Enjoy seafood easily. It makes sense to separate meals from fast food items. Salmon was delicious. Stability and deliciousness.

Very unfriendly staff Sauce had gotten all over the paper

Over €17 for a dead-cooked, dry piece of salmon, a few boiled potatoes and a half-full glass of cola. The annoyed waitress explains to me in an arrogant tone that salmon is expensive here and the cola is only a small one in a large glass. Was there just before 4 p.m. There was hardly any choice of food. The food wasn't worth the calories or money. I didn't feel welcome as a guest. The tables were all dirty.

Clear and friendly answer on how to order the food. We are new here and have received everything that was important to us. Clear instructions, friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. Gladly again!

Love the Bretonische Fischsuppe! That's the only dish I order at Nordsee and am never disappointed.

It closes at 8pm but by 7.30pm it had nothing left, perhaps because the Germans have dinner at 6pm.

The food tasted good. The prices are relatively high. The price-performance ratio is not good.

Fish fillet was over salted. The service was slightly overwhelmed.

The one women who is a little bigger with curly hair was immensely rude to us and had an attitude which kind of ruined our mood as well as our day. We were here on 25th of July and can assure that we will never come back here and recommend others not to come. We hope you can tell her to be a little nicer….

I have bought a bottle of beer, the waiter opened it, filled the glass. The half of the beer was still in the bottle he took it and put it aside.

Today, July 6th, 2024 around 4 p.m. we entered the snack bar! I looked at the illuminated billboard and chose hash browns with salmon! They said this is no longer available! Then I decided on a pasta plate (bowl-like), also no longer available! The snack bar is open until 8 p.m. and there were a total of 7 fried fillets on the counter! The employee's enthusiasm was palpable! I finally found a salmon fillet with lukewarm fried potatoes! Reminds me a lot of Baden Baden on Monday! Sale at 12pm! There was nothing going on there anywhere! Not recommended and lukewarm food anyway!

Super surprised! Super friendly employees, courteous, polite, you rarely see something like that in sales. Food great, hot and tasty! Nice atmosphere and above all clean. Will definitely come back.

The Vegan food is way too expensive...and doesnt taste very good...the guy who serves the food doesnt use Glove´s! That is absolutely not acceptable!

Unfortunately there was hardly any sauce on the fried fish roll, the roll was totally hard on the edge, probably from yesterday, but the pollock roll was ok in terms of taste and only had relatively little pollock on it.

I had dinner there with my son on Wednesday. I wanted plaice, son salmon. When the employee put TK pollock on the plate, I had to explain to him that he wanted salmon and not pollock. His food was ok, but in retrospect my plaice wasn't. I had plaice with potatoes and asparagus. On Thursday I had a grumbling in my stomach and had to throw up in the morning on an empty stomach. All the asparagus came out. An hour later I started having diarrhea which continues to this day (Saturday, dinner was on Wednesday!). I went to the doctor yesterday morning: mild food poisoning 🤢 I hope the nightmare will be over soon. But I will avoid all North Sea stores in the future.

It was great, always happy. Unfortunately, you couldn't really relax because it was right in the city, the only disadvantage. Otherwise everything was great.

April 23rd 13 o'clock. Blonde, older employee hits on several customers and is in a bad mood. Her colleagues also get bullied all the time. Unfortunately, this behavior has happened several times with this lady. I don't think it's a good idea to work with people! Just disrespectful

A very bad experience for me. The lady at the food counter (name and origin are not mentioned) cannot be surpassed in her unfriendliness. Then the prices.... Catch of the day 😃 5 potatoes with a bit of fish for €9.49, salad bowl €11.49 For me, with such prices and such unrest and unfriendliness, I would never be able to visit it again. The older lady in front of me felt the same way. Never, ever again

Employees speak almost no German and don't know anything about the food. So they couldn't answer any questions. Were immediately annoyed and unfriendly. Food was cold. The employees eat with their fingers and then go back to serving the customers. I have never experienced anything like it. Simply disgusting and unhygienic.

Unfortunately, Nordsee's quality has generally deteriorated significantly in recent years, in 3 branches that I go to at least once a week. My experience with the Heidelberg branch is as follows; - Tables and chairs were very dirty and at least 4 tables had not been cleared - an employee behind the counter, totally overwhelmed by the crowd (there were a total of 5 guests who wanted to place their order, and alone! - The voucher code could not be activated despite entering it into the checkout several times and therefore we could not use this advantage - Ordered a total of 3 dishes and all three were cold, we left or cleared everything and left the shop. It's a shame that the Nordsee brand can no longer maintain the usual quality

The food was cold, tasteless and dripping with grease. I don't recommend it.

So North Sea was never the highest of emotions, but now you can't even go into the store anymore. The herring salads have twice already had an unpleasant taste and a certain tingling sensation in the mouth, which means that a fermentation process has begun. I'm also finding it increasingly uncomfortable not being able to place an order with my normal German without repeating it three times. Incidentally, English doesn't work well either. It's an absurdity, especially for the people who work there. They have immigrated and are willing to do jobs that no one here wants to do anymore. The minimum would be to give them the opportunity to learn the language properly in advance and at the same time you could also give them proper training on the products. My questions could not be answered. I can't imagine that I'm the only one who is bothered by something like this. Accordingly, these employees would have to deal with dissatisfied customers every day. Wouldn't it be more pleasant for everyone to ensure in advance that they can do their job correctly?

The restaurant I visited was disappointing. The tables were dirty and the glasses weren't clean. The food only tasted like oil. I won't come back.

My family really enjoys going to the North Sea. The food was very good and the service was very friendly 👍. The staff is friendlier than here in KL and the selection is also better and larger.

The last time wasn't so good, and the food was very cold and the last piece was given to me. Nothing pleased me. I'm sorry.

In and of itself, the shop is fine if you want to eat something quickly in Heidelberg. Tourists, on the other hand, can recommend the many other restaurants with a larger selection of dishes and friendlier staff.

I'm from Heidelberg and have eaten here 30 years ago. I have to say, it's a catastrophe to eat here today. The display is empty at lunchtime and you wait forever for freshly prepared food. The staff speaks poor German, and if so If you ask about the missing fried potatoes, it means the boss doesn't order anything! I will never eat here again!!!!

Zu wenig Personal zum Bedienen der Kundschaft. Lange Wartezeiten bis man dann Bezahlt hat ist das Essen wieder Kalt.

Tasty food and not too expensive

Sehr schöner Laden mit freundlichem Personal und sowohl Innenauswahl mit Sitzplätzen und einer Ausgabe nach Außen zum mitnehmen. Der Bismarkhering war gut, allerdings ist Nordsee doch recht teuer, vor allem, wenn man dort eine volle Mahlzeit isst.

Die Bedienung war so unfreundlich, ich weiss nicht warum man so jemanden vor die Gäste stellt,es wurde aber auch jeder so behandelt. Das Essen war auch nicht berauschend, um 13.00fast nichts in der Auslage und das was ich hatte war alles andere als knusprig.

Erschreckend ! Hatte Lust auf ein leckeres frisches Heringsbrötchen auf die Hand. Was ich bekommen habe war ein altes trockenes Aufbackbrötchen mit etwas Zwiebel mit einem kleinen Hering. Habe daraufhin das Personal angesprochen die mich zum Leiter der Filiale geschickt hat. Er wiederum verweist auf die Nordseegruppe die diese minderwertige Qualität vorgibt. Meine Meinung dazu ist daher ziemlich einfach "der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf her" Nordseefilialen in Zukunft "Nein Danke" Qualität bei Nordsee? Das war einmal. Echt schade.

Ich liebe Nordsee. Essen war wie immer gut. Leider ging es heute im Service etwas hoch her. Dies war aber nur eine Moment Aufnahme. Samstag gegen 14 Uhr wollten anscheinend mehr Leute essen. Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln waren auf jeden Fall lecker 😋

Great fried fish dishes, has an outdoor hut for quick orders. We went to dine in, but didnt understand the ordering. Constantly had to "flag" service.

Ich war gerade dort essen und habe mir gedacht:,,was ein netter Service"! Das Essen🥪 hat auch richtig gut geschmeckt, würde ich auch weiter empfehlen. Doch leider muss ich bei Ambiente ein Stern 🌟 abziehen weil viele Zigaretten auf dem Boden lagen. Aber dafür könnt ihr ja nichts Sonst war alles tip top👍👏

Das Essen war ok. Die Mitarbeiter der Filiale sind seit 3 Jahren gleich unfreundlich und unangenehm. Bei diesen Preisen sollte der Service eigentlich passen, ist aber leider nicht so!

We wanted to eat fish and Nordsea was the solution for us. Unfortunately only the sandwiches and the plate with salmon are tasty. My wife tried Alaska plate and it was fried and full of oil. I tried the pasta plate, it was frozen and boiled in microwave oven. If you buy a sandwich there is no seat to eat it . Only if you buy a plate you can seat inside the restaurant. The prices are high and with that money we could eat a nice burger or a tasty potato soup.

Wollten heute Abend um 18:15 dort etwas essen... Wurden sehr bestimmt darauf hingewiesen das die Dame jetzt nichts mehr grillt oder macht. Wir könnten ja das, noch vorrätige, gebackene Seelachfilet essen.... Wir gingen, ohne zu essen, genau wie ein Paar vor uns auch... Schade

Ungeduldige Verkäufer an der Mitnahme Theke, obwohl ich gesagt habe das ich mit der Karte zahlen will hieß es ich soll mit Bargeld zahlen, weil sie das im Kassensystem schon abgezogen hätte. Genervt hat sie doch die Karte akzeptiert nachdem ich ihr erklärt habe dass das nicht mein Fehler sondern ihr Fehler war!

Die angebotenen Speisen sind kaum genießbar. Eher Reste. Die Beilagen sind fad. Alles eher lauwarm. Auswahl unterirdisch. Das Personal ist missmutig, abgelenkt und zéro serviceorientiert. Hier ist kein Kunde König. Die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt unangenehm. Vor Jahren war Nordsee Heidelberg gut. Mittlerweile ein Desaster auf allen Linien. Die Heidelberger Hauptstraße mag auf den Hund gekommen sein, aber besseres als Nordsee Heidelberg findet sich selbst dort.

Der Herr an der Essensausgabe war sehr freundlich und hatte viel zu tun, die Dame an der Kasse war äußerst uninteressiert und unfreundlich. Habe ohne Getränk gewählt weil ich nur sehr wenig trinken darf, dabei hat sie mit den Augen gerollt und mich ausgelacht. Auch zu meinen Begleitern war sie sehr abfällig, diese Dame ist Geschäftsschädigende. Das Essen war OK

Nordsee halt, ok wenn es schnell gehen soll!

Man muss sich nicht wundern ,wenn in der Heidelberger Fußgängerzone die Lichter ausgehen. Zu zweit wollten wir am 04.01.2023 um ca 16:15 Uhr in der Nordsee schön lecker Fisch essen gehen. Angekommen in der Nordsee Hauptstraße ging es zur. Bestellung.Leider mussten wir feststellen das Brat und Salzkartoffeln aus waren was ja nicht schlimm ist ,bzw. recht schnell wieder frisch zubereitet ist.Das war ein Irrglaube. Man sagte uns es gibt nur Kartoffelsalat.!!!!???? Auf wiederholten Nachfragen bzgl Brat /Salzkartoffeln habt nur die Antwort : Kartoffelsalat. Das haben wir dann dankend abgelehnt und das Lokal verlassen. Uns wird die Nordsee ,wo wir immer gerne hingegangen sind ,nicht mehr zu Ihren Kunden zählen können.Da es auch nicht zum ersten Mal so war.

I was visiting from the state of Texas out of the United States for college when I first found NORDSEE . I'd walk 6 kilometers nearly each day I was there for my classes to enjoy fish. NORDSEE lead me and my intrest towards a career with seafood in the states as a fishmonger. My experience while there inspired a love for fish and seafood in me, I write this review as thanks. I dream of making a return one day and enjoying the food I miss so dearly. Sorry for the random review just feeling both nostalgic and appreciative. Leckerer Fisch, gute Angebote mit der App, Personal freundlich,Beilagen könnten etwas Großzügiger sein in der Menge. In der Fußgängerzone daher schlecht mit Parken.

Diese Kette ist normalerweise sehr gut ich esse egal wo ich sie treffe nur in Heidelberg niemals. Kein Teller Menü in Karton oder Tüten.?????Das glaube ich nie .Kein Pommes. Ketchup auch fehlt .Fünf kleine Fisch Stücke reichen nicht für einen Portion dürfte es nicht haben. Personal ist Katastrophe kann nicht vergleichen zwischen Pommes oder Kartoffeln Ecken. Weißt nicht was Kartoffeln Ecken oder wedjes bedeuten. Sechs Gäste sind rauskommen oder rausgeschmissen falsche Getränke. Können nicht mit Gästen gut umgehen. Ich möchte nicht mehr Schreiben über was wir Erlebten aber ich finde es ist NICHT GUT FÜR DIE KETTE WO LEUTE SICH AUF EUCH VERLASSEN HABEN. MANN MUß DISPLIENIERT OB DER CHEF AM ORT ODER NICHT 100 EURO KONNTEN WIR AUSGEBEN ABER SCHADE.
