Food was very tasty and came quickly. Unfortunately, the mushroom pan came with mushrooms instead of the advertised morels. There was also no rice or extra plates with the bowls, which was a shame. You need a filling side dish, I wasn't really full even after two bowls (with specially ordered rice). And if you want to share the bowls with your companion, extra plates would be nice. We had also ordered a small juice, but a large one was brought and charged.
Cuisine adapted to the German palate.
The food is great... even if you (like me) can't buy into all the vegetarian and vegan hype). But there is only a buffet and no table service; The tables are also small and cramped and it is generally rather loud. The outdoor area is a bit more spacious... but is located directly on a busy street.
Super cool shop! Service was super friendly! Unfortunately it was completely understaffed when we were there, so we waited over an hour for the food. Unfortunately, the food was different than expected, the burgers had a kind of potato-tofu patty, which unfortunately didn't blow me away, and the chili cheese fries were just covered in the hot sauce from a Chinese restaurant.
Otherwise a really cool shop, great atmosphere and people! Next time I'll try something different, there was still a lot to choose from.
Good vegan snack bar with seating. Very tasty Whöner plate. The unicorn burger, fries and sweet potato fries were also very tasty. Plus a Viva de Agua or non-alcoholic lamb brew. Really recommended. 💪🏻🥳🦄
The meal presented was unfortunately not cooked to perfection. The potatoes retained a firm texture, and the asparagus seemed underdone. We regret not bringing this to the server's attention during the meal. A perfectly prepared dish enhances the dining experience. We hope for a better culinary outcome next time.
This vegan restaurant knows how to offer traditional and modern dishes, and it absolutely hit our taste buds. Highlights include the solyanka, the nut roast, and the farmer's breakfast. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and relaxed. The outdoor seating areas in the courtyard or in front of the restaurant are a definite plus. The restaurant is authentic and doesn't try to emulate any fancy trend. Stay as you are. From now on, you will be a permanent fixture on our visits to Dresden.
A reservation is highly recommended.
I made a reservation for dinner, until we arrived at the restaurant we did not know that they did not accept card payments, only cash. I consider it necessary to mention it when making a reservation, we have come expressly to try the restaurant and we have had to leave without dinner and look for another option.
It was my first time in the meat factory, I ordered the gyro plate and it was delicious. Plus a raspberry soda and a piece of carrot cake for home. The food was plentiful, tasty and I can only recommend the meat factory. It was definitely not the last time I was there
