Service particularly unfriendly. Even if the menu is extensive, not even half of it is available. You are treated rudely. The chef and cashier look irritated when you ask for a simple meal. When you ask what's on offer, the cashier suddenly becomes annoyed and makes little effort to show interest in the customer's order. She asks customers to read the entire menu, but she won't give any information about it if you ask nicely. If you decide on a dish, the cashier simply says: “We don’t have that”. Why do you open a restaurant if you can't even ensure that the food is available?

Let's see, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, you eat a lot, but the food.... Except for some beef noodles that were delicious, the rest of the things were fried and the sushi was good...

I ordered two veggie burgers but got 2 burgers with meat. I had to pay for a new veggie burger instead of exchanging her mistake and it had bones in it. Totally disgusting

I've only ordered from Il Sogno so far, so I can't comment on the ambience. The delivery always arrives quickly and hot. Here I would like to emphasize that the suppliers from Il Sogne were by far the friendliest suppliers I have had so far. Now for the most important part: The pizzas are fantastic, the base is fluffy and still crispy. Il Sogno pizzas are the only pizzas where I like to eat the crust as it is crispy and fluffy at the same time. They are lavishly topped without being overloaded and taste wonderfully fresh. The noodles are also very good, with enough sauce without drowning in it. The vegetarian pizzas are also very good and don't taste like cardboard like many others. The prices are also absolutely fair. At this point I would like to praise the chef, the person knows his craft. One day I'll come by in person and add the ambience, I'm excited and in good spirits!

Excellent quality and very tasty fish dishes. The fish platter and the absolute hammer Insalata Gambero Rosso are highly recommended. I've never seen a salad like this before, absolutely fresh quality and plenty of fish for a salad plate. Unfortunately we live too far away to come here often. I've never been in a situation where I didn't enjoy Indian food! But this one is a disaster! The prices are so high, even if you get a big portion, it looks like a small one.

My wife and I had a very bad experience at this takeaway. We were treated very badly and they wanted to rip us off with the price, they wanted to charge us the 19% tax without giving us the bill, they insulted us in their language and threw us out of the store by slamming the door in our face closed. I recommend not visiting the store

First of all, I'm happy, and especially my girlfriend, that there are vegan pizzas. Praise for that. We have ordered twice now and both times were disappointing. The first time there was some fish on the vegan pizza. Unsightly, but it can happen when occupied. The second time the pizzas arrived lukewarm and cold. We then put them back in the oven. But it really shouldn't be for that price. Taste OK.

Ein Heidelberger Klassiker! Im Sommer sehr schön der Biergarten, im Herbst im gemütlichen Wirtshaus. Solide, rustikale Küche mit Rindfleisch von der eigenen Herde und Wild aus eigener Jagd.
