I didn't think it was bad but not above average either.

Very good ramen in many different variations. Plus a few seasonal dishes and starters. Everything 100% vegan. I really like the ambience - a mix of urban industrial minimalism with a few consciously colorful Asian-inspired decorative elements. Service is nice and quick. Definitely an absolute recommendation!

We were very satisfied, both ramen were very tasty. The non-alcoholic cocktails are also highly recommended. I would love to go there again and again for ramen.

Really incredibly tasty! A great selection of ramen - from classic to modern compositions - and the taste is simply outstanding. The drinks are great too! We tried three different yogurt mocktails and each one was highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit – not just for vegans or vegetarians!

We particularly recommend the silken tofu as a starter, as well as the basil ramen and the curry ramen!

Very original ramen. This place specializes in it. Very nice service. Food very tasty and fresh. The duck ramen was too salty for me, but that's just how it's supposed to taste.

One of the best Ramens I’ve ever had. All food is super tasty and so are the cocktails! Absolute gem in the otherwise dull area of Potsdamer Platz.

We completely lucked out by this place being round the corner from our accommodation when we visited Berlin. The service was very quick, the food was incredible, the drinks were delicious and the saki was such a treat. I took two non vegans here and they both absolutely loved it too, my partner is a chef and can be really particular about food but had absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the whole meal. Between the three of us we tried three different mains and almost all the sides and everything was delicious, highly recommend! Would advise booking a table to avoid disappointment as it was busy which is also a good sign!

Atmosphere and food is ok, the service need to improve and get trained. I ask asked warm water and repeated or boiled water, she offered a cold drink without double confirmation. I asked if could be cancelled, told” it’s impossible”. At the end, I asked if pay half cash half card, coz I wanted to use my coins. She said, “it’s impossible”. How impossible!!! You told such many impossible, forcing or threatening your client?

Very nice atmosphere, very nice service and most importantly: super delicious food! The portions are perfect!

Simply delicious! The drinks are also really delicious (have only tried teas and mocktails but I don't doubt that the cocktails will be great too based on the quality of all the other drinks I've tried so far). A little on the pricier side but totally worth treating yourself here. The curry ramen with the mushroom skewers are my favourite!

The food was very tasty, although I'm a bit skeptical about going vegan. For the price it was a very tasty and large portion. You pay just €11.90 for certain ramen between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. For €11.90 they were very large and tasty portions. For this money you get a nice ambience, delicious food, green tea and nice service. 5/5 stars. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon this place whilst looking for a good vegan spot near to our hotel, and honestly, it blew me away. I’ve had my fair share of vegan ramen, but this place takes it to another level. The moment I walked in, the warm, inviting vibe hit me—dim lighting, cool decor, and just the right amount of buzz in the air. It felt like the kind of place where you could chill with friends or even enjoy a solo meal without feeling out of place. I went for their Vegan Duck Ramen, and wow—the broth was rich and packed with flavor, and the "duck" had this perfect texture that made me double-check if it was really plant-based. I also tried a bit of my friend’s Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was just as mind-blowing. The balance of spices, the fresh veggies, the noodles with just the right bite—it all came together beautifully. I will say, the broth leaned a little salty, but honestly, it just added to the bold flavors. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Super friendly, attentive, and they genuinely seemed passionate about the food they were serving. Plus, their cocktail menu? Absolute fire. I had a drink that perfectly complemented the ramen—fresh, creative, and not something you'd find at your typical ramen joint. If you’re in Berlin and craving something hearty, flavourful, and 100% plant-based, Shisomen is a must. It was really hard to not come back to this place everyday during our stay in Berlin - will miss this dearly!

I happened to pass by this famous restaurant with a queue and waited for almost half an hour before I went in. The business was very good. Even if you make a reservation, you may have to wait for a table. The ramen has been improved and the side dishes are not what you would find in orthodox Japanese ramen, such as green vegetables and bamboo shoots. , Green Cauliflower, the wonton ramen I ordered was not meat-filled wontons, but beetroot-flavored wontons, so it was pink and tasted very special. The soup was a bit like wonton soup mixed with ramen soup. I have never tasted this before. It tastes bad but tastes good. The price of a bowl of ramen is about 14-16 pounds. There is no service charge but the service attitude is very good.

I'm not actually vegan or vegetarian, I was just looking for a good restaurant. I found what I was looking for at Shisomen! A very nicely designed restaurant with delicious food. We just had to be a little patient until the nice waitress noticed us and paid our bill.

We stopped by spontaneously at lunchtime and basically had a delicious lunch. There is then tea with it. The curry and ramen were tasty, but could have been a little spicier. It lacked a bit of spiciness and flavor. Nevertheless, the price and quality were right.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! The ramen is incredibly delicious and the selection of vegan options is fantastic. The flavors are perfectly balanced and the quality of the food is always consistently high. I am always very satisfied and always look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who loves vegan cuisine!

Interesting vegan food. We found the place by chance but enjoyed it very much. We took 3 business lunches, which included a main course and the glass of tea. We started with the beetroot gyoza, which was good but a beet bland. For the main course, we tried 2 ramen , chicken and beef, and one curry. All good, but the curry was definitely the best with a lot of flavours, some of some new to me. For dessert, we took a mochi, which was full of mango flavour on the inside. Something different and tasty.

Simply too delicious! Best ramen I've ever eaten in Europe.

The soups are very tasty. Personally, I think they could have had a more intense taste. The ramen noodles themselves were a little too soft and a little too much in relation to the soup. I was thrilled with the silken tofu. Perfectly seasoned and an incredibly tasty chili oil. Clear recommendation as a side dish. The service is extremely friendly and a modern but cozy atmosphere.

Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the meal to the impeccable service! The hibiscus mocktail was divine, the kimchi ramen and tonkatsu curry were to die for, we really enjoyed ourselves. The matcha ice cream to finish on a soft, fresh and sweet note was not too much. Absolutely fair prices for very good quantities and above all very high quality. We will come back as soon as possible!

Phenomenal. Best Vegan Ramen I have ever had. Umami, Umami everywhere. Cannot flaw it. Starters are also excellent. Cocktails are also pretty damn good. We went on a Sunday evening and it was packed, probably best to book first.

I didn't think I'd like vegan ramen at first, but this place won me over! The broth is great and the veggies are delicious. The beet root gyoza is amazingly flavorful. The cocktails are yum. Go for lunch for a good deal. I usually stop by for dinner if I don't feel like cooking ... noodles always hits the spot, especially when it's cold and grey in Berlin.

Nach meinem Geschmack, ohne in Japan gewesen zu sein, sehr sehr gute vegane japanische Küche. Verschiedene Vorspeisen, Ramen, alles super. Noch keinen Nachtisch probiert, dafür aber japanisches Bier welches sehr passend zum Essen ist.

Delicious smells and incredible choices on the menu. The starters, mains anc cocktails are all fantastic and we had the best kimchi + mushroom ramen I've had in Europe! Definitely will come again

We had miso ramen, the basil ramen and the tonkatsu curry. The latter is really tasty. As many have already described here: Ramen could taste more intense. Gyoza and kimchi are simple frozen or ready-made products, but great for the price.

I recently visited l and had mixed feelings about my experience. Unfortunately, I found the food to be quite disappointing and not to my taste at all. However, I must say that the cocktails were a highlight of the evening—really fancy and delicious! While the food didn't work for me, others might enjoy it more, so it could just be a matter of personal preference. If you’re in the mood for some creative cocktails, this place might be worth a visit, but I would recommend checking out the food options elsewhere.

A true wonderful surprise ! Shisomen offers a fusion with Japanese dish and veganism. And I gotta say I totally enjoyed it. Design wise : It’s a nice and well set place, subtle, with a feeling of comfy and cozy Japanese touch. Food wise : We got to try different appetizers and they were all pretty tasty. I got the shoyu ramen and even though it was not pork, it was still pretty tasty and broth really good. Cocktail wise : You gotta try their cocktail especially the Sakura Dream that was for me the best. Price wise : completely affordable and worth it regarding to the quality and the effort of making vegan food accessible. Loved the concept and will be back when I’m back in Berlin. You have to try it !

As s non vegetarian my udon noodle dish was delicious tasty and I love meat nothing was missed! The drinks were delicious and appropriately sized! I like big and full glasses/drinks. It was busy during a week night and compact! They do have an out door area . Might be a bit too compact for a wheel chair person to feel comfortable cannot remember if the entrance was flat for wheelchair but I want to say yes

The place is very quiet and cozy, the service is friendly and little else. But the food was a delight, one of the best vegan places I tried, both the starters and the main dishes, without a doubt if I come to Berlin again it would be one of the places to repeat.

The broth is good, but the vegan duck is unfortunately inedible. Rubber. Great appetizer - tempura cauliflower in sauce.

The food was excellent and very well seasoned. The restaurant is cozy and clean, and the service was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the vegan substitute is not convincing. The broths are too thin in flavor. Most of it looks good, but the taste can't keep up. And a bit too expensive for the performance.

10/10! If you're in the area, definitely eat there! I ate the best gyozas there and the ramen is simply incredibly delicious! Very aromatic broth, lots of content and enough different dishes that there is something for everyone. I will definitely go again when I'm back in Berlin.

Found the ramen a bit overrated and I think there are better alternatives in Berlin. The service is very friendly and you can pay by card.

A great discovery! Unfortunately we only had a short time, but they were considerate and served us quickly. We had 3 cocktails and 3 dishes. All were outstanding! The cocktails were perfectly seasoned. The ramen was fantastic and put many (meat/veggy) ramens we've tried before to shame. We will recommend the restaurant to everyone and are already looking forward to our next visit to Berlin.

The miso ramen broth lacked depth in flavour and the umami miso taste I was hoping for. Good chew on the noodle. The restaurant seems to be run by a Vietnamese family. Service was great and it was well priced.
