Great value for money, great service, gladly again if we are nearby.

My wife and I ordered something, and a date pit popped out of our kebab plate. How disgusting is that! I'm about to puke just thinking about it! A dump! Not recommended.

Hello, we ate there for the third time yesterday. We come from Hanover and we have never been served so kindly and courteously at home. The food is super tasty and freshly prepared. What we liked best was the friendly staff. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.

Employees don't understand you well. I ordered a kebab without cabbage salad and got a kebab with only cabbage salad. Meat not cooked properly.

The KÖZ Güven Restaurant in Hamburg is a real insider tip! I really loved the authentic Turkish cuisine - my husband's grilled dish was delicious and juicy. I ate vegetarian food myself. TOP falafel. The decor is super tasteful and creates a cool, inviting atmosphere. The team is super friendly. If you're looking for delicious food in a stylish setting, you definitely have to stop by. I'll definitely come back and try out a place in the winter garden. 😇

Always worth a visit. If you are looking for authentic dishes, you should stop by here. Meat dishes and vegetarian. Visited the restaurant again after 7 years, the atmosphere as well as the quality and taste of the food are still excellent. Gladly again.

I ordered from Güven Imbiss and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After waiting for over an hour, the kebab and Dürüm arrived cold, the fries were soggy and inedible. The desired quantity and choice of sauces was completely ignored. Since I actually know the snack bar for its good quality, I called to give feedback. Unfortunately, I was only told that I wasn't the only customer - a very unprofessional approach to criticism. That's why we put it up straight away. Simply accept criticism soon and offer a solution rather than discussing or using excuses. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly here. It's a shame because I was always happy before!

Very tasty and wonderfully seasoned. The service is sometimes a bit taciturn but quick, even if it sometimes seems a bit unfriendly. It is quite comfortable to dine on site.

We got there and wanted to order from the outside window. We weren't even standing outside yet and a window slid open. A man said in a totally cheeky tone: Not here! Dogs not allowed here. The dog shouldn't go in Restaurant! One of us would have ordered inside or outside. We wanted takeaway food. The sound makes the music! The dog is not much bigger than a guinea pig and is not allowed to wait with us IN FRONT of the restaurant? In the summer of 22, I was even tolerated outside (upon request) with my medium-sized dog. You have the house rules - which we as customers have accepted since the restaurant opened. What like not accepting is the impossible tone. 4 regular customers less.

14.02 2024 I bought an Adana, it was pre-cooked and they brought it to me after heating it. I'm very pleased so far, but yesterday they tried to disappoint me.

Delicious, fresh and authentic food. My Adana skewer from the charcoal grill was extremely tasty. There were fries, a really simple but tasty salad and two very tasty sauces. All in one great!

The portions are generous, which is no longer a given these days. The taste is excellent and the prices have remained stable.

Classic kebab was okay, the meat was well seasoned and grilled. But the bread quickly became sticky. Doner kebab box or PomDöner, for 7€ clearly not enough, especially of the meat.

We were looking for an open restaurant at 12 am and found this amazing place. Kebabs were super delicious and we loved the atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

Wir haben einen Grillteller bestellt und es war wirklich für 22 Euro enttäuschend. Halber Hackspieß sehr wenig Fleisch für einen Grillteller.

Sehr gute türkische Küche. Personal sehr freundlich und Auskunft bereit. Gerne wieder.

Döner Teller gesessen, lecker Ayran vom Fass dazu. Passt! Gute Portion, endlich mal leckeres und ausreichend Dressing am Salat. Dazu gab es noch warmes Fladenbrot.

Essen und Service super! Einrichtung etwas älter aber immer noch ok

Sehr unscheinbares Restaurant am Eck zum Markt. So gutes türkisches essen hatte ich noch nie im Leben. Die Kellner (ausschließlich Männer) sind super freundlich und zuvorkommen. Empfehlungen gibt es so gut wie keine, anscheinend ist alles sehr gut. Wir hatten einen kleinen Döner und einen gemischten Teller mit allerlei, sehr zum empfehlen ist auch die Vorspeise, welche eine Currysoße und eine Joghurtsoße beinhaltet welche zum Dahinschmelzen sind. Rundum einfach alles stimmig.

Iskender war ohne butter, brot nicht geröstet und matschig, dazu fettiges Fleisch. Bei der Beyti Rolle war kein gebackener Teig herum, sondern nur in Dürüm gerollt. Das war schwach für 2 so hochpreisige türkische Spezialitäten. Döner ist meist recht lecker.

Echt einsam Spitze! Mein Kollege und ich freuen uns immer wenn wir nach Hamburg die Post bringen, dann heißt es für uns essen bei Köz Güven! An einem Sommerabend wie heute draußen sitzen und einen Tee nach dem Essen genießen, ist echt nen guter Ausklang nach nem anstrengenden Tag!

Der Laden ist mittlerweile ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Der ganze Tresen und Eingangsbereich sehen mega abgerockt und abgenutzt aus. Das Essen ist ganz ok, typisch Hamburger Döner mit wabbeligem Fleisch und extrem viel Sauce

Bestellen uns dort Essen kommt immer heiß nach Hause. Wir sind sehr zufrieden Essen schmeckt sehr lecker kann man nur empfehlen

Ich gebe 5 Sterne weil ich in den vergangenen Jahren vollkommen zufrieden war. Allerdings war ich bei meinen letzten beiden Besuchen komplett unzufrieden. Ich habe mir einen Pomdöner bestellt und fand zuhause nur Salat mit Soße vor. Es war absolut kein Fleisch drinne, vielleicht nur eine Gabel. Ich wollte dem ganzen noch eine Chance geben und habe mir 2 wochen später wieder einen Pomdöner im Restaurant bestellt. Ich zahle 7€ und kriege einen mini pomdöner mit ganz wenig Fleisch welches auch noch ganz labbrig war und auf einem matten Teller serviert wurde welcher aufgrund des Materials schmutzig aussah. Es war wahrscheinlich nur das Fett aber die alten weißen Teller haben mir besser gefallen. Ich weiß nicht wieso das Konzept geändert wurde, wirklich Schade. Man zahlt schon 7€ und kriegt 80% Salat geliefert. Die 5 Sterne wirklich nur weil ich in den letzten Jahren immer zufrieden war. Wenn ich das nächste mal vom Gegenteil überzeugt werde, lösche ich den Text und es bleibt bei den 5 Sternen.

Ich habe eben nach Hause liefern lassen: zu viel Soße im Döner, die Pommes sind labberig und geschmacklos. Und dabei wohne ich nicht mal 5 Minuten entfernt 😅
