We have eaten at Peter Pane several times and have always been very satisfied with the food and the service. I personally find the atmosphere very nice. But that's not the case with comfortable sitting. If you're lucky, you'll be assigned a table for four if there are two of you. Everything is pallet. There have often been three of us at a table of four, which was very, very narrow. It's not that we're too fat, no...the space at the table is far too small. For me personally, this is a very big drawback, and it is always a reason for me to consider whether I should choose to visit Peter Pane under these circumstances. I think comfortable sitting is very, very important. The overly large "decorations" on the tables that are much too small should perhaps be reworked by the management. Sometimes less is more. Small vase, a real flower in it, and possibly smaller sauce containers (ketchup, mayo) the table is not so crowded and the view of the people sitting opposite is also clear.

Very disrespectful when I walked in with my father they approached us disrespectfully, the service was the worst I've had so far and they asked us directly if they could clean up our plates as if they were getting rid of us. The food was way too overpriced and it had no taste. I don't recommend it!!!!!

Peter Pane in Augsburg is a restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. The food is fantastic. The vegan burgers are particularly noteworthy and exceptionally delicious. The salads are also really good, and the drinks are excellent. I love the overload fries, which are incredibly tasty and definitely worth ordering. However, don‘t expect amazing service here - it‘s s chain - order, eat and pay. Despite this, the atmosphere somehow still feels cozy and inviting in a sense. I tend to come here with groups of 4-8 quite often.

The menu is very misleading. It is not clearly defined that the burger is not included in the burger menu. This is a rip off in my opinion! The food was good, but not for the high price (double the menu price). We definitely won't be coming back! 😡😡😡

Great disappointment. For a burger place, not to take care of the patty or the bread is a disaster. Both were dry and telling that they're brought in frozen from who knows where, who knows how long ago. They offer a ton of cocktails to compensate, so maybe come in for a cocktail instead.

We had dinner with you for the first time today. The food was good but we ordered the evening menu. We thought the burger, fries and cocktail were included in the menu. It wasn't. We had to pay extra for the burger. That wasn't apparent in the menu description. The staff didn't draw our attention either. In my opinion is a rip off. It was our first and last time in this restaurant.

Went there for dinner while passing through. Service was very accommodating. We were able to choose a table, which was good since we were there after 8:30 with 2 children. The music was relatively loud, but still bearable since we weren't sitting directly under a speaker. Since neither of our children like frozen yoghurt, they were able to swap the dessert in the children's menu and it was offered straight away without us having to actively request it! Sanitary area clean. The food was consistently good. No surprises. Stable performance. If you have problems with the volume, it could probably be too loud throughout.

I haven't been a guest there yet either. But every now and then I pass it near the main train station near the old main post office.

The service was friendly and present and the food was served quickly. The volume of the music was subtle, so that on the one hand you could hear it and on the other hand you could also have a conversation at a normal volume. The table was clean and seating was comfortable. The quality of the food was very good.

Very tasty, slightly more expensive but definitely worth it

The last time I was there was with a friend. After ordering we had to wait almost an hour for our food, it wasn't even busy that day. We both ordered burgers with fries. When we got our food, the burger and fries were almost completely cold. The burger wasn't particularly lavishly topped either, there really were better times. In the end we had to wait forever until we could finally pay. We even said several times that we would like to pay, please. Really a shame.

The store was pretty empty when we were there. It was therefore not ideal that we were seated at a very small table for two, where there was hardly any opportunity to put our winter clothes anywhere. Not to mention a wardrobe. The order was taken quickly and the burgers were ready quickly and we didn't have to wait to pay. The food was good as usual, but the "extras" are rather poor compared to a competing brand: there are no fried eggs, bacon or grilled vegetables. The ketchup bottle was almost empty, but it was still enough for us. Maybe you should pay more attention to this in the future and fill it up in good time. The ketchup is still free, which unfortunately is no longer a given. The thirst quencher "mint-elderflower" was again very good and this time, probably due to the time of year, there was no longer a whole glass full of ice cubes and hardly any drink, but only three ice cubes on top. That's how it should always be. I missed the biscuit with the espresso and coffee, which is usually or should be there. Nika's service was quick, friendly and attentive. The toilets were clean, but over time the Peter Pan radio play that is constantly playing there gets on your nerves. The area surrounding the store was clean despite its proximity to the train station.

We often go to Peter Pane Augsburg. Friendly service and good food. Always happy again.

The service was very friendly! The food was unfortunately very bad... Everything was cold and not freshly made. Patty strained too finely and pressed too tightly. Not a nice mouthfeel. The bread wasn't toasted. At least the homemade iced tea was delicious.

I think the food is very good. The homemade cocktails, which are always changing, are also great. So far everything has tasted great. The staff are quite friendly and caring. Even in between, people keep asking if everything is okay. I just think it's a shame that you're not allowed to sit in the other seats at the back... Every time they say, well, that’s not possible. Although everything is free... In terms of price, it's a bit too much, is my opinion... I'll never get out of it for less than €30. 😅

Peter Pane, it even makes me fly. In a city, day and night, Peter Pane opened. A kingdom of buns and crispy bacon, draws hungry souls to the corner. The map is full of colorful splendor, of burgers that make you happy. With cheese, sauces, crispy fresh, Every wish comes straight to the table. There's also a lot for veggie hearts, with avocado, green and style. Some people like to take their time here lingers in the candlelight. The lemonade is bubbling, the cocktails are cool, you sip and laugh with the feeling of friends. The atmosphere is warm, the evening is mild, This is exactly where the burger dream lives. So raise the glass and shout “Cheers, hey!” Here's to Peter Pane and the buffet. A feast for the stomach, mind and sense, because we are all happy here.

Ordered super salad , waiter forgot to bring a dressing. Had to ask for it. They bring tea in a pretty big glass , you have to wait quiet a bit to sip it as the glass is to hot to touch. Waiter was greeting us with no happy face ) not sure why, no describing or offering from menu.

Great atmosphere, the children's cards are a blast for the kids! The waitresses were all super nice and the choice of music was perfect!

The bread of the hamburger was super. Nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend to come here and have a good time with friends! Remember to get the sweets to share in 2, it is worthy! Very close to the Bahnhof and 10 minutes away from city centre!

Quite a few options for burgers, cocktails and desserts, the burger buns and the lava cake were esp great. Atmosphere is chill and cozy, and staff kind and accommodating. The bathrooms were also clean and fancy. :)
