We only went there to eat and it was fantastic! Great food and a fantastic view

I had the displeasure of dining at your restaurant recently and would like to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, these were anything but pleasant. First of all, the service was extremely unfriendly. The waiters seemed more interested in their own conversations than the guests. A friendly greeting or a smile would have been a welcome change. Furthermore, the room temperature was unbearably cold. You might think you're in a cold storage facility instead of a welcoming restaurant. The main course I was served was a frozen item advertised as a gourmet meal. I never thought I would have to pay for such inferior quality in a restaurant. It was disappointing and absolutely unacceptable in taste. In addition, I was surprised that despite free advertising in the area, there is a parking fee. This is not only inconvenient, but also another sign that the customer is not the focus here. Overall my visit was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your restaurant and hope that you take these points seriously to provide future guests with a better experience.

The food, when it finally came, was okay, the service when it came to the table was nice, but unfortunately everything took so long that it wasn't a nice evening. For 2 courses 3 hours... we saved the dessert.

Where do I begin, in summary it was the worst restaurant visit we have ever had. Starting as ordered and not being picked up because a table wasn't ready yet, ok, we would have looked over it with a smile. But what happened next is just shameful. We had ordered water, which unfortunately didn't find its way to our table, but was included on the bill. The waitresses were running around like frightened chickens, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Half of the starters were forgotten and only after asking twice were the rest brought. The truffle pasta was a complete failure, just cold. Not to mention the quality of the meat my husband had. Spices were in short supply in every dish. It's no good getting an espresso and a schnapps on the house. We're just sorry for every cent we paid. This has nothing to do with a restaurant on the Süllberg. Our waiter still did his best. No recommendation at all!

You had the feeling that the entire team was passionate about what they were doing and was looking forward to giving the guests an unforgettable evening. Conclusion: The “Süllberg” is a place where food becomes art and hospitality is very important. A location that impresses not only with its ambience and location, but above all with its excellent cuisine and the great host. We will definitely come back here – and highly recommend it!

I went to eat, excellent service and very good food

Süllberg Alm a restaurant that is not a real restaurant. Menu very diffuse and special. It's very comfortable to sit in, but the food didn't convince us. Service friendly and helpful.

Food in the restaurant was very average, but the price was too high. No greeting from the kitchen, no free parking. Overall okay, but wouldn't come back.

The three of us ate today at the Süllberg Alm. Starter, main course and dessert were all very good! High quality food, excellently presented in terms of appearance and taste. However, the icing on the cake was the first-class service. Attentive, friendly, polite and accommodating, as rarely experienced. We will definitely and happily come back.

At a party in the small hall we had to freeze for 8 hours and switched from gin and tonic to hot tea. An evening that resulted in a cold

Great view // nice decor // food good // service bad // prices vary (rating restaurant - not hotel) (visited in 07/2023) It wasn't easy to find someone to give you a seat (but that wasn't because there was a huge rush of guests). Before I get to the positive things, a quick bit of information for everyone who orders a bottle of water (still). The water is served in a bottle that bears the Süllberg logo. When I asked, I was told that it was tap water. Which would be OK if they had said that beforehand. Since we didn't receive a drinks menu, we only saw on the bill that we were charged 8.00 euros for the 0.75 liters. If you take into account that the price of drinking water in Hamburg is currently 0.002 euros, you have to ask yourself how you can add 8.00 euros to your guests' bill. Feedback from the operator desired. During the first delivery there were two "things" floating in the water that the service apparently overlooked. Well - as already noted, service was rather poor - at least for us (other guests - presumably guests who come more often, were treated differently). The bread beforehand was very good - as was the tarte flambée. The filled dumplings (Schlutzer) were also good - but the aftertaste was a bit salty and could have been a little bigger. Both pasta scami tasted good, but the fish couldn't be removed from the shell. According to my understanding, the scampi comes out of the tail shell without any effort - when the correct cooking point has been reached. It can happen - but it shouldn't. I would have liked to give the service person personal feedback - but no one asked. Normally I always have to "stop" my wife when it comes to the amount of the tip - not here (zero euros). Would I eat here again - probably not - I'm sure there are other restaurants nearby.

It's not what it was anymore. Fantastic location everything else average good.

Rarely have I had such bad service. A disgrace, especially given the prices.

One star for the solid tasting food. We reserved a table at 1:30 p.m. and were finally able to leave the restaurant at 4:20 p.m. Including a total of 2.5 hours waiting time for all dishes with empty glasses during this time. After sitting for half an hour without drinking, I asked if I could get another drink. There is also no chance of stopping the waiters themselves because they avoid eye contact. There is also no “sorry that you had to wait 1 hour between the starter and main course with empty glasses”. The plates are only cleared away after you put them together yourself after sitting and being silent for 20 minutes. The beef strips on the menu are minced strips of beef that are well-cooked on the plate. They don't ask if everything is okay or if there is anything else that can be done. Stay for lunch in just 3 hours. Attention or communication regarding the long waiting times is really asking too much. You can then even pay for the parking garage. The planned stay was 1.5 hours. Because we had to wait twice as long, we were able to deduct the €9 parking garage in addition to the €260. They are all friendly, but service staff only work in their free time.

We were here for dinner. Absolute top. Rarely eaten so deliciously. The starters were all amazing. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We'll be back.

I was at the Kistallsaal for an event. The ambience was fabulous. The view from the terrace is unique. The service was very attentive and well organized and the food tasted wonderful. Thank you.

As a saxophonist, I have been responsible for the musical arrangement at celebrations in Süllberg several times in recent years. It's a lot of fun to be a guest in this beautiful location and the terrace and the view in particular are unique in Hamburg.

When the weather is beautiful, enjoy the great view on the terrace with a glass of sparkling wine, but the food in the alpine pasture is also great. The beef fillet, which is brought to the table on a hot lava stone to be freshly fried, was particularly tasty. Yesterday we were able to enjoy a great evening in the Crystal Hall. It was beautifully decorated and there was delicious food with playing the piano in between. I always enjoy coming to the Süllberg.

Rating for the beer garden. View 10 stars, rest zero. Beer garden completely dirty. It's not about the leaves lying around this time of year, but about the napkins etc on the floor. The staff is completely overwhelmed even though it is only self-service. But pouring wheat properly is probably too difficult. Also knowing where to pick up the cake. App ordering system doesn't work either. It's a real shame, it's completely incomprehensible how a place like this can be run down like this.

Top location with a beautiful view.

Were on the café terrace. Rarely experienced worse service at the “kiosk”. Half an hour for six orders. The employees don't know their own card. Coffee in a paper cup. Cakes from... Every kiosk in the neighborhood is better organized...

Nice restaurant, unfortunately the ordering platform doesn't work properly and the service is totally overwhelmed. It's a shame but that was the last visit :-(

No, we were on the terrace and could only pay for our 3 coffees with a QR code. They asked for our phone number and the like. Payment was then only possible via Paypal. Never go here again and not recommended.

For ONE coffee I have to load an app and enter my personal data there. You will then receive a security code on your cell phone. After entering this, I was able to order my coffee, e.g. Pay with Paypal and received an order code which I then used to get the coffee. I really have nothing against innovations, but THIS is not possible!!! Why don’t they have easy card payments??? Here - NEVER AGAIN

I was at the restaurant today with a private group. The food was very, very tasty. There are 5 stars for this. The service with only a maximum of 25 guests in total was shockingly bad. First comes the starter and then at some point you are asked what you would like to drink. The same food was ordered for everyone. Unbelievable differences in portion sizes... etc etc etc. Again. The food was really good but the service was overwhelmed, slow, disinterested and unfortunately just bad. m

That was nothing. Food too expensive for the average quality without pizzazz. Service disappointing. We probably won't come back

We celebrated our wedding in July in our/your absolute dream location. With each visit we fell more in love with this place and would do it all again! In 25 years for our silver wedding anniversary we will definitely see each other again with a big party but of course countless times before that too 💕It was a wonderful day where everything was just right and which we will always remember. Dear Tanja, dear Vincenzo - carry on in the same way! We always felt comfortable putting our big day in your hands. THANK YOU for making the day unforgettable and for us having an absolute dream wedding!

Yesterday we were at the Süllberg Hotel to celebrate my daughter's wedding and were looking forward to a wonderful day on the terrace with a beautiful view. Unfortunately we would be very disappointed, especially with the food. The pasta was served carelessly with a ready-made sauce, the starters were very economical and the steak was unfortunately dry and inedible. Overall, the food was of very poor quality and absolutely not appropriate for the occasion. We had wished for more care and attention to detail, especially at a wedding. It was a big disappointment and unfortunately overshadowed the day.

We celebrated our wedding in Süllberg and can only recommend this location 100%. From the first contact to the day of the wedding, the very friendly team was there to support us and we were able to enjoy the day to the fullest. Top service, food, view, team, every wish of ours was taken seriously and the Süllberg team made it possible. You can tell that a lot of heart and passion goes into the work here! One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant in my life. Even though we were there in a group and made reservations months in advance, nothing was prepared and the tables were not wiped down after preparation and were dirty. The water is tap water and carbonated from the Sodastream itself and tastes very stale at an overpriced price like a branded water. After we wanted to go in so as not to sit in the storm as there were no tables in the sun, our water was left outside until the end of the evening and still charged. The cellars rarely or never come to the table - it probably took at least an hour for anyone to come at all. We ordered an ostrich, after 20 minutes someone came and said the ostrich was gone so not a single one of us could eat what we wanted and why we were there. Without comment, she wanted to take a new order without handing out cards. Then it was agreed that the starter would be delivered first, which was also delivered incorrectly, and then we placed the order for the main course (there was still no menu). A few main courses then arrived without any orders from the other guests. All in all, after taking over, the restaurant, including food management and service, is simply a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend anyone to even try this restaurant

There was a “flat rate” for water, coffee, tea and cake. I found this offer, which was for group reservations - if I remembered correctly from 7 people - to be very fair in terms of price and of impeccable quality. The service was friendly and attentive.

Super delicious food, super polite service. And the view is a 10/10. We like to come here and have a good time.

Highly recommended restaurant with a great view of the Elbe

We got married in Süllberg at the end of May and it was sensational. The Crystal Hall is beautiful and the location is unsurpassed. We were able to design the wedding according to our wishes with the helping hand of the event manager. The free wedding ceremony on the terrace with a view of the Elbe was magical. The service, drinks and food were also very good. A very clear recommendation.

We were able to celebrate our wedding in the beautiful location. It was a wonderful evening with great, attentive service. Tanja, who takes care of all events on site, was always available for us and planned everything with us down to the smallest detail. The organization was impeccable. The food was also perfect. A very cozy cafe bar on the hill facing beautiful Elbe! The cafe restaurant is located in a very beautiful place with amazing view to water and green area. There is no service as it’s self service. The food is really average, I ordered mozzarella Pinza and it was very bad. Tasted like a frozen pizza from grocery shop, almost tasteless. I’d appreciate more flavours or even more basil leaves. Very very poor quality! Am I coming back to this place? Yes for sure because of its astonishing view. But next time perhaps will stick to drinks or something simple like French fries 😉

The restaurant is beautifully located with a breathtaking view over the Elbe. The staff were very friendly! Deduction for food (especially appetizer) and missing wine cooler. The starters of burrata (€19) and beef tartare (€21) were carelessly prepared. There were only a few lettuce leaves next to the tartare. When we asked for bread, we only got crackers and a dry pretzel, even though the next table had gotten bread. I don't understand tartare and burrata without bread or something similar, especially since the burrata wasn't served on a bed of lettuce. Cheese spaetzle (considering the ingredients) were questionable in terms of price at €21. Nevertheless, the visit is definitely worth it!

We used to be guests often when Karl-Heinz Hauser was in charge. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case these days and you can immediately tell in the quality of the food! My pasta scampi was actually just noodles floating in an ocean of oil. My friend's pasta porcini was literally drowning in the fat and oil from the bacon. Good Italian cuisine does not impress with over-the-top creations, but rather with a love of finesse and the simplicity of the ingredients. Why frantically reinvent or change the wheel if it makes the product less edible? We waited about 15 minutes for apperatives, the food came 40 minutes later… The “Alm” concept is purely a marketing campaign. It doesn't really have much to do with a typical alpine experience. Or something so new has been created here that no one understands. What was of course also inappropriate was the big party right NEXT to the tables. Loud music, shouting people. Isn't there a private party room in this large location where the party guests can let off steam without bothering the other guests? Too bad...

Here you feel comfortable, welcome and arrived, even if I was just quenching my thirst as a hiker on the terrace, the service was very good and very friendly. High above the roofs of Blankenese, I stopped for coffee and iced tea. I was slowed down and motivated to walk for more kilometers because of the wide view, whether of the shipping channel or all the way to the old land. The slightly nicer break. I would be happy to appear again soon, with food and drink. Thanks !

Perfect service perfect location

We love the Alm! The service team with Bernd & Co is professional, super friendly and helpful. The location and the view are unique, and the restaurant has been stylish and cozy since it was renovated. The food is delicious and absolutely reasonable in price. Yes, parking in the underground car park costs money (for us it was 6 euros for 2 hours, not 9 euros for 1.5 hours...) which is absolutely understandable given the parking situation in the area. Luckily there is an underground car park! And yes, the prices are higher than at the Italian restaurant in Buxtehude. But if you're not prepared to pay for quality and location, you can stay away...

Underground! 120€ for drinks for 3 people (5 Aperol and a Pinot Gris) and 2x olives with bread and 1x shrimp (small plate with a total of five pieces, a lettuce leaf, no other side dishes). Nothing else. Unfortunately the bread was out, there was simply none, we're sorry. Self-service and on top €9 for the parking garage for 1.5 hours (REFUNDS NOT possible, sorry guest!). What a terrible, expensive evening. Absolutely no recommendation!

The location is very suitable for a company party with a reception on the terrace with a view over the Elbe towards Airbus. The location can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes from the ferry pier. The food including the wine selection was very good, the service discreet and attentive.

Süllberg is simply great in terms of location. But you can tell that little has been invested.

We spent our anniversary here (dinner) and unfortunately we were really hoping for more. The taste of the food was not as expected. Steak was ok, pasta really wasn't tasty. The waiter only came when you called him with great effort. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. We then ordered pretzels while we waited because no baguette or similar was offered. We expected more from a restaurant in this price range. But the view was very nice and the waiter was polite despite everything. The drinks were very tasty. Hence the two stars.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't good, so we ate in the Almstube. Very nice atmosphere. We had a very nice waiter. The food was a bit expensive but perfect.

We were there with six people. The menu is manageable, nothing special, the duck leg was dry, a small blob of red cabbage and three mini dumplings for very expensive money, I was very disappointed because it was given as an egg. I wanted something special, but unfortunately it wasn't. Would never go there again.

We spent a wonderful wedding anniversary in the restaurant. The food was great and we particularly liked the great and perfect service from Bernd. There are also service employees who have fun and enjoy their work. We might come back again to the fantastic sun terrace with a sensational view of the Elbe.

A bitter disappointment! As a native of Blankenese, I associate the Süllberg Restaurant with something special, noble and extraordinary and was bitterly disappointed. The concept of an "Alm" in Blankenese is neither reflected in the ambience nor the food and is only pursued half-heartedly. When ordering, we were told that no truffles had been delivered at the moment, so that several dishes on the menu could not be ordered. For the pear and chestnut soup I ordered as a starter, the waiter said 40 minutes later (!) that they didn't have any pears, so I should order something else. The cream of asparagus soup that was delivered as a replacement was probably a packet soup, it didn't taste like anything. The main course, a pasta dish, wasn't bad, but it could have been canteen food. To compensate for the starter, we received a (!!!) tiramisu for two people, with two spoons. I have never eaten such bad tiramisu in my life - it tasted neither of chocolate nor of coffee nor of anything, was neither sweet nor creamy but seemed like a ready-made meal. It's not surprising that the Hotel Süllberg has now closed - with a restaurant like this I would rather have a pizza delivered and go to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. The star restaurant 7 Seas will be sorely missed. And for events or receptions, such a place can only help itself with external catering - not with this terrible kitchen. It's a shame for Hamburg and especially for Blankenese. I can only warn against this restaurant.

We celebrated our wedding here and it exceeded our expectations. Tanja in particular always gave us a great feeling of security and professionalism and took care of everything at all times. The food, the view, the people on site, the ambience were all harmonious and can be individually adapted to the desired event at any time. We would love to get married every year now and we would do everything exactly the same!

I've only been to the restaurant, which overlooks the river. The view is beautiful but above all the food is good, not too expensive (average prices).

As a wedding officiant, I attended a stylish, relaxed wedding ceremony in Süllberg in May. My conclusion: 5 stars on all levels. First of all, a big thank you to Tanja, who as event manager had a fantastic overview of everything, was always on site and was therefore available as a contact person for the wedding couple, guests and us service managers - that is not something that can be taken for granted. The Crystal Hall is set for around 120 guests: elegant and yet modern. The wedding took place on the spacious terrace in the shade of the trees: with a unique view of the Elbe. The service team was attentive and super friendly. Equipment, sound, decoration, snacks - everything was top notch. It's hard to beat in Hamburg as a wedding location for couples with high standards.

Rating for the restaurant “Alm”: We were looking forward to a lovely evening with delicious food and unfortunately we went home rather disappointed. The spaetzle was very carelessly prepared (no fresh fried onions), tasted rather bland and the macaroni with ostrich bolo was also not well seasoned - solid but nothing special, as I would expect in this price range. The greeting from the kitchen at the beginning included a rather dry pretzel in which the salt had already absorbed moisture - perhaps you could bake a few new ones in between. Only the salad was really tasty and the service was friendly and attentive.

Food, drinks, service, and the view of the Elbe are all wonderful. We'll be back.

We have already held several events for our company with Süllberg Gastronomy in Hamburg, and each time we have been surprised and thrilled! The alpine cuisine offers everything your heart desires, the quality of the meat is very high. We are fans of the family-run restaurant and are already looking forward to the upcoming event.

I would like to rate the restaurant here. The location on the mountain is fantastic. View of the Elbe. The welcome is very friendly. However, I was a little disappointed. When making the reservation I stated that it was my wife's birthday. Unfortunately that wasn't mentioned. Food and drinks are expensive, but also taste very good. The waiter is a nice guy with a sense of humor. Recommended!

The view over the Elbe is wonderful

We had a wonderful day on the terrace with a view of the Elbe. We really liked the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the delicious food and I can highly recommend it. I had asparagus and it was sensational. But you can also just have a drink and enjoy the location and view. Top!

We were in the hall yesterday for Easter brunch. It was a little chilly. Flowers in a water glass??? The food was good, but the seasoning of the dishes could still improve it. Unfortunately there were no cards on the table to inquire about the dishes on offer. A drinks menu was also missing. But overall we were satisfied. There is still room for improvement. Oh well, those were dishes come at the end. So wait and see😋😋

Super schöne Location im Herzen von Blankenese. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, tolle Speisenauswahl, auch für Vegetarier. Das Servicepersonal war äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, komme sehr gerne wieder und werde Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich war dort zum essen und ich muss wirklich sagen; Das Essen, sowie der Service, waren eine 10/10. Der Ausblick ist ebenso traumhaft. Bin wirklich begeistert- ich werde wieder kommen ! :)

Süllberg ist ein Ort, wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben und dies spiegelte sich auch bei meinem letzten Besuch wieder! Nicht nur die exquisiten Gerichte und der erstklassige Service trugen zu einem vollkommenen Abend bei. Es ist mehr die anziehende Atmosphäre, wo gemütliches Feuer am Tisch einen willkommen heißt und man gespannt ist, welche Spezialeffekte einen zum Staunen bringen werden. Die Krönung des Ganzen ist die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Süllberg aus!!! Kurz gesagt es ist ein gastronomisches Erlebnis, das jeden Besuch wert ist!

Ich war zum Interview Termin mit David Tollmann dort verabredet und ich muss sagen, es war eine herausragende gastronomische Erfahrung. Dieses italienische Restaurant mit mediterranem Flair hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Küche im Süllberg ist absolut ausgezeichnet. Die Gerichte wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und boten eine geschmackliche Reise durch die mediterrane Küche. Die Qualität der Zutaten und die Zubereitung waren beeindruckend. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist ebenfalls bemerkenswert. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und einladend, was zu einem angenehmen und entspannten Esserlebnis beiträgt. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die köstlichen Speisen zu genießen. Das Personal im Süllberg Blankenese verdient ebenfalls Lob. Sie waren äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, was den Abend noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ihr Wissen über die Speisekarte und ihre Empfehlungen waren sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem kann ich dem Süllberg Blankenese fünf Sterne geben, ohne zu zögern. Diese gastronomische Perle ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und bietet ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Hervorragende Location und top Service! Sehr aufmerksames Personal und äußerst freundlich! Das Ambiente sehr gemütlich, die Trüffelpasta eine Sensation und der Wein sehr lecker.

Wir haben heute das „Hamburger Abendblatt Lieblingsmenü“ in der Süllberg Alm genossen. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Weinbegleitung sehr stimmig. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und den sehr aufmerksamen, Service, lieber Bernd. Sie haben uns einen unvergesslichen Abend bereitet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein super Abend mit sehr sehr leckerem Essen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super schön, hab mich direkt wohl gefühlt und der Service ist auch top! :)

Sensationell Süllberg verdient definitiv zehn Sterne von mir! Eine unglaublich tolle Location mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und einem tollen Ambiente. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch und jeder Besuch ist immer eine Überraschung. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dort zu sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

Location an sich sehr ansprechend, aber nicht zum Verweilen (ab 22 Uhr saßen wir fast alleine in der „Möbelausstellung“); Feuerstellen nicht in Betrieb (wann, wenn nicht im Winter); ungemütliches Deckenlicht, vorhandene Wandlampen waren AUS; Service unentspannt und teilweise flapsig; Samstagabend Hauptspeise „Seezunge“ für € 78 ausverkauft; Rotwein ausverkauft - vom Service vorgeschlagene Rotwein-Alternative € 95 😳 (teuerster Wein der Karte); Vitello Tonnato war ein Witz - die Scheiben waren so dünn geschnitten, dass man eine Briefwaage hätte nutzen müssen, um das Gewicht zu bestimmen; Vorspeise „Tatar“ bestand aus Zwiebeln (40%); Mango (30%); Beef (30%) - Leute, was soll so etwas ??? Gustatorisch eine Voll-Sechs 🤮. Ich könnte weiter aufzählen, spare es mir. Gastronomie ist eigentlich keine Rocket-Science - hier aber wohl doch. Geht lieber ins Block-House, da sind die Prozesse ausgefeilt und ihr bezahlt nur die Hälfte.

Schon der Ausblick von der Restaurant Terrasse lohnt den Süllberg in einen Spaziergang einzubinden.

Wir haben an einer Geburtstagsfeier teilgenommen und waren mit dem Essen und dem Service sehr zufrieden alles gut 👍😁

Wir waren heute aufgrund des Taste Twelve Buches in diesem Restaurant. Das Steak-Duo war einzigartig gut, selten haben wir so gutes Fleisch gehabt. Das Steak wird auf einem 300 Grad heissem Stein serviert, sodass man sich selbst das Fleisch am Tisch brät. Als wirklichen Kritikpunkt sehen wir die dreckigen Steakmeaser an, auch die neu angefragten Messer waren nicht wesentlich sauberer. Das Restaurant ist wirklich sehr gemütlich.

Wir waren gestern mit der Familie zum Essen in der Süllbergalm und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Auswahl der Gerichte war schwer, wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte, alle waren frisch und sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist zudem sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder.

Wir waren gestern in der Almhütte essen, wirklich fantastisches Essen und eine schöne sympathische Atmosphäre mit herzlichem , sehr aufmerksamen Service ! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nette, gemütliche Lokalität im alpenländischen Stil. Schicke deko. Ausreichend Sitzplätze (große und kleinere Tische). Service fix (fast schon zu fix) und freundlich. Essen sehr lecker, die Größen der Portionen könnten größer sein. Toiletten sehr sauber. Insgesamt gut, aber keine magic moments. Daher nur 4 von 5

Wir waren im Restaurant Alm zum Silvestermenü. 5 Gänge für 139 EUR/Person zzgl. Getränke. Hervorragend: Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, tolle Tischdekoration und ein perfektes Ambiente Grottenschlecht: Der Service. Zwischen den Gängen hatten wir teilweise 1 Stunde Wartezeit, in den 3,5 Stunden, die wir insgesamt da waren, wurden wir lediglich drei Mal nach Getränkewünschen gefragt, die bestellten Getränke kamen gar nicht oder nach sehr langer Wartezeit und mehrmaligen Erinnerungen. Als Entgegenkommen sollte der Aperetif aufs Haus gehen, trotzdem stand er am Ende auf der Rechnung. Dieser Nicht-Service schmälert den eigentlich sehr guten Eindruck extrem. Schade um die Leute, die sich in der Küche sehr viel Mühe gegeben haben.

Wir haben im Süllberg einen 30. Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Organisation, der Service sowie das Essen waren klasse! Definitiv eine Empfehlung und ein riesen Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder :)

Eine wirklich hervorragende location mit einem sehr tollen local und noch viel besseren Betreibern. Einfach nur empfehlenswert und das zu jedem Anlass.

Könnte ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben würde ich es tun. Ich war heute das erste Mal mit meiner Frau hier zum Essen und wir waren beide mehr als begeistert, von der Vorspeise über den Hauptgang bis zum Dessert sowie dem Service und dem Ambiente. Ich kann es einfach nur jedem empfehlen hier mal zum Essen einzukehren.

Abtanzball im Ballsaal. Tolle Leistung der Tanzschule. Der Ballsaal, den ich von Seglerbällen kenne, ist wirklich schön, mit Blick über die Elbe. Jetzt das aber: Poolgläser (Kunststoff). Die Getränkekarte umfasste zwei Champagner, zwei Weiße, einen Rosé und zwei Rote und das sonstige Bier / Aperol / Logdrink Zeug. Leider war der Weißwein dann nach Hälfte aus. Die bestellte Flasche Weißburgunder kam dann als Grauburgunder. Auch wenn ich mit grau fremdel, haben wir da kein Aufhebens drum gemacht. Berichte anderer aus der Gastro (vorheriges Essen) bestätigten das Bild. Ich hatte die Gastro als gut in Erinnerung. Scheint nicht mehr gut zu sein. Schade. Eigentlich ein toller Spot.
