Absolutely recommended! From the moment I walked in until the last bite, everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome. The doner kebab tastes fantastic – fresh, juicy meat, crisp salad, fresh bread, and a perfectly balanced sauce. The portions are also generous, and the value for money is unbeatable. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. You can tell that they work with passion and attention to detail. For me, this is one of the best doner kebab shops ever. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I took a break here as a bus driver and ate dürüm and pizza, which were very tasty. Afterwards, we had baklava and cay – it couldn't have been a better ending! 10/10. I'll definitely come back and spend another break here.

I can say with certainty that this is one of the best doner kebabs I've eaten in Niendorf Nord. The staff was very friendly, warm, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome. The food was exceptionally delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I've enjoyed eating at your restaurant for many years because I really like the spice mix of the doner kebab, the sauces, and the overall taste. That's why I was so disappointed with my last visit. When I entered the restaurant, I was the only customer. At first, I thought the staff were just joking because it suddenly got very loud. However, it quickly became clear that it was a real argument. Two employees were shouting at each other, and one even grabbed the other by the neck. A third employee had to intervene and essentially said that there were customers in the restaurant. In such a situation, one feels very uncomfortable as a guest. Food should be prepared calmly and carefully – unfortunately, there was no sign of that at that moment. After I left the restaurant, I heard loud shouting and clattering dishes again. When I turned around, I could see that the argument was escalating further, and objects were even being thrown. I have never experienced anything like this in a restaurant before. I want to emphasize that I have never encountered this kind of behavior on previous visits. The long-serving staff – especially the slim employee with glasses – were always friendly, professional, and polite. However, on my last visit, there was clearly new staff on duty, and unfortunately, they made a very poor impression. I hope this incident will be addressed internally, because the doner kebab still tastes very good. Because of this experience, though, I can't wholeheartedly recommend visiting the restaurant in its current state.

Super leckerer Döner kleiner Abzug, weil schon etwas klein und die scharfe Soße war nicht scharf

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Hatten einen Dürum und einen normalen Döner. Prinzipiell schmeckt der Döner ganz ok. Beim Dürum wurde leider der Wrap außen rum nicht wirklich kross gegrillt so das dieser sich mit der Soße voll gesogen hat und eine sehr pappige Konsistenz hatte. Beim normalen Döner das gleiche. Da hat die Soße das Brot sehr aufgeweicht. Ebenfalls wäre es beim normalen Döner vllt etwas besser die Soße nicht nur aufs Brot zu schmieren bei der Menge an Salat. So muss man sich erstmal durch den Salat kämpfen bis man zum guten Teil kommt.

Absolut 10 von 10 Punkten! Sehr netter Service, köstliches Essen und Tee. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und das leckere Essen heute! 😋🤤 Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eigentlich holen wir dort seit über zwei Jahren immer unseren Döner. Aber in den letzten Wochen wurden wir nun mehrfach sehr enttäuscht. Heute gab es als Salat nur noch puren Eisbergsalat und Zwiebeln, allerdings wurde unser Döner damit nichtmal ganz gefüllt sondern war zur Hälfte leer. Das Brot wurde die letzten Male immer zu lang getosted, sodass es eher dem Biss in ein Knäckebrot ähnelte. Die Fleischqualität ist ebenfalls leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher, die Currysoße schmeckt bedauerlicherweise ebenfalls nicht sonderlich gut. Vegane Soßenalternativen würde ich mir zusätzlich sehr wünschen. Davon abgesehen sind die Falafel meist ganz gut und die restlichen Soßen ebenfalls. Ich hoffe, dass es wieder so wird wie früher, ansonsten werden wir unseren Döner in Zukunft leider bei der Konkurrenz holen müssen.

Top!! Immer wieder lecker! Der BigDöner ist immer eine absolute Rakete 🚀 Das Fleisch ist hier sowieso besonders lecker!! Soßen auch richtig gut! Die Pizzen und Piden kosten zwar etwas mehr aber sind auch richtig lecker und werden frisch zubereitet! Da die Pizzen etwas länger dauern gibt es auch gerne mal eine Tee aufs Haus👍 Ich war schon in vielen Dönerläden in der Umgebung und kann sagen der hier ist mein Favorit! Macht weiter so 👏 👌✌️

Schade das der Dönerteller zu 50% nur noch aus Salat besteht. Dafür 15 Euro zu verlangen ist nicht fair. Man wird überall nur noch übern Tisch gezogen. Schade eigentlich.

I have to honestly admit, even a day later, I'm still thinking about that good kebab. That's very rare for me, so it deserves a 5-star rating. The bread is perfect, the meat is high-quality and low in fat, which is 80% of what makes a good kebab. Plus, they have good sauces like avocado – the only downside is that I live farther away so I can eat there more often ☺️

The doner kebab itself is relatively tasty, but at €9.50 for just a minced meat kebab, it's definitely too expensive. I can get a steak doner for that price in the city center.

The big doner kebab is delicious and has plenty of meat. The price is still reasonable. The regular doner kebab for €8 is also delicious, but priced at the upper end.

- Very friendly staff Unfortunately, the store has deteriorated significantly, so I have to downgrade from 5 stars to 3. The meat is no longer good. Much too dry; I assume there's a lot of binding agent, but I just don't know. That's just my feeling. Prices are far too high. I give the food 2 stars. I give the service 4 stars. I give the atmosphere 4 stars. So, my overall rating is 3 stars.

The kebab is delicious, no question about it. However, the price is totally overpriced. The meat quality is of the lowest level (minced skewer). I'm surprised that the kebab can be called that here. It is a rotisserie.

Wrong sauce and then so much that the whole kebab was extremely soggy. Actually everything just tasted like the sauce. Unfortunately the bread was just flatbread but baked very dark.

I found the meat on the kebab plate (chicken) too fatty. For ketchup and mayonnaise you have to charge an extra 1 euro each - really expensive. A total of 17 euros is not usual in the market. Was my only and last visit.

Were just there for the second time. Extremely delicious. Meat juicy and crispy in all the right places. The amount is not too little and not too much. The friendliness, first class. Our new favorite place when it comes to kebab ;) the prices are absolutely fine and justified. The store was super clean and the employees and the boss were in a great mood. Unfortunately there wasn't enough for a photo, I was too hungry and the kebab was too tasty 😋

Das Fleisch ist weich wie gummi. Die Pommes labrig. Und die viel zu fettige "Cocktail-soße" schmeckt nach Ketchup, was nicht in ein Döner sollte. In allem ein absolut überteurter, lieblos gemachter Döner.

Viel zu teuer im Gegensatz zu anderen und das Essen war jetzt auch nicht das beste.

Ihr wollt Döner, wie er im Osten schmeckt? Dann ab da hin.. Gerade die Saucen (Lieferung aus Berlin, die auch den Großteil Osten beliefert), machen diesen Döner so, wie ich ihn kenne und liebe. Die Portion ist genau richtig und auch im richtigen 1/4 Fladenbrot Format.. Eigentümer ist nett und macht auch Mal nen schnack... Also für mich einer der besten Dönerladen in Hamburg. Wobei ich hier nur für Hamburgs Nordwesten sprechen kann.

Die boys machen n absolut zufrieden stellenden Job! Betrete den Laden und werde nach der Begrüßung nur gefragt, Döner oder Teller? Richtig lecker. Tolle Bedienung

Das essen ist sehr gut, nur schade das das Hühnchen schnell ausverkauft ist und somit gemischtes Fleisch nicht mehr zu haben ist. Für 6,50€ finde ich den Dürüm preislich sehr gut für sein Geld bekommt man eine ordentliche Portion. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr freundlich, bei den Stoßzeiten muss man zwar etwas mehr Zeit einplanen aber geht schon.

Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben mir an Feiertagen und Sonntagen schon oft das Leben gerettet.

Ich hatte schonmal eine Bewertung hier geschrieben, aber die ist irgendwie weg. Auch damals waren es fünf Sterne, da ich noch immer sehr zufrieden bin. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Portionen sind groß und werden zügig zubereitet. Der Preis für beispielsweise einen Dönerteller ist zwar etwas heftig, aber wie schon gesagt: die Portionen sind groß! Der Laden hat ein tolles Ambiente und sieht echt toll aus. Über die Sauberkeit kann ich definitiv nichts negatives sagen, im Gastro-Bereich. Wie die Sanitäranlagen aussehen, weiß ich nicht. Das Personal arbeitet schnell und WIRKT vielleicht etwas unfreundlich, aber das sind sie nicht wirklich! Die Jungs dort kommunizieren halt nicht sehr viel und das empfindet man gegebenenfalls als unhöflich oder unfreundlich. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme dort und empfehle den Laden.
