Hardal Türkisches Restaurant in Hamburg

I was there several times. I think the quality of the meat has become very poor. I don't think it tastes good anymore. I can't recommend it. I also think the service is very bad.

Ordered about 10 to 1 and 20 minutes later already there! Ahmad very nice driver and super fast, everything was great!

You will be greeted in a friendly and courteous manner and accompanied to the table. Cards are available as classic folding cards or via QR code. The ambience is pleasant and calming. Even when there is a lot going on, it is not restless or loud. Everything that is offered tastes fresh and delicious. Sauces and flatbread are standard as appetizers/side dishes. The restaurant is always clean and the staff always makes sure to clean the used tables immediately. Absolute recommendation We always park in the Billstedt Center parking garage. This eliminates the need to look for parking spaces on the street

Food was very tasty. I'll probably come back. If you don't just want to eat Turkish, you've come to the right place. I think it's good that there is not only Turkish food but also a lot of other dishes. The Turkish food was very tasty.

Das Restaurant und Essen und Ambiente ist ansich angenehm, ich bin Stammkundin. Aber was mir nicht gefällt ist, das ich oftmals gebeten werde mich umzusetzen. Wenn es voll ist, kann ich es verstehen, aber wenn noch genug Platz ist, sollte man den Gast in Ruhe lassen. Das Klärungsgespräch mit dem Chef war für mich nicht konstruktiv, die Lösung war, das alles nach seinen Bedingungen zu laufen habe und hat alle Kellner instruiert, das ich mich Freitag bis Sonntags ausschließlich an einen zweier Tisch setzten darf. Zudem ist er mir gegenüber frech geworden und sagte, dass sein Restaurant ein Schnellrestaurant sei und kein Restaurant wo man sich zum Lernen und Telefonieren hinsetzen darf. Ich kann in solcher Atmosphäre sehr gut lernen, bestelle auch regelmässig etwas. Ich möchte frei sein zu entscheiden wo ich sitze, zumal der Bereich der Einzeltische ein Raucherbereich ist und ich bin Nichtraucherin. Ich habe immer gutes Trinkgeld gegeben und finde dieses Benehmen nicht wertschätzend und unverhältnissmässig mir als Gast gegenüber. Ich gehe in ein Restaurant zum Essen und Entspannen und nicht um mich schlecht behandeln zu lassen, vor allen nicht als Einzelperson und Frau! Fazit ich gehe nicht mehr hin!

Had the mixed grill plate with rice and bulgur to take away Unfortunately the portion was relatively small for the price It was also very dry, no ezme or tzaziki or anything similar on the plate. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and can't recommend the store!

I rarely write reviews, but this restaurant more than deserves it. I was here yesterday for my birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. You can see and taste how fresh the ingredients are in this restaurant, and you can also tell that every dish is made with so much love. With such good quality, higher prices can definitely be justified. Gladly again and again.

Were here for breakfast. Great and very large buffet with lots of Turkish specialties. Great Turkish pastries, good coffee and typical Turkish tea. I just didn't like the scrambled eggs because they were relatively runny. Can do with 1 minute more on the stove.

Been there for the first time. I can only recommend the Sunday brunch. There is nothing that doesn't exist! The ambience is not that great. You have to get tea and coffee in a corner that leads to the toilet and other rooms in the hallway and is far too narrow. The toilets are also not for people who, for example, have walking difficulties or knee, leg and foot problems. The toilets are on the second basement floor. Furthermore, the rooms were very cold. When I go out for breakfast or dinner, I also want to have a somewhat nice atmosphere and not feel cold. Can't understand why the air conditioners are turned up and when you tell the staff that (we weren't the only ones who told the staff that) they just say... Yes, the air conditioning!!! I can understand that you don't feel cold when you work on the grill or go back and forth as a waiter. But when the customer sits there and it's cold, it's not nice and it's not good either. And also a bit too narrow when it gets too crowded, because the people who come into the restaurant have to pass almost the entire line of people who are putting food on their plates. So the ambience is really bad. But, as I said, great praise to the kitchen and the gentleman who makes all the bread and pastries there. Class.

I'm sooooo disappointed 😟It was sooooo incredibly salty to no end 🥵🫣 I couldn't eat it... and apart from that there was so little rice in it, 1/4 tomato and 1 pointed pepper with a hole 🐛all for 19.90€.... I thought it was a decent restaurant according to the schools and the prices were high…. A lot of waiting…… What a shame…. Did I throw away my money this time... Never there...

Ordered two cheeseburgers (to take away). The menu said €10.90. When I wanted to pay, the seller said €12.90 per burger. I then pointed out to the seller that the price of €10.90 was shown at the top of the menu. He then said that the price at the top of the board had not yet been updated. It was my own fault that I still ordered there. Both burgers were ordered without onions, both were of course topped with onions. Never again ….

Ordered food via Lieferando. Meat with salad...in the picture it was with rice.. After asking..."it's only in the picture" it's misleading...there are lots and lots of pieces of bread in the meat...cut nice and small... should it be kept as meat? I'm disappointed though

It's a place where we have dinner or lunch at least twice a week. I can highly recommend it.

A pleasure every time! Whether in a restaurant or delivered to your door, you can rely on Hardal! If you are very hungry, I recommend the grill plate for one person, which is always served with a large selection of vegetables, sauces and side dishes. But I was most impressed by the Hardal Burger and I'm annoyed that I didn't try it sooner, even though I've eaten kofta and Adana kebab there so many times. You really shouldn't miss this unique taste! Plan on spending 20-30 euros with drinks for your stay and you'll be fine. Even for less than 20 euros you will be full. Thank you for all the years of delicious food!

A very good restaurant, with really tasty food. I treated myself to an Iskinder. Everything is super fresh and prepared with love. The price is of course a little more expensive than the kebab shop around the corner, but this is absolutely justified.

There are many restaurants of this type in Hamburg and it is crucial to maintain a consistent standard, especially in a city with such strong competition. We visit this restaurant every now and then and can say that we always leave satisfied. The service is consistently courteous, the prices are average, and the quality of the food is consistently recommendable. A lot of emphasis is also placed on cleanliness, which is rarely found in many restaurants. There is a mescid in the basement, which is rarely found in restaurants. Overall, it's a pleasant place that I'm happy to recommend!

I can only say it was one of the best kebabs. If you really love Turkish cuisine, this is the place for you. I always enjoy coming here

Was there for the first time. Very large selection and very tasty. Everything freshly prepared. Flatbread and other rolls were baked right there. Nice staff, we were asked several times if everything was OK, if everything tasted good. Gladly again.

We used to enjoy eating there. The quality has deteriorated extremely. The staff is very unfriendly and overworked. One evening we tried it again and ordered something to take home. After 90 minutes of waiting we get a call that they forgot the order. Never order or go there again

Were there for the first time today and were totally thrilled. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. There is bread and dips beforehand and, with most main courses, a salad beforehand. Everything was very tasty. Our main courses (grilled prawns and chicken strips, each with rice) were served very quickly, extremely tasty and very large portions. We were offered tea when we paid, and the toilets were also very clean and had everything we needed. The prices are definitely fair and more than commensurate with the performance. We'll be happy to come back on our next shopping trip.

Went to Hardal for dinner with 6 people this evening. Were warmly welcomed and escorted to the large table No.8 The waiter was super friendly and quick with drinks. The food tasted great and there were plenty of large portions and everyone was full and satisfied. I'll be happy to visit Hambug again next time. Keep it up, we will recommend you.

The best shop in Billstedt when it comes to Turkish specialties. Whether in the afternoon/evening or deep after midnight. The quality is always great. So far, food has never arrived cold or wrong. We were 4 separate families to avoid confusion, we were all given a number and orders were taken via the number, and therefore there were no problems. Mr. Sedat, who took care of our table, was very attentive. He is a kind and polite person. We were pleased with his attention, he is very friendly and sincere. We had a very enjoyable evening with the positive energy he spread during the service :) He was very attentive even to our little children. We would like to thank him also. Very tasty food and really affordable... I thought it was a bit of a shame that my meat skewer or pieces of meat weren't as big as I'm used to. Otherwise very nice and courteous staff.

We were there for the first time. The waitress/waiter were very nice. The portions are plentiful and everything was very, very tasty.

The service deserves 6 stars. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. I'm currently traveling with UAGST and therefore limited. The waiters are immediately there to help. Everyone here is very nice to children. You feel welcome. The food is also very tasty. We really enjoy coming here.

Super nice Turkish restaurant with high product quality and great authenticity. We drive 40 minutes to eat there and even my daughter from Berlin looks forward to the food and service there. And after a great meal, we take some sweets home with us.
