You can enjoy food and cold appetizers accompanied by live music every weekend. Ms. Aysun, the artist, has a very wide repertoire. We were very pleased with it. The prices of raki are very affordable and the prices around Frankfurt and Offenbach are cheaper than other taverns.
Unfortunately negative experience!
You can't sit in peace because of pushy beggars...
You have to call the waitress several times to even get a menu, but the worst thing was the sharp-edged pieces of bone in the chicken kebab meat, .... but we still paid the full price, even though we discreetly informed a waiter about this, he only offered a new portion... but we lost our appetite because of the pieces of bone, before we even got hurt and declined with thanks and paid.
Disappointing service – not recommended!
We were at Sultan Restaurant for a family celebration, but unfortunately, our visit was anything but pleasant. The waiter was unfriendly and practically pressured us to eat faster and pay immediately so the table could be given to another person. We weren't informed in advance that we had a limited stay – we should have taken that into account when making the reservation! I even expressed that we felt compelled to leave, to which we were met with a shrug. We felt unwelcome and dismissed, which ruined the entire evening. It's a shame, because that's not how you treat guests. We certainly won't be back!
My Iftar experience at this restaurant today was a complete disappointment. The employee was extremely rude and showed no respect for the guests. The service was abysmal—I've never experienced anything like it. During such an important month as Ramadan, I expect at least a modicum of courtesy and professionalism. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant!
Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a disappointment. The service was inattentive and we had to wait a long time before we could even order. The food arrived lukewarm and the taste was far from what we expected.
Amazing Turkish food and service. So delicious food with original tasting. We have an incredible tipical yogurt base drink and a super delicious lentil soup. The lamp kebab was incredible, and the chicken one was so tender and juicy. The bread is homemade at the moment in front of your eyes, always hot and perfect to share with different dips.
Exceptional service!!!
I have to honestly say that this is the worst kebab I know in Konstanz.
Everything just tastes like fat and fried. Drinks have no price marked and are very expensive for a kebab snack bar. Really not good and really not tasty.
I can't say anything about the food, but the employees are always standing outside the door smoking. They don't care at all that ice cream is being eaten next to it.
Good Yaprak kebab. It's rare these days, most of them out there are minced meat kebab skewers. This one is made from whole veal. The kebab itself is also quite okay, maybe not the best in the world but still good. The bread is crispy and there's enough sauce on it, even though I didn't notice the spicy sauce. 7€ is an acceptable price.
Service is friendly.
We went to dinner with my family today (5 people) the gentleman who greeted us at the door says rudely come in what did you want??? I enter the restaurant there are 5 people and a baby what could we want? He showed us a table with the same attitude and another gentleman from the back said no that place is reserved we were directed to another table there too they said it was reserved they showed us a table from the back and said we could go that way it was not even clear where it was. Then we asked for another table they told us if we get up in an hour and a half you can sit there they didn't give us a seat in the huge restaurant. After we sat at the table we asked to look at the menu no one paid attention we asked for it again after a while he brought it. The gentleman who came to take our order roughly took the menu from the baby's hand meaninglessly. The food came to the table but they did not bring any glasses, forks or knives I guess they expected us to eat with our hands. Then a lady working there took care of us, she was very cheerful, we thank her.
The shop looks truly inviting after the renovation. However, the service was truly poor. Overall, the ambiance is "restaurant-worthy," but the service is like that of a fast-food joint. As a customer, you feel like a complete idiot when ordering. The waitress interrupts you rudely. The food wasn't particularly good. The doner meat was the cheapest, rubbery version. The best part was the rack of lamb. The eggplant paste was also okay. Unfortunately, overall, it was disappointing. We won't be back.
The store was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. But I only sat down to eat my Dürüm kebab.
And this kebab was no fun, the best kebab I've had anywhere in the last 10 years.
If you're hungry and in the area, go there!
Oh: Dürüm came eight-fifty
