Afghan cuisine in general, and chopan or chopans in particular, is simply top. The food is always like a poem, so elegant, delicately seasoned,… recommended! Pumpkin as a starter and spinach, aubergine… all very delicious.

Disappointment and bad experience. Plates half empty and not fresh and the price isn't right either. We wouldn't come again. Not recommended

Nett eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Viel Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Portionen groß. Essen sehr gut! Preise fair. Für 2 Personen mit Vorspeise, Hauptgericht, Dessert und Wein lagen wir unter 100 €. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

I ordered something via TooGoodToGo, supposedly worth €21, what I got was a lot of dry rice, three pieces of potatoes and a bit of overcooked cauliflower 😕 I was hoping for more

Next time the waiter could ask more often if you would like something more to drink. But the selection of special dishes is so great that we would like to come back to try even more!

There were five of us in this restaurant this evening and we ate kebabs but they eat very badly and we were all laid up that evening and we went to the toilet every minute..😳

Dining at Watan is a splendid experience. It was nostalgic. I experienced quality food with a taste and familiarity of my watan (Pushtun).

Great food, very nice waiter Lunch special for €9.90 is unbeatable

Das Lokal ist klein und war voll besetzt. Wir waren zu Fünft an unserem reservierten Tisch; die Reservierung war schon recht mühsam, da das Telefon nicht gut besetzt ist. Die Einrichtung und der freundliche, bemühte Service kamen bei uns erstmal gut an. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich und wir genossen die gute Qualität und die ausgesprochen intensiven Aromen der verschiedenen Gerichte in vollen Zügen. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist voll in Ordnung. Zwar wussten wir, das die Essenszeit unserer Sitzung um 20:00 Uhr endet. Jedoch hat das sehr rigorose Verteilen eines " Infodruck´s " der sich als Rechnung herausstellte die Stimmung deutlich gedrückt; und das gleich an vielen Tischen. Die anschließende vehemente Abkassierung machte den faden Beigeschmack, sich als Gast nicht wohlfühlen zu können komplett. Das Restaurant ist um 18:00 Uhr nur für eine kurze Essenseinnahme z. B. nach dem Büro geeignet.

Halal food, good taste, reasonable price, friendly people

Tried Qabuli Pulao, Chapli kebab and it was tasty. Service is good. It's a small setup but overall food is tasty. I wish if they can start afghan karhi as well. They have bring traditional dish Chapli kebab. Something new in Munich and not seen in any other restaurant. Overall good experience and recommended.

A very tasty and authentic meal from Afghan cuisine. The Palau was very tasty and had the typical raisins and carrots in it. I really enjoyed my Mantu and the portion was big enough. We also tried a single lamb kebab, which I really enjoyed. We will certainly come back.

Ich / wir können das Chopan nur wärmstens empfehlen,- Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, der Service perfekt,das Essen einzigartig. Ich Hatte einen Geschäftstermin, und freue mich auf das nächste Al. Wir waren mehr als begeistert , das Essen ist wirklich wunderbar, die Vorspeise der Hauptgang, mehr als nur besonders, alles was wir gegessen haben, hatte eine besondere Note. Der Chef empfiehlt, und kümmert sich ausserordentlich um seine Gäste. Selten zu finden das verstehe ich als Dienstleistung
