We didn't expect such a high quality since it is a "quick service restaurant". It was freshly prepared for us and the portion was more than enough. The presentation does not need to be hidden in any way. In terms of taste, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, unfortunately the food wasn't warm enough and the tubes were a bit too firm. We will definitely come back. By the way, the service was excellent.

The place is OK! The staff was rude. The fries weren't cooked properly. The fish stank. The pan-fried fish wasn't properly breaded. And the prices were overpriced. When I was there with my son, we ordered two Alaska pollock fillets with fries. It was overpriced, which isn't the case at Nordsee. We weren't asked what kind of sauce we wanted. They would have given us Rimolade, but then my son had to go and get ketchup because he's slightly allergic to Rimolade. The fish stank, as if it were moldy. My son even has a stomachache now, which I think is really, bluntly, crap.

The food was cold and inedible. A portion of penne for €6.90, which wouldn't even feed a child, is pretty outrageous in my opinion. There were no more than 15 pasta dishes on the plate. The service was very unfriendly and unsympathetic to my criticism.

The fish is OK, the pasta is noticeably rawer than "al dente." The owner is the only one who speaks Italian in the restaurant. The female counter staff (mid/late 40s) reacts angrily to customer criticism and resorts to inappropriate reprimands. It's a shame that Nordsee has given way to this restaurant; a real downgrade!

Die Bedienung ist wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckte nach Backofenreiniger(hatte schon ein paar mal die Erfahrung, dass Kochgeschirr darin eingeweicht wird und das Essen den Geschmack annimmt). Die Pommes waren auch nicht frisch. Für den Preis zu wenig Leistung.

Sehr schlechte Bedinung hat die helfte vergessen an der Bestellung schmutzige Trinkgläser essen war nicht mal richtig warm ungewürzte essen zum teil sehr ungenissbar für diese preise was die verlangen einfach die Qualitet zu schlecht wir auf jedenfall waren das erste und letzte mal dort beim Essen

You shouldn't expect high-quality food. It's all frozen food, and you can taste it. It used to be good, but it's declined considerably. Quantity over quality Service is okay, but nothing more. You have to get all your own food and drinks. They only take used cutlery from the table. Spend a little more money and go to Toyako.
