For burger lovers, just the place! I have to say, it creates a nice atmosphere and, despite the dense seating, it creates privacy. The service is sometimes a bit overwhelmed, but always friendly and helpful. The benches are a bit uncomfortable for long stays. But that makes up for the good food. A little tip: Treat yourself to cocktails, as there is a varied selection and the mixing ratio is right!

Never again! Delivery was cold and 1/3 of the order was missing. In addition, there are incompetent staff on the phone. This service staff can't even offer an apology. Underground!

Good drinks, but not all places were available to sit at... Which made most of us sit wayyy too close to one snother

The service is below standard. We had already been sitting at the table for 25 minutes without anyone paying any attention to us. Only after asking at the counter did service arrive a little later to take our order. It wasn't rush hour nor was there much going on. Finally we asked for the bill 4 times until the service took pity.

We have tried this restaurant a couple of times. Every time we have had some unpleasant surprises. One three of us ordered the same drink and all tasted completely different. Too bitter, too sweet, too much syrup. A time before we had terrible service and had to wait 2 hours for our food, so we missed your movie at the cinema. At the end of that visit, they charged us 30 eur more than supposed to. We had to insist many times until they rolled back the transaction. We walked home to ease our minds. We avoid this establishment as long as we can. The one advantage is their proximity to the train station.

Were there for the third time. The burgers, thirst quenchers and desserts are super delicious. The breadless burgers are also tasty, just a little low for the price. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice atmosphere but uncomfortable chairs. Unfortunately, portions are far too small. We didn't get enough. Peter's favorite bread for 5.90 as a side dish tastes dry and like nothing. In response to our complaint, we were kindly invited for a cappuccino. We still wouldn't come back.

Food good, waiters really slow, prices not as advertised Were there because there was a special Smashed Burger in the menu 13€ In the end we should pay €60 instead of €26, it's not possible. We had to wait over 20 minutes for the bill to pay. Even the food came quicker, will never come back!

We have eaten at Peter Pane several times and have always been very satisfied with the food and the service. I personally find the atmosphere very nice. But that's not the case with comfortable sitting. If you're lucky, you'll be assigned a table for four if there are two of you. Everything is pallet. There have often been three of us at a table of four, which was very, very narrow. It's not that we're too fat, no...the space at the table is far too small. For me personally, this is a very big drawback, and it is always a reason for me to consider whether I should choose to visit Peter Pane under these circumstances. I think comfortable sitting is very, very important. The overly large "decorations" on the tables that are much too small should perhaps be reworked by the management. Sometimes less is more. Small vase, a real flower in it, and possibly smaller sauce containers (ketchup, mayo) the table is not so crowded and the view of the people sitting opposite is also clear.

Very disrespectful when I walked in with my father they approached us disrespectfully, the service was the worst I've had so far and they asked us directly if they could clean up our plates as if they were getting rid of us. The food was way too overpriced and it had no taste. I don't recommend it!!!!!

Peter Pane in Augsburg is a restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. The food is fantastic. The vegan burgers are particularly noteworthy and exceptionally delicious. The salads are also really good, and the drinks are excellent. I love the overload fries, which are incredibly tasty and definitely worth ordering. However, don‘t expect amazing service here - it‘s s chain - order, eat and pay. Despite this, the atmosphere somehow still feels cozy and inviting in a sense. I tend to come here with groups of 4-8 quite often.

We had dinner with you for the first time today. The food was good but we ordered the evening menu. We thought the burger, fries and cocktail were included in the menu. It wasn't. We had to pay extra for the burger. That wasn't apparent in the menu description. The staff didn't draw our attention either. In my opinion is a rip off. It was our first and last time in this restaurant.

Great disappointment. For a burger place, not to take care of the patty or the bread is a disaster. Both were dry and telling that they're brought in frozen from who knows where, who knows how long ago. They offer a ton of cocktails to compensate, so maybe come in for a cocktail instead.

The menu is very misleading. It is not clearly defined that the burger is not included in the burger menu. This is a rip off in my opinion! The food was good, but not for the high price (double the menu price). We definitely won't be coming back! 😡😡😡

Went there for dinner while passing through. Service was very accommodating. We were able to choose a table, which was good since we were there after 8:30 with 2 children. The music was relatively loud, but still bearable since we weren't sitting directly under a speaker. Since neither of our children like frozen yoghurt, they were able to swap the dessert in the children's menu and it was offered straight away without us having to actively request it! Sanitary area clean. The food was consistently good. No surprises. Stable performance. If you have problems with the volume, it could probably be too loud throughout.

The service was friendly and present and the food was served quickly. The volume of the music was subtle, so that on the one hand you could hear it and on the other hand you could also have a conversation at a normal volume. The table was clean and seating was comfortable. The quality of the food was very good.

The last time I was there was with a friend. After ordering we had to wait almost an hour for our food, it wasn't even busy that day. We both ordered burgers with fries. When we got our food, the burger and fries were almost completely cold. The burger wasn't particularly lavishly topped either, there really were better times. In the end we had to wait forever until we could finally pay. We even said several times that we would like to pay, please. Really a shame.

We often go to Peter Pane Augsburg. Friendly service and good food. Always happy again.

The store was pretty empty when we were there. It was therefore not ideal that we were seated at a very small table for two, where there was hardly any opportunity to put our winter clothes anywhere. Not to mention a wardrobe. The order was taken quickly and the burgers were ready quickly and we didn't have to wait to pay. The food was good as usual, but the "extras" are rather poor compared to a competing brand: there are no fried eggs, bacon or grilled vegetables. The ketchup bottle was almost empty, but it was still enough for us. Maybe you should pay more attention to this in the future and fill it up in good time. The ketchup is still free, which unfortunately is no longer a given. The thirst quencher "mint-elderflower" was again very good and this time, probably due to the time of year, there was no longer a whole glass full of ice cubes and hardly any drink, but only three ice cubes on top. That's how it should always be. I missed the biscuit with the espresso and coffee, which is usually or should be there. Nika's service was quick, friendly and attentive. The toilets were clean, but over time the Peter Pan radio play that is constantly playing there gets on your nerves. The area surrounding the store was clean despite its proximity to the train station.
