We were hungry after a small celebration and ordered doner kebabs. The taste and price were perfectly fine. We'll be back.

It's simply wonderful there; the staff are always friendly and the service is superb. The food offers a great variety and is always delicious. The ambiance is lovely with its beautiful seating and tables.

We're visiting Hamburg and since we work out at CleverFit, we got takeout from Urfa today. It was really delicious! Definitely one of the three best doner kebabs I've ever had. I highly recommend it :)

We know another branch in Altona that we visit very often and have always been more than satisfied with. Here, however, directly across the street, our experience was completely different. The first time, we ordered takeout because we were in line. But the cook or waiter decided to serve two customers who arrived after us – they seemed like his friends. On our last visit, we waited 20 minutes just to have our order taken. It never came to that, so we left. While the restaurant is nicer than the other one, the service is terrible.

Not recommended at all. I've been a regular customer for a year and wanted to eat there with my wife today. The employee was incredibly rude and embarrassed me. First, he showed me to a table. Then, when I realized it was reserved, he rudely told me there was no room – outrageous! And all this happened right next to my wife. Absolutely not recommended. You'll be humiliated, especially if you're on a date or something.

I love Öz Urfa. I go there to eat every month. Whether it's the köfte plate, Adana kebab, doner kebab, etc., everything tastes great. The staff is also very friendly.

We absolutely loved the restaurant. Not only was everything incredibly delicious, but the staff was also extremely friendly. It was especially nice that everyone was so communicative, and they even put on a real show with dry ice for the children. As a gift, the adults received delicious Turkish tea, and the children enjoyed a special vitamin tea. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back again in a heartbeat!

I really liked it. Everything was fresh and delicious. The shop felt like you were in Antalya. Prices were on the higher end of normal, but still acceptable. Fries were five euros, baklava was five euros, and lahmacun was seven euros, but it was much better than at a kebab shop. I would go back and bring the family.

Amazing! Today was the first time we ate there with our family. The restaurant was full, but the friendly staff remained calm. They were accommodating from start to finish, child-friendly, and simply in a good mood. The restaurant is bright, clean, open, and spacious. The open kitchen is amazing, as are the staff, who all do a fantastic job. The food itself is amazing! TASTE SUPERB, YOU CAN'T BETTER THAN THAT! And there was hardly any waiting time. Our child was incredibly happy about the dry ice surprise that suddenly appeared at our table out of nowhere. Many thanks to the team for their hospitality and perfect service. We'll be back!

We went to Urfa, the men are speaking angrily, I will not go there again, I will not recommend it either, it says 23, it says 27, so I am not happy at all.

I've been there often on weekends and haven't been disappointed yet. The food always tastes great, the staff is very friendly, and the shop is inviting. The price/performance ratio is also good. I have nothing to complain about and I'll continue to enjoy coming back.

We ordered two dürüm to take away. The service was very unfriendly and lackluster. The chicken was very dry, with hardly any meat in it. The salad was just as dry. The sauce was completely tasteless. I will never eat kebab there again. I took three bites of the dürüm and threw it in the trash, which is sad. I'd prefer to give it 0 stars.

We had breakfast with the family on Saturday. The first impression was unfriendly service; you're practically forced to order more. The sucuk sausage was tasteless, very cheap quality, and the fried eggs were too. This is the second time I've been there, 5 years ago. The first time, we had to throw up from the grilled food, and now at breakfast, the same thing happened. Disgusting. Aggressive staff who are very unfriendly. Not a single nice employee. And no, we're not competitors. Bottom line: Disgusting.

We came in to this restaurant with good mood but when we order food and drinks waiter bring ours drinks and put them at the corner of table when for other guests waiter have got It right to the person which order that. Every table get glass at the beginning together with menu except ours what's force us to drink from bottles and cans. I ate more than a half of durum only because I was hungry. Sauce and vegatables were very sour I Hope It was fresh. If you dont speak german better choose other restaurant where customers are treat rightfully.

If you didint speak german reconsider twice because you are gonna be second category customer. We got table for 6 immediatly but waiter was't very involved we order 6 durum kebab with soft drinks and the It is start. Waiter toss to our table drinks together at the corner we have to share them and other guests have served drinks individual per person of course with glass which we didnt get and we have to drink from cans and bottles. Second thing we waitng more than 40 minutes for our food when other guests get It in 10-15 minutes. At the end they served food without any tissue . That was terrible experience after that we feelt like It was racist. I do not recommend it, and I strongly advise against it.

I'm always very, very skeptical about kebab shops, even though I love kebabs. I took Lamacun with meat to top myself... for me it's one of the best things I know in Hamburg 🤤 from now on we'll go there as often as we can. (from Wilhelmsburg)

Brother... I'll tell you honestly: That wasn't a kebab, that was a disaster with the sauce! I walk in, thinking I'm going to get juicy meat, a nice fresh salad, a little spicy sauce, you know? But what happens? First of all, the meat was as dry as my aunt's feet after a summer vacation. Sauce? Wallah, I asked for spicy sauce – brother, I expected tears, but instead I get tomato soup! The salad was sad, the cucumber was already tired, the tomato wasn't in the mood. And the bread? Brother, the bread was stale... like it was from yesterday, the day before yesterday, and even more yesterday. I say to the man: "Abi, put some love in it, okay?" He looks at me, says nothing. Brother, there wasn't any love at all. I eat half a kebab, then give up. Even the trash can looks at me like, "Wallah, you don't deserve this." Never again, brother. I prefer to go to my grandma's; she makes better kebabs with minced meat and a lot of heart.

"Brother, what was that? I come in, say "Salamun aleyküm" politely, no one looks, no one answers... Service like a construction site – just dust, no love. Then the kebab... Wallah, I thought it was a diet version. Meat less than I trust in this place now. Bread as hard as my father when he sees the bill. Sauce? Dry, brother. I had to put yogurt on it at home to make it slide. And what was that with the salad? Three iceberg lettuce leaves and half a tomato – is that called salad these days? Never again, brother. I'd rather go to Uncle Ahmet's around the corner, at least I get respect there.

Unfriendly service. I ordered tea twice and didn't get it. When my daughter went to the bathroom, the waiter cleared the rest of her food and dishes away from her without asking. I was still eating. After I had the last bite in my mouth, my table was cleared away in no time. At the checkout, my daughter was advised to reconsider her regular attire. That's probably why I didn't get tea. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this. We won't be visiting this place again.

Best store of the öz Urfa chain

Amazing food with great service. Large portions. The mixed grill is definitely worth it, all the meat very tasty. All roasted on coals / fire or in a wood oven. For vegetarians there are falafel options.

The kebabs are solid. The atmosphere is stable. The prices are just too expensive, especially for items other than the kebabs.

We were there yesterday. Unfortunately, the two waiters were very unfriendly and seemed extremely unmotivated. The food was delicious, but the Dürüm is getting smaller and smaller, and the prices are rising. 🥲 Unfortunately, some of the furniture is very worn. The chairs are extremely saggy and very dirty. So, from now on, I'll go for takeout. 😊

The place used to be better - compared to other Turkish restaurants. My last two visits were unfortunately negative. The first time, we ordered regular, plain yogurt INSTEAD OF the sauces that are always served with it. The sauces are always free. The yogurt was charged extra for €5.50, which I thought was a disgrace, since, as I said, we wanted it INSTEAD OF the sauces and not separately. On top of that, the chicken cutlet gave me the most severe diarrhea you can only experience in hell. The chicken cutlet wasn't served first, though, but lamb cutlet. Such misunderstandings can happen, but when the waiter started arguing with me, I wondered if he was trying to rip me off. In the end, he swapped it. The next time I visited, I ordered something different than what was served to me. When I pointed it out, I was told what was served was better (obviously, and also more expensive), and they didn't offer to exchange it. I ate it anyway. It was okay, not much meat. It saves money. Taking a kebab from there and eating it at home is fine, but nothing more. But be sure to check whether they cater to your needs.

Let me briefly tell you what we experienced at the restaurant today: First; three of us sat at a table, when no one came to take our food order and after waiting long enough, I showed myself to a staff member at the cash register and told him that we wanted to order. Thankfully, someone came. He took the orders that we wanted to be separate. When another staff member brought those orders, we saw that the 50 Euro meals that should have been on two separate plates were put on a single plate and we were disturbed. This is very amateur and wrong service. It is far from professional to think that everyone sitting at the same table will shake a spoon on the same plate. Why would I eat the same meal with a guest, relative, colleague or friend of a friend? The staff member saw us for the first time and did not know any of us. Without asking us or getting our approval, he combined the meals of people he had no knowledge of or interest in. Second; the "master" who put the meals of two customers on one plate did not write the meal of the third customer on the order at all. We reminded him again after waiting 20 minutes. In other words, we were disgraced with our money.

I ordered a kebab that was ok, but the wrong sauce was given. There wasn't even anything going on in the store, so ordering at the front would have been easier. I don't understand this system, it's unnecessary. I can tell him at the counter how I want the kebab and he prepares it and I just sit there instead of sitting down at the table straight away and waiting, it took a long time. I then got up myself and told him what I wanted to give him the kebab, he just walks past me 😅 what's the point? Something like this is necessary for a kebab

I was in the store today and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Apparently the employee couldn't cut fresh kebab meat and instead collected leftovers from the bottom of the skewer - an amount that wouldn't even have been enough for half a kebab. The salad and sauce were completely wrong even though I clearly stated what I wanted. When I wanted to eat the kebab later, the meat seemed old and dry, as if it had been lying there for hours. I couldn't eat the kebab and threw it away straight away. Very disappointing - something like this shouldn't happen. Even though I'm a regular customer, I'm changing kebab shops immediately!

Every time we go, the prices written on the labels/menu are different from the prices they say. We warned several times, for example, a kilo of baklava is 25€, 1 portion of grilled chicken is 18€, the total bill is 45-48€, or 1 cake has a 25€ tag, 1 sparkler, 5 plastic forks, we had it packaged from the restaurant and bought it ourselves, the price is between 30-35€. And so on every time. The kebabs and desserts they make are really delicious, but I don't understand why they do such a thing. Do not write 25€ on the label or menu, since you will sell it for 30€.

I have never eaten such a bad kebab. Hardly any meat on it. For that price a vegetable kebab is a disgrace.

Good selection of Turkish dishes. We regularly eat there with the family. We even find something on the menu for my demanding mother. It is very spacious and very well attended. Reservations should be made on public holidays.

As soon as we landed in Hamburg, we filled our empty stomachs with döner. It was 8 euros. We went with a suggestion. They offered us dessert with tea. The next day, we went for lentil soup. When you go out of your country, it is very important to see and trust someone from your own country. We would also like to thank the waiter Sabattin Bey for his interest.

Simply perfect – absolute favorite restaurant! We had the pleasure of eating at the Öz Urfa restaurant in Neugraben and absolutely loved it! You feel welcome as soon as you enter - the entire staff is incredibly friendly, hard-working and attentive. We would particularly like to highlight Sabri, who makes the stay even more pleasant with his warm manner and professionalism. The food is of excellent quality, freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. Particularly impressive: The waiting times are extremely short! Despite the high quality, the food is served quickly - simply great! The overall ambience is also convincing: hygiene is at the highest level, especially the customer guest toilets are very clean and well maintained. There are also excellent parking options, which makes the visit even more pleasant. We can recommend the Öz Urfa – everything fits here! I drove an extra half hour only to find out in the store that there was no flatbread - because it was "freshly made" and couldn't be given out at the moment. But it just seemed like he didn't feel like walking 10 meters back to get some just because there were two other customers in line. Good food, clean, large rooms, good service. According to our own information, also HALAL. Unfortunately we don't have a prayer corner. Not even 1.5 square meters of space where someone can briefly pray. Anyone who advertises with HALAL and has a lot of space can set that up if they really want to. Instead, when you inquire, you will be directed to the mosque 50 meters away, which is always closed. I asked several times about the opportunity to pray, was directed to the mosque and found the mosque locked. That is not an honest answer and not good service that I want from a HALAL Reataurant. Maybe HALAL is not a BELIEF here in this restaurant but just a BUSINESS MODEL. Unfortunately, not a good deal for Ahirah.

It is considered that we were poisoned by the food we ate. We experienced stomach pain and vomiting throughout the day. I definitely do not recommend it. They spoiled their food incredibly. It's a shame for the money we paid.
