Insgesamt verdient der Süllberg leider nur 2 Sterne, obwohl der Ort eigentlich wahnsinnig schön ist, aber leider waren doch einige Dinge nicht akzeptabel. Die Location wurde für einen Abiball und damit verbunden Essen, Bar etc. gebucht. Der Empfang war freundlich und man konnte problemlos in der Garage parken und fand sich gut zurecht. Dann erfährt man allerdings, dass man zusätzlich zu 131€ Ticketpreis noch weitere unverschämte 3 Euro pro Kleidungsstück an der Garderobe zahlen muss. Desweiteren läuft die enthaltene Getränkepauschale (Cocktails, Shots etc. natürlich ausgeschlossen) ebenfalls nur bis 21:30, was neben der Abzocke auch noch für unnötigen Stress sorgt. Für noch mehr Stress sorgt aber die Planung des Buffets. Personen die in der 2. Etage Platz genommen hatten, bekamen quasi gar keine Chance sich entspannt am Buffet zu bedienen. Hier wäre eine Aufteilung auf zwei (kleinere) Räume so viel sinnvoller gewesen. Für die genannten 131€ wurde das Buffet noch nicht einmal nachgefüllt. Geschmacklich waren viele Gerichte aber recht gut. Eine weitere Frechheit war jedoch, dass man während dem Event nicht einmal zeitweise die Location verlassen konnte, sondern danach nicht mehr reingelassen wurde. Ich vermute mal man hätte sich ein neues Ticket kaufen müssen🤦‍♂️. Der DJ hat allerdings einen soliden Job gemacht und auch die Fotobox ist positiv herauszuheben. Alles im allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Abend, wozu die Eventlocation vom Süllberg aber nicht unbedingt viel beigetragen hat. Denn selbst für Blankenese ist das eindeutig zu viel Abzocke.

Wir haben zu dritt gestern an einem sonnigen Nachmittag den Biergarten aufgesucht und genossen die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse mit dem Elbblick und unter den prächtigen Bäumen zu sitzen. Dann schauten wir zuversichtlich in die digitalisierte Speisekarte um eine Bestellung zusammen zu“klicken“. Nein, das war noch nicht alles! Wer nicht neueste Zahlungsweisen nutzt muss seine Kreditkarte zücken und alle Daten akribisch selbst eingeben…. Das ist kein Service und verdient nicht mal einen Stern! 20 min passierte nichts, kein Getränk, kein Service Personal zu sehen. Wir fragten im Pavillon nach. Was uns dann auf dem Teller serviert wurde konnte an Geschmack und Darbietung nicht unterboten werden: ein Hamburger auf dem Brett, pur, ohne kleine Tomate oder Salatblättchen als Deko. Das Vitello Tonnato gänzlich verfremdet mit Cocktail Sauce Tropfen! Und für ein weiteres Getränk sollte das ganze Bezahlprocedere wiederholt werden. An der Garderobe werden für jedes Einzelstück 3 Euro verlangt, das halte ich für unverschämt. Ich wünsche mir für die Damen dort eine Schulung zum Thema Umgang mit Kunden, so haben sie uns mit der hrer wirklch unhöflichen Art leider gleich den ersten Eindruck der Location vermiest.

Ich war im Mai 2026 mit meiner Familie in der Süllberg Alm essen. Anlass war mein 40. Geburtstag. Wir haben in der Alm den Sonntags Brunch genossen und im Biergarten die Aussicht genossen. Diese Lokation ist wirklich was besonderes. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist top. Das Essen war wirklich vielseitig und lecker. Es gab für jeden etwas, ob nun Frühstücksspeisen oder doch eher Mittagshunger. Das Buffett war schön angerichtet und es wurde regelmäßig nachgelegt. Live cooking station gab es auch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber zwei Punkte. Zum einen hat man vom Biergarten aus einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Elbe - was allein schon einen Besuch wert ist. Zum anderen möchte ich dringend den Service loben. Meine Gäste und ich haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und gut betreut gefühlt. Unser Kellner an dem Tag war Cem. Er war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch dieser Service hat den Aufenthalt noch mal zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank noch mal!

Tolles Restaurant! Sehr gutes Veranstaltungshaus. Wahnsinniger Ausblick auf die Elbe!

Wir waren im April mit einer Gruppe von 7 Personen im Rahmen einer Fahrradreise da. Haben in der Remise übernachtet und am Abend im Restaurant gegessen. Es war einfach super. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Das Restaurant ist wirklich lobenswert zu erwähnen. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen waren vorzüglich. Es gab ein Hüttengaudi Abend mit zwei Musikern. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und einen unvergesslichen Abend. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder.

Hatten einen super leckeren Brunch letzten Sonntag mit einer sehr schönen Auswahl von Speisen und einer sehr aufmerksamen Bedienung. Wer mal einen guten Brunch machen möchte mit einem schönen Blick auf die Elbe von der Terrasse, der sollte mal vorbeischauen.

Der Sonntagsbrunch war wirklich herausragend. Ein ganz besonderes kulinarisches Angebot, deutlich oberhalb dessen was üblich ist, selbst in "besseren" Locations. Preislich obere Liga, aber das ist es wert. Allein das "kleine" Add-On, die schönen Räume und der sagenhafte Blick auf die Elbe lohnen das Kommen. Der Service war hervorragend. Ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.

Die Gastronomie ist perfekt. Wir wurden von Cem und Canan bedient die sind professionell.

Die Lage ist einfach unübertroffen! Wir hatten spontan an Ostersonntag das Restaurant "Alm" besucht und bekamen sogar noch einen Tisch am Fenster mit einem beeindruckenden Blick über die Elbe. Die Speisen und der Wein waren hervorragend und das Personal wirklich zuvorkommend - das findet man heute leider nur selten! Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir die Alm am nächsten Tag gleich nochmal zu einem Getränk auf der Terrasse besucht haben.

Das Team hat mir sogar dabei geholfen, einen Heiratsantrag auf dem Turm zu planen – und alles lief wirklich perfekt. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Unterstützung! Der Service war großartig, das Team unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen gehört definitiv zu den leckersten, die ich in Hamburg hatte, und das Ambiente ist einfach traumhaft. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Für mich eines der besten Restaurants in Hamburg – absolut empfehlenswert!

Seit Februar 2026 bietet die Alm Restaurant von 10:30 Uhr bis 13:30 Uhr einen Brunch zum Preise von 39€ (Kinder 12,50€) an. Dieses Angebot interessierte uns sehr und so haben wir uns heute auf den Weg dorthin gemacht. Wir waren 6 Personen. Das Restaurant liegt einmalig schön, im Restaurant wird der Gast auch noch mit einem chicken Interieur empfangen. Im Sommer muss es hier wunderschön sein, weil man auch noch auf der Terrasse sitzen kann. Das Brunch-Büffet bot alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es war in Stationen aufgebaut. Kalt, warm, Dessert, Obst, Säfte, Wasser, Eierspeisen usw. Wir haben fast alles gekostet. Die Eierspeisen werden direkt an der Station geordert und individuell zubereitet. Der Lachs war noch warm und hat köstlich geschmeckt. Die Rinderroulade war ganz zart und wurde durch eine sehr gut abgeschmeckte Soße ergänzt. Alle Speisen waren fein und haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmeckt hat es uns auch ausgezeichnet. Der Service war professionell und zauberhaft. Cem, danke noch einmal für den tollen Service. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich für diesen schönen und leckeren Sonntagvormittag.

I had a wonderful birthday celebration with my family at the Alm restaurant today. We were all absolutely delighted with the delicious food, the drinks, and Cem's attentive service. Last Sunday, my boyfriend and I came to your restaurant to celebrate his birthday with brunch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were great too. What I'd especially like to highlight was the service. We were looked after from start to finish, and every need was met. It was a fantastic day, and we'll definitely be back.

Update February 9, 2026: The restaurant attempted to have my review deleted as defamatory. Such manipulation of reviews is unacceptable, hence the 1-star rating. Original review after a visit on November 1, 2024 (then 3 stars): The food at the restaurant was very average, and the price was too high. No complimentary appetizer, no free parking. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't return.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The ambiance was lovely. Unfortunately, the restaurant is somewhat hidden away, but you are rewarded with a magnificent view of the Elbe River.

We had dinner at Süllberg last night, just the two of us, and it was delicious. The service was attentive, and the trainees were very helpful – we really appreciated that. We had a wonderful table at this mountain lodge by the Elbe River. Next time, we'd like to come back on a Sunday and try the brunch.

I attended the New Year's reception hosted by Klönschnack on the Süllberg. It was very good. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable.

Nice restaurant, but making a table reservation is almost impossible. No response online or via email, and nobody answers the phone…

Highly recommended, especially because of Cem and his team and their calm and professional approach. The entire team, and especially Cem, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Cem, thank you so much for this wonderful and personal service. We will definitely be back! :) Best regards

We ate at the Alm Restaurant. I was really looking forward to it. The restaurant is very nicely decorated – like an alpine hut. Unfortunately, the service that evening was completely overwhelmed – there were only four waiters for the entire restaurant, which meant we were often overlooked and forgotten. I can overlook that, though; these things happen. However, it's clear that the à la carte ordering and course concept doesn't work, as the waiters were mainly occupied with serving the guests. I would have come back again because I love this food and would have liked to try the cheese fondue for two. BUT we both opted for the Wiener Schnitzel, which is quite expensive. Which is reasonable for good food and quality meat. It was by far the worst Wiener Schnitzel I have ever eaten. It was very thick – meaning it hadn't been pounded much, if at all – the breading was poor, and it was deep-fried, not pan-fried – it simply tasted of deep-fried fat. Comparable to a fried pastry without the sweetness. It was absolutely disappointing and, for the price, a real rip-off. We unfortunately won't be coming back.

The toilets aren't properly maintained and smell of stale urine. Overall, the once-prestigious restaurant is in a poor state of repair. But today??

We visited the Alm Restaurant and were very surprised that the negative experiences from previous reviews were unfounded. The food was very good, the dessert portions were just okay (too expensive for too little). The service was attentive. The restaurant is difficult to find; a few signs, including one in the garage, wouldn't hurt.

Great service and very tasty dishes!

Very disappointing. There were four of us eating at the Alm. The service was poor, and so was the food. Some of it was cold, the portions were very small, and it was simply poorly prepared and not tasty. Far too expensive for what it was. In addition, there was a loud alarm that went off for about 20 minutes. Conversation was impossible. There was no apology or compensation. The payment process was also disorganized. Absolutely not recommended.

We ate at the Alm Restaurant. Great view and lovely atmosphere. The food and wine were excellent. The service was a bit scattered at first, but I'll never forget how accommodating and well they treated us when someone in our group wasn't feeling well (which wasn't due to the food). Caution: The online menu lists dishes that are no longer available. One set menu was no longer available. And neither was a cheese fondue. This is something we urgently need to address. We were in the restaurant there. Some of the staff were very courteous and tried very hard to correct other staff's mistakes. You have to be lucky here. On the one hand, the food was incorrectly recorded and served without explanation. The neighboring tables demonstrated that things can be done differently there. The staff that was trying took note of the review and also provided feedback from the kitchen. I'm left with mixed feelings.

We had a truly wonderful evening at the Alm Restaurant. Very good food and exceptionally friendly, attentive, and competent service. We would be happy to return. Very disappointing - the 2 stars are only because the food was delicious! After years, we (4 people) wanted to visit the Süllberg again and we definitely won't be back! The ambiance in the ALM restaurant itself is very nice and the food was good, BUT... FIRST IMPRESSION On the way to the restaurant (elevator), you pass through a fairly large hallway. The A4 signs with the word "Restroom" printed on them, taped to the doors, particularly caught my eye... You might expect that in a village pub - but not at the Süllberg! In the women's restroom (middle corridor), a large wall tile was missing, and the walls were smeared with smudges. Well-maintained and clean isn't the best thing :( THE FOOD - what we got was delicious! BUT it definitely wasn't our evening: - We wanted to start with four rose champagnes from the drinks menu. Unfortunately, they didn't have it open... and they didn't open a bottle for us either!!! - Then we wanted to order truffle pasta and truffle fries from the menu, but unfortunately, they were out of truffle... - The salt shaker was empty - When I asked about mayo, they placed Heinz mayo sachets on my table... PLEASE???? Are we at McDonald's???? THE BEST PART: After the meal, the truffle pasta was served to our neighboring table :) The cellar and chef apologized, and one meal was even removed from the bill - thank you so much for that! But we would have preferred a smooth evening where we got what was offered on the drinks and menu! Let's be honest - in a restaurant where you have to grill your own meat for €38 (it was delicious, no question) and end up leaving with a bill of almost €300 (without getting what you actually wanted), you simply expect more. You don't want a napkin under a table to help you tip over, you want an updated menu and not always hearing from the waiter "we don't have that today" - and FOR GOD'S SAKE... you want clean and intact restrooms. Is that too much to ask these days? This was definitely our last visit. Too bad...

Previously, the cuisine was sensational and the service outstanding. An unbeatable location, but unfortunately, the interior is in need of improvement and the menu is rather bland. The website has a "Beef Club" category, which offers macaroni instead of grass-fed beef. Furthermore, the restaurant's alpine flair in a maritime setting is somewhat disconcerting. Last night, I was greeted by an extremely nervous waiter who immediately assigned me to the self-service area and reacted irritably when I chose the other area. I courageously ordered an Alsterwasser (Alster Water) and a Wiener Schnitzel. The Alterwasser turned out to be lukewarm broth with no soda content, and I couldn't tell the schnitzel from the McNuggets. The tragic arrangement was rounded off with a ready-made potato salad and a ready-made cucumber salad. The finest motorhome service station quality with a truly sensational view of the Elbe.

The Süllberg is a fantastic wedding venue! From day one, we felt in excellent hands at the Süllberg. We received a warm welcome on our first visit, and the venue was shown to us in detail: it was immediately clear to us that we wanted to celebrate our wedding here. The combination of the beautiful terrace with its stunning view of the Elbe River and the passing ships, as well as the elegant ballroom with parquet flooring and magnificent chandeliers, immediately won us over. Our rehearsal dinner confirmed our impression: superb cuisine of a high standard. Throughout the entire planning process, Tanja and later Eva supported us with passion and professionalism. On the day of our celebration with around 130 guests, everything was perfectly organized. Our guests were thrilled by the elegance of the venue, the attentive and professional service, and the outstanding food, which was just as delicious as the rehearsal dinner. We had an unforgettable evening that we will cherish forever. Our greatest thanks go to Eva and the entire team for the fantastic organization and support.

I was here for the Otto Kunst event. It was terrible! Far more tickets were sold than the capacity. I had a seated ticket, but when I arrived, everything was full. There were already tons of people upstairs, so I wouldn't have been able to see anything there either. I had no choice but to leave without seeing anything. I could have saved myself the trip from Berlin. The same goes for the parking garage; you get a ticket even though it's full. Since several other cars in the garage already had the same problem, it was very tight. My wheel rim is the one that suffered, thank you very much for that.

We wanted to get married there in 2026 on the recommendation of my friend, with whom we celebrated a beautiful wedding at Süllberg in 2024. Unfortunately, we haven't received any response to inquiries, either by email or phone. Apparently, the wedding planner Tanja, who oversaw my friend's wedding, no longer works at Süllberg. Which is a shame. We will now contact her in the hope that she will plan Ben's and my wedding. Then, unfortunately, at a different location. A real shame, because the view of the Elbe is a WOW.

No, definitely not suitable for events like today's autumn reading with Otto. Parking is very difficult. The parking ticket machine issues parking tickets even though the parking garage is full. What a load of logic! And traveling all the way to Berlin for this was very disappointing. The event was completely overcrowded. Tickets for seats were available, and you could have gone to the second level, but you wouldn't have seen anything. Very poor organization.

We went to the beer garden. First, the positives: The staff are all nice and friendly. The view of the Elbe and the Altes Land region is fantastic. The rest of the place is unfortunately awful: The tables are still littered with plates from previous guests, which you clear away yourself if you want a good seat. In the BEER garden (which is part of an ALPINE restaurant 😏), there's no light beer, only wheat beer. Coke Zero/Diet isn't available either. The pasta, which tastes like frozen microwaved food from a discount store, comes with no bread. The beepers that should beep when the food is ready don't. Overall, it's a real shame about such a great location – and hardly surprising that there's nothing going on there despite the perfect weather.

This review refers exclusively to the beer garden. We've loved this beer garden for many years. The view and the beautiful ambiance are truly wonderful. We really missed the beer garden during the years it was closed. Now, however, I'm at a loss for words regarding the food. The coffee and food are so bad that it's almost unbearable. It's a shame they don't make a little more effort here.

The decor is very cozy, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious.

I was invited to celebrate a friend's prom here. When I checked out the venue beforehand, I was very impressed. Unfortunately, I was convinced the complete opposite. The view is probably the only nice thing about this place. An employee rudely told me I wasn't allowed to go to my car. I just wanted to get a jacket from the car. He told me I would have to pay a new entrance fee if I wanted to go to the car. My companion was actually charged double the entrance fee. You can really see where the focus lies here. This kind of behavior has no place at what should have been a nice event. I would not recommend it.

Poor service, no one was available to clarify misunderstandings. Very aggressive staff overall, absolutely abysmal for the price. The manager promised to resolve an issue with me. After an hour and a half of waiting, she didn't come out, even though she said she had kicked a lot of people out for no reason in 10 minutes. The food wasn't as good as expected, and for the price, I absolutely don't recommend it.

I should have taken the negative reviews seriously. The service at the Alm is a disgrace! This is only about the service at the Alm restaurant. We remember the Süllberg from the days when it was a luxury hotel and restaurant. On our wedding anniversary, we wanted to dine in style and went back to the Süllberg after a long time away. We stood in the garage in front of a locked door and had to convince an overwhelmed employee, whom we finally got on the phone after a long call center loop, to even believe us. We waited about 15 minutes in front of the door; no indication that the door was broken, no indication that you could also visit the Alm on the second floor – we figured that out ourselves. In this restaurant, nothing that characterizes the Süllberg as what Hamburg residents still know, as a restaurant that places great value on itself, applies anymore. The path to the restaurant is uninviting and poorly signposted. In the Alm, a disinterested employee in a down jacket shuffled around the corner, literally muttering, "A colleague will be right there." This colleague was the wooden employee who opened the door for us but couldn't understand our anger. The staff doesn't seem to identify with the Süllberg at all. We turned on our heels. We weren't prepared to spend a single cent in this restaurant. The Süllberg is no longer recommended. It was obviously bought by investors and is run by operators who don't give a damn about the well-being of discerning guests. Anyone looking for professional service or even politeness will think they've wandered into a chip shop. Disinterested, wooden, awkward, and unwelcoming. An outrage. Guests with higher expectations of service should avoid this restaurant. Once again, a piece of Hamburg has been destroyed, something the city could rightfully be proud of. Not anymore. What a shame.

We wanted to celebrate our wedding at the restaurant, and the date was already set. Unfortunately, we haven't received a response to our emails or calls for weeks. Very unprofessional.

Yesterday I went there for dinner with a business partner. What a shame that the service doesn't live up to the restaurant's promises. We ordered a starter and a main course. Both came at the same time, of course. We also ordered truffled fries. Unfortunately, regular fries were brought twice. Only after the third complaint did we receive what we ordered, with the comment that the colleague had only been there for the first day. Sorry guys, but that's not acceptable. Not in a restaurant with such high standards.

We celebrated a birthday and ate at the Alm. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Overall, a fantastic experience—we'd love to go again.

The location was beautiful, but our experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. The service seemed to be never there, they forgot their drinks, and we waited hours for our food. This, too, was a real shame!

This is exclusively about the Süllberg ALM restaurant. No staff (two people are far too few for the size of the restaurant), very long waits for drinks (half an hour) and food (over an hour). The food was subpar, drowning in salad dressing, dry and horribly seasoned, or not seasoned at all. Dishes were brought incomplete (side dishes were forgotten or brought after you'd finished eating). This restaurant is resting on its laurels.

I had the displeasure of dining at your restaurant recently and would like to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, these were anything but pleasant. First of all, the service was extremely unfriendly. The waiters seemed more interested in their own conversations than the guests. A friendly greeting or a smile would have been a welcome change. Furthermore, the room temperature was unbearably cold. You might think you're in a cold storage facility instead of a welcoming restaurant. The main course I was served was a frozen item advertised as a gourmet meal. I never thought I would have to pay for such inferior quality in a restaurant. It was disappointing and absolutely unacceptable in taste. In addition, I was surprised that despite free advertising in the area, there is a parking fee. This is not only inconvenient, but also another sign that the customer is not the focus here. Overall my visit was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your restaurant and hope that you take these points seriously to provide future guests with a better experience.

The food, when it finally came, was okay, the service when it came to the table was nice, but unfortunately everything took so long that it wasn't a nice evening. For 2 courses 3 hours... we saved the dessert.

Where do I begin, in summary it was the worst restaurant visit we have ever had. Starting as ordered and not being picked up because a table wasn't ready yet, ok, we would have looked over it with a smile. But what happened next is just shameful. We had ordered water, which unfortunately didn't find its way to our table, but was included on the bill. The waitresses were running around like frightened chickens, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. Half of the starters were forgotten and only after asking twice were the rest brought. The truffle pasta was a complete failure, just cold. Not to mention the quality of the meat my husband had. Spices were in short supply in every dish. It's no good getting an espresso and a schnapps on the house. We're just sorry for every cent we paid. This has nothing to do with a restaurant on the Süllberg. Our waiter still did his best. No recommendation at all!

I went to eat, excellent service and very good food

Süllberg Alm a restaurant that is not a real restaurant. Menu very diffuse and special. It's very comfortable to sit in, but the food didn't convince us. Service friendly and helpful.

The three of us ate today at the Süllberg Alm. Starter, main course and dessert were all very good! High quality food, excellently presented in terms of appearance and taste. However, the icing on the cake was the first-class service. Attentive, friendly, polite and accommodating, as rarely experienced. We will definitely and happily come back.

At a party in the small hall we had to freeze for 8 hours and switched from gin and tonic to hot tea. An evening that resulted in a cold

Great view // nice decor // food good // service bad // prices vary (rating restaurant - not hotel) (visited in 07/2023) It wasn't easy to find someone to give you a seat (but that wasn't because there was a huge rush of guests). Before I get to the positive things, a quick bit of information for everyone who orders a bottle of water (still). The water is served in a bottle that bears the Süllberg logo. When I asked, I was told that it was tap water. Which would be OK if they had said that beforehand. Since we didn't receive a drinks menu, we only saw on the bill that we were charged 8.00 euros for the 0.75 liters. If you take into account that the price of drinking water in Hamburg is currently 0.002 euros, you have to ask yourself how you can add 8.00 euros to your guests' bill. Feedback from the operator desired. During the first delivery there were two "things" floating in the water that the service apparently overlooked. Well - as already noted, service was rather poor - at least for us (other guests - presumably guests who come more often, were treated differently). The bread beforehand was very good - as was the tarte flambée. The filled dumplings (Schlutzer) were also good - but the aftertaste was a bit salty and could have been a little bigger. Both pasta scami tasted good, but the fish couldn't be removed from the shell. According to my understanding, the scampi comes out of the tail shell without any effort - when the correct cooking point has been reached. It can happen - but it shouldn't. I would have liked to give the service person personal feedback - but no one asked. Normally I always have to "stop" my wife when it comes to the amount of the tip - not here (zero euros). Would I eat here again - probably not - I'm sure there are other restaurants nearby.

One star for the solid tasting food. We reserved a table at 1:30 p.m. and were finally able to leave the restaurant at 4:20 p.m. Including a total of 2.5 hours waiting time for all dishes with empty glasses during this time. After sitting for half an hour without drinking, I asked if I could get another drink. There is also no chance of stopping the waiters themselves because they avoid eye contact. There is also no “sorry that you had to wait 1 hour between the starter and main course with empty glasses”. The plates are only cleared away after you put them together yourself after sitting and being silent for 20 minutes. The beef strips on the menu are minced strips of beef that are well-cooked on the plate. They don't ask if everything is okay or if there is anything else that can be done. Stay for lunch in just 3 hours. Attention or communication regarding the long waiting times is really asking too much. You can then even pay for the parking garage. The planned stay was 1.5 hours. Because we had to wait twice as long, we were able to deduct the €9 parking garage in addition to the €260. They are all friendly, but service staff only work in their free time.

We were here for dinner. Absolute top. Rarely eaten so deliciously. The starters were all amazing. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We'll be back.

I was at the Kistallsaal for an event. The ambience was fabulous. The view from the terrace is unique. The service was very attentive and well organized and the food tasted wonderful. Thank you.

As a saxophonist, I have been responsible for the musical arrangement at celebrations in Süllberg several times in recent years. It's a lot of fun to be a guest in this beautiful location and the terrace and the view in particular are unique in Hamburg.

When the weather is beautiful, enjoy the great view on the terrace with a glass of sparkling wine, but the food in the alpine pasture is also great. The beef fillet, which is brought to the table on a hot lava stone to be freshly fried, was particularly tasty. Yesterday we were able to enjoy a great evening in the Crystal Hall. It was beautifully decorated and there was delicious food with playing the piano in between. I always enjoy coming to the Süllberg.

Rating for the beer garden. View 10 stars, rest zero. Beer garden completely dirty. It's not about the leaves lying around this time of year, but about the napkins etc on the floor. The staff is completely overwhelmed even though it is only self-service. But pouring wheat properly is probably too difficult. Also knowing where to pick up the cake. App ordering system doesn't work either. It's a real shame, it's completely incomprehensible how a place like this can be run down like this.
