I don't think I ever had skewered lamb that delicious. Melts in your mouth and fat is like butter. Nice service too. If I am in Hamburg again, I'm there for sure.

During service you had to repeat several times what you wanted, whether it was to eat inside or pay with a card. The kebab was more than disappointing, dry, hardly any taste and simply not worth the money

Despite a complaint about incorrect preparation of a take-away meal, the meal that was not ordered was again delivered. It's best to watch the meal being prepared. Obviously language barriers.

The restaurant is very nice and clean, you can eat there very comfortably as a family. The waiter (Said) who served us was very friendly and super nice and always attentive to our wishes. The food was more than great and we had a very great day. Would go again and again and highly recommend😁👌

If I were to make an impartial comment, I have been in Germany for a week and had the best breakfast here. Everything was delicious and perfect. I have never seen such a wide variety anywhere. Apart from this, thanks to Ms. Neslihan, it was like a warm family atmosphere. Well done to everyone.

There were remnants of some katoffles in my rice, it was a bloody unpleasant experience and their Ayran was unfortunately warm and unfortunately too thin in taste. It is not a place I will visit again in Hamburg. Definitely below par.

The restaurant is on the ground floor of the Stay Hotel, where we stayed during our stay in Hamburg. First thing in the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a mix of cold and warm dishes, and everything was very attractively presented. It was our first Turkish breakfast and we were absolutely thrilled. The highlight was dinner. Great salad with bread and delicious dips, then came the main course and followed by a sweet dessert. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend Saray Köz. We will definitely come back on our next stay in Hamburg.

I really liked the breakfast buffet. There was a very diverse selection with something for everyone. The drink selection was also good. Whether with friends in a large group, with family or just as a couple, I would recommend it to everyone.

We had breakfast at the buffet upstairs. We were served by a very, very nice waitress who explained everything to us nicely at the reception and kept asking if everything was OK. There was also a large selection of food for me, although I am very picky when it comes to food. The price is also right and people are happy to give tips when it comes to service

We had Ina as a server, she took good care of us with giving us free salad and bread for coming as a big group. The food was delicious.

Unfortunately, we found it pretty mediocre overall. Judging by the prices and the quality offered, we didn't find it as tasty as elsewhere in the same price range (especially bread, pepper dip, kebab meat, olives). A little burnt is okay, but in that form it was too much for me. Nobody came to tell me that nobody saw what was going out to be served. At least the homemade ayran was delicious and the portions were filling. Nevertheless, our expectations were not met due to the good review average.

They have vegan options but don't know what vegan means and wanted to add joghurt to my Durum. For a regular size Durum with seitan "meat" they charged me €10.50 - which I think is very expensive for a little bread, salad, and seitan.

We are from Augsburg and happened to go to Saray Köz, but I have to say that it is a really great restaurant, very clean and tidy, the waiter is super nice and friendly. The food was mega, large portions and very, very tasty.

If you want to eat delicious food, you have to have so much choice, delicious food and friendly staff. You're in really good hands here.

We came to this restaurant, where we always come for dinner, around 17:30 on Saturday, September 28th. But I have never encountered such a disastrous meal. I drank lentil soup and got sick in the evening. I couldn't sleep throughout the night due to abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Sure, you can get a good grilled plate or good grilled meat in many Turkish restaurants. But, I have never eaten such delicious ezme as there. The salad is also constantly freshly prepared. At one point during my hour-long visit the salad display was refilled three times. You can taste that too; simply excellent. Whenever I'm in Hamburg and I feel like grilled meat and Ezme, a visit to Saray Köz is a must. But please tell me the recipe for Ezme 😉

We recently took a day trip to Hamburg and our visit to Saray köz was undoubtedly the highlight of the day. The quality of the food was exceptional, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very appealing. As regular guests of Turkish restaurants, we can safely say that Sarayköz was the best experience yet. The cleanliness of the toilets was exemplary, towels, soap, disinfectants and a prayer room were available. All other Turkish restaurants should take Sarayköz as a model. We will come again inşaAllah. THANK YOU SARAY KÖZ.

Ordered 2x lamb steak with potato wedges and we were served fries instead of potato wedges. The eggplant puree that came with it was so disgusting. A consistency of jam that shouldn't be at all and the taste is far from fresh. I'm Turkish and have never had such a bad meal at a Turkish restaurant. Unfortunately we were guided by the good reviews here.

Hier gibt es sehr gut aussehendes Essen und es schmeckt auch so gut wie es aussieht. Die Mitarbeiter hier sind auch sehr sympathisch und nett und die Stimmung hier ist sehr angenehm.

First of all, I have to say that unfortunately we were only able to enjoy breakfast. The restaurant is in a hotel building and we were also allowed to eat breakfast in this context. We have traveled around the world quite a bit and have very good comparisons. This breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had. The rooms are furnished with plenty of space and are very harmonious. The buffet was amazing, I would say it's a mix of breakfast and brunch. From cold delicacies to warm dishes, everything was there. I'll include pictures and video. The opening times for breakfast are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are enough drinks available, from coffee to juice to tea. You can also have an extra latte or cappuccino brought for an additional charge. The employee was very nice and friendly. What can I say, look at the pictures and the video.
