I can give anything to do with pizza and salad a good rating. There was a small incident but the nice driver even remembered it, so I think the service deserves 5/5 stars.

We had two party pizzas, which arrived piping hot and were delicious! The Margherita could have been a bit spicier, but that would be nitpicking.

I ordered through Lieferando with a voucher, but it was canceled, and I was still charged, which I didn't know about. I was forced to pay by card even though I had already ordered elsewhere. That's a disgrace, and I'll be ordering again because the pizza wasn't that good either. So a little tip for the store: if this happens again to another customer, please call the customer again and let them know, or ask if they should still deliver.

January 2023: The pizza tasted okay, not much better than a frozen one. It was very small and way too expensive.

Ordered from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM. An hour later, they called to say something had gone wrong and asked if we still wanted the food. I said it wasn't a problem and that they should bring it. At 7:45 PM, they called to say the requested food wasn't available. They asked if they should even bring the remaining food. After we ordered a replacement meal (it was $3.50 cheaper than the requested one), the entire meal finally arrived at 8:20 PM, unfortunately only lukewarm. They embezzled the $3.50 overcharge. The driver, who was very nice, got a tip from me because he was very nice and couldn't do anything about it. Nice website, by the way. I don't think we'll give Flora another chance.

The flavor of the tomato sauce and cheese was particularly outstanding! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the service was quick. Bad service, poor hygiene and disappointing taste! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pizzeria at all. As soon as you order, you notice that there are no prices on the price board - so you order without knowing what to expect at the checkout. The staff simply ignored the customers. And then the pizza itself – a total disappointment. The dough was tough and tasted old, like it had been prepared for days. The topping was carelessly thrown on, the cheese was cheap and bland. The tomato sauce tasted watery and had absolutely no flavor. All in all, the pizza seemed like it came from a discount store freezer and was far from what you would expect from a good pizzeria. The edge was hard and dry while the center was mushy. Just plain unappetizing! Regarding cleanliness: there were cobwebs in the corners and the cutlery was dirty. This created an uncomfortable feeling before the pizza even arrived. Overall, a disappointing experience that I definitely won't repeat!

Super delicious pizza, highly recommended as a delivery service! There is also a small table in the restaurant where you can order a pizza to be picked up - waiting time is okay.

The Jägerschnitzel with fries and salad is worth a cheat every Sunday. The pizzas are also impressive. In addition, the operators are very, very friendly

I would even give zero stars. Customer service defies description! Given another chance several times and disappointed every time!!! The highlight today was ordering a Gorgonzola pizza which was delivered with pesto instead of blue cheese. After we pointed this out by phone, it was explained to me that the boss wanted to grate the Gorgonzola on the pizza 🙈 and not put it in pieces on the pizza as usual... So in all seriousness you are being played for a fool! Furthermore, this incident speaks of borderline business conduct and suggests bad things regarding the quality of the ingredients!! Unfortunately never again!!!

Incredibly bad pizza. Nothing really tasted good. By far the worst pizza I have ever eaten.

Just terrible. Slat sauce was quite sour and tasted disgusting and was rubbish. Wrong pasta delivered with zero taste and overcooked. Extra toppings on the pizza were simply not delivered but were charged, which was around 3 euros. The other pizza simply had something on it that was supposed to be left out. Dough just terrible freezer dough. One star is really too much for the food

I had imagined Alsatian tarte flambée to be something different. There was ham on it instead of bacon and not even onions. I also missed the sour cream. In terms of taste, it was a disaster and ended up in the trash. My tip: stick to a classic recipe, don't offer it or buy frozen tarte flambée.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, bei den ist immer was los. Aber wenn ich immer, bei den Vorbeigehen und die leckerste Pizza mein Leben esse, lohnt, sich so warten. Sie sind einen Familienbetrieb, wo durch hohe Kundschaft momentan belastet sind. Und ich muss dazu sagen, dass super macht. Und der alte Besitzer versucht, den immer fertig zu machen.

Den Laden kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Döner Pizza Geschmacklich super 👌 Preise sind auch in Ordnung.

Nima von Pizzaria Flora ist ein super korrekter Typ. Er hat uns trotz Feierabend noch den Abend gerettet mit zwei leckeren großen Pizzen und einem knackigen Salat. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin 🥗💃🏼

Pizza nicht "rein italienisch", aber lecker und geniessbar. Nette Gastgeber, sind meistens gut drauf und sind schnell. Immer wieder gern.

Ich kann nur sagen leckeres Essen mit viel Auswahl besser als vorher und vorallem freundliches Personal und der Fahrer auch

Besser als erwartet. Aber das Personal ist, bis auf den Koch, nicht sonderlich versiert und versteht gefühlt nur die Hälfte. Pizza selbst ist lecker. Pizza klein ist hier 26cm, das ist bei uns , Norddeutschland, normal, aber so richtig 26cm war die auch nicht, eher kleiner. Für normale Menschen besser mittel 32cm ordern.

W końcu w Heidelbergu mamy wyborną włoską restaurację! Pizza jest okrągła, a piwo mokre. Absolutny top lokali, które w życiu odwiedziłem. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś rozrosną się jak Pizza Hut i cały świat pozna ten boski smak!

Ich fand Pizza und Salat lecker. Der Salat war sehr frisch mit viel Dressing, toll. Was ich besonders loben will, sind die geschälten Gurken, echt. :D Fahrer war auch nett, nur die Lieferzeit ist lang. Wenn man das aber vorher weiß und sich drauf einstellt, ist das auch nicht dramatisch.

Mussten leider 1:45 Stunden länger als der Liefertermin warten. Haben als Entschädigung zwei Euro und eine Mezzo Mix bekommen, leider konnte beides nicht für den nicht genießbaren Teig und den etwas mageren Belag entschädigen. Anbei ein Foto der California Pizza, welche ua. mit Hackfleisch belegt sein sollte, leider kaum erkennbar bzw. zu schmecken. War leider die letzte Bestellung.

Pizza Margherita klein, 4,50 Euro. Wunderbar

Pizza kam einma total verbrannt an. Aber sonst wie immer der beste Pizzalieferservice.Bei allen anderen Bestellungen waren die Pizzen wieder wie gewohnt sehr lecker :)

Pizza ist leider nur gerade so akzeptabel. Die Böden scheinen wohl Industrieware zu sein und sind dementsprechend nicht sehr überzeugend. Service ist gut bis wirklich gut und die Lieferzeiten absolut im Rahmen. Im Vergleich zu Pizza mit handwerklich gut gemachten Böden kann ich hier aber leider nur zwei Sterne vergeben. Auch wenn es etwas Zeit kosten mag: Bitte mehr Mühe in den Teig bzw. den daraus entstehenden Boden investieren!

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden aber heute hatte ich zum ersten Mal einen Lieferanten, der sich geweigert hat direkt an die Haustür zu liefern. Anscheinend war er nicht in der Lage meine Nummer zu wählen, weshab er dann doch an die Tür kommen musste und dann noch die unverschämtheit besaß Corona als Vorwand zu nehmen um nicht einen Stock nach oben laufen zu müssen. Liebes Pizza Flora team, weder ist es dem Leiferanten vorboten mir wegen Corona die Pizza direkt vor die Haustür zu liefern noch dient meine private Nummer dazu mich nach unten zu rufen nur weil der Lieferant keine Lust hat zu laufen. Ich habe einen besseren Service erwartet.
