Hage Ramen in Berlin

I really loved the atmosphere here. The painted walls and decor worked really well to create a vibe I liked a lot. I didn't like the online order system, would be easier if they just used a regular menu

The food was very good. The broth had a very intense flavor and the noodles were chewy. It's a shame there's no pork though. Unfortunately, the Chicken Chashu was very disappointing. I definitely want to try the other warm dishes there. The portions looked very small at first glance, but they were really filling. We each had one starter per person, which was also very tasty. Orders are made using a filling form if you pay in cash. At the end, how much everything costs is written on the order form in pen. If you pay by card, you have to order online. There is hardly any service, more self-service.

“Wait until we assign you a seat” takes on completely new dimensions here. Waiting for 30 minutes without being acknowledged with a glance or a quick “Hello…” is in itself rude. When there are still a number of places available, you eventually give up and have enough. The food is top. The rest, well… I won't be passing by any time soon.

The noodles are super good, and it’s the real Ramen; the broth is ok; the half cooked eggs are great; the other toppings are just normal; Just wish they had a proper tangible menu, not having to view it through your smartphone

This was the second time I had the vegan miso ramen soup and I was very satisfied! Really tasty! The service is friendly and super fast. Ordering is done online, you scan the card on your cell phone, then have the option to order directly and pay online, although cash payment is also possible.

Lovingly furnished restaurant with fast service. In my opinion the best ramen in Berlin. I really liked the vegetarian karaage. I can also recommend the vegetarian Shoyu Ramen. Will be my new regular ramen shop

felt fooled by the very high reviews. disappointed with the taste of the noodles and the broth was a bit sour, I didn't even finish my food. the chicken was also not smoky like in the picture. But the Katsudon is fine.

No idea why the rating is so high, the noodles definitely feel like store-bought instant noodles, not homemade.

We had vegan ramen, which was delicious, but we've had better. The woman who served us was a bit unfriendly. What really bothered us was the smell of the toilet. We wouldn't have wanted to sit in the back area. It went to the front because the door was open.

This was the best ramen I’ve had in my life. The atmosphere was very comforting. The service was pleasant and straightforward with servers that are laid back.

I used the rating again and got my ass kicked. The issue of paying is a confusing matter, I didn't come to an agreement with the gentleman who immediately told me to turn on the online menu. And pay there, I suggested that I prefer cash, but he didn't explain to me how to do it. I read the comments here about paying at home. He gave us a card that said I could pay in cash, but he insisted on paying online! This was the first minus. The cards he gave us could be cleaned more often, they're all stuck together... Already a little pissed off, I finished the online order and received the drinks. Very tasty aloe vera with a dirty metal straw... so I didn't look at it right away! 🥴 Ramen has arrived! My partner's egg had a fly or some other small thing with wings on it... he just took it out and ate it, but he's not a fan of Asian dishes and I won't drag him to a similar place after something like that. Overall, the Ramen was tasty, but the payment, the unwelcoming staff, the sad tube and the fly in the plate... unfortunately, the taste of the dishes couldn't defend it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The ramen here is sooo good. The store is decorated in Japanese anime and manga style and is cute. The food is very authentic and very tasty.

The food was very tasty, and you can order as better suits you, using and app or face to face. The service was just ok, but I am not coming back and here is why: the sanitary condition of the restaurant is terrible. The toilet was very dirty, it seems like the sink was cleaned last time a couple of years ago, and to make it even worse I saw a huge rat going out of the kitchen.

We tried the Shoyu Ramen and Gyozas… and everything was delicious!!!! I really recommend this place, and the prices are really good compared to other places in Berlin.

What can you say, the ramen tastes very good, you never wait long for your food, the waiters are friendly... so for me everything is always very good and that's why it's a must-visit on almost every Berlin trip. Definitely highly recommended. ^^

Unfortunately the food has gone downhill. The ramen was good, but the starters, the pak choi and kimchi, were far too bitter and didn't taste good. We had mentioned this, but we had not received any funding for it. The matcha cake was also pure ice cream. Service was still nice. We expected much more. Price also high!

Cute little place with really tasty Ramen. I recommend the Miso Ramen as main, edemame and gyozas as starters. This is my second time visiting the place and will come back again in future.

It's great here, you can also order vegan, the things are exported from Japan and you can taste it in the quality because the ramen is first class.

We had shoyu ramen and duck ramen. The broth and noodles were very good, unfortunately the chicken in the shoyu tasted old. Several people tried the chicken - everyone put it aside. The duck was ok but standard. The side dishes were great! Sorry, but we won't order again. There is simply much better ramen in Berlin.

A great place to eat a great ramen (generous portions).

This cute little ramen place tucked away in Wilmersdorf exudes a charming minimalistic vibe. Ordering is a breeze, with the option to pay via QR code or the old-fashioned pen and paper method for cash payments. The menu is succinct. While there are a few appetizers, sides, rice dishes, and desserts available, the real star here is undoubtedly the ramen. The gyoza were a delightful start, but the ramen stole the show with its rich, flavorful broth simmered for 12 hours, accompanied by Hokkaido noodles and tender chicken-chashu. Service, while friendly, was a bit sluggish. Our appetizer arrived after our ramen, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited longer than expected (~25min) for our meal. Despite the slight delay, I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving traditional, high-quality and delicious ramen.

2 days in Berlin, went out to eat twice, fantastic! Had vegan ramen twice, vegan miso and sesame, both absolutely great! And 2x “normal” ramen, absolutely delicious! Drinks great: Ramune and Yuzu soda. Next time in Berlin we will be here again!

The restaurant doesn't seem so inviting due to the dark interior. I've read a lot here that it should be cold. You might get the feeling that the service isn't really friendly. Ate karage and ramen. I've eaten both better in Berlin. Unfortunately a bit overrated. I think it's okay for the price, except the price of the water was really expensive!

Cold, loud, uncomfortable, staff impersonal. The taste was okay, but the price was very exorbitant.

The store feels a bit empty because the atmosphere wasn't particularly warm inside. The food was tasty but not super special. If you're looking for classic ramen, you've definitely come to the right place, but if you're looking for an extravagant ramen experience, this is probably the wrong place. And the "tonkatsu" chicken instead of pork also surprised me, I've never seen it like that before.

The ramen was salty, and the chashu was chicken, not pork, but it was too fishy because it was breast meat. The gyoza tastes like ancient Asian gyoza, so there’s nothing special about it! Fabulous, delicious ramen and a huge selection of vegetarian/vegan variants. The ordering process is also typically Japanese - the only thing missing is an ordering machine. We will definitely come here again.

Just had ramen and geyoza here. It didn't taste good at all. It was really blend and really less soup with way too much noodles and the soup taste was some weird kind of thick chicken broth. It was not up to my taste .

It's cash only. The vegan ramen was very tasty and well cooked. You have to look up the menu online, is not my taste in general, but especially sucks in a place where reception is bad and you have to log into their wifi. Then you order by studying their little pieces of papers instead of just telling the waiter. It's not a huge deal and the food is good, but not a fan of the digitization of the waiter interaction. Prices were fair, portion size was perfect for me.

The food was super tasty. The broth, which has been cooked for ages, has a very intense, full-bodied taste. Unfortunately, I found ordering via the app at the table a bit complicated; it takes a while to get through it, but the food and drinks came to the table very quickly. Unfortunately, the waitress wasn't in the mood at all and slammed the food onto the table without a word and without batting an eye - that was a bit unexpected since we heard that things are usually more hospitable here. I hope the lady just had a bad day and will try again on another day with some distance.

Sehr leckere Ramen, nette und schnelle Bedienung. Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Portionen sind absolut ausreichend.

Es gibt zwei verschiedene Arten vor Ort zu bezahlen, mit denen jeweils ein anderer Weg der Bestellung einhergeht. Wenn man bar bezahlen möchte, geschieht die Bestellung durch Zettel und roten Stift am Platz. Dort kreuzt man die gewünschten Speisen an und bringt den Zettel anschließend nach vorn zum Tresen, wo man ebenfalls nach dem Essen zahlt. Möchte man mit Karte oder per PayPal zahlen, scannt man den QR-Code am Sitzplatz und gelangt so auf die Webseite des Unternehmens. Dort legt man die gewünschten Speisen in den Einkaufswagen und zahlt schon bei Abschluss der Bestellung, sprich bevor man sein Essen erhält. Auf der Webseite sind zu jeder Speise Fotos vorhanden. Wir können von der bestellten Speisen vor allem Miso Ramen und als Vorspeise Chicken Katsu empfehlen! Das Ramen war sehr lecker und die Brühe total aromatisch.

Mein Mann und ich fahren extra aus Brandenburg 1x die Woche zu Hage Ramen. Es ist unsere absolute Lieblingssuppe. Wir waren auch schon und Japan aber die Suppe bei Hage Ramen schmeckt uns am besten :) - Crispy Ente Ramen

Wirklich ein authentisches Japanisches Ramen Restaurant , mit sehr vielen leckeren Side & Rice Dishes ! Selten bin ich von einem Ramen so satt geworden. Die Art, wie man sein essen bestellt, finde ich super. So hat man genügend Zeit sich genaustens zu überlegen was man möchte , ohne dass die Bedienung immer zwischendurch fragen muss. Die Aufteilung der Bestellung, Hauptgericht / Snacks / Nachspeise erfolgte von ganz alleine . Die Brühe wird aufwendig selber im Hause zubereitet , was man geschmacklich sofort raus schmecken kann .Für mich das beste Ramen Restaurant in Berlin! Wir sehen uns wieder und allen zukünftigen Gästen ITTADAKIMASU!!!!

Der Sesamramen war köstlich und heiß. Eine tolle Auswahl an Ramen und Extratopping, sowie veganem Angebot. Auch die Dangos waren gut. Die eine Kellnerin,die für den gesamten Laden zuständig war, wirkte etwas gestresst, war aber dennoch sehr freundlich. Die Räume und Toiletten sind sauber und niedlich dekoriert. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe eine Ramen für 16€ bestellt Es war minimal Fleisch und Nuddeln drinnen, total anders als auf dem Bild ist. Für das Geld würde ich nie wieder kommen

Meine erste Ramen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Sehr vielfältig im Geschmack, auch die Menge war genau richtig. Nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig. Auch die Vorspeisen (Salat aus Pak Choi und Gyoza) waren lecker. Ambiente lädt absolut nicht zum Verweilen ein. Bierbänke, keine Deko, sehr kalt. Abends in großer Runde würde ich nicht hierher kommen. Der Bestellvorgang auch eher ungewöhnlich, aber an die Zeit angepasst. Die junge Dame im Service hatte nicht ihren besten Tag und hat einen das auch spüren lassen. Alles in Allem ein durchschnittliches Erlebnis, aber wenn es nur ums Essen geht, komme ich wieder.

Every time I would like to order ramen noodle for delivery, it shows that it doesn't deliver and UI is very confusing, I thought it's delivering and almost order it, but checked again and it's pick up. I like the ramen noodle so it's such a disappointment.
