As so often, simply great

We went on a weekend. It was pretty busy and we thought it would be a good sign that the food and service were good. Unfortunately it was not like that. Very impersonal service, zero attention, zero interest in making a welcoming atmosphere. The prices do not match the quality of the food. We sat next to the bar and it was very annoying and noisy because those who washed the glasses and prepared the drinks made too much noise with the dishes without taking the diners into consideration. I don't recommend it.

The best breakfast buffet I've ever eaten in my life. I really mean it. I'd ask you to try it out if you want. I would really recommend it. It's all on the first floor by the restaurants. There are chairs, sofas, tables, and everything is lovely. The lighting is really bright and looks really nice. They only have TVs because when they're on football, and I can, it's cool if you can watch football, and otherwise, I think it's cool too. Then the first floor, the first, first, first big view and it is really beautiful and the food and drink was very tasty, you really can't complain and what's more, it's €18.50 during the week, it's best to take it because at the weekend it's €22.50, so it's cheaper during the week and yes, there's no almonds, except for the only thing, there is no elevator to this day, because, for example, it's not just me who has a knee that's kind of painful going up, that was a big mistake for most wheelchair users, of course it's a real mistake, I'm giving you a star off for that, I know it's not your fault but the state's, but nevertheless it's not okay, the wheelchair users are outsiders again, they want to stand outside and just enjoy their breakfast and the others can go up and enjoy it. I don't think the state's breakfast buffet is right at all, it really should be more about inclusion in Germany. I've really had enough of it now. Be nice, respect others who are different, and don't be so cheeky and just be friendly. That's the best thing. That's how you get ahead in life, and I just wanted to give it as an insider tip, because I'm explaining that, otherwise, thank you very much for everything, for this lovely breakfast buffet. Simply perfect – absolute favorite restaurant! We had the pleasure of eating at the Öz Urfa restaurant in Neugraben and absolutely loved it! You feel welcome as soon as you enter - the entire staff is incredibly friendly, hard-working and attentive. We would particularly like to highlight Sabri, who makes the stay even more pleasant with his warm manner and professionalism. The food is of excellent quality, freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. Particularly impressive: The waiting times are extremely short! Despite the high quality, the food is served quickly - simply great! The overall ambience is also convincing: hygiene is at the highest level, especially the customer guest toilets are very clean and well maintained. There are also excellent parking options, which makes the visit even more pleasant. We can recommend the Öz Urfa – everything fits here! Not particularly good. The lunch menu is quite ok, the normal main courses are rather disappointing. The pide is dry, just like the headed one. The dips and sauces are rather boring. I can't recommend the cake! Ok for a quick meal during your lunch break if you don't have high expectations. Otherwise there is better nearby!

Service/reception was very nice, but everything else was nothing.
