Young man in service, grumpy, unfriendly, doesn't thank you for the tip, doesn't say hello... I forget about eating there afterwards. Food is not my thing. Leaf salad served on hot meat with heavy mango chutney...... This can only get muddy.

1. kids menu not freshly made but made from frozen food. 2. colored pencils are not sharped enough to draw 3. onion rings are under the thick layer of breading 4. bartenders are too slow even when the place not fully occupied 5. be aware that there is a small beverage inside the kids menu but during the order probably you will get an offer for a big glass with no comments. So you will not get the small one but the big one for the 5+eur additional price. 6. totally forgot about ice cream from kids menu. you always have to repeat everything

Friendly service, but the burger was a joke. The “Smashed Burger” advertised as a special has absolutely nothing to do with its name. Very small burger compared to what Peter Pane usually offers, and definitely not a smashed patty. Selling this burger like that borders on impertinent, simply a very small and slightly thinner patty, and the topping was also disappointing and tasteless. Before you order it, go to McDonalds next door, you won't notice the difference. The side fries can also feel like you can count them on one hand, so overall they're something for very small appetites.

I'm thrilled. This could be my new favorite restaurant. The food tastes great, there is a large selection and there is something for everyone. As a vegan you are in paradise. Even as a meat lover, you have more choice than I've ever seen in a burger house. You can also get hot chocolate in Vegan and juices are available in creative variations. The waitresses are very nice and competent and serve you really quickly without neglecting the advice. The ambience and furnishings are really very inviting and a special highlight are the toilets, which are really very clean, look elegant, there is even a disinfectant dispenser in every single cabin and a Peter Pan radio play is playing throughout. It's just the right mix between calming and something special. The outside area is also very nice. The menu is very high quality and lovingly designed and takeaway food is packaged very well so that everything arrived home fresh and appetizing even after an hour-long journey in the heat. You really can't complain about the prices. It would be in the middle of the field and actually very cheap in relation to the performance.

I recently visited this Burger Bar, and it was an incredible experience! The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was nice, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The service was quick and friendly, with staff going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. From the staff, I would like to mention Nika, who was very friendly and polite, he gave us advice about the menu. Highly recommended!

It couldn't be worse, the employee thinks he's the Big Boss. It makes you feel super important and is rude. There is much better food out there!! Prices VERY OVERPRICED... Menu confusing!! Never again!!

We redeemed our Neotaste voucher, but had to tell them three times that we had it... Later we wanted to request the bill and one of the employees wanted to get it too, but didn't come back and ten minutes later the next employee asked if we would pay want. Actually talked to four employees about the bill and our voucher and always received a different answer. Communication is different. The food was super tasty and it came to the table very early.

Unfortunately, the taste of the food was nothing special, the fries were fried a little too short and the burgers weren't quite seasoned enough. The price is OK due to the many menus and happy hours. Drinks decent. Service took a long time and wasn't very friendly. The ambience, however, as you would expect from Peter Pane, is great!

Very clean Peter Pane. Lunch, burger price + 8.90 for side dish and dessert. Fast and friendly service, and my burger was very tasty. Enough seating inside and outside. Toilets are also clean and modern. By the way, a Peter Pan story is playing over the speakers there. I will come back

I ate a vegan mushroom burger 😋. I can highly recommend! Service was also competent & friendly. The location at the train station is great! I just can't do anything with this music. It's just some electro hip hop stuff. But that's a matter of taste!

Very good restaurant and can only be recommended. The staff is extremely nice and the food comes relatively quickly. The price-performance ratio is also right in every respect. If you like a more unusual ambience, this is the right place for you. Not too intrusive, enough space and everything is harmonious.

The PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar convinced me again with its unbeatable atmosphere and excellent service. The service is always friendly and courteous, which makes the overall impression even more positive. Eating there is a real treat - the quality of the food is outstanding and considering the service and quality on offer, the value for money is absolutely excellent. This was my second time there and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Service was nice and the food came to the table quite quickly. However, the meat patties were quite dry and the burgers only had the minimum toppings. A slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce and a dollop of strange-tasting sauce. Not even cucumber. Priced okay in the menu with side dish and cocktail.

We have been to Peter Pane in Augsburg several times and it has always tasted very good. Regardless of whether it was vegan or not, it always tasted great. The homemade lemonades/cocktails are also very tasty. A large vegan selection is available

It has nothing to do with the place but the “Smash Burger” is a bad joke, it’s the size of a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s next door and the patties aren’t smashed either. Paying just under €25 for that in the menu is a bit harsh.

The burgers were not only incredibly tasty, but also perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You can tell that only fresh and high-quality ingredients are used here. I would particularly like to highlight Anelia, who served us that evening. Your friendly and professional service made the evening perfect for us. She was attentive without being intrusive and implemented all of our requests immediately. Anelia made us feel truly welcome and carried out her job with a passion that was infectious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, just the right place for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The design is modern and stylish, which adds that certain something to the whole experience. I can fully recommend Peter Pane and will definitely come back. A big thank you to the entire team and especially to Anelia for the great service!

The food and service are great! I love the selection of drinks, as there are a lot of non-alcoholic cocktails. The ambience is also nice, but the music is a bit loud at times so you can have a quiet conversation. But I'm also really sensitive to noise.

I wasn't able to make a reservation spontaneously (a day in advance) for a group of 15 people and the service is always friendly and attentive when I'm here. Personally, the music is sometimes too loud for me, especially in the evenings, but I'm particularly sensitive to that.

This was my first visit to a Peter Pane. The food was really great - we recommend the Irish Black Angus meat as an upgrade. The service was confident, polite and attentive. Ambience in the outdoor area is absolutely relaxed and quiet despite being close to the street and train station. The interior also looks very well maintained and nice. Come again.

We had reserved a table for five. One of them got his order 20 minutes before everyone else, so he had to eat alone and we watched him. I found the quality to be inferior and the portions are tiny. To illustrate this: I'm not 160cm tall, I don't weigh 50kg, I ordered a double-topped burger with fries for a total of around €20, so I expect to be full or at least have a taste experience. None of that was true. Really disappointing and never again! However, the service team is very friendly and attentive.

When ordering the bowl dish, the waiter does not point out the additional cost of the ingredients. He simply asks, "Would you like mushrooms and stuff?"

Peter Pane Burgergrill & Bar in the Helios Center on Viktoriastraße in Augsburg is a restaurant with a great atmosphere and good food. The selection of burgers is large but easy to manage with the help of the staff… We took the “upgrade” with Irish beef based on a recommendation - absolutely recommended!!! The fries as a side dish are clear! At that price it could be more. If there were more fries, the meal would have received a full star rating. Both the burgers and the fries taste great! Highly Recommended. The sanitary facilities are despite busy Public access in an acceptable/clean condition For those who spend longer in the toilet, the Peter Pan audio story plays over the loudspeakers 😂 Service was very friendly and accommodating. Great advice. Both the drinks and the food came quickly.

We were really excited. We got a table for 4 people at short notice. The ambience is really nice and modernly furnished. The service is super nice and the food is ready quickly even though it was full house. I had the lumberjack burger and sweet potato fries. Simply delicious😊 The toilets are very clean and the fairy tale of Peter Pan is told 😂 I really love it. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back anytime 😊

Really nice location right next to the train station, especially great if you work right in the city center. Employees are always friendly and in a good mood, and the selection of products is also good. There is also an open burger without bread for people who don't want to eat bread. What could possibly be improved is the menu cards, as the offers often assume that the price is €X, but the citizen price is added to that. But it's just a small note. We have been to you many times, including with colleagues, and we are happy to come back again and again.

Overall, a fantastic option for eating out in Augsburg.

Horrible burger. It had a weird smell and tasted like trash. Also overpriced. People who say the food is good here don't know what they are talking about. I have worked in restaurants and can say this is really a place to avoid. The meat was thin and overcooked and VERY dry. Dry as my hand, no exaggeration. Most likely microwaved, arrived barely warm at the table. Bread, salad, tomato not fresh at all, even McDonald's has better quality at lower prices. Let that sink in. Minus star. Cocktails were lame and not properly balanced. Minus star. The waitress was a complete mess, didn't pay attention to none of her tables. We had to wait a lot for our drinks and then double for the food, 1 hour in total. And the place wasn't even crowded. I saw people leaving because she didn't take their order and they were waiting longer than we had to. Minus star. The table was stained and greasy and the seats needed cleaning as well. Minus star. So don't get fooled by how nice it looks inside like I did, because looks are deceiving and you will pay for a bad experience at the end.

The food is very good, the service is friendly. What's annoying are the seats that are far too small, the lack of backrests and an interior that looks as if the percentage card in the furniture store has been used to the limit. Very junky.
