I always liked it because it tastes delicious and you get a tea or two, but since the nice staff is no longer there but someone with a white shirt who is so unfriendly, it's a shame I can't go there anymore 😢😢😔😔

Currently 10/2024 The service is super friendly and the food is really tasty. The plates are really full. Great restaurant. Old post: One of the most important things in a nice restaurant is how you are welcomed and served. We reserved a table for Iftar yesterday. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't feel like working and was unfriendly to me and my family. If you want to have a nice evening with the family, something like this unfortunately ruins the mood. The food was OK, nothing special. 1 dish out of 6 was very cold, which can happen, but at a price of around €20 per plate you can expect to get a real warm meal. During Ramadan you actually expect everything to be a little nicer or better organized. You can take Köz Patara in Harburg as an example; the restaurant is very familiar and incredibly accommodating during Ramadan. My father told me about the same incident, hence the post. Hopefully something will change.

As a native of Adana, I was finally able to eat a nice Adana kebab in Germany, so I'm very happy, the lahmacun was good too.

Food very tasty, but very reasonably priced! Became too expensive for frequent visits.

Today we had lunch at this restaurant (4 adults and 3 children). The food was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Toilets clean and airy. The waiter surprised us with some dry ice over which he poured water and a lot of steam started coming out. It was an unexpected and beautiful moment at the same time. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

For a Turkish snack, tasty and pleasant. We took it easy, bought more and more and froze it. Then you always have some ready when you're hungry.

The shop was completely empty, our starter was forgotten twice. Our main course would have taken over an hour, but we left earlier because that was just a disgrace when the shop was empty. The waiter said he was very busy and we couldn't see anything. However, there was enough time for tea and to stare at my girlfriend's breasts.

Such behavior is unacceptable! Even 1 star is too much!!!!! Despite our warning that he couldn't carry all the plates at the same time, the waiter insisted and dropped everything on my father. He wasn't interested at all. Then he came with Çay and spilled it on my father too without anyone caring. Everyone in the restaurant behaves like the boss and you are constantly being sent from one person to the next. In the end we were just treated rudely and told we could file a report and they were insured. They could have at least offered something to cool down, but we were denied that. We will never visit this restaurant again! Absolutely not recommended!

Best food, best service. Always friendly. Pleasant atmosphere and very clean shop. I've been driving down here from Norderstedt regularly since I've known this restaurant. Of all the restaurants, I think it's undefeated and by far number 1. Above all, it feels like you're on vacation every time.

We got food here for the first time because we worked nearby and took it to go. When we got home we were amazed at the large quantities, which were really delicious. Not over seasoned, not too spicy or too salty. It was really delicious. The service at the counter was super nice. This will NOT be the last time someone takes something there. We recommend.

I'm always very, very skeptical about kebab shops, even though I love kebabs. I took Lamacun with meat to top myself... for me it's one of the best things I know in Hamburg 🤤 from now on we'll go there as often as we can. (from Wilhelmsburg)

Since new waiters and chefs have been working there, it doesn't taste like it used to! The quality has decreased significantly. We don't go there anymore!

The kebab was very appetizing, unfortunately I ordered a kebab box and when I wanted to eat I was asked to leave, I couldn't eat inside (lolak bull empty)

See that there are seats available outside. Walk into the store and are greeted by men in white T-shirts. I ask my friend if we want to sit outside and I'm immediately interrupted by the gentlemen and I'm cheekily told "sit outside it's full" Then we order. The gentleman in white comes back and asks what we want. I say: "Dürüm kebab and point to the picture in the menu" and then they don't ask what meat, sauce etc. Oh well. A normal kebab arrives. I tell the gentlemen nicely that I ordered a Dürüm and I'm cursed at harshly in Turkish and in German I'm told "look, I have a video camera that tells me you ordered kebab normally, you're lying." My friend also testified that I I only ordered kebab Dürüm. impudence. Not only is there a discussion here with the customer, there is also harsh insults in Turkish. He then took my food and brought it to the cook, shouted that I wanted something else now and continued to accuse me. The chef then looked at me and complained to me "why am I changing my order" and shook his head. Afterwards the gentleman in the white T-shirt made a scene and refused to serve me. Dear gentleman in the white T-shirt: when you look at your great photo again on your “hidden camera” after work. You will notice that I said and showed "Döner Dürüm". You may then feel guilty about how you treat customers. But I highly doubt this, as you are often mentioned here in the recessions. Overall, I had the impression that everyone here hated you and that something was done with the food. Well, it doesn't matter because I won't be coming back here and I'll tell everyone how to deal with customers here. Tip to others: it's not just that this is grossly overpriced. Here the word “service” is ignored. If I were you, I would look for another kebab shop. There's one just down the street that's cheaper and tastes better.

Delicious food and very friendly staff! We had a female server last saturday (4/5) who charmed our kids and made us smile through our whole experience. The food was very good and she helped explain what some dishes was to make it easier for us to choose what we wanted.

Food poisoning! The soup was bad. Simply thawed. The service was unsympathetic and only after money. The breakfast was horrible and tasteless, the cheapest of the cheapest. Never again !

Food: Very tasty The waiters' clothing also looks very professional with a shirt and long trousers. In complete contrast to the waiters at Schweinske (right next door), where the waiters have full body tattoos and serve people in shorts. Something like that is impossible. Everything is always great. The food is great, whether it's Iskender kebap, doner kebab, lentil soup or our beloved pide for the practice meeting. I am always very satisfied. And if it's fuller and takes longer, you get a cay and can relax a bit yourself. Stay the way you are, boys!

It took forever to eat... the Turkish pizza consisted of 90% cheese, i.e. dough, with a few vegetables on top but a lot of cheese. My chicken skewer came later than the pizza and instead of fries there was rice (but it was delivered later). I can't recommend it... we've had much better Turkish food Oh yeah... there are hardly any vegetarian dishes.

We have been to ÖZ Urfa several times. It's always classy. No matter what you eat it is always delicious 😋 The service is always nice and friendly. Surely you are always stressed and are not always immediately available. But honestly, you always do your best here. We like to come back again and again.

1 hafta içinde 3 kez burada akşam yemeği yedim ve yemeklerin lezzetine lazım yok ama turkiyeden gelen birisi olarak her yerde kredi kartım geçerken Türkiye kartı geçmiyor dediler. Yanımda kısıtlı nakit vardı ve mecburen her yemek sonrasinda buraya vermek zorunda kaldım.

Ich gehe seid meiner Kindheit dort hin ,und war immer begeistert ,jedoch haben sie sich verschlechtert nach dem umzug.Ich war letztens mit meinen Freunden dort und habe mir lahmacun bestellt (für 5€ ) und als Beilage war nur eine Scheibe Gurke ,zwei Scheiben Tomaten und Rotkohl mit etwas grünzeug .Dies ist in meinen Augen eine Frechheit gegenüber lahmacun.Woist die Petersilie und der restliche Salat ? Immerhin haben sie nicht so schlimm geschmeckt ,jedoch waren sie nicht in einem Restaurant niveau.Man bekommt einen sehr dünnen dürüm für (ca.8€) ,früher hat man bei denen einen sehr großen bekommen .Die Atmosphäre ist gut ,als Ikram haben sie uns çay und einen Teller mit verschiedenen Soßen gegeben.Als erstes haben sie uns das falsche Getränk gebracht und dann natürlich das richtige .Das bezahlen finde ich nicht toll weil man es nicht vom Tisch aus machen kann .Die Arbeiter sind sehr nett

Insgesamt alles stimmig. Das Essen hat uns gefallen, der Service war schnell und es hat wirklich nicht lange gedauert, bis das Essen fertig war. Ja, die Preise sind natürlich etwas teuer, aber in Zeiten von Inflation wird man anderswo auch nicht sehr günstig wegkommen. Von mir eine Empfehlung!

Essen (Beyti) war sehr Lecker kann ich empfehlen. Tee auch sehr gut. Service ist unorganisiert. Eine Reservierung ist im voraus nicht möglich. Vor Ort: Mal werden die Gläser vergessen zu bringen, mal wird sehr spät abgeräumt. Die hinteren Plätze wenn man durchgeht sind sehr kalt im Winter. Aus diesem Grund auch Punkt Abzug.

Nach einer langen Fahrt konnten wir uns kurz im ÖZ Urfa nett niederlassen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen und die Sauberkeit waren ebenfalls sehr wichtig! Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass sie sehr kinderfreundlich waren. Deshalb 5⭐️ für alles. Liebe Grüße aus Frankfurt!

Eher unfreundlich und im lokalen Preisvergleich viel zu teuer, für die dann eher minderwertige Qualität. Landsmänner bekommen deutlich größere Portionen. Finde ich sehr schade, dass wir nach dem Essen noch hungrig waren. Auch der 2. Versuch war nicht besser.

Es könnte nicht besser sein! Frisch gegrilltes Fleisch, perfektes Brot und die Soßen ein Traum. Service freundlich und sehr angenehm. Wir sind gerne etwas länger gefahren und kommen wieder, weil es sich einfach lohnt. Das Ambiente ist wuselig und lebendig, wie wir es am liebsten mögen und wie es auch zu Neugraben passt. Man kann gemütlich zusammen sitzen und die Atmosphäre genießen.

Das erste Mal top Behandlung: Am zweiten Tag komme ich mit zwei Freunden wieder war noch gut, deswegen 2 Sterne. (Wenn es gehen würde , würde ich 2.5 nehmen) Der Chef war so gar mega höflich und freundlich. Am dritten Tag (jeden Tag Bestellungen für ca 50€ (+10€ Trinkgeld) wurde anstelle pommes, Reis bei dem dönnerteller gebracht, Tee bestellt nicht gebracht Man hat das gefühl: yo die kommen jetzt eh immer: egal da muss man sich nicht bemühen für Trinkgeld o.ä. Dem Kellner schien es auf jeden fall komplett egal zu sein. Vielleicht auch weil man noch Klamotten an hatte mit "minimalen Spuren vom Umzug / Flecken vom Streichen und man dachte es gibt kein Trinkgeld. (Aber nicht etwas was unangebracht war oder enorm dreckig) Bei dönnerteller 13€ z.b. 20€ gegeben Und in drei Tagen ca 200€ da ausgeben Anfang sehr gut Zweiter Tag Chef war freundlich, wieder dickes Trinkgeld, alles in Ordnung. Dritter Tag:wie oben beschrieben. Bestellungen nicht beachtet, wirkte lieblos, falsche Zutaten und den Tee nicht mal gebracht. Aber das war 1 von 4 mal. Das kann passieren. Heute noch mal probiert: grade wenn die Kellner nicht so im Stress sind- ist es deutlich angenehmer. Heute bei dem vierten Besuch war widder alles perfekt:)

Essen schmeckt lecker, jedoch sind die Preise irgendwie sehr durch die Decke gegangen. Bei manchen Sachen verständlich aber teilweise auch absolut unverständlich, was man in der Karte so gesehen hat (alte Preise konnte man unter den neuen sehen). Positiv zu erwähnen ist definitiv, dass es zu Beginn Brot mit 3 Soßen und zum Abschluss einen Çay aufs Haus gab.

Service klasse! Sehr zuvorkommend. Kann man nur empfehlen 👍

Das ist Essen ist von mal zu Mal sehr unterschiedlich. Der Service und die Kellner sind professionell. Die neue Adresse der Location erinnert an einen modernen Bahnhof . Schade - mir fehlt da etwas typisch türkisches . Lasst dort mal den Charakter von eurer Heimat einfließen - dann kommen wir gerne wieder. 💥💥💥

Bester Lahmacun weit und breit..frisch gemacht und frisch aus dem Ofen...und on top noch mit Dönerfleisch..unschlagbar lecker.
