Super netter Dönerbesitzer, habe mich super wohl gefühlt und zudem schmeckt der Döner wirklich Mega. Bin durch Zufall hergekommen und werde definitiv wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die positive Erfahrung!

Very good establishment, very tasty food, a bit of the island o, but it's an acquired taste. Tried Döner im Brot and Döner Teller mit Pommes. Cooked quickly, didn't have to wait long. There are tables outside and inside the hall, you can also take away. True, in this place there is now another establishment, which is called - ALI BABA DÖNER & TANTUNI.

Such a great deal in Hamburg. 8 euros for some of the best doner I’ve ever had in my life. Super friendly customer service & they were super accommodating considering I don’t speak German. Free tea at the end, if you dine in! Would 100% come back to try more stuff here.

I was at Köz Sultan Kebap Döner on Große Bergstrasse in Altona and ate a Döner Rollo - and it was a real taste experience! The store looks very modern and inviting both from the outside and inside. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and prepared my food quickly. The kebab rollo was excellent: the bread was slightly crispy and freshly grilled, the meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the sauce rounded the whole thing off wonderfully. Overall, an all-round successful visit – top quality, fast service and a modern ambience. I'll definitely be back!

Avoid if possible. The quality has deteriorated significantly. Since the owners changed, the grotto food has gone bad.

The quality of the kebab and pide was disappointing. The salad was tasteless and completely unseasoned. The pide with minced meat and egg was neither convincing in terms of consistency nor taste - the minced meat was flat and bland. The kebab was also disappointing as the meat seemed like an unappetizing minced meat mass. Overall there was a lack of spice and quality. The best thing was the bread 😟

We tried döner at Köz Sultan in Hamburg, and it was quite good. The staff were polite and welcoming. They also offered complimentary tea and dessert, which was a nice gesture. I recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and good service!

I've probably tried 15 different kebab shops in Hamburg (especially in Altona) and this is the absolute best for me! The food is always delicious, the service is super friendly and the prices are great! My favorite is the chicken durum.

Food as it should be, 3 out of 3 people loved it. Salad was crunchy, rice (doner kebab box) was good, fries as expected - so neither particularly good but not bad either! The prices? Super reasonable in the inflation period, €5.50 kebab, €6 kebab box/lahmacun with kebab and so on. But nothing with small boxes like I've seen with others. The beautiful big old boxes are still used here so it's not a rip off. The staff serves German and Turkish (and of course other affiliations) in an equally friendly, polite manner and appears extremely friendly and courteous. Addition 06/16/23: Prices have fallen back to what was previously stated and the quantity is still gigantic, the service remains friendly and we still like to come here to pick up food. Another addition due just now - December 17th, 2024: I think the prices are good, the quality is still very good, the staff is still friendly, courteous and attentive to the matter. I'm still very enthusiastic about the store. Whenever I buy a kebab, it's always HERE! Personally, I don't know of a better all-rounder.

I've been here almost every week for a year and the home-baked bread here is exceptionally good! The sauce selection is not exaggerated and the ingredients taste fresh. The ambience is pleasantly informal on 2 floors. The staff here are exceptionally friendly. Sometimes there is Turkish tea on the house. The price is currently very fair at €7 for a kebab and the portion is above average in size for Hamburg. Overall, one of my absolute favorite shops in HH 👌

The kebab was very good, the bread was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, very tasty. Meat was perfect, not too raw or burnt, the zazikki sauce also tasted very good. All in one a very good kebab. The service was very good were very polite and nice. Would definitely go there several times.

Yesterday we came every week with 6 people and we were treated very nicely as always. Then strange insects ran over our table. Well the door opens and closes, it doesn't matter, the food is still delicious. But then at 9 p.m. we say we're closing now, they have to get up now, we just had to do a lot Let it be packed up, sad unfortunately but good then we'll leave our money somewhere else in the future

Pide and kebab are extremely tasty. The dough for the pide is super pleasantly fluffy and the topping is juicy but not too oily. Doner kebab is also great, the bread is very crispy and the amount of meat and salad is great (only the kebab could have a little more sauce) Especially the cocktail and curry sauce are both 10/10! Can't decide which one is better!! However, curry with chicken is an unbeatable combo!

The seating is very comfortable and the service is good, but the kebab is really mediocre at best. The bread in particular is to be criticized. Unfortunately (I think) not baked, very soft, tasteless and falls apart when eaten. I think potential is there, but the taste can be improved.

I was there yesterday with a friend and it is highly recommended! The prices are really cheap. Really cheap (falafel dürum e.g. only 6 euros, where else can you get something like that in Hamburg?) Super delicious!! The kebab box is also super cheap. The staff was super super friendly and helpful. We simply got tea for free and, after paying, a piece of baklava for each of us. Really only recommended.

Laid back spot servicing authentic Turkish cuisine. I had the falafels and bulgar wheat strips, which was different yet incredibly delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and provided efficient service. The meals are averagely priced in comparison to similar other doner spots yet portions are generous. I highly recommend trying their homemade sauces too, which add a special touch to every dish.

The food tastes good, the portions are large, very friendly service, everything is clean. You can sit outside very well, the parasols are very practical. It's pleasant inside too. For me personally, the music inside was too loud, but I'm also very sensitive to that. Definitely 100 times better than the Ikea restaurant 😁

We sat outside and the waitress brought us the menu very quickly. We decided on a kebab plate €13 and a falafel plate €10. Plus two cans of cola. In total we paid €28. With tip then 31€. The food took a while but then it was quite a lot and we both enjoyed it very much. The service was really very professional and extremely friendly. The toilet was on the first floor and was accessed by stairs. The condition of the toilet was completely fine. There were enough towels, soap and overall everything seemed clean. Clear recommendation.

Halloumi dürüm (vegetarian) to eat on site, €6. Food is good, filling and sauces very tasty, Dürümbröt was a bit moist and therefore weak, but still tasted quite good, Thursday evening at half past eight there was little activity outside, large rooms inside and clean toilet, there was a small cup of tea with it and on The tables had salt, pepper, chili flakes, sugar and chili sauce. Very nice staff, portion size a bit small so one star deducted but still highly recommended

Köz Sultan is an excellent restaurant that I can only recommend. The food is simply fantastic – freshly prepared, tasty and of high quality. The employees are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable straight away. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, perfect for a relaxed evening. A visit to Köz Sultan is definitely worth it!

The kebab tasted quite good, I don't know if it was really kebab meat or rotisserie (less meat content). The sauce was quite good. It was just quite difficult to handle because the bread was almost completely sliced. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. All in all, I would eat there again. But maybe ask if you could cut the bread less

Classiest Döner I’ve seen so far—a whole operation with seats upstairs and outside to enjoy the weather, friendly waiters and top-tier service (we got complimentary tea). Generous portions too, the halloumi Dürüm cost €6 and was almost 12 inches. Will definitely come back. ☄️

This visit was good, however we were there again on May 20th and things had slowed down and the prices had increased considerably. For more information see the second review: Cay is there on the house. I ordered the lamb skewer plate. The lamb was spread across the plate and you can order either Pomeranian or rice. Small salad on the side. Service is nice. The lamb skewer plate costs 14.99 euros. Plus a can of Cola Zero for 2.50 euros. The food was well seasoned. A few parts too dry but overall it's good value for money. Hence 4 stars. Update: unfortunately points deducted. Prices were raised disproportionately high. We're still talking about a kebab shop or, at most, a fast-food restaurant. A beyti dish now costs 22 euros. There are no side dishes. Cay on the house is a nice gesture, but it doesn't make up for the prices. For 22 euros you can get a great meal in a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, our Beyti was partly cartilaginous. This made the meal a bit unpleasant. Service is nice and otherwise the dish tasted good, but not a highlight. The pide was average. It's a shame, think of the young people, such prices are too high for them.

The service was friendly. The food, in our case chicken kebab, was so disgusting that we were disgusted by it afterwards. The fat dripped out, along with the strangely sweet sauce, no oomph whatsoever. No red cabbage as a salad option. There are better kebab shops on the street.
