Dönapolis in Heidelberg

I bought a coffee from the points of my card. On the monitor that shows the price to the customer, the sum of the prices became zero, but the seller secretly charged the cost of the coffee again, which means that the points were taken in cash once. I wanted to have the coffee on the spot, but in The coffee was delivered to me in a disposable cup to take out.

The food was delicious but unfortunately only chicken kebab. A chicken kebab for €8 is too expensive. Because of the location at the train station, I didn't pay attention to this.

Well, I'll put it this way: I've rarely eaten a worse kebab. Bread soggy, salad too. Overall taste not good.

With all my love, I have never seen anything as disgusting as this kebab anywhere else.

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten, the meat was totally dry and the quantity was more than saved. The kebab there is nowhere near worth its €8 price. Absolutely not recommended.

Doner kebab is tasty, the bread could be better toasted. Price performance, a kebab for 9 euros is too expensive. This one isn't worth it, although there was hardly anything to complain about.

Today I had 3 kebabs and 1 Vitale as Jufka. 32€ for everything... Not great in terms of taste Service lousy, why? They didn't give me a Vitale as a jufka, but a classic as a jufka. I then complained on site and they wanted to change it, but that was a very poor attempt. Some things were missing. The quality and taste have deteriorated significantly; I used to enjoy getting a kebab here. Today for the last time.

There were hardly any ingredients and it was not of very good quality.

Ordered a kebab plate with rice for €14.50 and got a stone of rice from the microwave that was just a child's portion. I then got a new kebab box with the same rice, only heated in the microwave for longer. Just sad for the price and quality

Super friendly seller. Doner box also tasted very tasty. There were also different sauces to choose from, instead of the classic garlic sauce that you usually get as standard.

Best kebab! Erhan is a really great kebab man! I always enjoy being here. All dishes are very good! I like the kebab plate best.

War sehr schlecht, weil ich kaufe ein Döner aber ich bekomme kein Kassenzettel... Das ist ein geschnappt über uns... Übersetzung, I bought a doner for 10 Euros and the voucher they gave me was 5 Euros, so, you see, it is nothing but cheating and evading taxes, My advice is that you only pay by card, other than that there is no receipt or any interest, there will be no unfair gain, I think there is no need for employees like us to lose their rights even if it is 1 penny.

Visited this store after our long unexpected long stay in Heidelberg. Ordered Yufka to take away. Tasty and fresh ingredients, but what bothered me personally was that the Yufka dough wasn't freshly baked.

Unfortunately, me and a colleague experienced negative health effects after eating a kebab in this store. A few hours after eating, we both felt unwell and had to deal with severe abdominal pain, accompanied by nausea and eventually vomiting. The symptoms were so severe that we contacted a doctor for medical treatment. He diagnosed a bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics to counteract possible bacteria. It is extremely unfortunate that we had to face such health problems after visiting this kebab shop. This incident not only caused us inconvenience but also resulted in additional medical costs. We therefore cannot recommend visiting this kebab shop as the hygienic conditions or the quality of the food are obviously problematic. It is hoped that this incident will be taken as an opportunity to take the necessary measures to improve hygiene and ensure the quality of the food on offer. Ultimately, the health and well-being of customers should be the top priority. Please reconsider your decision to visit this kebab shop and avoid it to avoid similar unpleasant experiences The health department was of course informed. My complaint was not ignored there either, which is why I now have to live with further legal consequences.

Really a really bad station kebab. The kebab itself cost €7.50, you have to let it melt in your mouth (not like the crappy kebab, pun and all). This almost borders on usury. Regarding the kebab: the meat was cold and almost raw. It was also very small, especially for the price. So we're talking about a normal kebab, not a student kebab or a senior portion. The taste wasn't good either, the sauce tasted like a garlic sauce from the supermarket. I had a portion of fries with it, which was ok. But nothing more, nothing less. But what I found worst was the service. A woman and a man behind the counter. Both of them were annoyed by their work and they showed it clearly. The food would just be slapped on me, really disgusting😶‍🌫️. I'm definitely not coming back!

Yufka could be bigger. Nutritional offerings on the screen are written so small and cannot be read.

Der leckerste Döner in Heidelberg, Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat mir obwohl ich zu wenig Geld hatte den Döner verkauft! Super laden

Biraz tuzlu olmuştu döner ama temiz bir yere benziyor.

Döner war echt lecker, für den Aufpreis beim Schafskäse bekommt man auch echt mal was für sein Geld. Sitzgelegenheiten zum vor Ort essen gibt es auch. Hätte bisschen mehr Fleisch drauf sein können für den Preis, aber wenn du um 23 Uhr der einzige geöffnete Laden am Hauptbahnhof bist, bestimmst du auch zu Recht den Preis.

Döner sehr schlecht salat sah auch schon sehr alt aus soße war auch nicht gut..... furchtbar nicht zu empfehlen

Leute, top Döner! Falafel, Gemüse, auch das Fleisch ist top. Besitzer super korrekt. Seine Mama arbeitet auch ab und zu mit, richtig tolles Feeling dort!

Super leckerer Döner! Ganz viele verschiedene Variationen, ich lieb ja Avocado! Und bei den ganzen leckeren Soßen, kann ich mich nie entscheiden! :-) Best Döna in town!

Ich hatte lamacun viel gemüse kaum fleisch dafür extra teuer, zum überleben reichts mehr auch nicht. Der MA war extrem freundlich aber kostet so ein Ayran jetzt wirklich 2€ pro stk.???ich kenn den noch da war er 50cent

Ein Restaurant, das mit Leidenschaft geführt wird. Das merkt man sofort daran, wie man empfangen und bedient wird. Und dazu gehen die Inhaber neue Wege, indem sie ein sehr außergewöhnliches und super interessantes Konzept haben. Das Essen war erste Klasse, jederzeit gern wieder!

7 Euro für ein Döner ist ja jetzt fast überall so, aber da erwartet man auch Qualität und kein gekauftes fladenbrot das zerbröselt während dem reinbeißen. Die Joghurt Knoblauch Soße schmeckt leider auch wie überall wahrscheinlich auch nicht selbstgemacht. Döner macht nicht satt, Ambiente ist schön so für den schnellen Hunger gehts aber sonst leider eher schlecht.

Bester Döner in Heidelberg. Der Vitale mit Granatapfel, Pinienkerne und Avocado ist unschlagbar. Und Saucen gibt es 6 verschiedene also für jeden was dabei :) Außerdem bekommt man nirgendwo sonst einen so gut gelaunten und freundlichen Service

Der Vitale Döner war super lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mein Mann und ich kommen hier gerne wieder essen. Weiter so :)

Sehr leckerer Gemüsewrap und exzellenter Service, echt jedes Mal. Die vegetarischen und veganen Alternativen sind super kreativ und nicht nur die lieblose “Salat mit Feta” Variante, die es sonst häufig gibt. Ich hatte einen Wrap mit Couscous, Zucchini, verschiedenem Gemüse, Bohnen und mehr, getoppt mit einer wirklich kreativen Soßenkombination (Limetten-Karotte mit Chili - hab ich sonst noch nie gesehen und der Mitarbeiter hat mir ohne Probleme zwei Soßen gegönnt 👌🏻). Der Service ist eh top; so freundlich wird man kaum wo bedient - und jedem wird der Döner mit einem herzlichen “Lass es dir schmecken” überreicht. Der Hauptbahnhof hatte dringend einen Dönerladen gebraucht und einen empfehlenswerten bekommen!

Der vegetarische Wrap schmeckt mega ! Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Dönerladen direkt am Bahnhof. Die hochwertige Einrichtung macht richtig was her, so gemütliches Ambiente. Der Service ist total nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, der Preis geht total in Ordnung (Studenten sogar 10% Rabatt). Außerdem tolles vegetarisches Angebot! Kann ich nur empfehlen den Laden.
