PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Augsburg

Burger patties horrible. You can taste the freezer awful spices/aftertaste and smell. You will be disappointed if you want or deaire a burger. I took a cheese burger. I donot like much Mcdonald...but by far 10 times better taste at Mcdonald. You are better off with patties from a grocery store....not beef nor anywhere near taste wise at this useless peterpan place. 6 tasteless pieces of cold onion rings are 10 euro !!!! And rhe above took 35 minutes to bring to the table. Please if you lover burgers as comfort food....stay away from this joint. You will regret it. JT.

The ambience is very cozy, warm and chic. The service was a bit sloppy when we wanted to change seats. Burger & dessert very tasty, but really expensive in terms of price. Mango lemonade was equally delicious.

We ate at Peter Pane today. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it too. The service was great and always there when you wanted something. There were things for children and also an extra children's menu, you could choose from burgers and nuggets with a side dish and drink and a bedside table. The restaurant itself is really great, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us, hence the 3 stars. It was too expensive for us for relatively small portions. Except for the children's menu (for €10, you can't say anything about that) the prices were too high for us.

We had the smashburger and a veggi burger with chicken, both of which were very tasty. Unfortunately, there is a point deduction because the sweet potato fries were only lukewarm (normal fries were hot) and the price of almost 10 euros for sweet potato fries is already crisp. What is worth emphasizing is that the service team is very on the ball, friendly and attentive. We might come back during the week if there are offers or get something here and it's 20% off. In short, everything was perfect and it was delicious

We often go to Peter Pane for dinner. We are always very satisfied and always get a place even without a reservation. The food arrives relatively quickly and tastes incredibly delicious. The waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, you feel comfortable there. Gladly again ⭐️⭐️

I ate the Mango Tango chicken burger and a side salad. For dessert I had a chocolate cake with a liquid center. Everything tasted delicious, the service was very good, very friendly and really fast. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

excellent food and restaurant, not 5 starts for the bathroom went with a friend on a Monday, it was almost empty, so the staff had extra care for us. the burgers were really good, big menu and you can choose from different types of bread. the restaurant is also very clean. on the bad note, since it is in the same building as the mall, the restaurant doesn't offer a bathroom, you have to look for the ones in the mall, which we didn't find. would recommend and go again.

Location and food good. The service took too long, ordered a drink, only came after 15 minutes, even if the glasses were empty, there was no question if they wanted something else. I also think the prices are a bit excessive.

Review: I drove 50 km today just to get a burger because the online information says the kitchen is open until 10:30 PM. But when I arrived at 9:50 PM, I was told they were no longer making burgers. Very disappointing if you rely on the opening hours! The online information should be updated urgently to avoid situations like this.

In total the bill came to a whopping €55 approx. If you can't deliver, don't do it. Disastrous with no compensation or apology. You could have at least had some decency and called. Food was not within the price range. 80€ for 3 people. Instead there were lukewarm burgers and weak fries. Despite the empty store, there were hardly any staff there. The atmosphere is quite nice.

Peter Pane has always been my favorite burger restaurant, but my last visit was disappointing. The food took an unusually long time, was dry, the burgers were poorly put together (cold cheese and vacon, missing jalapeños on the muchacha) and the napkins were torn. The waiter was also extremely negative: first, without asking, he rated the restaurant with 5 stars (!) on my cell phone, then he reacted visibly mockingly to a legitimate complaint. We were also pressured several times to order drinks, even though we didn't want any this time. Overall a very unpleasant experience. More than sad that an actually great chain is wearing out like this. It's a shame that after so many years and visits, this had to be the last time at Peter Pane.

So we were convinced to give this rating with one shot, which I think is a dubious business practice. The burger was OK, the brioche bun was a bit very airy, it almost makes you feel like you're at McDonald's or something similar. The meat was juicy, but so were the prices, so there are definitely restaurants with a better price/performance ratio

It's a bit of a coincidence that you can now write a review for a shot. I don't think it's very good because most people quickly get 5⭐️ and that's it. This makes most reviews unusable. Nevertheless, everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the various options for designing your burger. There was also a decent selection of drinks. All in all: a visit was worth it and will be repeated.

Today was our first time at Peter Pane. You are warmly welcomed and taken to your table, the ambience is great, the service was open, friendly, charming and humorous at the same time. Drinks and food were incredibly delicious. Portions are not overly large but still sufficient. Price-performance is great. We felt really comfortable and are coming more often now.
