Great, we always enjoy being there...

I've been eating at Pamukkalekos in Bergedorf for many years and used to be really satisfied - both with the food and the service. Unfortunately I have to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly over time. I recently had two unpleasant experiences: The first time I ordered a mini kebab. It was the middle of the week, the weather was bad and the shop was almost empty. I wanted to sit down for a moment to eat my kebab in peace, but the employee said it was only "to go" and sent me away - despite the empty seats. I found it quite rude that I should eat outside in the rain even though there was enough space inside. The second time I wanted to take my kebab with separately packaged ingredients because I wanted to warm it up later. This has never been a problem before, and I was willing to pay extra for packaging. But this time they refused to respond - without explanation or accommodation. You just notice that it's no longer about the customer. Friendliness and flexibility are no longer there. Instead, everything just seems like mass processing - the main thing is quickly, no matter how satisfied the guest is. And the taste is no longer what it used to be. I think it's a shame how the store has developed. It used to be one of my favorites - unfortunately not anymore.

The atmosphere in the store is great! Very cozy and the service is always friendly and attentive. The food, especially the Adana, is so delicious and juicy, you can taste the aromas from the grill. The kebab is also a very good standard kebab.

We were there for lunch yesterday. We ordered a Cay, a fresh Ayran and 2 kebabs (veal & chicken). Personally, I had chicken, super juicy meat and plenty of it too. The kebab was lovingly prepared and looked very appetizing. My husband had veal and with spicy sauce. The sauce was very fruity and the meat was delicious. The service, super nice and friendly. We'd love to come back😊

A good restaurant with delicious food, but unfortunately the staff, especially the woman who served us, spoiled both the mood and the impression. She doesn't know how to deal with customers and was unable to take an order of three simple dishes. She also showed disrespect and dissatisfaction because she couldn't understand us.

There is one star because it has to! We wanted to eat before the Christmas market in Bergedorf because it was also raining. We would have preferred to stay under the rain. The simplest dishes didn't taste good. We were 4 adults and 4 children. As a result, various dishes. If at least one dish had been successful, I would give it another star out of humanity or accept the minimum star. The next evening we all had stomach aches. Location: long overdue! Never, but never again. Even if it snows.

This Adana kebab surpasses all others I've experienced since relocating to Hamburg, Germany. A perfect 10/10 rating is well-deserved. The ambiance was delightful, and the complimentary tea was a welcome addition; what more could one desire?

I can only recommend this place because not only is it cozy, the staff is very friendly and helpful but the food is just fantastic and super tasty. The selection of dishes is large and the portions are plentiful. In any case, I was thrilled and came home full and very satisfied and will come back soon, thank you very much

I usually go here for a bite to eat once a month. I treat myself to Dürum kebab or a lahmacun. Seating available and comfortable. The service was friendly and the facilities were good. But the most important thing is of course the food. I like it and can only recommend it.

I am a loyal customer, but tonight I went home a little disappointed as I experienced behavior that surprised me. I had ordered baklava and after it was brought I had the impression that it was not fresh as it was very hard. Very kindly and politely, I asked if there were any fresher pieces that could be brought to me because one of the ones I tried was really hard. However, the waitress then took my plate away with annoyance and irritation and said that her baklava is always delivered fresh on the same day. I really don't understand why such a quick change in behavior had to happen in response to a criticism or polite request.

Visited today and we'll be back. Very, very good.

Absolutely terrible! I had ordered food, after an hour I called and asked where it was and was told it would be there shortly. After another hour the food still wasn't there! I tried calling them over 30 times but no one answered the phone! I didn't receive the food! Actually don't even deserve one star!

Best Turk in Bergedorf and the surrounding area!

The Sunday brunch was really successful. The price was absolutely fair and the selection of oriental dishes was impressive: everything was fresh, the pastries were wonderfully soft, lots of dips and a large variety of vegetables. Hot and cold dishes available. The dessert was also convincing. A small negative point: There are no labels on the dishes. Anyone who is not familiar with the kitchen is often at a loss - I have heard several times how guests had to ask. Nevertheless: A reservation would be an advantage and I will definitely come back. Recommended!

We ordered two kebabs and a portion of fries. The food was delivered quickly and warm. A dessert (Revani) was also delivered that we hadn't actually ordered. Thank you for that. However, I regret to say that the kebab smelled very unpleasant and was also raw. Also, the fries were very soft. We are very disappointed as it wasn't the first time we ordered here and we had to throw everything away.

I ordered, as I have often done, and today the day has come where I have to write a review. The food is incredibly delicious, the suppliers are always friendly and today I even got a piece of cake as a gift 🥹 Thank you very much ♡

At certain intervals we always order a grill plate for two people which costs €52. They actually like the plate too. Only this time we received a very small portion and under these conditions we will stay away from this shop and for €52 we buy our own meat and make our own grill plate.!!!

Cold kebab (not delivered, but from the store!). It was probably due to the chicken meat, because the skewer looked gray and not well cooked. Unfortunately, the employee with the glasses is also a real imposition.

Turned away at 11 p.m. on a Saturday despite the fact that guests were still there and as regular customers. Older, thin gentleman with gray hair said: just out of the house. As soon as the regular waiter is not there, absolutely nothing goes smoothly in the shop!

Too loud and too cramped when it's full. The staff attentive and friendly... Unfortunately the meat was only lukewarm and the fries were unsalted...

Rarely have I eaten such a disgusting falafel. I ordered it to take away from Dürüm. The falafels were raw inside and cold.

We were actually always happy there. Now we were there and instead of being given salad, bread and dips at the beginning, as usual, we were given cucumbers and tomatoes on a plate, literally thrown onto the table. Everything else was forgotten. The “salad” only consisted of cucumbers and tomatoes, while the neighbors at the table next door got a great salad with dips and bread. Of course it is possible that something is forgotten, but the waitress walked past our table three times and even looked at it several times.

We ate here today, the shop itself is ok. The staff was very nice and helpful for the 10 stars. Let's get to the food, it looked damn tasty, but it didn't taste like anything. Maybe we were unlucky today and there was no salt or spices in the kitchen. The price-performance ratio for the fact that it didn't taste like anything is really great. The only thing that tasted good was the cola and the köfte, everything else was very bland. It's a shame because I'm used to different things from Turkish cuisine. Even the starter didn't taste like anything, unfortunately that was what I was looking forward to the most.

Probably the best kebab I have ever eaten. It costs a little more than I expected but it is worth the price. The meat is of the highest quality and is very well cut. The potatoes are a good brand (from a bag). The best quality/price kebab I have visited so far. 100% recommended.

I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. The restaurant is also tastefully and appropriately furnished. The food is fantastic, whether in the restaurant or "to go". Each dish is served with fresh flatbread, a side salad and two dips. The food from the charcoal grill has a unique taste, just great. At the end, every guest even gets a tea and all at a great price-performance ratio. I'd be happy to come back any time!

We ordered kebab bread in Pamukkale today and we specifically stated that we wanted it without sauces... but the bread still arrived with sauce. The meat neither tasted good nor was it fresh. Once and never again. Lg.

This place was great! It had a very relaxed ambience and in addition to the dining room, does a pretty brisk take out business. There was lots of variety on the menu, including a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options, and the plates were very hearty sizes and well priced. For example, there were two of us, we had a soup, two full meals, and two beers, and it was just shy of $55. And that doesn't include the complimentary big basket of bread, a spicy sauce, Greek yoghurt, and a cucumber and tomato salad. I definitely want to go back!

I can at 10 p.m. and was ignored for 15 minutes even though there was only one person in front of me. Then I got a kebab that simply had the wrong sauce in it. The next surprise was the raw meat and the dry salad, never again!!!

Mein Yogurtlu Kebab bestand aus einen Viertel Adana Kebab und sieben kleinen Fleischstückchen ansonsten war der Teller gefüllt mit altem Brot, es hat noch nicht einmal die Soße aufgesaugt. Das ganze hat dann 23€ gekostet. Der Service war, als man uns dann endlich bediente , OK. Ich werde sicher nicht wieder kommen.

Authentic food, prepared with love (in my opinion) - at a reasonable price and in the right quantity. Absolutely nothing to complain about (the bread is also fresh and delicious, and there was also a dessert!), many thanks to the Pamukkale Köz team and see you next time!

The food and service are very good and get 5 stars from me. The atmosphere isn't my thing and it's a bit stuffy, but unfortunately I only give it 3 stars. So I get an overall result of 4 stars

Attracted by the “2 for 1” promotion, I ordered food from Pamukkale last night. The order came later than stated, the food was delivered incorrectly and, as the cherry on the cake, I now have a bad gastrointestinal infection. I've been suffering from stomach cramps since 4 a.m., which even took me to the hospital. There it was confirmed to me that the infection came from food. You definitely won't get away without a lawsuit!

I was there an hour before closing time and got pre-cut meat with really thick pieces of fat. The hot sauce wasn't hot either but tasted more like peppers, but the fries didn't disappoint and were delicious (they skimped on the mayonnaise though).

Uber Eats orders are not delivered and they lie about the order being left at the door. The bell wouldn't ring despite the fact that we were waiting in the hallway. First the employee tells me to pick up the order in the store and then a little later he says that it would supposedly be put in the mailbox... We didn't receive the promised cancellation either.... You know where you don't order anymore.

Uber Eats Bestellungen werden nicht ausgeliefert und es wird gelogen das die Bestellung vor die Tür gelegt wird. Geklingelt würde auch nicht trotzallerdessen das wir im Flur warten. Erst sagt der Mitarbeiter ich soll die Bestellung im Laden abholen und dann sagt er etwas später das es angeblich zum Briefkasten gelegt würde..... Versprochene Storno haben wir auch nicht erhalten....... Man weiß wo man nicht mehr bestellt.

We ate Dürum kebab, it was totally dry and crumbled apart. And unfortunately I discovered that my dress was totally messed up. The bench I was sitting on was completely dirty, there was candy stuck to my dress.

Einer der besten Türkischen Restaurants in Hamburg. Und so was von freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alle Gerichte sind immer super frisch und klasse gewürzt. Manchmal ist es etwas schwierig einen Platz ohne Vorbestellung zu bekommen-

A quality place with good service

Had dinner here last night. The restaurant itself is quite small but very cozy and nicely decorated. It was quite full but we got a table even without a reservation. Service: was okay, friendly could have been a little quicker but it was also busy. Food: Taste really great. Had the grill plate and the meat was very fresh and flavorful. The starters and side dishes were also very tasty. The fries had to be seasoned. The price is still okay, but it could have been a little cheaper. The grill plate cost 50 euros, individual dishes here cost around 20 euros. Nevertheless, I give it 5 stars because the food is really tasty and very fresh. Conclusion: if you want to eat Turkish in a nice atmosphere, this is the right place and therefore a clear recommendation 👍

Man orders food and forgets to deliver it. You call after waiting for over an hour and then you get an answer. What should I do? I have a lot to do. No excuses, nothing. If you have a lot to do then you shouldn't place an order. Very bad service very unfriendly. Not recommended

Worst delivery service!!!!! Unfortunately experienced it twice. I placed the order and was told the order would be there within the next 40 minutes. After 1.5 hours nothing there. And then you couldn't cancel the order over the phone because they had no idea how to do it. ! NEVER AGAIN!

Wir haben hier nicht das erste Mal gegessen aber mit Sicherheit das letzte Mal. Der Service war schon immer nicht besonders freundlich aber jetzt ist er nahezu asozial. Manieren, eine gewisse Höflichkeit (Hallo/Danke/Tschüss) kann man schon erwarten wenn man in Eurem Restaurant Geld lassen will. Stattdessen ist es wie in einem Jugentreff, Ihr reden nur irgendeine fremde Sprache und wirft genervte/gestresste Blick rüber. Atmosphäre ist nicht einladend. Das Essen. Das Essen war nie wirklich richtig gut aber es war ok. Diesesmal haben wir zwei Döner bestellt, eines mit gemischten Fleisch und das andere mit Hähnchen. Wir haben nachdem wir einige Bisse versucht hatte beide weggeschmissen. Das Fleisch war ekelhaft und nicht mal richtig durch!!!! Geht in eines der anderen dutzenden Restaurants in der Nähe aber vermeidet für eure Laune/Gesundheit Pamukkale.

Just waited 2 hours for food that didn't even arrive to hear at the end that we didn't receive an order. I've already sent the driver home. If you can't get it baked, you shouldn't offer it

We've been there several times, last time we had Iskender with veal doner. Totally gristly and hard. We thought we had a bad day and went there again. Strong price increase. Not good value for money. Meat totally hard and bland. Unfortunately the salad didn't taste good either. Paid 50 euros for 2 people.

I used to enjoy eating here. You felt welcome and the food was delicious. Unfortunately it is no longer the case and the taste leaves a lot to be desired. Burnt meat, raw fries and the whole thing drowned in sauce. No, I'm going to eat somewhere else now. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately it is very narrow and there is very little space. Too many people in a small room. There had been a meal there and unfortunately it wasn't that nice. The food was delicious but the service was totally unfriendly. There was no tea offered after the meal and people would look at us askance 7 people eat food worth 300 or more and you get looks that you should hurry up while eating because others don't have space and would have made a special reservation in advance and let you know

We were there for the first time today and were thrilled with the large selection of food for everyone and the flat rate drinks were particularly good. We sat at table 81 and our waiter was Fatih and thank you for the nice service :-) we can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience and will happily come back

Very carelessly prepared and bland. Price/performance is not right here at all. Truly the worst Turkish food I've ever had so far. Service was okay, that's about it. Lots of German audience, you won't find any fellow countrymen. That should have given us something to think about. I wouldn't come here again.
