Very unfriendly staff, the atmosphere is completely outdated and the kebab meat tastes very old and is not fresh. I can't recommend it any further. There is a much better Turk in the big mountain street!!!

We ordered 2 kebab plates for €16 each. On the plate there was 80% salad, 10% fries and 10% meat. For the price you would expect a proper portion. When we kindly pointed this out to the waiter, we were told it was normal and if we wanted we could get tea on the house. Incredible! Never again!

I don't understand how you can find that good. A disaster through and through... The gristly meat was disgusting and there were 20g of cheese on the cheese pudding. I've never experienced anything like that before.

So really a huge disappointment, I expected a lot. Shop looks good, skewers look good, everything. The kebab actually tasted good too, bread isn't that nice, but otherwise good. But the kebab seems to consist of 5g of meat and the rest is vegetables and sauce in the bread. You first have to eat half the kebab until the meat comes and then it's only 5 pieces or so. And it's also half empty and small. Wasted potential, I wouldn't eat a kebab here again. Apparently there are no kebab guidelines in Hamburg as there are in Berlin regarding the weight of a kebab.

The service is excellent, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly. The staff is very helpful and there is a waiter who speaks Russian and Ukrainian, to whom we are very grateful. He gives great advice and tailors the food to your taste.

The rating is bad because you only get your bread with your meal after 20 minutes. After you ask twice for dips to go with the cold and unspectacular bread, you get the same bread delivered again. Asking for dip a third time is too stupid for me. The Adana is well seasoned and tastes good. The whole portion is still rather meager for €19.

The meat was not cooked. Lahmacun is not cooked. Rice is cold. The meat was burnt on the top and raw on the inside. I do not recommend.

I rarely give 5*, but in this case they are justified! I had a classic Adana plate and it was really spot on 🔥 The meat was perfectly seasoned, the yogurt was nice and firm and the Ezme was also on point. The salad in combination with the lemon: great! The rice was also basically perfect. There are plenty of service staff, so I was served quickly.

I was there with my girlfriend on 10/31/24. The entrance is barrier-free and there are no stairs in the restaurant, but the staircase is also barrier-free. This was great for me with a walker. The food was super good. The service was very friendly and pleasant. I had a falafel plate with fries. The flatbread was also very tasty. We were thrilled and will come back.

When I ate there again last week for a long time, I immediately regretted it because immediately after eating there I had a stomach ache and even had diarrhea for a week. We had a while at the train station and were looking for a small snack or something similar. Because of the positive reviews, we decided to have something to eat at Köz Urfa. The service was quick and very accommodating. The food was great. Within half an hour everything was plastered and we were able to easily reach our connecting train. If you like Anatolian/Turkish cuisine, you should definitely stop by here.

Super delicious! The food was to die for and the service was very friendly to us. It's always so incredibly authentic and delicious here. I've never had a better Iskender anywhere and I've already tried a few. The atmosphere in the large restaurant area in particular is absolutely unique. If you want to take a short vacation in Turkey and want to eat incredibly tasty food at a completely fair price, this is the right place for you.

I have known the Köz Urfa for years, both for staying and dining or for taking away the Dürüm. Although it is now expensive, the quality is good and eating out has generally become more expensive. My favorite dish is yogurtlu kebab, ayran on the side and a chai to finish.

We had a grill plate for 26 euros, the bulgur was old and stale and had only been warmed up in the microwave, the same applies to the rice, which was still somewhat edible. The salad had a nasty dressing or spice that was slapped onto the plate very carelessly. My Adanakebab had the end piece bitten off, at least a piece was missing and it looked close to being bitten. It wasn't particularly tasty either. The lahmacun was fatty and extremely limp, not edible. The chop consisted almost entirely of fat. What a disgrace to serve such a plate. For dessert there was Künefe, which was also very bad. I know it much better. The cheese used was different from what we are used to and the butter used in the Künefe tasted very strong and rancid. We couldn't eat it. A lot was left standing. Are very disappointed. The best in terms of taste, was the free tea at the end. Malesef eski tanıdığımız öz Urfa değil.

This restaurant has been around for what feels like forever and is already an institution in Hamburg. You can eat there until late at night, e.g. after a visit to the neighborhood etc. Every dish on the menu is highly recommended. You should definitely try the homemade Ayran. Only the grill plate is not recommended for 2 people or more - it costs €25.50 per person. There is little meat on the plate, but far too much bulgur and rice. Price/performance just doesn't fit. Then everyone should order a dish of their choice. It's a lot cheaper. Otherwise great.

What I like about this restaurant is the food and the quality and presentation of every plate. I ordered a plate with chicken and beef on skewers. The meat was fresh and well seasoned and cooked and the vegetables and sauce were all fresh and tasty. The tea was too strong and a bit old but I would always go back. The servers are great and quick. The menu has a good variety and mostly comes with pictures and the good details in German and English which is great and you don't find that in every restaurant in Hamburg!

The two of us spontaneously went to Köz Urfa today and were initially seated in a nice and friendly manner at a free table for four outside. While we were waiting for our order, we were told that our table had been reserved for four people and asked if we would move to the table for two next door. We did this naturally and happily. So far so good. Then, however, a waiting couple of two was seated at the table we had approved and then also ate for two at the table for four next to us. So, for our preferred customers, we were able to make do with the smaller table right next door. This treatment was rude and disrespectful, that's why we won't be going here again.

Immer wieder super! Gestern waren wir mit der Familie dort essen. Wir bestellen die Hausplatte für 3 Personen und eine kleine Pommes. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen sehr schnell. Als meine Tochter ihr Glas fallen ließ, kam sofort der Kellner, rückte den Tisch weg und fegte die Scherben weg. Ohne Neubestellung kam ein neues Getränk. Bei der Bezahlug sagte er, das zweite Getränk geht aufs Haus. Sehr nette Geste und super Service. Immer wieder gern!!!

Ich bin Dorfkind (2700 Einwohner). Habe im Laden nur einen Döner gegessen. Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt. Ich wurde freundlich und respektvoll bedient uns behandelt. Der Döner war sensationell und zur Krönung gab es noch einen leckeren kostenlosen Tee. Ich bin total begeistert.

Kinderteller für 11 Euro für meine Tochter bestellt. Meine Tochter ist ein unheimlich schlechter Esser....aber hier wurde es geschafft , dass die Portion Fleisch so klein war , dass sie nach 10 Minuten , als wir draußem waren sagte " sie hat Hunger". Unglaublich . Nie wieder !
