Had a really bad experience yesterday. Ordered Pomm Doner. Everything is cold!!! The fries and meat must have been there for 15 minutes. Impudence! I also had stomach pain afterwards. The avocado sauce tastes like mayonnaise. Who can wait? Should eat somewhere else.

Food is surprisingly good, service is also good, but you should wait a little bit more considering it’s a fast food restaurant

Very good interaction between bread, meat and the sauce.

Unfortunately the Dürüm with mixed meat was kind of bad. Diarrhea and vomiting less than half an hour after consumption. Money is touched by the same people who prepare food without gloves or anything like that.

Although we came early in the morning, there was a young man there who helped us a lot. And I ate the best doner. We will come back

The food was cold and didn't taste good

Today I had a very bad experience at this establishment. I had a very busy schedule, so I ordered Döner here, paid for it, and said I would pick it up in 10-15 minutes. By the way, today I paid 8.50 € for a standard Döner (I don’t know if this is really its price or if they charged me for the service). 15 minutes later I returned to pick up my order. But they forgot to cook it. In 20 seconds, the employee threw food into my pita bread, wrapped it, and gave it to me without even heating it. After my request to heat it up, he did it, but: I was late for my bus, and the Döner was very tasteless. Even my child, who loves Döner very much, said that today it is not tasty. I was left with a very unpleasant feeling after visiting this establishment.

Doner tastes good. But portion mega small. Bread was only half filled (similar to previous reviews). Okay for those who are just passing through for a short time. But wouldn't go again if I have a little more time.

Had a Dürüm, which unfortunately was hardly full. It tasted like nothing and I didn't finish it. Was there shortly before closing time and the staff was rather unfriendly. I expected more because I had very good experiences in the Hoheluft branch.

Great Doner! Veggie options also good. Inside is a nice unexpected surprise good atmosphere.

The vegan kebab is very tasty. The bread was very crunchy but maybe the kebab is too small for some, for me it was perfect. I think €7.90 is too expensive but it's normal for songs these days. Still really tasty and there are also many sauces to choose from including a vegan sauce

You can have it in your yard every day. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is great too.

Not bad, the final lemon squeeze makes it better, however the sandwich is small one.

Today I ate a Dürim kebab, which also tasted very good. It's hard to drive past the great smell that comes from My Kebap's. A few weeks ago I ate a kebab plate on site, but because of the large amount of meat, rice and salad it was more for very hungry people.

One of the best kebabs in Hamburg! The people behind the counter are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are attractive, the tables are clean without exception, so I spontaneously ate my food on site. I can highly recommend!

Doner kebab is OK. Unfortunately, the quality has declined over the last year.

I order vegan products once a week and find them all delicious. Above all, people here understand how to mix salad “meat” etc. beforehand

I briefly considered whether I should go back, it didn't look very clean, the sauces were all messed up, the appearance wasn't inviting, kebab 6.80 a lot of salad, little meat... unfortunately the taste was also below average... there are better ones!

I had three minutes until my bus arrived, the employee behind the counter said he could do it in one. While his colleague was collecting, the first one (in actually a minute) made me an absolutely delicious kebab for a fair price of €6.50. Top rolls (crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside), not dry, friendly and funny staff. Great kebab, thanks to the team!

I ate there for the first time (while visiting Hamburg) and I have to say it was one of the best Falafel Dürum I've eaten. Food fresh and delicious The employees were also very friendly. I'd be happy to come back when I'm in Hamburg

The kebab was really tasty 😋, great location and not far from UKE. Quickly accessible by bus. Service is quick and as already mentioned, the kebab was also delicious.

You can't beat it when it comes to bottomlessness! We ordered via Lieferando; After 1 1/2 hours we called and asked when we could expect the food. We were then told that the order was not there and referred us to the other branches. Then we called again and asked because the branch was correct, then they said we had just received the receipt, but couldn't give an address when asked. Then they hung up. After we called again, 2 hours had now passed, they said we were waiting for the driver, but couldn't say when that would be. After 4 hours of waiting and no food, we canceled the order. Never again!

I usually go to a place around the corner but tried here Jan '24. Was the best Dürüm Döner and Pommes I'd had for a while. Sauces, meat and salad was all great, Pommes too. I enjoyed my takeaway a lot. I will try their vegan option next time to compare. One negative: the guy made/took a mobile phone call in the middle of serving (he was working alone at 10:30pm) Prices are fair.

Absolut bester Döner und Kumpir in Hamburg für mich!

Bezogen auf die Restaurant-Klasse verdiente 5 Sterne. Personal recht ruhig, aber freundlich. Gute Portion beim Dönerteller und alles frisch und lecker. Hier werde ich öfter hingehen.

Beste Zatzikisoße! Die Pommes sind perfekt gewürzt, Salat frisch, Fleisch saftig. Bester Dönerteller seit Langem, Preis absolut ok.

Alles ist frisch, das Personal ist freundlich

Das Brot ist super, die Sossen auch, was mich gestört hat das bei viel vom unteren Spieß abgeschnitten wurde und mit einem dreckigen Spachtel zerkleinert wurde. Service wirkte sehr hecktisch, und unorganisiert, der ältere Mitarbeiter war wo ich kam am Essen, ging dann raus um zu rauchen, aber kam dann rein um den Döner fertig zumachen.. Waren halt noch 2 weitere Mitarbeiter dort, die bis auf das Fleisch schneiden rumstanden

Dass den My Kebap's auf dem Weg von meiner Arbeit nach Hause ist.. esse ich da oft mein Feierabend Donner und kann ich nur empfehlen, war immer mit gut Qualität und gut Bedienung...auch wenn das schon relativ spät ist.

Sehr gute Dönerbox und Dürüm zum fairen Preis. Die Soßen sind auch alle lecker. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht! Ich komme wieder :)

Overall it's fine I guess. The only issue I had was that the taste of the ordered doner etc heavily depends on the person who's inchargw of your order. If he adds up the sauces correctly, then it's fine and otherwise it'd be tasteless doner/durum etc.

Hervorragender Döner zu fairen Preisen. Komme alle paar Monate bei Heißhunger auf Döner wieder.

Ganz ehrlich: Die beste Döner Box in Hamburg! Endlich habe ich das gefunden, wonach ich mich schon lange sehnte. Eine Döner Box, an der es nichts zu meckern gibt, die seinesgleichen sucht. Eine ausgewogene Mischung aus bestem Kalbfleisch mit leckerem Geschmack, delikatem frischen Salat, hochwertigen Pommes und super Tzatziki- und scharfer Sauce. Wer es noch schärfer mag, dem sei das rote Gewürz, das Chili-Pulver im großen Streuer mit den acht Öffnungen empfohlen. Auch Pfeffer und Salz fehlen auf keinem Tisch. Mengenmäßig stellt die Box alle anderen Döner Boxen, die mir bekannt sind, locker in den Schatten. Genauso verhält es sich mit dem netten und freundlichen Service. Das Ambiente und die Gemütlichkeit in diesem Restaurant sind vom Allerfeinsten; auch der Lavazza Kaffee ist sehr lecker und groß. Dass coole Musik dezent im Hintergrund läuft, scheint selbstverständlich zu sein. Da ich heute zum ersten Mal hier bin, habe ich zukünftig noch die anderen Gerichte und Saucen zu testen und zu genießen! Auch der Blick aus dem Fenster ist nie langweilig; man ist halt mitten im Leben auf dem Eppendorfer Marktplatz 5. Apropos 5: könnte ich 8 Sterne vergeben, würde ich das natürlich sofort tun! Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in dieser super Location, die in ihrer Angebotsvielfalt (zum Beispiel Cheeseburger oder Döner Kumpir Drehspieß) wohl kaum zu übertreffen ist. Klasse vegane Döner, freundliche Mitarbeiter, schnelle Bedienung und preislich sind wir hier auf dem typischen Hamburger Niveau. Ist eine klare Empfehlung.

Essen ist völlig in Ordnung, leider stinkt es davor so bestialisch, dass man es selbst drinnen kaum aushält.

Das Fleisch (Kalb) war knorpelig und die scharfe Sauce war von Geschmack und Konsistenz wie Hella Gewürzketchup. Sorry, aber qualitativ war das echt gar nichts.

Leckerer Döner von sehr freundlichen Personal. Tip: nehmt mal die frische Zitrone oben drüber ;) Laden ist gut gepflegt und sauber! Weiter so, Männer!

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung, die auch gerne Wünsche aller Art erfüllt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Saucen (u.a. eine sehr gute braune Avocadosauce). Das Brot für das Döner-Sandwich ist ein köstlicher Fladen mit weißem Sesam. Es gibt ein Fenster für Straßenverkauf, einen Innenbereich und Sitzplätze im Hochparterre. Die Servicekräfte räumen und wischen die Gästetische nach jedem Gast ab. Geheimtipp: "Döner Cheese Sandwich" (Gibt es so nirgends in Hamburg!)

Leckere Türkische (Mediterrane) Gerichte, entweder um sie im Innenraum oder draußen zu genießen. Oder zum mitnehmen.

Dürum und Döner sind OK. Leider wird sehr wenig Sauce genutzt.

Zum Stillen des schnellen Hungers ganz ok - mehr aber auch nicht.

Wenn man einen schnellen Snack für zwischendurch braucht, ist man dort perfekt aufgehoben :)
