A super nice and modern restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and even helpful when a passerby outside needed help and called the police; the waitress ran out to help. The food was incredibly delicious, with generous portions and a great wait time. There was a large group upstairs in the family area during our visit, and the delicious platters were served up high 😋😋 I'd be happy to go back anytime; it was a culinary delight.

The shop has a great atmosphere, where you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. It's a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet with a huge selection. You won't miss anything, and the staff are super courteous and very helpful.

Incredibly bad experience! I will never come here again and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. We went here because it had such high ratings. The picture of the pide with sucuk and cheese looked so good that we ordered a pide and a kofte sandwich—safe dishes that are almost impossible to mess up. Unfortunately, the food was disastrous. The cheese on the pide smelled extremely unpleasant, and there were only three small slices of sucuk on top. Despite the low cost, it was far too expensive. We couldn't even finish it. The kofte sandwich was equally shocking: the Adana kebab pieces were inedible, and the kofte completely fell apart. Upon our complaint, an employee offered to remake it, but by that point, our appetites had completely disappeared, so we declined. At the checkout, we were treated unprofessionally by a smug employee who claimed to be in charge. Instead of an apology, there were only derogatory remarks like, "It would have been redone, but you didn't want it done." Absolutely unacceptable! ———— I was really surprised to hear such a thing from you. You didn't apologize, and your behavior was wrong. It was just a Coke, and we didn't ask for a free drink—why are you making a problem out of it? We changed tables because it was very smoky inside and very windy outside—what's the problem for you? Please own up to your behavior.

We came to rate the restaurant highly, but the food is considered average and the spices used for the grills are few, in addition to the waiter’s behavior being bad.

We were there on Saturday evening with 15 guests. The place is a complete disaster. All of our food was burnt, and one of our guests' food was completely forgotten. Despite this, they disrespectfully still wanted a tip. I can't recommend this place at all.

I went there for brunch on Saturday. There's a varied buffet on the second floor with plenty of vegetables, coffee, tea, and juice. It's a clean place with friendly, competent staff. The ambiance is very nice, and you have a beautiful view of the Steindamm. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The service left much to be desired – our order was taken incorrectly, and when we politely pointed out the error, the server was rather impatient and unaccommodating. The atmosphere was fine and the food was generally enjoyable, but the overall experience was severely marred by the unfriendly service. It's a shame – we had hoped for more.

The taste isn't bad, but it's a business focused on ripping off customers. They charged us 5 waters for 2 waters, charged us 2 colas for 1 cola, and charged us the price of baklava for the complimentary revani. When we objected to the chef, he called the waiter over and watched as he argued with us. We ended up paying extra for the cola and water. When we reminded him that it was complimentary, they deleted the revani they'd written off as baklava. This is a rip-off business, a complete disgrace to business and manners. Perhaps it's not good for Germans and established Turks, but when it realized we were tourists, it was a complete mess.

We went to breakfast today with a larger group. A very warm welcome, and the lady at the breakfast buffet in particular was incredibly friendly and approachable. She was very helpful and flexible, even when it came to special requests. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful. The food was attractively presented. The selection was very good, with something for every taste. And absolutely everything was delicious. Highly recommended for the price/performance ratio.

We usually come for breakfast when we're in Hamburg. It's a fantastic oriental buffet. With delicious dips, all sorts of prepared vegetables, large rolls, and egg dishes. It's truly something different. But there's always something for those with a jam craving, too. Hotel guests of the neighboring Boardinghouse Stay Hotel can walk directly across the corridor to breakfast. But outsiders are always welcome, too. You get a generous and unique selection for a good price.

I do not recommend it, the order came late and wrong, the drinks arrived 1 hour later, the promise was broken!!!!

Great Turkish food with various options on the menu. Staff were helpful and kind. Some of the drinks weren’t cold, but the staff provided us with ice. The portions were huge and we even got some salad, bread and tsatsiki for free before our main meal.

So let's start with me paying €18, only to find out that my Dürüm had plastic in it. I'm very disappointed, and would appreciate some feedback. I'll have to throw the Dürüm away, just like my money, because I'm sadly no longer hungry, because I don't know what kind of plastic it was, and because there was something in it that shouldn't have been.

Delicious Adana, delicious Tavuk, and delicious lamb ribs (Pirzola). The Beyti was also okay. The portions are really small, though, and quite expensive for the price. Iskender was good. The service was very friendly. Luckily, it was after the meal when the mice were running under the tables. But overall, it's okay, and it's really cool that they have a mescit.

The waiter lied to us. When we asked, he said it was yaprak. When the kebab arrived, the color seemed very strange to me. I asked again. This time he admitted it was a mix of meat. At the end he asked if it tasted good, but it didn't. Despite that, there was no discount. A kebab box with mix of meat for 10 euros is pretty steep. We'd rather go back to Lades, where they have real meat for a better price. You won't be seeing us again!

But my greatest praise goes to the amazing waiter, whose name I unfortunately don't know (he said he was from Afghanistan). I was there on June 27th with a group of ten; he served us confidently, professionally, and friendly, fulfilling our every wish. We'll only come here from now on when we're at Steindamm. A few days ago, I ordered "Harran," or baked meat with cheese, here, and what I was served was an absolute disgrace. Half the plate consisted of oil, along with a few tiny scraps of meat and cheese. I had to pay almost €21 for that little bit. Don't get ripped off and find a decent restaurant instead.

We ate at Saray Köz for the first time with the whole family on Bayram Day – and it was a truly wonderful evening. Despite the crowds, everything went quickly, and the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and relaxed. We immediately felt at home. The food was really good – the portions were large, beautifully presented, and the taste was top-notch. Everyone had something different, and everyone was completely satisfied. To finish, we had chocolate baklava… I'm just saying, it's definitely a must! A great end to a thoroughly enjoyable meal. We'll definitely be back!

I had soup but unfortunately it was cold and not tasty, I bought döner for my children and they were cold too. Unfortunately it was not the performance I expected.

I don't know what oil they used for beans-rice and isgembe, but I didn't like it. Just so you know.

Great Döner Kebab! This place feels more like a proper restaurant than just a regular kebab stand. I was really impressed by the grill skewers they had on display; they looked incredibly delicious. The Döner I ordered was very tasty, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. On top of that, the service was fast and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back to try those skewers next time. Highly recommended!

Since we are new to Germany, I preferred a Turkish restaurant to get along, but the waiters were affable. Although communication was difficult, one of them was a bit sullen and the other friend's service approach was warm. Normally, I don't make negative comments easily, but since everything is on top of each other here, let this be a warning for them to do their job better. I wanted tripe soup and then lahmacun. I wanted him to put an adana on top of the lahmacun. Hoping that we could get the local flavors we miss. Unfortunately, the waiter gave the tongs that fell on the floor to the waiter right in front of me. He filled the pickles with that tong. Of course, I couldn't eat those treats. The waiter asked if we should put the salad on it, and I said put it on, but I didn't think they would wrap it. The product came wrapped in a package while sitting at the table. Let's call it a language problem, but as someone who works in the kitchen and has spent 35 years of my life eating in Türkiye, I want to remind the cook. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers can never be lahmacun salad, and they are never put in it. At best, this is a side salad. The salad of lahmacun is either a tablacı salad or arugula, tomato, sumac and onion. Unfortunately, those lettuces and cucumbers melt inside the lahmacun due to the heat and leave a very bad taste. Also, there were tomato peels in the stuffing of lahmacun. There is no tomato peel in the minced meat of lahmacun. Finally, cottony things were constantly flying from above and falling on the table. A solution should be found for this too, I kept brushing it away with my hands so that it would not get into the dish. And I think 36 euros is too much for a single Adana stuffed in half a tripe lahmacun.
