Service on January 15, 2025 was very unfriendly and can't speak German. I don't recommend it anymore

Here you can get the best lamb soup in all of HH. The food tastes great and the service is always friendly.

We received a very friendly welcome and the food was great.

The restaurant is clean, the service is quick and friendly. I had a kebab that was very good (but it didn't come close to my regular restaurant in Wilhelmsburg ^^). I only deduct the outrageous price of €7.90. What's that supposed to mean? Payments under €10 only in cash - that's no longer entirely up to date either 🤷🏿‍♂️

Turkish restaurant on the Reeperbahn, open around the clock. Friendly staff, the food comes very quickly. Very large selection of dishes, the portions are very large. Quality of the food was very good, both the breakfast (several variants of scrambled eggs) and the normal dishes. Clear recommendation from me!

We cannot understand the rating of 4.6 stars. We wanted to eat a kebab after the Reeperbahn and decided on this kebab shop because of the good reviews. In addition to a kebab plate, we ordered a lahmacun and a falafel dürüm and unfortunately every single dish was an imposition. The fries were wobbly, unseasoned and cold, some of the meat was still pink and the falafels were not edible. Not again and not recommended.

Very good meat, the proportions are right. Finally a tea, wonderful 💕 Nothing to complain about, worth a visit!

Were here for a short break before moving on. The selection of dishes is good and the employees are also relaxed. However, I wasn't completely convinced by the food. Given the impressive prices, I would have expected a little more.

Ambience very questionable when even the employees smoke in the back area. For a visit in the middle of the night after partying, the price was right. But it's nothing more than that. Filling of the Dürüm was okay, sauces nothing special. My friend paid for his kebab plate (around €15) first and with a card. I also wanted to pay for my Dürum with a card, but this was only possible for orders over €10. The waiter should have pointed this out to us when we paid. However, he completely freaked out and threw the EC device on the counter, causing it to splinter and break. He then insulted me and told me to leave immediately. This man is completely unprofessional and has no self-control. It's questionable why such a person works in service. As I said: food is okay, but really nothing more.

The first and last time I go to this “store”, the food was a complete disaster. And the meat was very very cold dry and just leftover meze preserved. I can't recommend it and you couldn't even lock the toilet doors. After celebrating, I would even recommend McDonalds.

Super bad service. Simply deducted, took a large older bottle and wanted to exchange it for 2 small Fanta, should I pay €3.50? Why, I have no idea, I was already taken aback by the price. Food also bad, not recommended.

Very annoying, we were there at 7 p.m. and wanted to eat something quick before our musical in the Tivoli started at 8 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. we asked for the first time and were told: "I think your food will be ready soon, after another 10 minutes we were told your food is coming now... other guests who came after us had already all received their food ... we got up shortly before 8 p.m. and left very hungry and in a really bad mood... We were then charged 12 euros for the 3 cokes, which should actually have been on the house after this promotion... but well, once and never again....!!!

Can't fault the food. Delicious. However, these guys are nasty bandits. Totally ripped me off. They seemed annoyed I was even there, spoke only Turkish at first and after pointing at what I wanted, they made me sit down and wait (after telling me it's better not to get take out in broken English) for well over 25 minutes then proceeded to give me a bag of takeaway food for €22 (when I just wanted a €7 wrap). They did give me Turkish tea on the house in all fairness, but still. It's daylight robbery! Pretending not to speak anything other that German or Turkish then charging you for the most expensive thing in the menu. These guys are crooks Enjoy your meal! (It is tasty, if not worth it. Just make sure you're very specific)

Incredibly bad kebab there. The bread ran past the grill. Very unfriendly staff. Instead of chicken there was veal. Not so nice. Salad wasn't fresh either. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. It's better to sink the money in the casino. You have more fun with it than with this kebab. Too bad about the food.

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten.

We were served fairly dry Dürüm, and instead of veal we had chicken - not ideal, but we were hungry and didn't feel like waiting any longer Guest room not clean, smoking corner/area in the restaurant really doesn't have to be seen a cockroach on the way to the toilet. There was blood in the toilet sink. All in all, not a good visit and I won't be coming back

We received our food and drinks quickly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly and we had a quick chat. We will be back... Many greetings from the Dane and the blonde :)

A super delicious meal, super nice staff, chic and clean location. It couldn't be better. I can highly recommend it.

I can't understand the bad reviews. The three of us ate there between 6 and 8 p.m. and we were at the table at a reasonable time. Everything tasted great and very fresh. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. Stay like this!!!!

The waiter with a pigtail was very unfriendly. He insulted the guests in Turkish. Waited a very long time and the dürüm was the worst so far

It is a bottomless impudence. Order food for 4 people. Wait over 45 minutes. People who came after us get their food first because they know the waiters. After asking 3 times he says who took the order. I will never come to you again. I would prefer not to give you any stars.

We were at Steinbock's during a wild night of partying and enjoyed the kebab, it was wonderful! I can only recommend it for a little snack afterwards. ;)

Food is tasty, but not outstanding.

Even though I was the only one at the counter, it took almost 10 minutes until I was served. The Dürüm was tasty, but for 9 euros you get a Dürüm that is just a little bigger than a Bockwurst. When you ask for a little more sauce, they almost kill you with the looks. If nothing else works, you can get something here, but otherwise it's not recommended.

Fries and bread were ok. Dürum, kebab platter and tzatziki, not so much. At around 12 o'clock in the evening, like many others, we waited >30 minutes for food. Wouldn't come back again.

If you're looking for a kebab after the Kiez party, don't go here! The kebab is tasty, but made in a chic style. Instead of the typical kebab shop, you will find more of a restaurant here. The prices are very high, but more emphasis is placed on the appearance than on the quantity. So if you're looking for a quick, traditional kebab, you'll be disappointed here. However, for those who appreciate a chic ambience and stylish presentation, it could be just the thing.

Bottomless! I can't say anything else about it. We were there around 3 a.m. after the Reperbahn and just wanted to eat a kebab. Totally overpriced, a disaster in terms of taste and then they bring you the kebab and the plastic counterfeit in a suit. I don't know what kind of concept this is supposed to be where you go to a kebab shop in a "schicki micki" way and then the kebab doesn't even taste good and is simply poorly made. At the beginning there was so much sauce that everything went wrong, and in the end there was none at all. The waiter was totally unfriendly when I didn't give him a tip for my 12 euro kebab (with a friend). NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, Yufka is super small and still costs €9. We ordered 6 dishes, 5 of which were wrong, chicken even though veal was ordered. If you address the error, all you get is: sorry.

Yes, the food is delicious, but the guy working there, between the ages of 45 and 50, with bald hair and combing his hair backwards, is really disrespectful. We went there twice. The second time he showed even greater disrespect and literally threw the menu in front of us and left without eating.

I can't understand all the good reviews! I ate there for the first time today and unfortunately I have to admit that it was the worst kebab I've eaten so far. The meat was just disgusting...The fries were okay. We had to wait ages for our food and there was nothing great except kebab, currywurst, etc. Last but not least, I locked myself in the toilet because the door didn't have a handle... when I told the staff, they laughed at me. So overall a miserable stay.

Das beste türkische Restaurant seit langem. Alles frisch zubereitet und die Qualität des Essens ist überragend. Sehr lecker und gemütlich! Wir waren 2 mal da und würden jederzeit wieder hingehen. Zudem noch sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gibt optional auch einen abgetrennten Raucherbereich. Absolute Empfehlung!

I was there at 11 o'clock in the evening to buy a kebab with friends. Had a kebab and a veg sandwich and a dürum. We paid €21.90, which isn't that expensive but you'd expect a good kebab for that. The kebab was mediocre and the VEG sandwich was a disgrace.

Was eine Frechheit. 5,50 für eine Dönerbox und kaum genießbar. Das einzig brauchbare waren die Pommes. Die Mitarbeiter achten nicht auf Kundenwünsche, so landeten Zutaten in der Box, die ausdrücklich nicht gewünscht waren.
