Ordered Uber eats and was canceled after 20 minutes. Just like that!

The carrots and red berries were from a jar, the broccoli was thawed and the falafel was dry and mushy and soft. Unfortunately, this is more than bold and embarrassing. You can put something like that next to each other on your plate.

Used to be a favourite. Ordered through Lieferando and after the order had been processed and accepted, about 10-20 minutes before it is supposed to arrive, it gets cancelled. This is the second time. No communication or explanation as to why it's being cancelled. Weather has been fine. And if it is because they are out of ingredients, that does not reflect well when you have 5-6 hours left in your business day before closing...why not make more? Do they only make the ingredients in the AM and once they're out, no matter what time of day, you're out of luck?

Quietly located compared to the center full of traffic and tourists. Small but nice shop with 2 tables outside. I assume most people order here or take food TO GO. We had a small size Kentucky Bowl and a Veggie Bowl and were extremely satisfied! Very tasty, with the opportunity to decide for yourself what goes in. It doesn't get any better. The drink sizes are a bit small, but that's less important in a store where healthy bowls are the focus. :)

Unfortunately the bowl didn't arrive with all the ingredients. In addition, there was no option to choose a sauce for the harbor bowl online. Ok for the price, you can do it. Maybe it's better locally!

We got two different bowls and were very satisfied. Unfortunately there is no seating, but that's not a problem. We will be back definitely!

As a home office employee, I always get my lunch here. I like the good fresh ones with homemade ingredients. As well as the diversity. It never gets boring there! I can also bring my own box.

Closed even though it states that it is open till 10pm. And the employee was yelling at her phone.

Unfortunately very unreliable when ordering online. Some bowl ingredients are always out of stock. I just got a call saying there were no chickpeas but they would put another ingredient in my bowl. 10 minutes later my order was simply canceled without giving any reason. No one can be reached at the number given or at the number that just called me.

Order via Uber Eats. I ordered 2 regular Smart bowls. Unfortunately, the size of the bowl leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately there was WAY too little rice in both bowls, the rest was ok, but could have been a little more generous.

Ordered a bowl with honey mustard sauce and it was delivered with chili sauce instead. Had to throw the whole bowl away as I don’t like chili at all. Terrible!

I love it there, it was super tasty and the service was great with delicious recommendations. I had never had a bowl before, but ever since I had a bowl there for the first time, I have only loved Smart Bowls

My favorite spot where they have the best and cheapest bowls!! There is a large selection available with different fresh and delicious ingredients and the staff is super nice. Especially as a vegan or vegetarian, you can choose between really tasty and, above all, wholesome and high-quality meat substitute products. Every visit is worth it! :))

I've eaten several bowls and it's always been delicious. Fresh ingredients and delicious sauces and nice staff who are happy to help. For vegetarians and/or vegans like me, this is the best way to eat quickly and healthily.

Mein erster Besuch hier war sehr zufriedenstellen. Meine Bowl hat mir sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die nette Mitarbeiterin hat mir sogar noch etwas extra Sauce mitgegeben. In Summe top, sehr zu empfehlen.

Super netter Laden, direkt in meiner Nachbarschaft ! Ich muss sagen, dass die Bowl geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut ist. Die frische und die Soßen sind schon überragend. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich werde wohl jetzt häufiger mein Geld dort lassen, denn für sein Geld bekommt man da wirklich nicht nur die nette Bedienung hinterm Tresen, sondern auch 1 a Qualität geboten. Vielen Dank!

Ich war schon einige Male da und war noch nie unzufrieden. Man schmeckt das die Zutaten selbst gemacht sind. Die Beilagen sind lecker gewürzt und das Personal ist immer freundlich. Schöne (gesunde) alternative zu Fastfood.

Die Auswahl an Zutaten ist vielfältig nicht nur mit Fleisch sondern auch für Veganer und schmeckt immer frisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und erklären alles und empfehlen vieles, wenn man mal neue Bowls ausprobieren will.

Ich war das erste mal da essen und es war perfekt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und sehr gute Bedienung. Ich kann den Laden wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, es wurde mir alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt ich bedanke mir herzlich bei euch.

Ich kenne Bowl Läden sehr gut, leider bieten alle immer das selbe an, wobei smartbowl eine Riesen Auswahl hat auch Zutaten die andere Bowl Läden nicht haben. Der Laden ist klein aber fein. Für mich die leckerste Bowl bis jetzt und auch so schön angerichtet immer.

Essen: Bestelle immer über Uber eats und ich muss sagen, ich könnte jeden Tag bestellen. Nach dem Sport ist es genau das was ich brauche. Ich war jetzt einmal persönlich da und diese Auswahl an Zutaten mega! Ich durfte auch ein Foto hinter der Theke machen, war super nett! Lieferung: ich hatte meine Bestellung innerhalb von 15 min.🫢

Sehr leckeres Essen. An die diese Rezension sehen um ehrlich zu wissen ob der laden was kann. Ja es gibt sehr viel auswahl und es ist nicht wie bei anderen die viel anbieten und tiefkühlkost anbieten um so viel anbieten zu können. alles sehr frisch und lecker. +man kann schöne fotos machen da die gerichte auch sehr lecker aussehen😁(+ FÜR VEGANER: es ist dort ziemlich lecker meine freundin ist vegan normalerweise finde ich das veganes essen in restaurant recht mau und langweilig angeboten wird aber die machen es echt top!!!)

Schon in meiner Kindheit habe ich geträumt eine Bowl zu essen, die meinen Ansprüchen genügen. Smartbowls habe ich endlich diesen Traum erfüllen können. Zusätzlich erhält man einen super Service und Einkaufserlbenis. Bisher immer zufrieden gewesen.
