there afterwards. Food is not my thing. Leaf salad served on hot meat with heavy mango chutney...... This can only get muddy.

1. kids menu not freshly made but made from frozen food. 2. colored pencils are not sharped enough to draw 3. onion rings are under the thick layer of breading 4. bartenders are too slow even when the place not fully occupied 5. be aware that there is a small beverage inside the kids menu but during the order probably you will get an offer for a big glass with no comments. So you will not get the small one but the big one for the 5+eur additional price. 6. totally forgot about ice cream from kids menu. you always have to repeat everything

Friendly service, but the burger was a joke. The “Smashed Burger” advertised as a special has absolutely nothing to do with its name. Very small burger compared to what Peter Pane usually offers, and definitely not a smashed patty. Selling this burger like that borders on impertinent, simply a very small and slightly thinner patty, and the topping was also disappointing and tasteless. Before you order it, go to McDonalds next door, you won't notice the difference. The side fries can also feel like you can count them on one hand, so overall they're something for very small appetites.

I'm thrilled. This could be my new favorite restaurant. The food tastes great, there is a large selection and there is something for everyone. As a vegan you are in paradise. Even as a meat lover, you have more choice than I've ever seen in a burger house. You can also get hot chocolate in Vegan and juices are available in creative variations. The waitresses are very nice and competent and serve you really quickly without neglecting the advice. The ambience and furnishings are really very inviting and a special highlight are the toilets, which are really very clean, look elegant, there is even a disinfectant dispenser in every single cabin and a Peter Pan radio play is playing throughout. It's just the right mix between calming and something special. The outside area is also very nice. The menu is very high quality and lovingly designed and takeaway food is packaged very well so that everything arrived home fresh and appetizing even after an hour-long journey in the heat. You really can't complain about the prices. It would be in the middle of the field and actually very cheap in relation to the performance.

I recently visited this Burger Bar, and it was an incredible experience! The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was nice, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The service was quick and friendly, with staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. From the staff, I would like to mention Nika, who was very friendly and polite, he gave us advice about the menu. Highly recommended!

We redeemed our Neotaste voucher, but had to tell them three times that we had it... Later we wanted to request the bill and one of the employees wanted to get it too, but didn't come back and ten minutes later the next employee asked if we would pay want. Actually talked to four employees about the bill and our voucher and always received a different answer. Communication is different. The food was super tasty and it came to the table very early.
