Saray Köz in Hamburg

The best breakfast buffet I've ever eaten in my life. I really mean it. I'd ask you to try it out if you want. I would really recommend it. It's all on the first floor by the restaurants. There are chairs, sofas, tables, and everything is lovely. The lighting is really bright and looks really nice. They only have TVs because when they're on football, and I can, it's cool if you can watch football, and otherwise, I think it's cool too. Then the first floor, the first, first, first big view and it is really beautiful and the food and drink was very tasty, you really can't complain and what's more, it's €18.50 during the week, it's best to take it because at the weekend it's €22.50, so it's cheaper during the week and yes, there's no almonds, except for the only thing, there is no elevator to this day, because, for example, it's not just me who has a knee that's kind of painful going up, that was a big mistake for most wheelchair users, of course it's a real mistake, I'm giving you a star off for that, I know it's not your fault but the state's, but nevertheless it's not okay, the wheelchair users are outsiders again, they want to stand outside and just enjoy their breakfast and the others can go up and enjoy it. I don't think the state's breakfast buffet is right at all, it really should be more about inclusion in Germany. I've really had enough of it now. Be nice, respect others who are different, and don't be so cheeky and just be friendly. That's the best thing. That's how you get ahead in life, and I just wanted to give it as an insider tip, because I'm explaining that, otherwise, thank you very much for everything, for this lovely breakfast buffet. We came as 4 people and both the open buffet and desserts were great. Their cleanliness and friendliness were perfect. One of the most elegant places to eat in Hamburg. If you come, don't forget to say hello to my sister Neslihan, bon appetit in advance.

This was my second time here for breakfast. There's a huge selection, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Neslihan Abla, in particular, was perfect and took great care of our well-being. Highly recommended!

I have never tasted a döner that is definitely above average, but the kebabs are very good and the waiters are extremely friendly and sincere. It is a very good place for Europe.

The ambiance and service aren't particularly faultable. Sure, shortages or long waits during a holy month for Muslims are understandable; but delivering food uncooked or undercooked is the lowest of the low. Unfortunately, that was my last visit there, and I can't recommend it. According to social media, the owners have changed, but apparently the chefs have stayed the same. The waiter even accommodated us by swapping the dish, but by then the hops and malt had already been lost, and the grain had been separated from the hops. Everyone's appetite was gone. The only thing I would recommend is the lentil soup; and that's pretty hard to screw up, if I can put it that way.

Very bad food. The rumen soup has to do with the rumen soup to me very very disgusting. I also ordered iskender, the bread was extremely dry and the meat was raw. It was just pink never again not recommended very very bad. I still have to pay for it all, which is a shame.🤬

We were there as a group and were served very well. We were assigned a large table. The service was very attentive and quick. From the flatbread, salad and tzatziki to the invited tea with cake, everything was very tasty. The main courses all came at the same time and followed the pictures in the menu corresponded. Everything tasted excellent.

Ordered kebab. The meat was quite dry, the salad was fresh. The sauce was very runny and with very little garlic.

Highly recommended. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of Turkish dishes that are freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The portions are generous and the taste is simply excellent. The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back and recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Turkish food!

Despite the fact that we waited for forty minutes, the mix grill was brought to us cold and not fresh, I eat there very often but I will never go there again, I don't know what this administrator is doing, everyone is just hanging around there, either the salad is not fresh or the food is cold, the mix grill was prepared early or not fresh at all, how could it be cold?

We were guests at the Stay Hotel next door for a few days and booked the stay with breakfast. This was on the first floor of the Saray Köz, which was accessible from the hotel. When you enter you are greeted by a colorful interior. But that's just incidental. Much more important is the very friendly welcome from the lovely lady at the breakfast buffet every morning. We immediately felt comfortable with her. The guest is still a guest here. Everything was explained and shown. And that brings me to the main topic, the breakfast buffet... Wow, what was that??? I've never seen a breakfast buffet like this before. Turkish specialties everywhere. Homemade creams/spreads, southern grilled vegetables, home-made couscous and so on. I would have expected something like this for lunch/dinner. But hey, I didn't miss anything. A slightly different breakfast than what the “normal German” might be used to, but absolutely delicious. Can you please bring me a breakfast like this every morning in Stuttgart???? Have I already mentioned the good soul of the breakfast room? Yes, I did and I'll do it again. Thank you for your warmth, stay as you are: hospitable! I just have a small comment: Not everyone drinks tea or coffee. A warm chocolate should be included in the price of the breakfast buffet. But here too, a solution was found without any complications. Kind regards from Stuttgart.

I haven't had such friendly service in a long time. The waiter (Burhan) treated us like royalty. He was courteous and attentive and even surprised us with several little things. If you are looking for a good restaurant in Hamburg to eat a grill platter, you have come to the right place. The meat was super tender, the homemade Ayran 1A and the desert were also very tasty. First of all, with the warmth of the place, its friendly atmosphere, the smiling face of the chef and owner Neslihan and her staff, Ahmet who served us, and their polite and respectful behavior, it has become one of the places that I will definitely visit and always recommend when I come to Hamburg again. The presentation and taste of the meals we ate were wonderful. Meats are like Turkish delight It was perfect. We were very pleased with everything that came to the table, a complete feast of taste.
