Pronto Pizza-Service in Augsburg

Minus 5 stars. I've been a regular customer for 10 years, but unfortunately, the new owners seem to have recently taken over. Two hours and three phone calls later, I received a completely dried-out, reheated so-called family pizza that was only 40 degrees Celsius. After the fourth phone call, I was rudely turned away, even though a new, fresh pizza had been promised. I've been ordering a party or family pizza for decades when I don't have the time to cook it myself, but my family and I have never been so disappointed!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Zero stars, preferably!!! After almost 2 hours, the pizza was lukewarm, flavorless, the crust was way too thin, and you had to search for some of the ingredients. A frozen pizza has much more flavor. Never again!

Waited 1 hour for food... then got completely wrong food... instead of ham, pineapple pizza - salami got pineapple pizza, salad was also wrong, no trace of salad Nice, but: peppers, corn, cucumbers and tomatoes... salad dressing as thick as zakziki... won't order there again!!

The salmon lasagna tasted delicious. However, it had way too much sauce and a lot of cheese. I almost had to hunt for the pasta and the salmon.

Received the wrong order, was insulted on the phone when I pointed it out, and then they just hung up with a "Yeah, bye," and it didn't taste good either. Never again!

I think the party pizza is super tasty, nice and big and really inexpensive. They have a slightly thicker base, which I think is pretty good so that you don't end up starving after the pizza, compared to before the pizza ;-)

Soll das ein mexikanischer taco sein? Das sieht eher aus wie lasagne spastis!!!

Falsche Pizza gebrach, und ungenießbares chenesisches menü und zwar scharf obwohl auf der karte nichts von der schärfe steht und im menü wie beschrieben hat man von dem Inhalt überhaupt nichts gesehen
