A fantastic experience at Peter Pane! The atmosphere is unique, and the wood design creates a very cozy ambiance. The burgers taste amazing, and the meat is noticeably fresh. I especially appreciate the wide selection of vegan options. The sweet potato fries with the house sauces are an absolute must! A huge plus: The staff's interaction with children is simply wonderful and very warm. The service was quick and child-friendly. Highly recommended for the whole family!

Our server, Pascal, was very attentive and polite, and helped make our lunch very pleasant. The atmosphere suffered a bit from the view of the Augsburg main train station plaza. The food was good, but for my taste, the meat was too thin and consequently overcooked. The frozen yogurt was tasty and nicely presented, but nothing special in terms of flavor. Thanks to the NeoTaste voucher (2 for 1 burger), the value was there. At full price, the quality unfortunately doesn't justify the cost.

We went to Peter Pane again after a long time. The service was really great! Big thanks to Nika, who did a fantastic job! :) The food was a bit lackluster – for a bunless burger, there was too much salad and not enough of a side dish. But it was perfectly fine.

We arrived without a reservation and only had 50 minutes. The restaurant was almost full, with about 275 people inside. Nevertheless, we were seated. Our drinks arrived promptly, followed shortly by the food. It was delicious, too. Despite the large number of guests, our waiter, Mr. Cemali, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and totally relaxed, fulfilling all our requests immediately. The lady who showed us to our table was also very attentive to our comfort throughout our visit. A fantastic restaurant with a fantastic team. Service that is rarely found elsewhere. Keep up the good work, and see you soon!

It took forever before we were even allowed to order, and then we waited over an hour for our food. A large group that arrived much later received their food before us. When we inquired, we were told that there weren't many tables ahead of us and that it was "full" because of the football match, even though several tables were empty. By the time our food finally arrived, it was almost cold.

I have never experienced such great service as with the nice Mr. Cemali.

She kept checking on us, asking if everything was alright, if we were enjoying our meal, and if we needed anything else. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Absolutely outrageous! The kitchen was still open an hour before it closed, but there was no more food.

Modern, cozy burger joint 🍔 large selection, including vegan and vegetarian burgers. The burgers are delicious, with three different bread options, regular or sweet potato fries 🍟, and lunch specials. Dinner specials are available. Sauces are served at the table, and they're all delicious. They also offer homemade iced tea, cocktails 🍸, etc. Desserts and cakes are also on the menu. Our server, Nika, was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

The burgers were good. The service was bad. We waited almost an hour for our food. And that was during our lunch break, when you really don't have that much time. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and a half in total. Plus, there were six of us and our table was so incredibly small, there was no way we could sit comfortably. I won't be going back to that restaurant; if I eat there again, I'll order online. That's always worked well for me.

Peter Pane in Augsburg is one of the best restaurants. The service was very friendly and they frequently asked if everything was alright. The food only took 15 minutes and was delicious.

We ordered three "smashed burgers." They were tasty in themselves, but unfortunately not smashed. It was just a thin patty.

Peter Pane's delicious break for only €10! Friendly, attractive, clean, delicious, and fast – this place is simply a delight! Even the affordable trial offer is fun from start to finish: burger with fries + non-alcoholic drink for €10 – you can't go wrong! The fries are a bit small, but hey – it works and tastes great in the nicely decorated restaurant. Service and food are quick and easy – and the cool menu quickly fulfills any further requests ;-)

However, I must say that the waiter was so funny and nice, and also provided such excellent service, that I will definitely come back just because of him. I think the waiter's name was Cemali.

The food was delicious and a real experience. The service was very friendly. There's a wide selection of dishes, and what was especially important to us was that they were gluten-free, so the bread-free burgers were perfect.

The food was good, comparable to other restaurants offering the same or a similar menu. However, the service left much to be desired. We were made to wait an excessively long time at the entrance. The restaurant wasn't so crowded that none of the waiters had time to take our orders. At the table, we had to wait again for a long time before our food and drink orders were taken. This only happened after we asked the waitress to do so as she walked by. During our entire visit, we were never once asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. Plates weren't cleared, even though several waiters walked past us repeatedly. We were consistently ignored. We wanted to order more drinks and were busy looking at the menu. Not even then did a server approach us; we had to ask them to take our order again and hold them up as they walked by. Forty-five minutes before closing time, we wanted to order more drinks. We were never informed that the bar was closing or that they were making a last-minute round for guests. One server said he would pass our request on to his colleague, but this never happened. And I had to actively go to the bar, only to be told abruptly that the bar was now closed. That's not what I consider good service, and it's unacceptable with a bill of €30-40 per person. We won't be dining here again anytime soon.

Delicious as always, but the menu is too much because the burgers are very filling. The vegan/vegetarian selection is very good.

We all have to accept that things are getting more expensive, but a dry burger with a few fries for €21, well, that's just not right. Sitting on benches padded only with thin felt and without backrests might be cool, but it's not very comfortable. Overall disappointing, and I can't say it offers good value for money. Otherwise, the atmosphere is pleasant, the selection, especially of cocktails, is large, and the service was okay.
