If I want an economic, plenty, and tasty food, here's always my choice. I can state that's one of the best donner shops in Hamburg. With a fresh buffet with so many sauce choices. Usually, their beef donner is out of stock after 8 pm. So plan your dine upfront.

Review for the restaurant I was recently in this restaurant and unfortunately I can only report an extremely bad experience. The meat that was served had pieces of plastic in it, which is not only unappetizing but also dangerous. When I then ordered the Coke, I discovered that it was not carbonated. Although they brought me a new Coke, it was also flat. When I spoke to the staff about the problems and asked for a solution, I was simply ignored. Instead, they wanted to present me with the entire bill, without any accommodating discount or apology for the deficiencies. The whole thing seemed disrespectful and customer-unfriendly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will definitely not go there again.

Mediocre food with terrible hygiene and rude staff

I was in Hamburg as a guest and spontaneously went out to eat here. If it were possible, I would give more than 5 stars... what a great shop, great food, great service. I'm really sad that I don't have something like that. Keep it up, just great performance.🎉🎉

The shop was cold and no heating was on. Ate half a plate of kebab, the rest was just cold. And that in mid-December.

Today I happened to be there for the first time spontaneously. Were there with 5 people... Very tasty... attentive and nice staff, we were often asked whether everything was to our satisfaction. The food was very tasty. Clean and cozy...we will definitely eat there again😋😋

Very unfriendly staff, the atmosphere is completely outdated and the kebab meat tastes very old and is not fresh. I can't recommend it any further. There is a much better Turk in the big mountain street!!!

The food here is really tasty and healthy, and most of the staff is very friendly. However, we had a less good experience with the lady who prepared the börek with cheese and spinach. She was on the phone during preparation, didn't respond to any requests and unfortunately reacted a bit unfriendly. We also had to wait outside for over 30 minutes to get a table. We were repeatedly assured that “a table would be available soon,” which motivated us to stay, but without that assurance we probably would have left sooner. The prices were okay, but the taste of the tea didn't impress us.
