Good service and friendly staff. I would recommend using their official app for prdering. There are always a lot of deals and coupons.

The food is always delicious and the shop is clean and makes a good impression. Unfortunately, it is common in this branch that the back area of ​​the restaurant, where you could actually sit a little more quietly, is either not opened at all or is closed many hours before closing time. If you arrive a little later, the chairs in the front are sometimes already put up and you can only sit in uncomfortable window seats with the counter behind you. If you ask if you can use the other seats, you will usually be refused on the grounds that they have already been cleaned. Maybe you could do this in the last 30 minutes before the store closes and not 4 hours before? If you get your sub to-go, that's of course not a problem.

Subway station HH-Neugraben, a good location. Easy to reach, there are plenty of parking spaces and it's not overcrowded. It's clean, the staff is friendly, even if you still have no idea about the sub when you get off work. In addition, the Subway concept is a great alternative to the well-known fast food restaurants.

The food is fine like any other Subway. However, if you come after 8 p.m., there are hardly any seats left because they block off half of the store because the floor has already been mopped. This means there will no longer be any comfortable seating. Even for people with disabilities who cannot sit at the high tables, no exceptions are made.

We were very happy with our meal, it tasted great and was attractively presented (not a given at Subway). We ate on site, the place is clean and it was quiet. We were very dissatisfied with the price and the lack of instructions for “a little more sauce”. The price is already higher than in other branches (30% more expensive), and I also asked for “a little more sauce” for my wrap, which cost an additional 50ct. I've never had that before and without any information about it I find it impossible given the total price.

It's just Subway. Somehow always the same everywhere.

The place was nice and well kept. The sandwiches were a bit overpriced, bread wasn't toasted well and they didn't have white bread. The staff was kind however.

I love Subway I could eat there all the time. I prefer Click&Eat and then pick it up. It's always worked great so far.

Unfortunately there is quite a dead spot there. So working with the app is very difficult. But the main thing is that we have a Supway nearby. :-)

"slightly longer rolls" is really sporty and you just don't grab them as often as you would like... For a whole “sub” eight to nine euros; well okay. For a warm, filled roll (what else is half a thing like that) over five euros, on the other hand, is almost cheeky... In my opinion, the only option is the so-called "day sub", which is offered at a somewhat more humane and justifiable price. So that to the negative of this company... A positive thing to mention is the really friendly and motivated staff who put together every “sub” you can imagine. And; These things are also really tasty. The only drawback here is the pricing. Was here for the first time. Why aren't you asked what size you want to order? You just put the big bread on top...you don't get any information about allergens...the lady behind the counter tells Google that...

The app apparently doesn't work. Paper coupons are also not accepted, even though these coupons are put in my mailbox. I wonder where they come from, it must be the competition. So customers are lured into the store with coupons and then have to pay the full price, which is an absolute joke on the part of the store. The one service worker in front also had personal motivation and competence.

It's good that you're wearing name tags now: Maiwand is probably the rudest and most unmotivated service employee I have ever encountered - every time. The ingredients and the sauce are slapped onto the sandwiches with an unsurpassed listlessness, the tomatoes are pressed in so hard after they have been slapped on that the bread is completely mushy. Eye contact and a normal culture of communication also seem to be a foreign concept. We are talking about a service employee who works with customers. Straight 6, colleague!

No sub of the day and no coupons. Not recommendable!

If you offer something on the website (Classic menu €5.99) and I drive from home to the restaurant, I also expect to receive this menu in the restaurant! The employee at the checkout looks at me and cheekily says that you don't offer this because you sold and made too much of it last month. We're not talking about a snack! We're talking about a chain. The menu I then ordered came without fries! The bread came out dry and the meat was still almost raw! I've been eating at Subway for years and that was the last time for a long time!

Wir haben am Abend 2 Subs gekauft, der Laden war extrem voll, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Service war super, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Ruhiger sauberer Laden toller Service, Preise bei Subway sind natürlich recht hoch aber weiß man ja wenn man zu Subway geht.

Alles super, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür...

Ea gibt genau das, was es eben bei Subway gibt... Der Laden ist sauber und geräumig, in einer ehemaligen Tankstelle. Parken geht sehr einfach. Einziger Nachteil: Öffnungszeiten. Die könnten ausgebaut werden.

Wir haben 6 Platten Subs für eine kleine Veranstaltung bestellt. Abholtermin war für 12 Uhr verabredet. Um Punkt 12 war alles fertig und der super nette Mitarbeiter hat uns die Platten sogar mit einem Rollwagen zum Auto gebracht 3 min nach 12 Uhr saßen wir schon wieder im Auto. Die Subs waren superfrisch und alle waren begeistert Das Personal sehr freundlich Top Leistung -- gerne wieder

Alles sehr lecker und sehr sauber. War heute das erste Mal in dieser Filiale. Mitarbeiter auch alle nett und freundlich. Komme wieder. :-)

Freundlicher Service, Leckeres Sandwich. Das es vier Stunden vor Landenschluss aber keine Paprika Mehr gibt, finde ich für einen Sandwich Laden, doch etwas schlecht organisiert. Dennoch sind wir immer wieder gerne hier und kommen auch gerne wieder.

War lecker. Wir hatten sehr laute jugendliche neben uns sitzen die alles mit ihren Rollern zugestellt hatten, das hat ein wenig gestört.

Das personal hat mich kaum verstanden was aber nichts macht weil man mit den Finger zeigen kann was man haben möchte. Man hatte eine gewisse Warte Zeit vorbei einer nur an der Kasse stand und quasi nichts gemacht hat und in der Küche jemand mit handy gespielt hat und einer alles alleine machen musste

Gute Alternative zu den ganzen Dönerbuden. Schnell und lecker, Subway, eben!

Dieses Sub Way liegt direkt an der Straße nicht zu übersehen. 👍🏻 Es gibt ausreichend Platz zum Parken, das Gelände ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Innere Bereich ist sauber und gepflegt, es gibt sogar Handy Ladestation ( Anschluss). Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, viel Geduld wenn man sich mal nicht sicher ist was man möchte 👍🏻👍🏻 Die Preise sind alles in allem akzeptabel, dass Essen frisch und es schmeckt 👍🏻👍🏻 Echt sympathisches Team 👍🏻👍🏻 Nur zu empfehlen 👍🏻 👍🏻
