Today I was at the Schlotzeria, and I was very disappointed. It's self-service this year, which unfortunately doesn't appeal to me. I had a banana split... 5 slices of banana with a dollop of chocolate sauce on each slice. That's not a banana split for me.
I told the owner that I wanted a whole banana and more chocolate sauce.
Unfortunately, the lady wasn't pleased and said everyone does it differently. They take a quarter of a banana and put it on the ice cream. Next time I can ask for more banana. I'm not sure if there will be a next time.
Nice kiosk with a great selection of ice cream, we come here every weekend in the summer with my wife, I recommend it to everyone.

For parents with children there is definitely a nice place, playground next door, waterway too and many, many other children who also want to eat ice cream and play....
For me as an individual or together with my husband to eat ice cream, chat and maybe relax a bit, a little loud but still very nice. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is clean.
The price-performance ratio isn't good. You arrive at the ice cream parlor in the early afternoon, and all the sundaes can't be made because the ingredients are missing. Their response was, "We can offer you a simple spaghetti ice cream..."
So the ice cream was great. But unfortunately very overpriced! We also waited almost 20 minutes for spaghetti ice cream. The store wasn't even that full. The service was tense.
We got a few balls to take with us.
The employees are friendly. There are unusual varieties and the classics.
The ice cream is homemade. And it tasted very good.
