Very tasty food and very filling. Service left something to be desired, even though it wasn't busy. Drinks didn't arrive until 15 minutes after the meal. We would have liked to order more drinks, but no one came. It's a shame. Otherwise, a good place.

The food was very, very good – incredibly tasty, freshly prepared and with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. If you want to experience authentic Turkish cuisine at the highest level, this is the right place for you. I'll definitely come back.

Good selection of Turkish dishes. We regularly eat there with the family. We even find something on the menu for my demanding mother. It is very spacious and very well attended. Reservations should be made on public holidays.

As soon as we landed in Hamburg, we filled our empty stomachs with döner. It was 8 euros. We went with a suggestion. They offered us dessert with tea. The next day, we went for lentil soup. When you go out of your country, it is very important to see and trust someone from your own country. We would also like to thank the waiter Sabattin Bey for his interest.

Simply perfect – absolute favorite restaurant! We had the pleasure of eating at the Öz Urfa restaurant in Neugraben and absolutely loved it! You feel welcome as soon as you enter - the entire staff is incredibly friendly, hard-working and attentive. We would particularly like to highlight Sabri, who makes the stay even more pleasant with his warm manner and professionalism. The food is of excellent quality, freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. Particularly impressive: The waiting times are extremely short! Despite the high quality, the food is served quickly - simply great! The overall ambience is also convincing: hygiene is at the highest level, especially the customer guest toilets are very clean and well maintained. There are also excellent parking options, which makes the visit even more pleasant. We can recommend the Öz Urfa – everything fits here! Disappointing, poorly organized and just lazy! I drove an extra half hour only to find out in the store that there was no flatbread - because it was "freshly made" and couldn't be given out at the moment. But it just seemed like he didn't feel like walking 10 meters back to get some just because there were two other customers in line. Totally overwhelmed, poorly organized and also lazy and incompetent. Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable! I will definitely never take a detour for a service like this again. The shop is done for me.

Good food, clean, large rooms, good service. According to our own information, also HALAL. Unfortunately we don't have a prayer corner. Not even 1.5 square meters of space where someone can briefly pray. Anyone who advertises with HALAL and has a lot of space can set that up if they really want to. Instead, when you inquire, you will be directed to the mosque 50 meters away, which is always closed. I asked several times about the opportunity to pray, was directed to the mosque and found the mosque locked. That is not an honest answer and not good service that I want from a HALAL Reataurant. Maybe HALAL is not a BELIEF here in this restaurant but just a BUSINESS MODEL. Unfortunately, not a good deal for Ahirah.

It is considered that we were poisoned by the food we ate. We experienced stomach pain and vomiting throughout the day. I definitely do not recommend it. They spoiled their food incredibly. It's a shame for the money we paid.

Fraud is not uncommon in this store. Two friends and I recently had dinner here. According to the staff, you should pay €26 at the checkout. Even though we only ordered for €20. We had to have a long discussion with the staff until we received the money we overpaid back. I heard a similar situation from other friends of mine in this branch. From now on I will no longer pay anything here without an invoice.

Great restaurant. Everything is going smoothly. So the best food with very attentive staff. The large wood-burning oven in the middle of the restaurant is impressive and worth seeing. The bread etc. are also baked there. It couldn't be better! Biggest praise.

Old post: One of the most important things in a nice restaurant is how you are welcomed and served. We reserved a table for Iftar yesterday. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't feel like working and was unfriendly to me and my family. If you want to have a nice evening with the family, something like this unfortunately ruins the mood. The food was OK, nothing special. 1 dish out of 6 was very cold, which can happen, but at a price of around €20 per plate you can expect to get a real warm meal. During Ramadan you actually expect everything to be a little nicer or better organized. You can take Köz Patara in Harburg as an example; the restaurant is very familiar and incredibly accommodating during Ramadan. My father told me about the same incident, hence the post. Hopefully something will change.

As a native of Adana, I was finally able to eat a nice Adana kebab in Germany, so I'm very happy, the lahmacun was good too.

Food very tasty, but very reasonably priced! Became too expensive for frequent visits.

Today we had lunch at this restaurant (4 adults and 3 children). The food was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Toilets clean and airy. The waiter surprised us with some dry ice over which he poured water and a lot of steam started coming out. It was an unexpected and beautiful moment at the same time. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

The shop was completely empty, our starter was forgotten twice. Our main course would have taken over an hour, but we left earlier because that was just a disgrace when the shop was empty. The waiter said he was very busy and we couldn't see anything. However, there was enough time for tea and to stare at my girlfriend's breasts.

We got food here for the first time because we worked nearby and took it to go. When we got home we were amazed at the large quantities, which were really delicious. Not over seasoned, not too spicy or too salty. It was really delicious. The service at the counter was super nice. This will NOT be the last time someone takes something there. We recommend.

I'm always very, very skeptical about kebab shops, even though I love kebabs. I took Lamacun with meat to top myself... for me it's one of the best things I know in Hamburg 🤤 from now on we'll go there as often as we can. (from Wilhelmsburg)

Since new waiters and chefs have been working there, it doesn't taste like it used to! The quality has decreased significantly. We don't go there anymore!

The kebab was very appetizing, unfortunately I ordered a kebab box and when I wanted to eat I was asked to leave, I couldn't eat inside (lolak bull empty)

See that there are seats available outside. Walk into the store and are greeted by men in white T-shirts. I ask my friend if we want to sit outside and I'm immediately interrupted by the gentlemen and I'm cheekily told "sit outside it's full" Then we order. The gentleman in white comes back and asks what we want. I say: "Dürüm kebab and point to the picture in the menu" and then they don't ask what meat, sauce etc. Oh well. A normal kebab arrives. I tell the gentlemen nicely that I ordered a Dürüm and I'm cursed at harshly in Turkish and in German I'm told "look, I have a video camera that tells me you ordered kebab normally, you're lying." My friend also testified that I I only ordered kebab Dürüm. impudence. Not only is there a discussion here with the customer, there is also harsh insults in Turkish. He then took my food and brought it to the cook, shouted that I wanted something else now and continued to accuse me. The chef then looked at me and complained to me "why am I changing my order" and shook his head. Afterwards the gentleman in the white T-shirt made a scene and refused to serve me. Dear gentleman in the white T-shirt: when you look at your great photo again on your “hidden camera” after work. You will notice that I said and showed "Döner Dürüm". You may then feel guilty about how you treat customers. But I highly doubt this, as you are often mentioned here in the recessions. Overall, I had the impression that everyone here hated you and that something was done with the food. Well, it doesn't matter because I won't be coming back here and I'll tell everyone how to deal with customers here. Tip to others: it's not just that this is grossly overpriced. Here the word “service” is ignored. If I were you, I would look for another kebab shop. There's one just down the street that's cheaper and tastes better.

Delicious food and very friendly staff! We had a female server last saturday (4/5) who charmed our kids and made us smile through our whole experience. The food was very good and she helped explain what some dishes was to make it easier for us to choose what we wanted.

Food poisoning! The soup was bad. Simply thawed. The service was unsympathetic and only after money. The breakfast was horrible and tasteless, the cheapest of the cheapest. Never again !

Everything is always great. The food is great, whether it's Iskender kebap, doner kebab, lentil soup or our beloved pide for the practice meeting. I am always very satisfied. And if it's fuller and takes longer, you get a cay and can relax a bit yourself. Stay the way you are, boys!

It took forever to eat... the Turkish pizza consisted of 90% cheese, i.e. dough, with a few vegetables on top but a lot of cheese. My chicken skewer came later than the pizza and instead of fries there was rice (but it was delivered later). I can't recommend it... we've had much better Turkish food Oh yeah... there are hardly any vegetarian dishes.
